JURNAL ansiru PAI is a scientific journal on Teacher Training and Development of Islamic Education. The journal is managed by Master Degree Program under the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training (FITK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UIN Sumatera Utara). This journal focuses on the discussion of teacher training and development of Islamic education on the basis of four competences: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills. The analysis can be viewed from various perspectives of interdisciplinary studies. Jurnal Ansiru PAI is published twice a year: January and July.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of inquiry learning models and the use of computer-based media (movie and flash CDs) on the creativity of class XI MA students on the subject of colloid, this research uses quasi experimental methods by grouping research samples into two group. The two groups are each made into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. The results of this study are (1) There is an influence of creativity on students' chemistry learning outcomes that are taught by inquiry learning models with computer-based media use (CD Movie and flash) and learning methods conventional with computer-based media (Movie CDs and flash) at the Medan Medan SU IAIN Laboratory. The average creativity of students with inquiry learning models with the use of computer-based media (CD Movie and flash) is 80.77 while the average creativity of students with conventional learning methods with computer-based media (CD Movie and flash) is 79.23. (2) There is a significant interaction (p = 0.048 or p <0.05) between creativity and inquiry learning models and conventional methods with the use of computer-based media (CD Movie and flash) in influencing student chemistry learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Qualitative research terms with titles “Empowerment of Teachers in MTs Al-Ulum Medan”. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Management Planning Teacher Empowerment in Mts Al-Ulum Medan (2) Empowerment of Teachers in MTs. Al-Ulum (3) Execution Management Teacher Empowerment in MTs Al-Ulum Medan (4) Evaluation of Teacher Empowerment Management at MTs Al-Ulum Medan.Method research approach is qualitative field research is to determine the empowerment of teachers in MTs Al-Ulum.The data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. In the observational study, the researcher know each activity while in the field and get accurate information about all objects. Subsequently, researcher conducted interviews with principals, administrators and teachers, to prepare research instruments such questions-written questions and alternative answers. Then the researcher to document the form of text and images and works of achievement and data schedule school discipline teaching and learning activities of the school. Furthermore, researcher studied all the events that took place during the researcher conducting the study.Results of this research can be concluded that the planning, organizing, implementation and supervision in MTs Al-Ulum has fulfilled the good empowerment management, with emphasis on the concept of Islam. Key Word: management planning teacher, empowerment of teacher, execution management teacher, evaluation of teacher,

Abstract

This research was based on how important to increase the students self regulated learning. Self efficacy and parent social support were the factors assumed to affect the self regulated learning. The purpose of this research were to describe: (1) self efficacy, (2) parent social support, (3) self regulated learning, (4) the relationship between self efficacy with self regulated learning, (5) the relationship between parent social support with self regulated learning, and (6) the simultaneous relationship between self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. This research used a quantitative method with correlative descriptive type. The population in this research was the students at SMP Negeri 29 Padang many as 522 students. The sample in this research was many as 213 students who selected with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument was a Likert scale model. The results of instrument reliability test showed that self efficacy was much as 0.851, parent social support 0.946 and self regulated learning 0.860. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, simple regression, and multiple regression. This discover research show: (1) students self efficacy was at high category, (2) students parent social support was at high category, (3) students self regulated learning was at high category, (4) there was a positive and significant relationship between of self efficacy to self regulated learning, (5) there wasa positive and significant relationship between of parent social support to self regulated learning, and (6) there wasa positive and significant simultaneous relationship between of self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. Implications of these results could be used as suggestion to arrange programs of guidance and counseling service at the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) differences in learningoutcomes of Islamic Culture History of students taught with learnig cyclelearning strategies with students taught with expository learningstrategies, (2) differences in learning outcomes of Islamic Culture Historyof students who have visual learning styles, auditory and kinesthetic, and(3) the effect of learning cycle learning strategies and student learningstyles on the results of learning Islamic Cultural History. The method ofthis research is quasi-experimental with the population of this study arefourth grade students (four) Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah AwaliyahUbudiyyah 2018/2019 school year consisting of 2 (two) classes. Thesample selected cluster random sampling technique in terms of the classwith the learning cycle learning strategy is class IV1 with 31 students,while students taught with expository strategies are students of class IV2with 34 students. The instruments of data collection are questionnairesand test results. Technique by analysis of variance (Anova) at = 0.05. Theresults of this study are: (1) student learning outcomes taught withlearning cycle learning strategies ( X = 33.22) higher than student learningoutcomes taught with expository learning strategies ( X = 27.94), withFcount = 89.49 > Ftable = 3.988, (2) student learning outcomes with visuallearning styles ( X = 34.26) are higher than student learning outcomes withkinesthetic learning styles ( X = 28.38) and auditory learning styles (( X =27.69), with Fcount = 62.49 > Ftable = 3.988, and (3) there is an interactionbetween learning strategies and learning styles towards learning outcomeswith statistical calculations known Fcount = 47.06 > Ftable = 3.988.

