Abstract

The aims of this research is to Develope the student worksheet (LKS)-based on problem based learning to advance student metacognitive in stoichiometric topic. The method of this Researh and Develompment (R & D) used 4-D model, the research instruments that was developedused Likert scale. The resulte of thisresearch such a form student worksheets of laboratory based on problem based learning in stoichiometric topic. Validation obtained that the worksheets developed for the requirements of the material was given a score of 3.2 ( good ), requirements language have score 3.4 ( very good ) and construction requirement score 3.2 ( good ). Results of testing the student 's response indicates that, the worksheet in a good category. This worksheet developed student metacognitive. Worksheet were developed feasible to use to develop metacognitive skills of students on the subject of stoichiometric.

Abstract

Ada banyak jenis menulis kalimat bahasa Inggris dalam tata bahasa, seperti: kata benda, kata sifat, kata kerja, kata ganti, kata keterangan, kata depan dan lain-lain Berdasarkan peneliti penelitian pendahuluan mereka tidak dapat menemukan, mengidentifikasi dan memperbaiki kesalahan kalimat meskipun mereka memiliki mempelajari pemahaman menulis dan kalimat gramatikal seperti: Grammar I, II, Advance dan lain-lain tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengoreksi kesalahan dalam kalimat bahasa Inggris dan persentase penguasaan mereka dalam menjawab tes. Penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang masalah ini. Penelitian ini diberikan pada Mahasiswa FKIP UIR. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa tahun ketiga di FKIP UIR dan objek penelitian adalah studi tentang kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengoreksi kesalahan dalam kalimat bahasa Inggris Mahasiswa Semester tiga di FKIP UIR. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa Semester tiga. Jumlah populasi adalah 280 mahasiswa dan jumlah total sampel adalah 33 mahasiswa. Penulis menggunakan tes tertulis sebagai instrumen penelitian yang terdiri dari 40 tes item. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan rumus nilai rata-rata, Variance, dan standar deviasi. Setelah menganalisa data, penulis menemukan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengoreksi kesalahan dalam kalimat bahasa Inggris yang baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata tes siswa dari kalimat kesalahan yang terdiri dari 4 bahan. Skor rata-rata tes siswa dari yang tidak benar / s.present hilang tegang adalah 81,2%, hadir continous tense 63,3%, quantifier 49,6%, kata keterangan dan klausa kata sifat 34,8%. Berdasarkan kategori skor siswa dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Learning activities in formal education can not be separated from the process of learning activities at school. In order for the learning process goes well, then a teacher in addition to mastering the material, is also required to master the model that can enable learners in the learning process.Successful achievement of educational goals in schools much depends on how the process experienced by learners as learners. The learning process can be done in school, at home, or study guidance.For learning in school, learners are faced with a number of subjects, one of the subjects of mathematics. Mathematics is a compulsory subject accepted by SMA/MA students.Mathematics is a science that studies about the material, natural phenomena and mechanisms that occur in it. More simply can be said that math is closely related to daily life. One alternative learning model that is expected to enable learners is cooperative three-step interview technique.Cooperative learning type three-step interview is one type of cooperative learning is quite simple, and can be trained to learners who are not accustomed to follow cooperative learning. Cooperative learning model of three-step interview can help learners to strengthen and master the concept of subject matter.This model gives learners the opportunity to work independently and cooperate with others by exchanging opinions and exchanging information with other learners in their group.According to Lie with the application of three-step intervew model gives at least eight times more chance to each learner to discuss in group.Based on the results obtained the value of the first cycle, the second cycle and the third cycle in a row (82,10%), (83,63%) and (87,16%).

Abstract

This was a Classroom action research which focused on improving students’ ability in studying Geography in weather and climates. Based on the observation of the researcherat class X SMA Negeri 1 Salo found some problemsespecially in the classroom X.5. Most students did not understand the material being taughtby the teachers. Observations that have been made with giving 25 questions in the form of essays, student got difficulties in understanding the material. 86% students made mistakes in answering questions. Their score below 75, so they did not reach the minimum completeness criteria (KKM); over 75. Only 14% students were able to answer questions.Their difficulty in answering the question because they were not full attention when learning in the classroom.The reseacher solved the problem by using role play in this subject then after cycle 1, the result of the average value of students increased to 67.71. This means the ability to learn geography on the subject of weather and climate for the students at the level of 61-80 ability (good), but has not reached the standard minimum completeness criteria (KKM) yet; above 75.In cycle 2, the result of the average value of students increased to be 78.86. It means being able to read the text of the students were at the level of 61-80 ability (good). This value was higher than the standard minimum completeness criteria (KKM); over 75

Abstract

School education is expected to improve the quality of education. In improving the quality ofeducation, educational institutions use quality management system. Quality ManagementSystem (SMM) which has been implemented by SMA Negeri 2 Bangko, Rokan Hilir Regencyis SMM ISO 9001: 2008. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of SMMISO 9001:2008 on Biology learning in SMA Negeri 2 Bangko, Rokan Hilir Regency. This typeof research includes field research field (field research) by using quantitative and qualitativeresearch. This research consists of: 1) dependent variable (Y): Biology learning 2)Independent variable (X): SMM ISO 9001: 2008. Data were analyzed using linearregression.There is an effect of variable quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 toBiology Learning. That is, the better the conditions of implementation of ISO 9001: 2008quality management system, then the Biology Learning will increase. Conversely the lowerthe implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system then Biology learning willalso decrease.

