Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the influence of trust, e-wom, security, and web site design on purchase decisions on tokopedia.com. The data analysis is use Structure Equation Modeling technique with the AMOS 24 program. The conclusion of the analysis shows that the trust and website design variables have positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, while e-wom and security do not affect the purchase decision. Thus, tokopedia.com can pay attention to the security features and design of its website to increase the confidence and decision to buy its customers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of e-filing system, tax knowledge, awareness and dissemination of taxation on taxpayer compliance. The study was conducted quantitatively and using a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. For statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and processed using the application program AMOS version 22. The respondents in this study is registered taxpayers on the Tax Office Madya Denpasar, taken a sample of 110 corporate taxpayers with a purposive sampling techniques kind of judgment sampling.The results showed that the application of the e-filing system has positive and significant influence on the consciousness of the taxpayer. Knowledge of taxation has positive and significant influence on the consciousness of the taxpayer. Socialization taxation has a positive and significant effect on the consciousness of the taxpayer. Implementation of e-filing system has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance. Knowledge of taxation has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance. Socialization taxation has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance. Awareness taxpayer has a positive and significant impact on tax compliance.The government in this case the Medium Tax Office Denpasar expected to be more emphasis on awareness of taxpayers rather than tax compliance for how tax payers will be obedient in implementing the tax if the awareness of tax obligations is not yet optimal. The taxpayer will be obedient to taxes when first raised awareness of the importance of tax in him. Then the Medium Tax Office Denpasar to be more active to disseminate tax notably e-filing system and the latest tax laws to taxpayers so that taxpayers can implement taxation liabilities with safe, fast and comfortable and the knowledge of the taxpayer can be increased. With increasing knowledge of taxpayers, it is expected to grow within the community of taxpayers to be aware and obedient in implementing taxation liabilities. For the upcoming study is expected to use taxpayer awareness variables as independent variables that can be studied variables influence taxpayer awareness of the other dependent variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is 1. Knowing the effect of the implementation process of recruitment to training. 2. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the training. 3. Determine the influence of the implementation process of recruitment of placement. 4. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the placement. 5. Determine the influence of the implementation process of recruitment to performance. 6. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the selection of the performance. 7. Determine the influence of the implementation process of the placement of the performance. Data collection technique used questionnaires to 127 customers of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Branch Kuta. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 22Results found that 1 indicates that the effect of variable recruitment to training is significant. (2) show that variables influence the selection of the training is significant. (3) shows that the effect of variable recruitment of the placement is significant. (4) indicates that the variable influence the selection of the placement is significant. (5) shows that the effect of variable recruitment to performance is significant. (6) show that variables influence the selection of the performance is significant. (7) shows that the effect of the placement of variables on performance is significant.

Abstract

ABSTRACTHospital logistics management is one of the important aspects of hospitalization. Currently being a healthcare provider. Medical logistics management in hospitals that are in the planning, procurement, storage, distribution, deletion, evaluation and interconnection with each other, should be well coordinated so that each can function optimally. To help management performance required a system, prepare all activities in logistics management can be done well. Management information system (MIS) is one system that can be used in assisting the performance of logistics management. In the procurement of pharmaceutical logistics goods, management information systems can help provide information as a consideration in making purchasing decisions, such as planning using consumptive methods.The research conducted in Badung Hospital has the purpose to know the implementation of management information system and to know what are the factors that hamper the implementation of management information system in the decision of procurement of logistic goods in Badung Hospital. This study uses descriptive qualitative research type using inductive approach by using data completion technique that is observation, interview and literature study. Test the validity of data using source triangulation techniques. The data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and data verification.From the results of the study can be concluded that the Management Information System provides the necessary data as a consideration in taking the procurement of goods pharmaceutical logistics. Several factors inhibiting MIS implementation in Badung hospital associated with Inadequate Human Resources and Infrastructure.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the cash ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on the firm size and devidend payout ratio. This research was conducted in industrial manufacturing company which are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period. This research is quantitative, which describes causal relationships between variables to analyze numerical data (numbers) using statistical methods through hypothesis testing. The data collection technique using the documentation of 11 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using path analysis with AMOS program. The results showed the cash ratio has a positive effect on firm size amounted to 0.358. Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on firm size amounted to -0.499. Return on equity has a positive effect on firm size amounted to 0.465. Cash ratio has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.324. Debt to equity ratio has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.232. Return on equity has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.717 and firm size has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.443.