<![CDATA[One source of external financing of a company is debt. Therefore, debt-related policies are very important for companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and sales growth on debt policy. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that a sample of 39 company data was obtained. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Meanwhile, profitability and sales growth have no effect on debt policy]]>

<![CDATA[The number of businesses in laundry resulted in the number of competitors getting tougher. One of the management strategies that can be applied in creating and increasing competitive advantage is to implement a cost advantage strategy. This study aims to determine the cost advantage strategy in the Express Laundry business in Purwakarta. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting direct observations in the field and interviews with informants in accordance with the problems studied. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is the implementation of a cost advantage strategy in the laundry business, Express Laundry provides quality products at low prices to be an attraction for customers. Armed with good service and affordable service prices, this business can have high market potential. <![CDATA[Investors always use various information to get the maximum profit in investment activities. One such information is the bid ask spread. This study aims to determine the effect of company size, stock prices, stock price volatility and trading volume on the bid ask spread of companies listed in the LQ45 index in the period 2015 to 2018. A total of 14 companies were taken as a purposive sampling sample in order to obtain 56 observational data. The analytical method used in this study is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that stock prices and stock price volatility affect the bid ask spread. While company size and trading volume do not affect bid ask spread. Investors can consider the size of the company, stock prices, stock price volatility and trading volume to avoid high spreads and get profit in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Teacher performance plays an important role in the success of the National education program. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's participatory leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of elementary school teachers. The entire population in this study was used as a sample, amounting to 80 elementary school teachers in Cluster 1 Baskara Sumirat Semarang. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the principal's participatory leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The principal's participatory leadership style makes a significant contribution to teacher performance. Therefore, to improve teacher performance, the principal should try to implement participatory leadership behavior, besides that the principal also needs to improve his knowledge and skills about this leadership, either on his own initiative or on the initiative of the education institution office or other related parties]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that influence online buying interest in the Sociolla marketplace. The variables studied were trust, ease of use, electronic word of mouth, and sales promotion. The background of this research is the decline in buying interest on the Sociolla website from July 2019 - September 2020. This study uses primary data generated from questionnaires. By using purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 108 respondents. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. <![CDATA[The aim is to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and service quality on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gresik Selatan. This type of research is explanatory research which explains and proves the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used random sample sampling with a sample size of 97 taxpayers who do reporting and tax payments located in South Gresik. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of taxpayer understanding, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. <![CDATA[Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia are growing rapidly. However, the market-share of Islamic financial institutions are still far from conventional financial institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine effect of level of income, religiosity, culture, principle of profit sharing and quality of service to members saving decision at KSPPS in Semarang City. The population of this research are active members of KSPPS that registered in Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang. The sample technique uses accidental sampling and the number of the sample of this research are 100 respondens. Primary data collection using questionnaire method. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and PLS-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Result of this research showed that level of income, religiosity, culture, principle of profit sharing and quality of service has a significant positive effect on saving decision members at KSPPS in Semarang City.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance is the result of performing a task or job in accordance with the authority and responsibility within an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of village officials in Subah District, Batang Regency. A total of 122 village officials were taken as samples by accidental sampling. Multiple linear regression has been used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that leadership and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Subah subdistrict, Batang district. Motivation is the variable that has the greatest influence on the performance of the Village apparatus. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation (Innovation, Risk Taking, Proactive) on MSME Performance; The mediating effect of Financial Access and Competitive advantage based on the direct and indirect subsections of Entrepreneurial Orientation. The object of this research is Culinary SMEs in Grobogan. Data were obtained from 84 samples of Culinary SMEs in Grobogan which were taken by accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used in thisresearch is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Risk Taking and Proactive have a positive effect on MSME Performance. While innovation does not affect the performance of SMEs. Innovation and Proactive have a positive effect on Financial Access, while Risk taking has no effect on Financial Access. Access to Finance has a positive effect on Competitive Advantage, and Competitive Advantage has a positive effect on MSME Performance). Financial Access and Competitive Advantage are able to mediate the relationship between proactiveness and MSME performance, but are unable to mediate the relationship between innovation and risk taking with the performance of culinary MSMEs in Grobogan.]]>