Abstract

This research aims to know the relation between the maturity of emotion and social interaction with the adaptability of students MTs Country Kabanjahe. The subject of research as many as 75 people. There are three hypothesis proposed in this study: (1) there is a positive relationship between maturity of emotion with the adjustments themselves, (2) there is a posistif relationship between the interaction with social conformity, (3), there is a positive relationship between the maturity of emotions, social interaction with the adjustments themselves. Based on the results of the study found a significant relationship between maturity of emotion with the self adjustment. (r of 0.712 and P 0.05). Determinant of the coefficientsof 50.6% adjustment means 0.506 themselves influenced by emotional maturity. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between social interactions with self adjustment. (r = 0.619 and P 0.000). Determinant of the coefficientsof 0.383 means that 38.3% adaptability are influenced by social interaction.When a variable maturity together emotion and social interaction there is a significant relationship with self adjustment. This can be seen in the table model summary koefesien where r = 0.719 and P < 0.000. Together the variables X 1 and X 2 affects the variable Y. Determinant of the coefficientsof 0.503 50.3%, meaning that the adjustments themselves are influenced by social interaction and emotional maturity. Whereas 49.7% are influenced by factors other factors that cannot be described in the regression equation (residual).

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Permata Cendekia KecamatanSiantar Kabupaten Simalungun adalah sekolah yang unik. Karenasebelum kurikulum 2013 dijalankan di sekolah ini, konsep Sekolah IslamTerpadu sudah mengimplementasikan sikap spiritual dan sikap sosialdalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Dengan adanya kurikulum 2013 ini, makalengkaplah dua konsep kurikulum 2013 menyatu dengan kurikulumJaringan Islam terpadu. Fakta yang unik adalah kompetensi sikapspiritual dan sikap sosial dan juga kompetensi aspek pengetahuan danketerampilan yang berasal dari Pemerintah Pusat, Sekolah Dasar IslamTerpadu juga memiliki kurikulum tambahan yang berasal dari SekolahIslam terpadu.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Professional teachers should equip themselves with a wide range of competences, including pedagogical competence. Mastery of pedagogical competence will facilitate teachers in transferring science and knowledge. Instead they were not in charge, will find it difficult and burdened when transferring knowledge. The initial capital for control of pedagogic competence is not a theory or concept, but motivation. Good competence coupled with high teaching motivation, it will deliver the student at the real achievement of learning objectives. Key words: pedagogic competence, teaching motivation, learning objective

Abstract

This research aims to know how the relation of primary School 050772 Pangkalan Susu. The sample of this research 30 student where 21% taken of 141 students. This research uses data collection tool in the form of Likert scale. Questioner is compiled based on variabel and tested to respondent that is not research sample. Data analysis process is conducted by using quantitative approach through three steps, they are: 1. Describing research variabel data. 2. Testing requirements analysis. 3. Testing hypotesis to reveal the relation the relation beetween research variables using correlation analysis technique. Based on data analysis result and testing process, then the conclusion is (1) the school culture has positive relation with student’s character of primary school 050772 Pangkalan Susu. This case is proved that the correlation r (0,504) > r table (0,3061) while the significance is 0,004 < 0,05; (2) the teacher’s example has positive relation with student’s character of primary School 050772 Pangkalan Susu where correlation coeficient r (0,603) > r table (0,3061) with significncy 0,006, it is fewer than 0,05; (3) School Culture and teacher’s example has positive ration with student’s character of primary school 050772 Pangkalan Susu where correlation coefisiency r (0,662) > r table (0,3061), testing result F shows that F count (10,506) > F table (3,35) while significancy < 0,05 that is 0,000. Based on the research above, it can be stated that student’s character can be formed through school culture and teacher’s example.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of school-based management model (MBS). The research was conducted at the Cape End TPI MTsS This study used a qualitative research. It is based on the consideration that this study revealed the implementation model of school-based management (SBM). Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words - words written or spoken of - people whose behavior can be understood. The subject of research directed to the search data from principals, vice-principals, teachers, and staff at the Cape End MTsS TPI. The data collection was obtained by observation, interview and document research. The findings of this study as follows: 1) the perception of the principal on MBS model application. 2) the pattern of school leadership in MBS. 3) application of management functions in the activities - activities pendidikan.4) MBS models in the improvement of education management.

Abstract

Pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan salah sistem yang sentral dalam pendidikan, pembiayaan bagian dari pada pendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan karena menyangkut tentang pembiayaan operasional penyelenggaraan pendidikan dari hal yang terkecil sampai kepada pembiayaan operasional yang besar. Penggunaan pembiayaan pendidikan diorientasikan kepala pembiayaan operasional pendidikan yang mendukung pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang tepat sasaran dengan memenuhi sistem tata kelola manajemen keuangan sekolah harus dipahami dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan, yaitu konsep penganggaran pendidikan, pengklasifikasian kegiatan, penentuan standarisasi, dan penentuan biaya satuan dalam penganggaran pendidikan. Manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan memiliki tiga tahapan penting yaitu perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap penilaian (evaluasi), ketiga tahapan tadi apabila diterapkan dalam manajemen keuangan adalah menjadi tahap perencanaan keuangan (budgeting), dan tahap pelaksanaan (akunting), dan tahap penilaian atau auditing. Dengan sistem manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan diharapkan mampu mendukung, menjamin pengembangan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan dan proses penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar.
