Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction and their interest in re-treatment in RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Data were collected by questionnaire using non-probability sampling and applied accidental sampling technique. This study took the sample of 100 outpatient care patients as respondents of the internish-poly of RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen. Data analysis techniques were using descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, path analysis, and correlation analysis by using SPSS 22.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that all variables are valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity and no heteroskedasticity, and the model meets the assumption of normality. The effect of the facility to patients’ satisfaction show that facility is significant to patients’ satisfactory. The effect of service quality on the interest of re-treatment shows that service quality is not significant to the interest of re-treatment. The effect of the facility on the interest of re-treatment indicated that the facility is not significant to the interest of the return of treatment. The effect of patients’ satisfaction on the interest of re-treatment shows that patient satisfaction is significant to the interest of re-treatment. Patient satisfaction is explained by service quality and facilities of 45.4% while the remaining 54.6% is influenced by other variables. Interest in re-treatment is explained by service quality, facilities, and patient satisfaction of 50.5%; while the remaining 49.5% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the main pillars of a country economy, especially in developing countries. Actually, the existence of this type of business in Indonesia has been since the Dutch colonial era long decades ago. However, nowadays its existence is threatened due to the rapid expansion of modern businesses that spread into rural areas of Indonesia. Therefore, under full of limitations, SMEs are in dire need of government assistance, both central and local governments in term of financial and nonfinancial to strengthen the SMEs' capital so they are able to sustain their businesses. This paper intends to analyze several financing scheme model for SMEs that could be given by the government through financial institutions so that the SMEs will be getting an easy access to the capital resources. In the other word, this condition is expected to give maximum support for SMEs development. As a result, the SMEs will contribute to eradicating unemployment and poverty by strengthening county economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the brand image of products positioning (study cases of Roundup Biosorb 480 SL). This study used 58 respondents from the village in six subdistricts (Tonjong subdistrict, Bumiayu subdistrict, Sirampog subdistrict, Paguyangan subdistrict, Bantarkawung subdistrict, Salem subdistrict), each 1 respondent representing a village. The sampling method uses purposive techniques or probability sampling, which is the selection of a random sample obtained by certain considerations. The data testing used in this study is to test the data outliers, processed by the classical assumption. This research uses a statistical method possible canonical correlation analysis. The result of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between positioning, value, usage, class, competitors, and benefit, with brand image, through excellence, strength, and uniqueness. It can be seen from the test results as of significant multivariate under the level of confidence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a variety of problems associated with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) that exist on teacher of Public Vocational High School (SMK Negeri) at Technology and Industry Group in Tegal. This study aimed to analyze the causal relationship between the model of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, attitudes on organizational culture and commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour ( OCB ) as teacher at SMK Negeri Technology and Industry Group in Tegal regency. The population in this study was a teacher at SMK Group Technology and Industry in Tegal. The method used is quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the existence of a causal relationship between spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and attitudes in the organization's commitment to the OCB, it known from the value of F statistic of 761.450 with a significant probability value 0,000 far below 0.05 so it can be said that the hypothesis stating there is the influence of spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, attitudes on organizational culture, and organizational commitment, together on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is accepted as true. Based on these results, it is to improve the OCB teachers SMK Group Technology and Industry in Tegal need to be implemented seminars, workshops, and training ESQ (Emotional and Spiritual Quotient), reward and punishment in improving organizational commitment and attitudes on organizational culture, as well as a good example of the principal as leader of the organization.

Abstract

Sub-sector of farms broiler chickens in the District of Purbalingga is a business strategy the interrelationship between farmers and livestock feed company. One of the strategies of feed cattle for profit is to develop a distribution system so as to develop partnerships broiler farms. Research on strategy choice partnership is one form of strategic alliances that can improve business performance through some influence that is a partnership (relationship), entrepreneurship and distribution (distribution channel).