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe object of this research is the Word of Mouth, Advertising with Brand Awareness and Brand Attitude as a mediating variable in determining the purchase decision. This study aims to determine the direct influence of the Word of Mouth Advertising, Brand Awareness, Brand Attitude and Purchase Decision. From the results of this study showed 9 hypothesis that has been tested on 150 respondents were chosen by taking technique accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is the analysis of structural equation modeling. The results of this analysis indicate that word of mouth, advertising, brand awareness, brand attitude had a significantly direct effect on the purchase decision and also for the mediating role of brand awareness and brand attitude can strengthen relationships word of mouth and advertising appeal to the purchase decision. Accordingly, it is recommended that companies should attempt to create positive image about their product in the minds of their customers. Future study should be focused on ways and methods to explore in other contexts.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines the factors that affect patient's behavioral intention, with patient satisfaction, perceived value, and trust as intervening variables, as well as service quality as an independent variable. Service quality variable using the five dimensions that was first proposed by Parasuraman et al. (1985). The dimensions are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.            The population used in this study were inpatients at Siloam Hospital Bali, with a total sample of 155 patients. Data were collected by using questionnaire. The sampling method in this study using a type of non-probability sampling with combination method: purposive sampling-accidental sampling-quota sampling. The analysis technique used to analyze the data is SEM (Structural Equation Model).            Squared Multiple Correlations results indicate that behavioral intention variables are influenced by patient satisfaction, perceived value, trust, and service quality. Patient satisfaction is influenced by service quality. Perceived value is influenced by service quality, while trust affected by service quality. Service quality, patient satisfaction, and trust, positively significant affect behavioral intention.            The conclusion of this research is service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, perceived value, trust and behavioral intention patients. Patient satisfaction and trust has a significant positive effect on the patient's behavioral intention. While the perceived value has a negative effect on the patient's behavioral intention. This study is useful for Siloam Hospitals Bali management and other hospital's decision maker as well as feedback about the patient's perception of service quality in order to maintain hospital patients and as the basis for periodic evaluations and initial step in assessing the quality of services to patients. The payment method of payment in the form of standalone services or use insurance seems to be influence the respondent's answers and can provide different analytical results, therefore, next researchers are expected to do better further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectof Employee Empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information of the Organizational Commitment and Performance of the Budget Administrator. This research is done on the local work unit district (SKPD) of Klungkung Regency, by taking a sample of 150 respondent. These samples were teken with disproportionate stratified random sampling technique, while data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted with AMOS versi 22 program. The result showed that the effect of employee empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information to the Organizational Commitment is significantly positives. Effects of employee empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information to the Performance of the Budget is significantly positive. As well as the influence of Organizational Commitment to Performance of the Budget Administrator significant positive effect.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to examine Influence in Service Excellence, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) mediated by Patient Satisfaction, Trust to Loyalty in Bali Royal Hospital. This research is an explanatory, using a causal approach. The location of this research is in Bali Royal Hospital. The sampling technique is an incidental sampling with patient criteria who visit Bali Royal Hospital more than twice in the age of 17-65 years and are able to interact, so that the number of samples used in this study amounted to 135 respondents. The data analysis that was used in this study was the CB-SEM (Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are excellent service have positive effect on patient satisfaction and confidence in Bali Royal Hospital. Variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has positive effect on patient satisfaction and confidence in General Hospital Bali Royal. Additionally, satisfaction and confidence effect positively on patients' trust in Bali Royal Hospital. The advice that is given to the Hospital Management is further optimize the role of management in terms of operational oversight hospital. Suggested to the other researchers to further examine the factors that influence patient’s loyalty with different variables and indicators which are not contained in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn Indonesia the franchise rights BreadTalk bought by Johnny Andrean because he believed that BreadTalk can grow and developin Indonesia. Isa premium boutique bakery Bread Talk first to bring the concept of an open kitchen with a modern style. This concept allows BreadTalk to make bread directly on the spot so that the manufacturing process can be seen directly by the customer and received bread will always be fresh.Consideration used in selecting respondents is as follows respondent is the customer with a minimum education level of high school or equivalent. Respondents are customers who frequently shop at BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria with consideration to properly assess the products and services BreadTalk.The results of statistical data analysis showed that the Productivity positive and significant impact on the Customer Loyalty WOW customers with e- Talkin BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria. Brand Image positive and significant impact on Brand Trust customers BreadTalk Mal Bali Galeria. Brand Trust positive and significant impact on the Customer Loyalty WOW customers with e-Talkin BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria. Creativity positive and significant impact on the Customer Loyalty WOW customers with e-Talk in BreadTalk Mall Bali Galeria.Consumer dissatisfaction with productivity can be seen in the quantity dimension. Brand image can be seen on the dimensions strengthness. Brand trust can be seen in the dimension of brand reliabilty. Creativity can be seen on the dimensions off lexibility of thinking. This dissatisfaction must be improved and enhanced for the sake of customer loyalty to the BreadTalk in Mal Bali Galeria.
