Abstract

This research purposes is to examine the factors influence online purchase decision on Facebook. The data was all primary which collected through personal interview in the form of questionnaire to 100 sample using cluster sampling method. To examine the hypothesis a multiple linear regression, F test & t test is applied. The result of this research shows that trust, easy of use and information quality have positive effect to online purchase, while risk have a negative effect to online purchase.

Abstract

This article will appoint three problems faced by the population, especially women or groups of women PKK RT 01 and RT 02 RW 08 Sub Kedungwuluh in an effort to increase the family income is limited acknowledge entrepreneurial knowledge of the process of manufacturing and marketing products and instant ginger scented financial management effort. Solution partners to solve problems are done by counseling, training and business mentoring instant ginger fragrance. Outcomes or results to be achieved is a partner becomes an entrepreneur who can produce and market a fragrance Ginger to increase family income and can conduct business financial management ginger scented correctly.Activities that have been implemented are doing and how entrepreneurship education ginger plant breeding, training of making ginger scented instant, training, marketing and manufacturing of simple financial statements. The results of the activities are already partners have knowledge of entrepreneurial, able to make and market their products and make instant ginger scented simple financial statements of the business conduct clinical trials of products, partners follow food safety education in the Department of Health, makes packaging and promotional media fragrant ginger instant products, PIRT certification filed at the Department of Health to be widely marketed.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the effect of audit quality and audit committee size on earnings management. The size of the accounting public firm and industry specialist auditors are used to proxy the audit quality. Modified Jones Model is used to calculate discretionary accruals (a proxy or earnings management). This study uses secondary data derived from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the financial statements of companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2011. This study used a purposive sampling method and can 168 companies. Methods of analysis of this study use multiple regressions with SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the size of the firm, industry specialist auditors, and audit committee size proved to have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study attempts to identify the perceptions of students of Economics and Business Faculty of the CRM implementation and its influence on the formation of customer value, product excellence and customer satisfaction. The concept of customer in this study was focused on the student. While the implementation of CRM in this study was focused on the Academic Information System (SIA).The purpose of the study was 1) to analyze the students' perceptions of the implementation of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) at the Faculty of Economics and Business UNSOED, 2) to analyze the effect of the implementation of CRM on Customer Value and Product Advantage, and 3) to analyze the effect of Customer Value and Product Advantage to Customer Satisfaction.The sample of the study was 116 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, qualitative descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data collected. The result show that students' perceptions of the implementation of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) at the Faculty of Economics and Business UNSOED was positive, 2) Implementation of CRM has a positive effect on Customer Value and Product Advantage, and 3) Customer Value and Product Advantage has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be input for Jenderal Soedirman University to improve their service quality.

Abstract

Various studies and opinions are still debating whether to bring the benefits of diversification or even a negative impact on long-term competitive advantage. On one side argued that the company can increase the diversification of economies of scale. While on the other hand a lot of opinions that the strategy to focus on core competencies is the key to the company's advantage in the long run. This study provides evidence of the diversification of the company and its consequences on firm value. Diversified company as part of the internal market mechanisms can have benefits and costs on the performance of the company. The purpose of this study was to find empirical evidence of (a) the effect of corporate diversification on firm performance, (b) the effect of managerial ownership on the relationship between corporate diversification and firm performance, (c) the effect of environmental stability on the relationship between corporate diversification and firm performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze whether the application of the partnership model of the suppliers in a supply chain system of manufacturing and exporting essential oil can improve the company's competitive advantages. This study is a case study conducted by survey method. The study was conducted at the clove essential oil and derivatives export company in Purwokerto. Departments involved are the Department of Natural Materials Purchasing and Finance Department. Source of data in this research is secondary data and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from the internal data that already exist and are collected by the Department of Natural Materials Purchasing Department and Corporate Finance Department. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The results and analysis of research indicate that supplier selection strategy with the partnership model provides financial benefits to the company amounting to 1.565.747.410,63 rupiahs during the period of 6 months. In addition to financial benefits, partnerships also provide increased gain, a harmonious relationship between the company and the vendor, reduce the risk of vertical vendor integration, increasing the acquisition through partnering vendor, the vendor avoids speculation and reduce the risk of adulterants.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Capital, Asset Quality, and Efficiency of the Results Return on BPRS 2008-2010. The data used in this study was obtained from the Financial Report BPRS issued by Bank Indonesia. After passing through the stage purposive sample, the samples are fit for use 6 banks. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis. F test showed that the variables of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and ROA jointly affect significantly the profitability variable. While partially by t test, showed that the variables of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) that has positive effect was not significant, and the variable ROA has a significant negative effect. The results also show the adjusted R2 value of 37, 6%. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for calculating the profitability of the bank management.
