Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure is one part of the existing management in educational institutions that have a very important role to support the educational process, especially the learning process. Based on the fact, the management of facilities and infrastructure have not been optimally performed by the school in achieving its objectives as an educational institution. Management or management is an integral component and can not be separated from the educational process as a whole, without the management is not possible educational goals can be realized optimally, effective, and efficient. Of these problems, the author is interested in conducting research with the title of the factor analysis of facilities and infrastructure management on the performance of educators survey at Junior High School 1 (SMPN 1) Kota Cirebon. The samples are saturated samples (census) so that the sample size is still 42 respondents. The test results F value of 15,027 while the F table at df (0,05;5,36) is equal to 2,477; so that t > t table or 15,027 > 2,477. This means that there is simultaneously a means and infrastructure management influence on the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Kota Cirebon, whereas the correlation coefficient of 0,822 and the value of coefficient of determination obtained amounted to 0,676 or 67,60%. This percentage variables influence Infrastructures Management on the performance of educators at 67,60%. While the remaining 32,40% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Factors that have contributed to the variable infrastructure management is the planning, procurement and utilization while maintaining dimensions and supervision do not contribute to the performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Kota Cirebon.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development and advancement of information technology is growing rapidly. System applications in various fields is a must for any institution/company to utilize the information as the basis of administration and data processing. Hospital information system has an important role in clinical and administrative services. Information management in hospitals have started using an electronic-based system (SIMRS), hospitals need a management information system (MIS) to improve the quality of medical services. SIM hospitals (SIMRS) integrated primary function is designed to integrate the hospital into a single integrated system that is stored in the central database. According Jogiyanto (2001: 12) the application is an application, save one thing, the data, the existing problems so it turned into something new shape without losing the basic values of the terms of the data, the problems, the work itself.

Abstract

Affection in the group level becomes an interesting phenomenon to be examined. This study developed a group-level affection model which is called Group Affective Tone (GAT) with an input-process-output (IPO) model. This model reveals the theory and concept of affective convergence mechanism, emergent process and consequent of GAT. Furthermore, the researcher tried to address areas that could potentially be research topics related to group-level affection.

Abstract

Public services can be defined as service activities are carried out as the basic need fulfilment accordance fundamental right of every citizen and resident on the goods, service and admnistration services which is provided by service organizer related to the interest of public. This study analyzed the effect of service quality perception toward the community satisfaction in Tegal integrated licency services agency (Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu Kota Tegal) the writer uses questionnaire of 100 people who took care of licensing and multiple linear regression analysis to the effect between the dependent and independent variables. The result the multiple linear regression analysis and equation regression are Y = 0,151 + 0,189X1 + 0,554 X2 + 0,255 X3 + 0,355X4 + 0,469X5 obtained the coefficient of determination (R Square) = 0,842; Durbin Watson (DW) = 2,179; Tolerance and VIF tes value indicate non multicolinearity, scatterplot graph form that spreads above and below number 0 not formed a definite pattern which indicate non heteroscedasticity. Besides F counting value is more than F table it can be concluded that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty have significant effect toward people satisfaction of Tegal integrated licency service agency (Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu Kota Tegal) improvement toward public service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, level of education and morality against unethical behavior, either partially or simultaneously. Method used in sampling purposive sampling, sampling is based on consideration for in accordance with the criteria in order to improve the accuracy of the sample. by criteria a driver who is experienced as a driver for at least 1 year. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level (α) 0,05. The results of this study concluded that partial compensation does not affect unethical behavior, with significant value of 0,100 is less than 0,05. Partially education level does not affect unethical behavior, with significant value of 0,638 is more than 0,05. Suggestions to reduce unethical behavior of the driver, it is recommended to provide compensation remains as long as this has been done because no matter how much the compensation awarded to the driver can not reduce behavior unethical done by the bus driver. Suggestions for reducing transport entrepreneurs driver of unethical behavior, it is recommended to provide compensation remains as long as this has been done because no matter how much the compensation awarded to the driver can not reduce unethical behavior done by the bus driver.

Abstract

The research is highly in many different opinions among same expert about influence of brand image, customer value, and brand trust in establishing brand loyalty. Thus the aims of the research is to test the influence of the brand image to brand loyalty via customer value and brand loyalty. Researcher used strtuctural equation model with the AMOS 4.01 program to calculate the effect of each variable. A model will be developed to describe these relationship. This research was conducted in Cirebon with research object of Mandiri Islamic Bank. The data of this research from the 190 questionaires distributed, 140 were returned. The analysis finds that although brand image not directly affect brand loyalty, it does so indirectly via customer value, and brand trust. The result found that brand loyalty positively related to customer value and brand trust.

Abstract

Good governance can be realized through effective internal control, as a result of the implementation of financial accountability. Internal control can effectively provide reasonable assurance on adherence, and effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the purpose of the duties and functions of Government Agencies (assurance activities) can give early warning (early warning system) and the effectiveness of risk management in the implementation of the tasks and functions of Government Agencies (anti-corruption activities); and to maintain and improve governance in the implementation of tasks and functions of Government Agencies (consulting activities). The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sample is numbered 69 respondents. Data collection technique is to use literature study, observation, questionnaire and documentation study. Analysis of the data on the influence of the independent variables are the professionalism of internal auditors with the dependent variable quality of the internal auditor's report. The results showed that the factors of the professionalism of internal auditors to improve the quality of examination reports of internal auditors in Inspectorate Cirebon including the factor of independence, professional ability factor, the factor of the scope of work, and the internal audit section management factor.

Abstract

The problem in this research is their different behavior on different employee status, so it should be identified as a result of differences in the status of employees. The aims of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) lecturer STMIK Amikom Purwokerto, motivational influence on organizational commitment lecturer STMIK Amikom Purwokerto, the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) lecturer STMIK Amikom Purwokerto, and to know the status of employees in moderating the relationship between motivation and commitment to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) lecturer STMIK Amikom Purwokerto. Samples were lecturers STMIK Amikom Purwokerto lecturer fixed and honorary. The analytical method used is linear regression analysis. The results showed positive effect on the motivation of organizational commitment, motivation positively influences on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment positively affects organizational citizenship behavior and employee status does not moderate in the relationship between motivation and commitment to organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

BMT or LKS is one of sharia business to avoid society from the danger of usury or commonly called interest, so that BMT becomes more fair and open which gives a sense of comfort to the custumer (small enterpreneurs) compared with the presence of conventional financial institutions that adopt the ribawi system. One of the goals and wisdom of the founding of BMT is to improve the welfare of the people, for that the managers of sharia financial institutions must be smart and smart looking for other sources of funds to increase capital financing for the needy.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of communication, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee organizational citizenship behavior common part of the District Secretariat Kebumen. The research sample is a population that is saturated sample survey method. Data were taken using a questionnaire and to test the validity, reliability and assumptions of classical and rock data is regressed with SPSS. T test results showed each variable communication, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on OCB. While the F-test shows that the three independent variables jointly significant effect on OCB in the Division of General Office of the Secretariat of Kebumen. Variable organizational communication, organizational commitment and job satisfaction can be used to improve the OCB employee at the Office of the General Secretariat Kebumen district.
