Abstract

There are quite similar reasons for debtors in selecting bank to the reasons in keeping funds. It is not merely concerning interest rate and facilities, service is also an important factor. This factor is greatly important regarding business activity between one bank and others can be said to be the same. The different thing is a matter of services.This research is located in Mandiri Bank Palangka Raya Branch. This research aims to (1) determine and analyze the level of conformity of interest level of service elements according to customers on the performance that has been conducted by Mandiri Bank Palangka Raya Branch (2) to determine customers’ satisfaction on the services that have been given so that it can assist the Mandiri Bank performance to achieve better quality improvement through determination of main priority.The samples are 100 customers of Mandiri Bank Palangka Raya Branch as the respondents using accidental sampling technique, the analysis used is customers’ Importance-Performance analysis. This analysis uses Cartesians Diagram divided into four quadrants. In this research, there are some main considerations by  Mandiri Bank Palangka Raya Branch namely (a) Teller attention to the customers, employee willingness to service the customers (b) Waiting time in the queue (c) existence of Mandiri ATM machine (d) Interest rate level given by the bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between the variables of the practice of strategic human resource management and quality of service. The approach of this discussion is to do a literature study and review the results of previous studies Results of the discussion showed that the practice of strategic human resource management has a relationship to the quality of service but can not be proven empirically. Limitations of this study that this research study area only on the territory of South Kalimantan, would narrow the generalizability of research findings to other areas or regions wider coverage. The data presented in this study is a cross sectional shape that only represent certain point of time only. In this study, the measurement variables of service quality and organizational performance is measured from the perspective of internal organization, future studies should also involve external respondent organizations.

Abstract

 "The Influence of Organization Leadership Communication Work Against Employee Motivation Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of South Borneo Province, Supervisor I: Prof. Dr.. H.M. Ma’ruf Abdullah, SH., MM., MSi, Supervisor II: Dr. Hj. Rahmi Widyanti, M.Si     The Communication is a basic human activity. By communicating, people can do interaction with each other both in daily life at home, at work, in the market, in society or in any human being.     To easily understand this communication needs to first know the basic concepts of communication. Basicconcepts of communication such as the definition of communication, communication models, the basic components of communication and communication principles.     Method of approach using the type of quantitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of words writing or spoken of the people and behavior that can be observed, Quantitative Research destkriftif used to examine relationships between variables, and relationship variables.     In this study population were employees of Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of South Borneo Province. The data collection method used was a survey method is by way of coming directly to the field, accompanied by distributing questionnaires     From the results of this research the communication variables and variable organizational communication and leadership Head of Head Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan PolitikSouth Borneo simultaneously affect the motivation of employees to the value of R square of 0,649 or 64.9%.

Abstract

 The Problems who discussed in this research are : 1). How  the influence emotional intelligence of employee performance, 2). How  the influence competence of employee performance, 3). How  the influence environment work of employee performance, 4). How the influence are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work together of employee performance.         The type of research is explanatory research that is assosiative, which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. This research conducted in Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin. The population of this research are employes of Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin which amounts 163 people.        The method of taking data is by using a questionnaire as a source of primary data and documentation as a source of secondary data. The techniques of data analysis in this research is by using multiple regression analysis.        That result of research find all hypothesis in this research already to proven significantly. The emotional intelligence weigh in significantly of employee performance. The competence weigh significantly of employee performance with magnitude of correlation. The environment work weigh in significantly of employee performance with magnitude correlation. The emotional intelligence, competence, and the environment work in simultane weigh significantly of employee performance. The implication of this research are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work have the same  role important either individually or jointly in improve of employee performance. Key word :     emotional intelligence, competence, environtment work, and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to be achieved is to know the process of financing problematic billing to the debtor / customer at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Banjarmasin which has been run, to know the communication pattern of Branch Collection in the process of financing problematic billing to the debtor / customer PT. Banak Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Banjarmasin Branch and to know what attitude changes happened to the debtor / customer when Branch Collection using the communication pattern.This research was conducted on 9 (Nine) informants, 3 (Three) Staff of Branch Collection and 6 (Six) people of debtors / customers. Each is divided into two stages, namely preliminary research and advanced research using structured interview instruments and qualitative methods that are descriptiveThe results of this study resulted in the following conclusions: 1. The process of financing disbursement problem to the debtor / customer at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Banjarmasin Branch which has been run by peaceful / kinship through persuasive negotiation with direct communication between Branch Collection with debtor / customer with the aim to find solution together mostly with mechanism of settlement through Restructuring, so until there is currently no settlement through litigation guarantee or through Auction Hall. 2. The communication pattern used by the Branch collection in the collection process to the debtor is the Communication Pattern of Cooperation (cooperation), Accommodation and Contravention, 3. The attitude change that occurs to the debtor / customer is by continuous visits whether the house of the debtor, place of business, workplace, parents, relatives or other relatives, the debtors feel embarrassed, uncomfortable and even disturbed the presence of Branch Collection in billing so that the debtor will be self-conscious to pay.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: 1) determine how the role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance, 2) determine the mapping supervision of principals based on SWOT analysis, 3) assess educational theories relating to supervision, 4) review the tasks and role as the principal , 5) assess the performance of gurusesuai by profession, 6) examines teachers' perceptions related to supervision. The supervision of research conducted at SMPN 1 Banjarmasin. Results of the study found that: one of the efforts to improve the professional quality of teacher performance is through clinical supervision and academic supervision. Implementation of clinical supervision and academic supervision needs to be done systematically by the principal and school superintendent. This supervision aims to provide guidance to teachers in order to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently. There are a number of techniques of supervision conducted by the principal, including; engineering class visits, regular meetings with teachers and employees, and techniques related private meetings with teachers. Keyword: Supervision, Head of School, Teacher performance.

