Abstract

Munculnya beragam perkembangan digitalisasi usaha mengakibatkan tingginya kompetisi para pelaku bisnis start-up, sehingga membuat perusahaan harus cepat beradaptasi terhadap perubahan. Kesiapan bisnis strat-up dalam menghadapi kompetisi, tentunya tidak lepas dari peran pelaku internal start-up terutama para karyawan. Keaktifan karyawan dalam proses kerja diperlukan sebagai penunjang keberhasilan start-up. Dan dalam prosesnya, perilaku proaktif karyawan dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan pemberdayaan psikologis. Oleh karena itu penelitian studi literatur ini bertujuan dalam meninjau pengaruh pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap perilaku proaktif karyawan. Kajian mendalam terhadap perilaku proaktif karyawan perlu dilakukan karena melihat fenomena perkembangan start-up yang semakin masif. Selanjutnya dalam proses analisis, penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan beragam sumber dari jurnal ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian studi literatur ini, menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan psikologis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan perilaku proaktif karyawan start-up karena dapat meningkatkan perilaku mandiri dan inisiatif karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between internet use and happiness, especially during the pandemic Covid-19. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach utilizing bivariate correlation analysis. There were 3938 respondents consisting 76% women in this study. The results showed that internet use, in general, was correlated with happiness, but not across all dimensions of internet use. Dimensions that are positively and significantly correlated are only those dimensions that can meet basic psychological needs. The implications of this research need to be discussed further.

Abstract

The problem behind this is the source of stress and stress coping carried out during the pandemic of Covid-19. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that are a source of stress and stress coping for workers during the pandemic of Covid-19. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were 7 workers as informant who worked in the National Strategic Project with characteristics that matched the criteria. The source of data and at the same time the method of data collection comes from primary data, namely data obtained from research subjects/informants through the results of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. In this study using research instruments in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews. Data validation is done by doing triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This qualitative research succeeded in answering the research objectives, namely successfully exploring the factors that became a source of stress and at the same time knowing the stress coping. The results obtained after the factors that are sources of stress are classified into two categories, namely sources of work-related stress and sources of stress that are not related to work. Researchers managed to explore 7 informant of stress related to work, 16 sources of stress that are not related to work and 12 coping stress. The conclusion of the study is to answer the research objective, namely to successfully explore the factors that are a source of stress and at the same time find out how to coping with stress.

Abstract

Penggunaan Media Sosial sangat berpengaruh terhadap self awareness individu dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Ketika remaja mengakses media sosial dengan intensitas yang tinggi, maka interaksi bersifat tidak langsung yang akan mengakibatkan interaksi sosial secara langsung kurang dan kepekaan terhadap lingkungan cenderung rendah. Hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi karena self-awareness dalam individu rendah atau hilangnya identitas self awareness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap self awareness pada remaja Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel sebanyak 100 remaja yang ada di Lombok Timur. Sampel didapatkan melalui rumus Slovin dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan skala self awareness. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik di dapatkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial memiliki hubungan dengan self awareness dan terdapat hubungan negatif antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap self-awareness. Hal ini berarti bahwa rendahnya perilaku self-awareness berhubungan dengan tingginya intensitas penggunaan media sosial pada remaja.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Berkembangnya teknologi telah mengubah perilaku manusia, tuntutan pekerjaan tentu saja juga meningkat. Stress yang dialami individu pada jangka saat yang lama menggunakan intensitas yang cukup tinggi akan menyebabkan individu yang bersangkutan menderita burnout. Burnout merupakan istilah populer untuk kondisi penurunan energi mental atau fisik setelah periode stres yang tidak sembuh-sembuh berkaitan dengan pekerjaan, terkadang dicirikan dengan pekerjaan atau dengan penyakit fisik (Aziah Flora Grace, 2018). Menurut Christy dan Amalia (2018, dalam Syakarofath, 2019) dampak positif stres dapat menaikkan (fungsional) performansi kerja, sedangkan akibat negatifnya dapat menghambat atau merusak (infungsional) performansi kerja. Hal ini tergantung di seberapa besar taraf tertekan yang dialami. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui dukungan sosial yang dapat mengurangi burnout kerja karyawan. Metode: Tinjauan sistematik melalui review jurnal dengan tema dukungan sosial dan burnout kerja karyawan. Sumber pencarian artikel diakses dari internet database diantaranya: Science Direct, Sage, ProQuest, dan Garuda Dikti. Total jurnal yang berhasil dihimpun sebanyak 148 jurnal, dan sebanyak 6 jurnal yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil review literatur mulai dari tahun 2017 – 2021. Hasil: Dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja memiliki dampak yang positif antara tuntutan emosional dan kesehatan perawat. Dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja secara efektif akan memberikan dampak dalam mengurangi burnout, stres, gejala depresi dan masalah tidur. Akibat burnout bagi organisasi adalah meningkatnya frekuensi tidak masuk kerja, berhenti dari pekerjaan atau job turnover, sehingga kemudian berpengaruh pada efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja dalam organisasi (Cherniss, dalam Atmaja & Suana, 2019). Kesimpulan: Interaksi sosial dengan rekan kerja ialah sumber dukungan yang sangat krusial bagi individu untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan stress. Burnout yang dibiarkan berlarut-larut di lingkungan perusahaan pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh negatif juga pada kesehatan lingkungan sosial kerja itu sendiri.

