Abstract

This study uses a classroom action research using role playing method. This study aims to improve student skills Role Play. The research instrument used was the performance evaluation sheet, student activity observation sheet and teacher activity observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that the role playing l method can improve students' role playing skills.In the pre-cycle stage the percentage of students completeness was 12.5%, increased in the first cycle to 66.67% and in the second cycle increased to 91.67% and the results obtained by the teacher's activities in the first cycle reached 70% and the second cycle reached 88.75%. And the results obtained for student activity in the first cycle reached 70% and the second cycle reached 82.5%, and reached 75% in the second cycle with an average value reaching 77.5.

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of the story telling method of drawing creativity children aged 5-6 years in academic year of 2019/2020. Type of the research is descriptive quantitative research. Sample of this research are 20 children in group B TK EL Patisia in academic year of 2019/2020. The technique of collecting the data is documentation and performance of the work. Technic of analyzing the data is technical analysis of the correlation product. Based on the results of the correlation found that r xy = 0.712 ( rhitung> rtabel ) or 0.012> 0.412 with 0 ,05 significance level. It can be concluded that storytelling method affect the students drawing creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the curriculum management of life skills of students in SD IT Al-Fitrah Binjai, starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, by taking the location of research at SD IT Al-Fitrah Binjai. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) life skills curriculum management planning, including determining the education of skills to be carried out, conducting socialization, setting goals, distributing questionnaires, determining the time of implementation, selected skills education curriculum, preparing infrastructure; (2) the implementation of the development of students' life skills programs is divided into four main things, namely reorienting learning by integrating life skills programs through curricular, extracurricular and intracuricular activities; (3) the evaluation of the education program is in accordance with the target vision, mission and goals through evaluation per semester conducted by all the board of teachers together with the headmaster of madrasas and annual evaluations carried out by the headmaster, the madrasah committee found that the application of life skills-based curriculum in primary schools was not yet optimally implemented.

Abstract

In this study the problem is the lack of social development of children aged 5-6 years. This study aims to determine the effect of the traditional game of tug of war on the social development of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Panca Budi T.A. 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative (experimental) research, namely Pre-Experimental Designs in the form of One-Group Pretest-posttest design. The study population was children in class B2 Kindergarten Panca Budi Medan. This research was conducted using a sample of 11 children, namely before the treatment is done once a week done in two weeks and after the treatment is done twice a week carried out in two weeks with a game of tug of war. Based on the analysis results obtained an average value before treatment 7.27 with the highest value of 10 and the lowest 4 then after treatment an average value of 9.63 with the highest value of 11 and the lowest of 8. Thus it can be concluded that learning using the traditional game of tug of war can affect the social development of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Panca Budi Medan T.A. 2019/2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of learning methods in improving learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative analysis through descriptive analysis. The study was conducted on teachers at SD Negeri 010157 Sei Muka. The data collection tools using a questionnaire, research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, from this study found that learning methods and student learning outcomes are in the medium category, as well as on the strong relationship between learning methods and student learning outcomes, thus it can be said that student learning outcomes can be improved by the use of appropriate and good learning methods by teachers in the learning process at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together pada materi kenampakan permukaan bumi di kelas III SD Negeri 101648 Bulu Cina T.A 2018/2019. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 31 siswa yang terdiri dari 11 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan selama 2 siklus dalam setiap siklus dilakukan 4 tahap yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi, dan Refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data tes objektif dan data observasi kegiatan aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hasil belajar meningkat pada 22 siswa siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa 73,54dengan ketuntasan klasikal 70,96% dan pada siklus II sebanyak 28 siswa meningkat, nilai rata-rata siswa 81,74dengan ketuntasan klasikal 90,32%. Model pembelajaran kooperaif tipe NHT juga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 67,30% menjadi 88,46% Dari tindakan dan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi kenampakan permukaan bumi di kelas III SD Negeri 106148 Bulu Cina T.A 2018/2019.
