Abstract

Galungan is Hindu holy day. This holy day aims to commemorate the victory of dharma (good) against adharma (evil). Celebration of Galungan uses various ritual tools, such as Penjor - commonly called Penjor Galungan. Penjor Galungan ornaments are very glorious, one of them is lotus. In the postmodern perspective, Penjor Galungan is not only contain of religious values ​​and aesthetics, but it also contains of any aspects beyond the arts, such as social ethos in order to uphold dharma in the society. All of this leads to the achievement of the goal of Hinduism, the happy life both mundane and spiritual.

Abstract

The Bugis traditional house as one of the results of high civilization culture is a product of the Bugis people's cosmological view of the philosophy of life in order to obtain harmony of life with nature. The belief system of the pre-Islamic Bugis people is considered to be related to Hinduism. This is illustrated in the belief in gods or gods, which are something that is considered an almighty, the creator of nature, determining the fate of man, fertilizing the land, and others. The relationship between the beliefs of the pre-Islamic Bugis people and Hinduism is traced from the identification of cosmological values in the architectural forms of traditional Bugis houses. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Burke's theory of identification is used to trace the form, meaning and value of Hindu cosmology to the architectural form of traditional Bugis houses. The results showed that, the bugis traditional house has a structural form that is divided into three levels, namely: the top of the house (Rakkeang) has the meaning of the upper world (Botting Langi'); the body of the house (Alle Bola) has the meaning of middle-earth (Ale Kawa); and the bottom of the house has the meaning of the underworld (Uri Liyu). The identification of Hindu cosmology in the traditional Bugis house form shows a correlation between pre-Islamic Bugis beliefs and the concept of Hindu cosmology. This is shown from the concept of cosmology which divides the universe into three levels, namely: the upper world (the world of the gods), the middle world (the human world), and the underworld (the supernatural world). In addition, the concepts of constituents of the human body matter also have similarities, namely soil, water, fire, and air. The concept of cosmology is also a reference or basis for the Bugis community and Hindu society, especially Balinese, in building houses as a place to live.

Abstract

ABSTRACT (Style Abstrak_3_BA) Parenting style is very important role in shaping the character of children. Parents have duties and obligations in instilling positive character from an early age, so that children can become individual beings who are ethical, have noble character and can socialize and adapt to their environment so that when they grow up they are expected to have positive characters. social. Like a social phenomenon that often occurs among children, whether it's a problem of bullying or the attitude of a child who is shy so they don't get along and are envious of one another. For this reason, parenting in shaping the character of children from an early age at home is very important for children's attitudes in the social environment. From this background, the following problems can be formulated: 1. How is parenting style in shaping the character of children in Malaka Hamlet, Mekarsari Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency? 2. What is the attitude of the children in Malacca Hamlet? The purpose of this study is 1.To determine the parenting style of parents in shaping the character of children in the Malaka Hamlet, Mekarsari Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. To direct and solve the problems studied, two theories are used, namely classical conditioning theory and behavioristic theory. Judging from the type and nature, this research is a type of qualitative research. The methods used for data collection are non-systematic observation methods, free guided interviews and documentation. To analyze it with data reduction, data display and data verification. To check the validity of the data with credibility, dependability, conformability and transfermability. The results showed that parents in Malaka Hamlet used democratic and permissive parenting styles, from the parenting used it can be seen that of the eighteen indicators of character education there are nine indicators of character formed, this can be seen from the attitude of the children, namely religious, honest, tolerance, hard work, independence, respect for achievement, communicative, care for the environment and responsibility. Abstract

The use of learning methods that are less varried students saturation in learning. This has an impact on the acquisition of unsatisfactory students learning outcomes, Therefor the application of vafious learning methods need to be applied. Learning Hindu religious education at SMPN 1 Basarang still uses conventional methods so that students become less active and the minimun completeness criteria have not fully achieved by students. One solution that can be applied by teachers is to improve learning through the application of peer tutor learning methods. After conducting classroom action research with peer tutor learning methods, the results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes and student activities in learning Hindu religious education. This can be seen from the final test of the first cycle, namely students who completed as many as 10 students from 18 students who took the test with the percentage of students' classical learning mastery scores reaching 55.56%, and classical absorption reaching 67.83%. While in the second cycle there was an increase, from 18 students who took the test only two students who did not meet individual absorption with classical learning mastery of 84.67% and classical absorption of 83.33%. In the first cycle the student's activity reached 74.38%, while in the second cycle the student's activity increased to 97.50%.

Abstract

The implementation of limited face-to-face learning is one of the alternatives provided by the government in overcoming various kinds of problems in online learning. The learning process requires a variety of preparations that need to be done in order to facilitate the learning process of students. In addition to the preparation of supporting facilities and infrastructure, the preparation of competencies from educators also needs to be prepared, because educators have an important role in achieving effective and efficient learning. Teachers are required to have the ability to manage learning, including in designing classes so that limited face-to-face learning can run. Teacher creativity is needed because students during the pandemic are always assisted by their parents must return to being independent students. The implementation of limited face-to-face learning at SMKN 1 Muara Teweh, North Barito District has been carried out in stages, namely the Pre-Instructional Stage which is the preparation stage before learning. The Instructional stage is forming study groups, optimizing the media in designing Learning Materials for presenting Teaching Materials. Post-Learning Stage is the stage carried out to evaluate the course of the learning process.

Abstract

As an effort to support the complex role of women, there is a Forum of Wanita Hindu Dharma Indonesia (WHDI). 5The Organization aims to acomodation the aspirations and creativity of Hindu women so that they can compete in the inter-religion. WHDI kapuas district has a strategic role to participate in creating happy family physically and mentally, as well increasing sradha and bhakti Hindu Women, with participating in contributing to coaching, training, and socializing related to Hinduism. WHDI's contribution in improving sradha and Bhakti Hindu women in kapuas district is carried out by several activities, namely Dharma Wacana which is carried out routinely on religious days, Persantian to foster concern for ancestral culture, and be able to implementation the values contained in dharma gita. Dharma Tula to provide understanding, and conduct discussions related to Hindu religion and the problems faced. Upakara/Banten training, in order to improve skills in making ceremonial facilities or facilities used in worship. Tirtha Yatra to introduce and increase sradha and Bhakti to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa through praying at holy places accompanied by chanting the sacred hymns of Hinduism.
