Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Abstract

National education functions to develop capabilities and form, dignified national character and civilization in order to educate the nation's life, aiming at developing potential students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen. Such is the importance of noble character, so that guidance must continue to be carried out at a minimum along with the modernization of information technology. Noble character according to the term especially in Islam as a believer is defined as the nature or temperament of someone who has been attached and will usually be reflected in the behavior of that person. Someone who has good character will usually have good temperament or character too and vice versa someone who has a bad temper tended to have despicable character. There is no noble character for people who are not believers, so there is no faith for people who are despicable, because only people of noble character are able to avoid despicable deeds. But the reality of life still occurs behavior that is contrary to noble morals, such as those who relieve performing prayer, perform other acts of corruption: corruption, extortion, embezzlement, murder and turn am ong students still occur From the description above we observe that there are still many incompatibilities between moral values, with the attitudes and behavior of some people, including students. Therefore, noble moral formation is still needed, and for this purpose management intervention is still very important. The method used is descriptive method, which means understanding what is the object of writing, looking at various situations or social realities that exist in society from various sources that can be trusted, writing on online media is the subject of discussion. The results expected in this paper are to create a generation that is trustworthy, consistent, patient and trustworthy, in entering the era of information technology modernization, and able to avoid the negative influence of information technology. Therefore community development, including students to have noble character, is a necessity, because only in this way can the national education mandate be created, namely creating the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear the Almighty God, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable , capable, creative, independent, and a democratic and responsible citizen.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui deskripsi kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, kepuasan kerja, dan OCB; pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB; pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB: dan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif jenis ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kecamatan Jerowaru Kabupaten Lombok Timur sebanyak 189 guru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 guru yang diambil dengan tehnik sampling purposive. Data dianalisis mengunakan Teknik Deskriptif dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasioanl kepala sekolah tergolong kategori baik, kepuasan kerja tergolong kategori tinggi, dan OCB guru tergolong kategori tinggi; kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB; kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB; dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap OCB.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif untuk melihat gambaran tentang industri ibu rumah tangga (homeindustry) pada usaha kerupuk terigu dan pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Sakra Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Populasi berjumlah 279 orang. Pengambilan sampel diambil secara Simple Random Sampling dengan menetapkan dua desa dengan mengambil masing-masing 10% dari populasi dengan pertimbangan bahwa di dua desa/kelurahan ini cukup banyak terdapat usaha kecil kerupuk terigu. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa usaha kerupuk terigu memiliki peran dalam perolehan pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Sakra Lombok Timur.Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil pendapatan rata-rata ibu rumah tangga sebesar Rp. 1.110.675/bulan. Ini berarti bahwa pengelolaan industri ibu rumah tangga (homeindustry) pada usaha kerupuk terigu sangat layak untuk dikembangkan agar dapat memberikan rangsangan yang bersifat positif terhadap industri/usaha kecil lain di Kabupaten Lombok Timur khususnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kesulitan belajar pada bidang studi akuntansi MA Palapa Nusantara Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket (Quesioner), lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data dengan teknik analisis persentasional tiap kategori angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar pada bidang studi Akuntansi siswa kelas XI Jursan IPS MA Palapa Nusantara Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa pada bidang studi akuntansi adalah faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal antara lain kemampuan daya tangkap (intelegensi) siswa yang berbeda, kurang minat siswa dalam mengulangi kembali materi yang telah dipelajari, faktor kelelahan. Faktor eksternal antara lain kurangnya metode yang diajarkan oleh guru saat mengajar, Jam pelajaran yang relatif kurang, fasilitas kurang memadai, kurang motivasi orang tua, dan faktor lingkungan dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan partisipasi pendidikan pesantren dalam upaya pengembangan manajemen budaya islami di MA Darusshalihin NW melalui manajemen madrasah, budaya madrasah, penerimaan peserta didik baru, kurikulum madrasah, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari informan penelitian, yaitu kepala, kepala tata urusan, wakil kepala, dewan guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kepala madrasah telah menerapkan fungsi manajemen : perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dalam manajemen madrasah, 2) Budaya madrasah berkaitan erat dengan nilai-nilai positif dan norma-norma yang mengikat seluruh santri madrasah, 3) penerimaan siswa baru untuk menjaring siswa kelas regular dan kelas unggulan dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan input yang baik yang akan menghasilkan output yang amat baik, 4) kurikulum pembelajaran MA Darusshalihin NW Kalijaga menggunakan Kurikulum 2013 dan untuk kurikulum muatan lokal dan kecakapan hidup belum seluruhnya dikembangkan, 5) Sumber daya manusia terutama guru beserta staf di MA Darusshalihin NW Kalijaga sudah berjalan dan terlaksana dengan baik guna pembentukan keterampilan profesional dan perbaikan layanan sekolah, dan 6) pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada di madrasah sudah baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menggambarkan, mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan dua hal yaitu Implementasi visi, misi, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Mikrajussibyan NW Selanglet dan strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Satu Atap Mikrajussibyan NW Selanglet. Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi; wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui teknik tersebut diorganisasi, ditafsirkan, dan dianalisis secara berulang-ulang sesuai dengan pendekatan yang digunakan guna menyusun konsep dan abstraksi temuan penelitian. Kredibilitas data dicek dengan prosedur triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, dan diskusi teman sejawat sedangkan kebergantungan (dependability) dan kepastian (compermability) dilakukan oleh para pembimbing sebagai dependent auditor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyahh Satu Atap Mikrajussibyan NW Selanglet, mengimplementasikan visi misinya dengan mendorong segenap komponen madrasah untuk bekerjasama mewujudkan visi misi madrasah. Adapun cara Kepala Madrasah mendorong segenap komponennya adalah, dengan mengarahkan semua komponen untuk memiliki budaya-budaya unggul dan islami, menjadikan visi madrasah sebagai alat untuk mengarahkan haluan dan tujuan madrasah, mewujudkan standar nasional pendidikan, memahami dan menjiwai visi misi madrasah, menjadikan misi madrasah sebagai penjabaran visi untuk mewujudkan tujuan madrasah, Mengupayakan agar misi Madrasah tetap sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, menjadikan misi sebagai pendorong untuk menggali potensi, kreasi, dan inovasi yang dimiliki warga Madrasah demi terwujudnya tujuan.

