Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan pendidikan menjadi agenda utama bagi LP3I College Jakarta dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 telah digunakan oleh LP3I College sebagai sarana perbaikan proses dalam peningkatan mutu dan pelayanan pendidikan di Lembaga.  Dengan diterapkannya Sistem Manajemen Mutu di LP3I College, diharapakan Lembaga akan selalu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik atau berkualitas, dapat meningkatkan kompentesi, dan mendapatkan pengakuan international sebagai institusi yang berkomitmen terhadap mutu. Kendalan yang dihadapi oleh LP3I College dalam implementasi ISO 9001 berupa Motivasi Karyawan dan Teknis Implementasi disetiap direktorat dan bagian.  Peningkatan Motivasi Karyawan dilakukan dengan menjaga komitmen terhadap mutu, sharing dan sosialisasi ISO 9001 disetiap rapat BOD, rapat Executive dan rapat Karyawan. Kendala Teknis Implementasi diatasi denangan sosialisasi yang gencar, evaluasi training, simulasi ISO 9001, dan bimbingan langsung dari Wakil Manajemen.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengenai Pelaksanaan Pengawasan Prosedur Purchase Order Pada PT Showa Indonesia Manufacturing – Cikarang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi Pelaksanaan Pengawasan Purchase Order Pada PT Showa Indonesia Manufacturing di Cikarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan hasil observasi dan menganalisa dengan data yang diperoleh perusahaan. Setelah melakukan analisis dan pembahasan masalah, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Pengawasan Purchase Order Pada PT Showa Indonesia Manufacturing berjalan dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Purchase Order, Pengawasan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The more advanced a State the more people are educated, and many people are unemployed, the more it feels the importance of the entrepreneurial world. Development will be more successful if supported by entrepreneurs who can open employment because the ability of the government is very limited. The government will not be able to work on all aspects of development because it requires a lot of budget, personnel and supervision. Works and castes are only found in people who think creatively and innovative action for the creation of opportunities. The creative and innovative process usually begins with the emergence of ideas and thoughts to create something new and different. Something new and different is the added value of goods and services that become a source of excellence to be an opportunity.Entrepreneurship is an ability to create something new and different to be an opportunity and value added in the market through the process of managing resources in new and different ways.The sense of entrepreneurial ability is intended to know the extent to which students can be realized to be entrepreneur by looking at opportunities that exist in the environment. As the indicator factors are: Soul Entrepreneurship, Motivation, Environment, and Education. As a measuring tool in sensing the ability of students to business opportunities. The obstacle to note is that not all students can become entrepreneurs and succeed. It is necessary to have further handling to be able to find out more from the sensing. Abstract

Merek (brand) merupakan nama suatu nama, term, tanda, symbol, atau disain, atau merupakan kombinasi dari hal-hal tersebut yang mengidentifikasi pembuat atau penjual suatu produk atau jasa (Kotler & Armstrong; 2001: 301). Menciptakan, mempertahankan, melindungi, dan meciptakan nilai bagi merek merupakan keterampilan khusus yang diperlukan oleh para pemasar bagi produk dan jasa mereka. Hal ini disebabkan karena konsumen memandang penting arti merek sebagai suatu bagian penting dari produk itu sendiri. Craven (Craven & Piercy; 2006: 265-267) mengatakan bahwa pemberian merek, manajemen merek, dan membangun suatu merek yang kuat mengalami banyak tantangan-tantangan. Pada bidang jasa, memposisikan suatu merek memerlukan suatu asosiasi pada komponen-komponen berujud seperti sosok seseorang yang menciptakan suatu jasa tersebut atau hal-hal berujud yang berhubungan dengan jasa yang ditawarkan. Hal ini dikarenakan jasa merupakan produk tak berujud. Merek yang berbasis internet juga merupakan permasalahan dalam mendirikan suatu merek-merek yang efektif bagi produk tak berujud seperti jasa. Kontribusi potensial kekuatan merek dalam membangun nilai pelanggan (customer value) dan keunggulan bersaing telah memotivasi para manajer untuk memfokuskan perhatian pada estimasi global mengenai nilai merek (value of brands) dan konsep mengenai ekuitas merek (brand equity). Hal yang paling menarik perhatian bagi investor ialah nilai finansial (financial value) dari suatu merek, khususnya pada perubahan estimasi nilai merek yang dimiliki perusahaan (Craven & Piercy; 2006). Dalam hal ini nilai merek dilihat hanya dari sisi finansial saja, yakni performa keuangan yang tercermin dalam ekuitas merek. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis besarnya kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah bankdi Bekasi.Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan purposive sampling yaitu 100 nasabah bank di Bekasi. Dari analisi uji hipotesis dan berdasarkan hasil keluaran program statistik SPSS  menunjukkan bahwa korelasi signifikan antara variabel  kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari dimensi variabel Tangibles (bukti fisik), Reliability (kehandalan), Responsiveness (cepat tanggap),  Assurance (jaminan), dan Emphaty (empati),  terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank.Dengan uji ANOVA menghasilkan F hitung sebesar 57.043 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0.000 < 0.5, maka dapat disimpulkan kelima  variabel kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan nasabah (Y). Dengan uji parsial (uji T) diperoleh  bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan menghasilkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil (<) dari 0.05 dan T hitung> T tabel,  sehingga hipotesis yang meyatakan bahwa Tangibles (bukti fisik), Reliability (kehandalan),Responsiveness (cepat tanggap), Assurance (jaminan), dan Emphaty (empati), berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial diterima.Dari analisis koefisien regresi , maka persamaan regresi berganda yang terbentuk adalah : Y = 3.645 + 0.282X1 + 0.183X2 + 0.258X3 + 0.355X4 + -0.255Semoga penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pembaca yang ingin melakukan penelitian lanjutan,  industri Perbankan, dan pembaca.   Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan (Service Quality), Kepuasan Pelanggan(Customer Statisfaction).The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of service to customer satisfaction bank .The research sample was determined by purposive sampling of 100 bank customers in Bekasi . From the analysis and hypothesis testing based on the statistical program SPSS output indicates that there is a significant correlation between the variable quality of service consisting of variable dimension Tangibles ( physical evidence ) , Reliability ( reliability ) , Responsiveness ( quick response ) , Assurance ( collateral ) , and Empathy ( empathy ) , to the satisfaction of bank customers .By ANOVA produce F count of 57 043 with 0.000 significance level < 0.5 , it can be concluded five service quality variables jointly significant effect on customer satisfaction variable ( Y ) .With the partial test ( t test ) showed that the variable quality of service generate significant value smaller ( < ) than 0.05 and T count> T table , so the hypothesis who stated that Tangibles ( physical evidence ) , Reliability ( reliability ) , Responsiveness ( quick response ) , assurance ( collateral ), and empathy ( empathy ) , a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially accepted .From the analysis of the regression coefficients , the multiple regression equation that is formed is : Y = 3,645 + 0.282X1 + 0.183X2 + 0.258X3 + 0.355X4 + -0255Hopefully this research useful for readers who want to do further research, the banking industry , as well as readers . Keywords : Service Quality , Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the Compensation Effect on Employee Performance and learn more deeply the importance of compensation in the company and how much influence it has on employee performance. And the company that is the object of this research is PT. Tri Dharma Pusaka, South Jakarta. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, where data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data collected through the results of the questionnaire are then processed with statistics, then interpreted, analyzed, and described according to the research objectives. The population and sample in this study were 55 people using saturated samples where all populations were sampled. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the effect of compensation has the results of the product moment correlation coefficient obtained r = 0.794, which means there is a positive relationship between compensation for employee work performance. The coefficient of determination  shows that Variable Compensation (X) affects the variable Employee performance (Y) of 63% while the rest is (100% - 63%) = 37% influenced by other factors not examined by the author. With a level of significance, because tcount is greater than t table (9.506> 1.674), then Ho is rejected and Ho is accepted, so it is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Compensation on the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

The purpose of the study or research is to know more about how leadership, motivation, and working environment influencing on employee performance and for finding which is as dominant factor from those variables. The research method used is multi linier regression to test leadership, motivation and working environment variable to employee performance. 375 employees were taken as sample from the employee population. The result of research showed that determination coefficient obtained is 0.476 (or equal to 47.6%), this means changing at employee performance simultaneously determined from variable of leadership, motivation and working environment by 47.6%, and the rest about 52.4% determined by other variables which are not focused in this research. Research also showed that there is a significant influent from leadership, motivation, and working environment variable to employee performance. Motivation variable becomes the dominan variable affecting the employee performance by 0.400, then working environment variable by 0.234 and the last leadership by 0.107. Key words: Leadership, Motivation, Environment, and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine the influences of e-service quality, and online trust on the online buying interest in Tokopedia. The study use a method of quantitative approach, due to in this study frequently presented numbers, started from the data collection, data interpretation until the result of study. Based on the result of questionnaires, it indicate the quality of Website Design, Reliability, Security, and Customer Service in Tokopedia have positive influences on the online trust. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is intended to analyze the implementation of 10 minutes motivation to influence the interest of the students of Business Administration Program Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. The research population is all students of Academic Year Academic Year study program 2017/2018 which amounted to 105 people, and sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 40 students. From the result of the research, it is found that 10 min (X) has a significant influence on student learning interest (Y) where the correlation coefficient is 0.376 or equal to 37.6% (strong enough). Keywords: motivation, interest in student learning