Abstract

To the face the increase of the current business environment  into a more complex situation, a method of performance measurement       that                  can accurately and comprehensively assess   the company's performance is essentially needed. In this case the method which can be used is the Balanced Scorecard. The objective of the Balanced Scorecard method is to measure the performance of the company from four perspectives, namely:  learning  and  growth  perspective,   internal   business  process  perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective.The researcher conducted the research on PLN Palangka Raya District using the data from  2006-2008 to analyze the financial perspective, while for other perspectives using company data and calculation of questionnaires distributed to employees of PLN Palangka Raya District.The results  of  the  research  reveals  that  the  overall  performance  of  PLN Palangka Raya  District  is  good  enough,  it  is  indicated  by  the  value  generated  from  the respective scorecards of  each perspective. The conclusion that can be derived through the  analysis  is  that  the  Balanced  Scorecard  is  the  best  method  in  assessing  the performance of the company, since the Balanced Scorecard raises the important aspects that are ignored by the traditional performance measurement, such as aspects of human resources, systems used in a corporation, operational processes, and aspects of customer satisfaction, so that the measurement results of the Balanced Scorecard is more accurate. Accurate  performance  measurement  is  very  important  for  management,  both  in  the process of  planning, decision making, and controlling, and in realizing the vision and mission of the corporation.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether there are any effects of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors on purchase decision of Samsung brand towards the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. The research methodology is quantitative.The independent variables consist of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors and the dependent variables are purchase decision. The research samples consist of 104 employees in Hospital having hand phone with Samsung brand. The data collection techniques are by questionnaire and observation. The data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. To look at the effects, so the analysis used is multiple regression analysis.From the research results, it is known that partially the cultural and psychological variables provide significant effects on purchase decision of hand phone with Samsung brand on the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya..from the regression result, it known that the social, personal and psychological variables affects positively on the purchase decision of hand phone with Samsung brand on the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Meanwhile, for the cultural variable, it has negative effect on the purchase decision of hand phone with Samsung brand on the employees of Regional Hospital of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Technological developments are very rapid nowadays and make it easier for people to communicate, which one of them is social network sites. The benefit of this platform is the ease to disseminate information both for commercial and communication purposes. This study aims to determine the interaction between users of instagram as one of the largest of social interaction provider nowadaysparticularly on the brand image and their trust in buying intention. The study involved 99 randomly selected people. The results of this study indicate that there are significant interactions between variables either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

The background of this study by the Employee Career Development ofNational Unity and the Politics of North Barito regency. This is affected bymutations employees, Promotion of Employment and competence of employees. Asfor the issue of this study is how much influence the mutation, Campaign Againstthe Occupation and Competence Career Development Officer at the National Unityand Politics of North Barito regency.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how muchinfluence the mutation, Job Promotion and competence either singly or jointly to theEmployee Career Development at the National Unity and Politics of North Baritoregency.The design of this study using quantitative methods. Data were collectedthrough questionnaires to 40 respondents in the apparatus of National Unity andthe Politics of North Barito regency by using sampling techniques proportionatestratified random sampling to determine the respondents to each variable.Results of the analysis found that the mutation variable (X1) of 40.2%,Promotions Position (X2) amounted to 63.8%, and Competence (X3) amounted to84.2% singly or together have a positive and significant impact on CareerDevelopment Employees (Y). Figures adjusted R-square of 0.892 indicates that89.2% Employee Career Development variables influenced by three independentvariables used in the regression equation. While the remaining 10.8% is explainedby other variables outside the three variables used in this study. And it is knownthat the dominant variable affecting Employee Career Development Competencyvariables are variables besides Mutations and Job Promotion.