Abstract

Fujoshi is a woman who likes stories of boy's love or homosexuals. Being a fujoshi in Indonesia where still adheres to Eastern culture makes them often receive criticism and rejection from the society. Experience or the possibility of having a bad experience due to being a fujoshi results in the individual experiencing social anxiety. If this happens over a long period of time, it will cause individuals to experience a decrease in their social role, career and quality of life. This study aims to determine the dynamics of social anxiety experienced by fujoshi, the factors that cause fujoshi to experience social anxiety, and the defense mechanism against social anxiety used by fujoshi. This study uses a qualitative research method with interviews as a method for data collection. The results showed that the participants experienced social anxiety which is characterized by symptoms of feeling afraid of negative judgments and avoiding strangers and people who are known socially. Factors that cause fujoshi to experience social anxiety include negative self-assessment, past experiences, foreign factors, and social ability factors. Meanwhile, the defense mechanism used by fujoshi in fighting social anxiety is avoidance and displacement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of time management with self-regulated learning on high school students. The sample in this study amounted to 133 students. The measuring instrument in this study uses a self-regulated learning scale developed by Boekaerts (2000) with a reliability coefficient of 0.929. The time management scale is based on three-time management factors developed by Macan (1994) with a reliability coefficient of 0.884. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study have a significant positive effect between time management and self-regulated learning in Class XI SMA students. The implication of this research is that time management ability has an influence on students' self-regulated learning, so that the higher the time management, the higher the students' self-regulated learning ability.

Abstract

This study is to find out the description of Student Engagement in learning in the New Normal Era in grade VII students of SMP "X" which includes aspects of behavioral involvement, emotional involvement, and cognitive involvement, factors that influence Student Engagement and the resulting impact of Student Engagement. This research approach is qualitative with phenomenological method. The subjects in the study were five seventh grade students at "X" Junior High School who were facing learning in the New Normal Era. Interview and observation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubberman model. The credibility technique used is triangulation. The results of this study explain that, based on the background of the subject, the subject experiences different student engagement. As for student engagement, such as: (1) positive engagement, non-engagement, and negative engagement, (2) Factors affecting Student Engagement consist of internal and external factors, and (3) Impact of Student Engagement. Student engagement shows learning methods that are suitable for students.

Abstract

Parents have an important role in the children’s social emotional skill development, one of the ways through discipline. Parents do discipline by responding, correcting children’s behavior, which is considered behavior that does not follow expectations. There are 2 types of discipline, punitive and non-punitive, each of which has a different impact on children’s development. This study aims to determine the relationship between the type of discipline applied by parents to children with problems with social-emotional abilities in school-age children. The researcher used the Dimensions of Discipline Inventory (DDI) and Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Subjects in this study were 92 parents who have school-age children aged 6-11 years in Bandung. The correlation test results showed that the type of non-punitive discipline with SDQ had no relationship (rs=0,027, p=0,799). Meanwhile, there was a sufficiently positive relationship between the type of punitive discipline and SDQ, it was statistically significant (rs=0,305, p=0,003). These results indicate that there is a relatively positive correlation between the type of punitive discipline and the emergence of children's social-emotional problems. This shows that its important for parents to pay attention to the type of discipline that is applied to their children to prevent social-emotional problems from arising.

Abstract

This study focuses on two factors that may influence the premarital sexual behavior of adolescents in Yogyakarta. The two factors are parental involvement and level of religiosity. Teenage premarital sexual behavior is one of the concerns, especially in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the variables of adolescent premarital sexual behavior in terms of parental involvement and level of religiosity. The research method used is quantitative correlation with multiple regression techniques. Based on multiple linear regression testing in this study, the sig value was 0.082 or > 0.05. It is known that the significance value for the influence of parental involvement (X1) and the level of religiosity (X2) simultaneously on Y is 0.082 > 0.05 and F Count 2.559 > F Table 3.07, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected which means there is no significant effect. Simultaneous relationship between parental involvement and level of religiosity with adolescent premarital sexual behavior.
