Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student learning outcomes by applying the discovery learning model to the curriculum and learning courses semester IB PGSD Study Program, Faculty of Education, University of Bengkulu. The method used is qualitative, classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 29 students of Elementary School Teacher Study Program. This study used test to measure student learning outcomes. Data from the test results were analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The results showed that there was an increase in the average test score of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, from 81 to 86. Completeness also increased from 76% in the first cycle to 85% in the second cycle.

Abstract

With the development of technology in the 21st century it has been able to provide pro-active learning, easy to understand and comprehensive as a learning environment, so we need an integrated learning paradigm of HOTS, 4c and tecnology. The problem encountered in this study is that a small percentage of teachers have not used HOTS based question in the learning process that can improve students high-level thingking processes. The purpose of this study is to improve students high level thinking processes in the learning process.The type of research used is development using the Plomp model. The subjects in this study were teachers of Bukittingi City 02 Pilot School. The instrument in student and teacher observation sheets, interviews and learning tools this study produced a HOTS based student worksheet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop digital class learning models using social learning network Schoology in elementary mathematics learning that is practical, valid and effective so that it can improve the quality of learning being carried out. This study focuses on designing learning tools used in digital classes in elementary schools, learning frameworks are expected to be valid and practical and effective. This research development uses the ADDIE model. Targeted outputs in research are digital class learning models using social learning network workogy and learning tools in the form of lesson plans, student activity sheets, student books, teacher books, and learning assessments. Digital class learning models using social learning netrwork schoology are targeted to be valid, practical, and effective in increasing the competency of elementary school students. In addition to learning models and tools, research output targets are JME (Journal on Mathematics Education / Scopus) international journals, accredited national journals namely International of Trends in Mathematics Education Research (IJTMER), proceedings of international seminars Journal of Physics and Astronomy, and proceedings of national seminars . The proposed level of technological readiness (TKT) of the proposed research is 3. The target of the TKT to be achieved in this study is 4. The results of the study can add references about models and learning tools for Digital Class.

Abstract

Keterkaitan antara matematika dan budaya dikenal dengan etnomatematika dan merupakan suatu topik yang menarik untuk dikaji. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten matematika dan budaya, khususnya budaya Melayu, dalam buku bergambar matematika (BBM) berjudul “gelang comel buatan kite”. BBM ini merupakan karya 3 mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar di sebuah institusi pendidikan di Pekanbaru, Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis BBM tersebut yaitu konten analisis, khususnya lagi praxeology yang terdiri dari praxis atau komponen praktis dan logos atau komponen teori. Hasil peneliti ini menunjukkan bahwa soal yang disajikan dalam BBM ini yaitu terkait dengan FPB dengan 2 teknik penyelesaian yaitu secara informal dan formal menggunakan pohon faktor. Sementara itu, unsur budaya tertuang dalam bahasa, pakaian, dan aktivitas membuat gelang. Sementara itu keterkaitan antara matematika dan budaya tertuang melalui aktivitas membuat gelang dengan menggunakan konsep FPB.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA melalui metode pembelajaran ekspositori pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 5 Pasar Baru Bayang pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui beberapa teknik yaitu (1) observasi, (2) dokumentasi, (3) tes akhir siklus. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis rata-rata skor kelas, ketuntasan belajar klasikal, observasi aktivitas siswa, dan angket tentang respons siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah tindakan pada akhir siklus pertama dengan skor rata-rata dan persentase penguasaan belajar yang meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II, yaitu dari rata-rata skor 61,9 hingga 73,3 dengan skor kriteria penguasaan minimum (KKM) 76. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Fisika melalui metode pembelajaran ekspositori dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas 5 SD Negeri 5 Pasar Baru Bayang.
