Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine how much influence the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty in LP3I Group, determine how much influence Professionalism Working on Employee Loyalty in LP3I Group, and determine how much influence Transformational Leadership Style and Professionalism Working simultaneously on Employee Loyalty in LP3I Group. This study uses the regression method to see how big the effect of independent variables and the dependent variables. The population was employees in LP3I group that has entered a period of over 5 years of work. They are President Director of LP3I, Board of Directors and the Manager/Head Office of 60 and sampled in this study as many as 40 people. Each respondent was given a total of 35 questions. Based on the results of data processing show that the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty in LP3I Group is strong, it means that the relationship between the two variables is significant at the strong degree of confidence. And the influence of Professionalism Working on Employee Loyalty in LP3I Group is strong. It means that the relationship between the two variables is significant at the strong degree of confidence. While the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Professionalism Working Group on LP3I Employee loyalty is strong. This suggests that the Transformational Leadership Style and Professionalism Working works well, it will further increase Employee Loyalty in LP3I Group.  Keyword : Transformational Leadership Style, Employee Loyalty, Professionalism Working

Abstract

Analisa yang menentukan keputusan dalam menentukan kuliah di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menentukan keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M untuk melanjutkan pendidikan.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus Blok M sebanyak 200 orang dan penelitian ini mengambil kuota sebanyak 80 orang sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah Reliabilitas, Uji Cochran dan Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil data output spss tentang faktor yang menentukan keputusan mahasiswa memilih Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus Blok M sebagai tempat kuliah berdasarkan 5P (product, price, place, promotion dan people) dengan menggunakan uji cochran yang dilakukan pada masing- masing indikator maka dapat diambil kesimpulan, setelah melalui 8 tahap Proses cochran dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa dengan 80 responden dan nilai signifikan 0,098 lebih besar dari 0,05. maka diketahui faktor yang menentukan keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih kampus Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus Blok M untuk melanjutkan pendidikan adalah Kenyamanan, Sistem pembayaran dapat diangsur, Iklan, dan Pameran. Faktor yang paling dominan dalam menentukan keputusan dalam memilih UIEU sebagai tempat kuliah adalah Pameran, karena memiliki nilai ”YA” yang terbanyak yaitu sebesar 78. Kata Kunci : Marketing Mix

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of the incompetency in  English speaking of AP-258 students of LP3I Bekasi. It is focused on  the typical of each individual in learning English, as gender, perception, motivation, interest, attitude, and learning strategy.  Based of the result, gained the percentage of motivation and interest of the respondents in learning English as: 33% respondents with high level of motivation and interest, 11 % respondents with average level of motivation and interest, 28 % respondents with less level of motivation and interest, and 28 % respondents with no motivation and interest at all. Having positive motivation and interest through English, it will be  very affecting on the  attitude , perception, even the  learning strategy of each person in the process of learning English. On the contrary, it  will be the obstacle in the learning English process. As the most respondents have negative attitude in learning English, therefore they don’t get a good result. Keywords : Motivation, Interest Of The Respondents

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Ekacipta Buana Sarana Teknik Jakarta. Total Respondents in this study were 30  respondents. This study has two variables, the variable quality of service and customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method, data collection technique: observational field research, interviews, questionnaires, and library research. Then, the techniques used linear regression analysis using the test: validity, reliability, kelasik assumption test, normality test,multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis. From the test results showed that Influence the quality of service to satisfaction is satisfaction of 0.83% which means the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction very strong and positive relationship while consumer satisfaction is equal to 68.89% and the remaining 31.11% is a factor so on others, namely facilities and infrastructure, promotion, delivery of machines from home and abroad, cooperation to achieve joint success that based on kinship.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the quality of products, promotions and pricing to sales product karoseri Wing Box at PT. Toyotaka Mitra Indonesia. The data used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to clients of PT. Toyotaka Mitra Indonesia as many as 95 respondents. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software application assistance. The results showed the quality of products, promotions and price together (simultaneously) significantly affect sales. Partially quality of products significantly influence sales with positive relationships, while sale prices and partially no significant influence on sales and promotions and price relationship is positive for sales.Keywords : quality of product, promotion, pricing, sales

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh promosi penempatan kerja terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, Kampus Pondok Cabe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif karena data yang dianalisis berupa data angka yang kemudian dideskripsikan. Metode penelitan yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dan subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa LP3I Jakarta Kampus Pondok Cabe yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil analisis maka dapat dikatakan bahwa promosi penempatan kerja dapat mempengaruhi prestasi akademik mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Pondok Cabe. Promosi penempatan kerja  secara keseluruhan dapat membuat mahasiswa tersebut menjadi berprestasi secara akademik. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Penempatan Kerja, Prestasi Akademik