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to find out whether Entrepreneurship Education Program may create an active creativity and inovation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The Entrepreneurship Education Program is one of the answers to overcome various problems, especially the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. Students need to be given debriefing on entrepreneurial competencies with the aim of preparing students in order to create jobs, alleviate the problem of unemployment, poverty, economic downturn and politically can lift the dignity and dignity as an independent nation. With the development of entrepreneurship programs the writer as the principal is more proactive in finding and utilizing opportunities to achieve success so that it will bring change in the organization towards a more adaptive one in the face of various environmental changes and 21st century challenges.Kata Kunci: Implementation, Entrepreneurship Education Program, Realizing Creativity and Innovation

Abstract

Belajar merupakan proses yang ditandai adanya perubahan pada diri seseorang. Antaraproses belajar dengan perubahan adalah dua gejala yang saling terkait yakni belajarsebagai proses dan perubahan sebagai bukti dari hasil yang diperoleh. Dalampelaksanaannya, pembelajaran mengandung serangkaian perbuatan guru dan peserta didikatas hubungan timbal balik yang berlangsung dalam situasi edukatif untuk mencapai tujuantertentu. Guru sebagai seorang pendidik yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaanpembelajaran bertugas menciptakan kondisi belajar yang dapat membuat peserta didikbelajar dengan optimal sehingga mendapatkan hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Prosespembelajaran dengan menciptakan suasana kondusif terlebih dahulu dapat mengembangkanseluruh cara kerja otak karena belajar yang sesuai dengan cara kerja otak akanmeningkatkan kemampuan dan mempermudah proses pembelajaran, sehingga prosespembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Salah satu strategi yangdapat digunakan untuk menciptakan suasana yang kondusif dan mengatasi kesulitan pesertadidik adalah strategi Genius Learning dengan tujuan menggugah sepenuhnya kemampuanbelajar, membuat menyenangkan, dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Genius Learningadalah istilah yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan suatu rangkaian pendekatan praktisdalam upaya meningkatkan hasil proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan strategi pembelajarangenius learning memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari makin meningkatnya pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materiyang disampaikan guru pada pokok bahasan Sistem Persamaan Linier Dua Variabel(SPLDV) Ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III yaitu masing –masing 77,14%, 85,71% dan 94,29%. Pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar peserta didik secaraklasikal telah tercapai. Dan aktivitas peserta didik peserta didik meningkat dari siklus I,siklus II dan siklus III sebesar 78,18%, 80,49% dan 82,89%.

Abstract

Students' motivation is low need to be addressed with the right approach. Model approach to behavioral counseling through group counseling services need to be done. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in students' motivation in the classroom through group counseling. Counseling teachers do in class XB public high school 2 Bangko. This study design using Action Research (PTK) designed two cycles of the first cycle and the second cycle. The subjects were students class XB public high school Bangko, Rokan Hilir. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive analysis Cycle I pointed out, the average class XB learning motivation is low then do the second cycle. Based on the action given that the guidance of the group in the classroom can increase the motivation of students in public high school  2 Bangko, Rokan Hilir. .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects on the component of the ability of literary aspects of speaking, basic competence to express the dialogue of the characters in the play, knowing the effectiveness of the application of motivation, role playing methods, and socio drama, in improving learning outcomes subjects Bahasa Indonesia , the component of the ability of bersasra, the aspect of basic competence to express the dialogue of the character's role in the drama performance, to know the influence of the application of motivation, the role playing method and the socio-drama, express the dialogue of the characters in the staging of the drama of the class XII IPS1 SMA Negeri 2 Bangko to improve the learning result of the eye Bahasa Indonesia component of literary ability, basic competence speaking aspect expressed the dialogue of the characters in the drama performance. This study uses a classroom action research design (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of SMA Negeri 2 Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir The research procedure used Kemmis and Taggart model, consisting of planning, action and observation, and reflection. Technique of data taker through learning result data, learning data. The data that have been obtained are grouped, analyzed by using analysis of minimum learning mastery criteria. The research results: 1) The application of motivational approach, with role playing method and socio drama can maximize or improve learning outcomes, Indonesian subjects, component of literary ability of speaking aspect expressing dialogue of the characters in drama 2) Implementation of motivational approach, by role playing method and socio can cause a sense of appreciation of the art of staging drama in the learning of Indonesian subjects, the component of the ability of literary aspects of speaking basic competence to express the dialogue of the characters in staging drama. 3) The application of motivational approach, by role playing method and socio drama can improve cooperation and mutual respect among students in learning Indonesian subjects, component of literary ability of speaking aspect of basic competence expressing dialogue of the characters in staging drama.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learningprocess and improve learning outcomes of economics students with the application ofQuick On The Draw in cooperative learning. The subjects were students of class XIIIPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru in the first semester of the academic year 2013/2014,totaling 40 people, consisting of 19 male students and 21 female students withacademic ability levels are heterogeneous. The study consisted of two cycles, each cycleconsisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Eachend of the cycle carried out daily tests. The data collection is done by observationtechniques and techniques written test. Data was analyzed using descriptive qualitativeanalysis techniques of narrative and descriptive statistical analysis. Results of researchon the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done wellafter taking action even though there are still some deficiencies. Teacher activity inaccordance with the planning and activities of students also increased to be active bothin discussions and when answering a question card set. Criteria for success of theaction on this study is the result of increased student learning that can be seen from theincreasing value of students can be seen from the analysis of the achievement of KKM.If the number of students who reach KKM on daily tests 1 and 2 daily test more than thebasic score, it can be said Shiva value increases. The number of students who reachKKM on a base score, daily test I (first cycle), daily test II (second cycle) respectivelyare 30%, 50% and 75%. The results of this study indicate that the application of QuickOn The Draw in cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes economyclass XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru semester of academic year 2013/2014.