Abstract

The values of religion in SMANJA recently is described as a school community which hasn’t applied the values of religious (optimally/maximally) in daily life. The school life has not given the life based on the religious values taught by islam. The headmaster is trying to motivate all the school citizen to create/ develop the religious values and try to implement the values at school maximally. In daily life, most of school citizen do implement the religious values at school, for example: a) The activity of praying dzuhur and ashar, b) The activity of prayer Dhuha are not maximally implemented. The goal of this research is to reveal the principal’s leadership of developing the religious values in SMANJA. 1. Describing the religious values which are implemented in school community. 2. Describing the role and the effort of the principal in developing the religious values. 3. Describing the response of school citien in the offense of developing the religious values. This research applies the qualitative research approach. The sources of the research are the school principal, the vice principal, the teachers, the TU staff, OSIS committee and Remush, while the data collecting methodology is done by observation, and documentation. The results of the research are analyzed by data reduction, data display and data verification. The result of the research on the leadership in developing the religious values principal in SMAN Jatiroto including: 1. A calling for praying dhuhurwhichis done by the OSIS committee’s member in turn. 2. Holding the Dhuhur/Ashar praying. 3. Celebrating the Islamic Religion Day. 4. Holding the examination DO’A together with students of XII grade and their parents face the national and school

Abstract

Student moral decline, it takes a serious effort from the school to anticipate various forms of student delinquency in school. One way that can be taken is to build students' morals so that they are noble, responsible, strong, and honest personalities, and form strong characters in their lives, especially morals in the form of morality. Efforts to form good morals in students, systematic arrangements are needed, such as teaching management or the learning process. Through the learning process, schools need to pay attention to the development and improvement of mentality in students. Thus, a special management is needed that is developed by the school to improve students' moral quality. For this reason, integrated steps are needed from various parties, both schools, teachers, students, student organizations, and the participation of parents. Based on the description above, this study intends to find out how the implementation program of moral education in students in the context of moral education management applied by East Lombok State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) 1 is a preventive / repressive effort in dealing with the usual forms of student / teenage delinquency in school and also included outside of school because the most important is also in overcoming the delinquency process. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were principals, teachers, employees, students, parents of students. While the research informants were principals, teachers, school committees, parents, community leaders, students. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses an extension of participation, persistence of observation, triangulation (methods and sources). Data analysis techniques using interactive models consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that 1) Implementation of management of moral education in students of MAN 1 East Lombok: a) carried out through intraculicular, extracurricular and habituation activities. The implementation of management runs in a structured, integrated and normative manner based on Islamic values, as well as by example. b) The principal in MAN 1 East Lombok has carried out management functions namely planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, monitoring and evaluating.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the role of women in improving family economy in the South Sakra Village, Sakra District East Lombok Year. The type of research used in this study is research Qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique used is technique observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that there are several factors within socio-cultural life of the people of the Sakra Village south of Dasan Tereng Village which affects the women farmers to help in life the family economy, namely: mutual cooperation and help in the life of the farmer's family. and there are four important factors that become encouraging women of South Sakra Village farmers to take part in help the family's economic life, including: (1) environmental factors the availability of supporting facilities in the form of agricultural land and markets that can support in expanding marketing of agricultural products (2) economic factors, namely: the decreasing level of income of farmers, in the farming community Southern sakra village has three forms of the role of female farmers in life his family, namely: in family income, in financial management and in household settings. (3) family factors, namely: number dependents, the more the number of dependents the more you have to fulfilled. (4) education factor, which does not require higher education, so this work becomes an alternative. The form of the role of female farmers in improving the family economy in the South Hamlet Sakra Village Dasan Tereng has three things: (1) working in the agricultural sector, (2) working in the livestock sector, (3) working in the trade sector. Based on the things above women farmers in the southern sakra village have a dual role, namely public role and domestic role to help economic life his family.

Abstract

The pattern of educating children or the method of educating children from before birth to school age is a necessity for a mother. Mother is the first and main geographical teacher in pre-school children's education. The age of toddlers to pre-school for children is golden age. Learning while playing is a certainty, playing is the first education for children under five. The age of a toddler is like a blank cassette that can store and record something that is accustomed to and experienced in the development of a child's life. For parents, if they expect their children to become children who are good enough to have to have insight and knowledge of management of pre-school children's education. Among the many models and patterns of education management, the easiest way to deliver children to become good and noble children is quran-based management. Al-Qur'an is a holy book from the most holy God, it will be easily digested and accepted by the core of the teachings to children who are still pure. In terms of management of the pre-school education based on the Qur'an, it is intended for parents to plan for their children to always listen to the chants of the Qur'an. Then group them into playing the verses in the form of per juz al-Qur'an in one month. Then the parents evaluate the child who has been refreshed by the Qur'an, if the chanting is paused, what will happen to the child's reaction. If you cry, it means that the spirit of the Qur'an has entered your heart and soul. The situation is valid for 30 juz, so the child for 30 months has listened to and recorded 30 juz verses of the Qur'an, God willing, the age of pre-school children has been memorized and will be smart with the waslah verse of the Qur'an. This is a Qur'ani-based management that gives birth to children who love and love to read the Qur'an and the hafidz of the Qur'an.
