Abstract

of this research is to understand and analyses the relationship betweenmarketing mix, yield management strategy, customer satisfaction and occupancy rate diFurama Villas & Spa, Badung, Bali.Occupancy rate influence by four factor such as the correct implementation ofmarketing mix strategy, yield management strategy and how to manage the customersatisfaction in order to increase the sales performance especially determine through occupancyrate. The four factor are clearly shown on the response from the customer through the answerfrom the distributed questionnaire using the Score Interval Scale.This research study includes the four hypothesis that would be examined. Data from100 respondents selected by using non-probability technique with purposive or judgmentsampling method was analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis by usingAMOS version 20.0 software. The result of this research proved that the relationship amongthe four variable strategi marketing mix strategy, yield management, customer satisfactionshow the positive and strong influence to increase the occupancy rate. The result is betweenthe rane of Goodness of Outfit criteria : Chi-square =209,594 : probability = 0,03 ; RMSEA= 0,023 ; GFI = 0,917 ; AGFI = 0,914; CMIN / DF = 0,872 ; TLI = 0,802 ; CFI = 0,894; Allof the hypothesis in this research can be accepted.This research also connect results of the research with theoretical implicatiob andpolicy implication for the management of Furama Villas & Spa, Badung Bali as elaborated inthe summary and epilog. Limitation of the research agenda and future research can be adjustedto all the upcoming research.Keywords: strategy, marketing mix, yield management, customer satisfaction and occupancyrate.

Abstract

aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication, CareerPatterns, Achievement Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee PerformanceThe respondents of this study is the staff amounting to 121 people of Cooperatives,SMEs, Trade and Industry Departement at Klungkung regency,. The data analysis is thestatistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software version 20.0,The analysis showed that: Achievement Motivation has a direct influence in a positiveand significant impact on Organizational Commitment, while Organizational CommunicationandCareer Patterns have a direct influence in a positive unsignificant to OrganizationalCommitment. Abstract

study aims to analyze and to interpret consumer’s perception towardadvertisement of Avansa car version of tour around of Indonesia through television. Themethod has been applied for this study was qualitative descriptive approach with triangulationtechnique and in-depth interview to problem solving by conduct comprehending and collectdata in-whole and intact from research object in order to get focus overview from observationresult and observation from site.Conclusion of this study is the consumer’s perception toward advertisement of Avansacar through television media is positive match with message send from the advertisement. Allof this written in expression from some informant who declare that perception is near same butin different expression that is Avansa car is comfort car, many friends by meaning manyenthusiast or user, multi-function, many service post purchasing, its design is update, and havesome excellence like reachable price, saving fuel, and environment friendly.Keywords: Perception, Advertisement, and Television.

Abstract

Given the importance of employee performance, the issue which is of particular interestare the factors that influence it, among others, the training, information technology andmotivation. Otherwise in PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi Badung an effort to get employers whohave the performance, have noticed the training, information technology and motivation.The formulation of the problem in this research is : whether the training influence on employeesperformance, whether the information technology influence on employees performance,whether the training influence on employees performance, whether information technologyinfluence on motivation, whether the training influence on motivation, whether the traininginfluence on information technology, whether the training influence on employees performanceby motivation and whether information technology influence on employees performance bymotivation in PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi Badung, and to answer the problem, we conductedresearch with the study population of 75 employees at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi Badung. Themethod used is a method of population (census) and data collected by questionnaire. Theanalysis technique used is Path Analysis.Based on the results obtained conclusions include : there is significant influencebetween the training to employee performance, there is significant influence betweeninformation technology to employee performance, there is significant influence between thetraining to motivation, there is significant influence between information technology tomotivation, there is significant influence between the motivation to employee performance,there is significant between the training to information technology, there is significantinfluence between the training to employee performance by motivation and there is significantinfluence between information technology to employee performance by motivation in PT. However, to answer theproblem, we conducted research with secondary data by www.idx.com. Abstract

Forexis an alternative type of highly liquid investments. The liquidity level and priceacceleration that occurs in the forex could close the transaction quickly and profit levelexceeded the average trade in general. However, rapid price movements in the forex also causea high degree of volatility that the forex became a very risky investment so it is difficult tomaximize profit. Researchers use hedging techniques to drive price movement suddenly turnedaround and indicators of Bill Williams to analyze price movements that would happen tooccurin the future.This research used qualitative destuctive analysis to see that the hedging technique and BillWilliam Indicator could maximize forex invesment profit. The study was conducted for fivemonths starting from the date of July 1, 2014 until November 30,2014, through Octa FXservice.Researcher got a margin call when run hedging technique in the first time. Researcher modifiedhedging techniques after knowing its weakness. And finally the problem of hedging techniqueswas resolved. Collaboration between hedging techniques and Bill Williams indicators couldmaximize profits in forex investment.Keywords : hedging, Bill Williams indicator, investment, forex.