Abstract

ABSTRACT The National otomotive industry in Indonesia has a very good prospect. Domestic market is very potential for developing transportation device, because it supported by the wide landscape o Indonesian region and the large amount of Indonesian population. However, the presence of national car industry not directly implicate to the probability of product absorption massively. Government support in matter of economy policy, bureaucracy  and national car development technique are not the main factor that giving the possibilities for product selling success. The success for national car selling still determined by how big the market can accept the product concept.Arina Motor Manufacturing is the company that recently developing the Microcar national car prototype with the brand ARINA. Recently, target market for this product is domestic/local market. The first indication for helding this research is the necessity of the new product testing for getting market response. The problems that indicated as the cause are the product concept it self such as quality, feature, style and design, also the perception from the future consumer to Arina Microcar. This research has an intend to examine much further of the marketing mix analysis, especially that related with the product concept of ARINA Microcar as one of the national car excellence product prototype.The research was held on Jakarta Indonesian International Motor Show (IIMS) at July 24th – August 02nd, 2009. The survey was held by spreading the questioner to respondents for the intend to get some information that related with some factors in marketing mix from the product concept view that influence consumer perception toeward ARINA Microcar. The data processing for the this research is processed by using SPSS Program.The result of this research shows that all research variable are valid and reliable. Based on factor analysis testing, all variable fulfill the properness condition and connected each other, because the gained data KMO > 0.50. Meanwhile, the analysis result correlation shows that the future consumer perception toward ARINA Microcar product concept is not significantly determined by quality variable (29.9%), but determined by feature variable (52.7%), and style/design (64.4%). In the meantime, regression analysis result also shows valid with some indicators such as data already normal distributed, there is no autocorelation, and there is no colinearity. The F test results shows that all variable by collectively influence to the perception. But the result  of the T test shows only feature variable and style/design that separately influence to the perception.   Keywords: Product Quality, Features, Style and Design, Consumer Perception

Dalam bisnis sekarang dituntut menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang tinggi untuk pengembangan perusahaan.Perusahaan harus mampu membangun dan meningkatkan kinerja di dalam lingkungannya.Keberhasilan perubahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor penting adalah sumber daya manusia, karena sumber daya manusia merupakan pelaku dari keseluruhan tingkat perencanaan sampai dengan evaluasi yang mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya lainnya yang dimiliki oleh organisasi atau perusahaan.Keberadaan sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu perusahaan memegang peranan  sangat penting. Tenaga kerja memiliki potensi yang besar untuk menjalankan aktivitas perusahaan. Potensi setiap sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam perusahaan harus dapat dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya sehingga mampu memberikan output optimal.Sedangkan pemberian kompensasi dan  lingkungan kerja yang baik  pada dasarnya adalah hak para karyawan dan merupakan kewajiban dari pihak perusahaan untuk mendukung kontribusi para karyawannya dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan.oleh karena itu para karyawan akan lebih semangat  untuk melakukan tanggung jawab mereka apabila perusahaan mengerti dan memperhatikan betul akan kebutuhan karyawan yang pada dasarnya adalah mereka bekerja untuk mendapatkan uang, dalam hal ini berbentuk gaji.Adapun alasan yang paling utama dalam pemilihan objek ini adalah keinginan mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai pengaruh kompensasi terhadap  kinerja karyawan yang bergerak di bidang perusahaan jasa. Abstract

Given the increasingly irregular foreign exchange rate that occurred in Indonesia and there is often a foreign exchange differences on foreign currency happens to companies engaged in the Money Changer, due to the use of cost of goods sold calculation method is not in accordance with the rules of accounting. While the calculation of cost of goods sold is very influential over balance sheets and income statements are presented per period. Thus the author really need to raise the topic in this article titled "Calculation of Cost of Goods Sold FX in PT Supra Gading Raya Jakarta".

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research conducted at the Polytechnic of LP3I Jakarta, Sudirman Tangerang Campus was to find out whether there was a billiard effect (cover building) made on the interest of new students to study at Politeknik LP3I Jakarta, Sudirman Campus, Tangerang. Research is associative research to determine the relationship between two variables, the approach used is the method of data analysis quantitative research using statistical methods .. Using a questionnaire instrument with respondents of the students of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Sudirman Tangerang. in it is a closed question of measurement using a Likert scale. In this study the sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, especially Purposive Sampling technique, which uses census techniques. In this research at the Polytechnic of LP3I Jakarta Sudirman Campus, the sample was determined only by the polytechnic students of LP3I Jakarta Kampus Sudirman all levels 1 (one), 20 student respondents in the academic year 2018 - 2019. From the results of data analysis, interest in the average cover building interpretation number 3.62 is included in either the criteria or cover building, according to them, interesting and visible results of the average interest in studying at Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Sudirman Campus, the average interpretation rate is 3.67, including the criteria of good or interest. to study at the Jakarta Polytechnic LP3I Sudirman Tangerang campus is high. Correlation test results obtained only 0.03 and refers to the product moment correlation table of the relationship or the influence of billboards (cover building) on the interest of new students to study at the Politeknik Lp3i Jakarta Sudirman Campus in Tangerang, the effect is very low. From the results of the determinant coefficient, the effect is only 0.09% while the remaining 99.91% of students' interest in studying at the Jakarta Polytechnic LP3I Sudirman campus in Tangerang is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The level of correlation and determinant is very low but the significance test shows that t count is smaller than t tabl, the t count value <t table (0, 126 <2,086). then the research hypothesis can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. That is, there is no variable influence.