Otherwise in Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar an effort to get employerswho have the performance, have noticed information technology, discipline, incentive andturnover.The formulation of the problem in this research is : whether information technologyinfluence to employees performance, whether discipline influence to employees performance,whether incentive influence on discipline, whether incentive influence on employeesperformance, whether incentive influence to turnover and turnover influence on employeesperformancein Rumah Sakit Umum Premagana Gianyar and to answer the problem, weconducted research with the study population of 130 employees at Rumah Sakit UmumPremagana Gianyar. The method used is a method of population (census) and data collectedby questionnaire. Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) To analyze the effect of the level of quality of a productto customer satisfaction New Kuta Green Park Pecatu Badung. 2) To analyze the effect ofprices of products to customer satisfaction New Kuta Green Park Pecatu Badung. 3) Toanalyze the effect of the strategic location of the customer satisfaction New Kuta Green ParkPecatu Badung. 4) To analyze the effect of attractiveness of sale to the customer satisfactionNew Kuta Green Park Pecatu Badung. 5) To analyze the effect of service quality on customersatisfaction New Kuta Green Park Pecatu Badung. 6) To analyze the effect of the level ofcustomer satisfaction to customer loyalty New Kuta Green Park Pecatu Badung.The study found that 1) The best model obtained after modification is held, bycorrelating multiple error indicators that have modification index (MI) > 5,500. 2) structuralequation model modified otherwise good, because it has met the three criteria of eight cut ofvalue, namely criteria, Relative Chi-square, RMSA and TLI as well as three other criteriaclassified as marginal, Probability, GFI, and CFI. 3) From a structural equation showsRegression Weight (? ) seen there are five variables were significant positive effect, namely theinfluence of Product (X1) to Customer Satisfaction (Y), the influence of Place (X3) againstCustomer Satisfaction (Y), the influence Promotion (X4) to Customer Satisfaction (Y) and theinfluence of Provision of Customer Service (X5) against Customer Satisfaction (Y), and theeffect of Customer Satisfaction (Y) of the Customer Loyalty (Z). There is no significant negativeeffect Price (X2) against Customer Satisfaction (Y) 4) Influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y)is equal to 85.6%, and the influence on Customer Loyalty of 63.0%.Keyword : Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Provision of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

analyse the differentiation strategy of Products and Services in the DigitalPrint Industries Denpasar. Increasing number of businesses Digital Print makes each companyrequires differentiation of products and services as their business differentiator. Increasingnumber of players and strategies tendency to slam the price makes this Industry almost cometo red ocean bussiness that would endanger the existence of the industry itself.This study analyzing qualitative data from the company of Digital Print which isconsidering quite strong, aggressive and survive in the competition. There are several playersin the industry in Denpasar where researchers perform data collection and analysis. Theselection of two company hat described in Results were based on data collectionfromsuppliersof Machinery and Raw Materials that’s conducted by researchers. Both are rated have thedifferent characteristics and both leading the industrial marketin Denpasar Digital Print withmore than sixty percent market share.In this Study the mentioned two Companies have specific characteristic to face thecompetition, survive and win the competition. One company has numbers of outlets, long outletworking hours, and price leadership. This company is still making an investment of newproduction machinestobust the image ofits business. Other companies choose to stay focusonspecific consumer segments, with a premium quality. This company is usinga good partnershipstrategy with the corpotate customer. Thi scompany continue to invest the latest productionmachines to create advantages compared to its competitors and promote quality productsandgoodservicesfor his market segments. SWOT analysisis used to analyze the DifferentiationStrategy of Products and Services in accordance with their strengths, weaknesses,Opportunityand Threats that are owned by their respective companies.
