Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to fine out the effect of patient's expectation on the service quality, to find out the effect of the competence of employees on the service quality, to find ut the effect of patient expectations on patient satisfaction, to find out the effect of employee competence on patient satisfaction, to find out the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in dental Polyclinic of Udayana hospital. The research was conducted at Dental Polyclinic of Udayana Hospital. The data were collected using questionnaires using differential scale semantics. The number of samples was used 100 people. Data analysis technique by using SEM. The results showed the higher expectation of the patient hence higher the service quality accepted with CR value of 10,181 and sig 0,000. The higher employee’s competence hence the higher the service quality accepted with CR 4,308 and sig 0,000. The higher patient’s expectation hence the higher patient’s satisfaction accepted with CR 2,679 and sig 0,000. The higher employee’s competence hence the higher the patient's satisfaction accepted with CR 2,183 and sig 0,045. The higher the service quality  hence the higher the patient’s satisfaction accepted with CR value of 5,874 and sig 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                        This study will examine the usefulness and convenience of MIFX Mobile trading applications for customers and as part of CRM applications that can help the company grow in the long term and have a competitive advantage against traditional trading platform.            This research uses qualitative descriptive and purposive sampling technique by interviewing four informants who uses the application in their daily life. The data analysis techniques that were used are analysis of Miles, Huberman and Saldana by conducting data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the interviews and the data that have been obtained is processed and verified by using triangulation system of data sources.             The results of this study indicate that convenience is the main reason that makes customers use the application, then followed by usability and security as well as referral features, which makes it easier to make an introduction to prospective new customers (Word of Mouth). These innovative features in addition to making it easier for customers to make transactions, also provide feedback to the company.            The needs of accurate information system and faster news should be adjusted with the growth of the information technology. Innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is increasingly needed by companies to grow. Applications are one of the ways that companies can use as part of CRM where there is an ongoing interaction between customers and companies so that they are interrelated in creating a customer experience (User Experience).            In the future, this research study is expected to assist customers in making a better transaction and useful for companies in taking holistic CRM application approach which includes customer experience and customer collaboration for the future growth of the company and developing strategy for future growth.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ease of use, the success rate of transactions, and the ability of technology systems to trust and to determine the effect of ease of use, the success rate of transactions, the ability of technology systems and interest in transactions using mobile banking. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Branch Gatot Subroto Denpasar. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to 160 Bank BRI customers selected as samples. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. Ease of use, transaction success rate, and technological system capability have a positive and significant impact on trust and interest in transactions using mobile banking. This means that the better ease of use, the success rate of transactions, and the ability of technology systems, the higher the customer confidence and impact on the increasing interest in transactions using mobile banking.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to investigate the effect of ownership structure and environmental performance on company value. The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the PROPER assessment criteria for the 2014-2016 period. By using the purposive sampling method, a total of 21 companies were obtained. Path analysis was use to analyze the data. The study found that the ownership structure and environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. The study also found that ownership structure significantly influence environmental performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of role stress, financial compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at Rural Bank in Denpasar. The population  in this research  is all employees  of BPR in Denpasar  City. The sampling technique used accidental sampling obtained on 80 samples used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence between role stress on work  motivation.  The  existence  of  positive  and  significant  influence  between  financial compensation to motivation work is a negative and significant influence between role stress and  job  satisfaction.   The  existence  of  positive  and  significant  influence  of  financial compensation on job satisfaction. The existence of positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. The value of direct influence is greater than the value of indirect influence this means that the motivation variable does not mediate the influence of role stress  on job satisfaction.  The value  of direct  influence  is greater  than  the value of indirect influence this means that the motivation variable does not mediate the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. For the company should know what factors that influence the achievement of job satisfaction. Based on the results of financial compensation research and work  motivation  positively  affect  the  job  satisfaction,  should  provide  compensation  in accordance  with  what  is  done  by  employees  /  employees.  This  will  trigger  employee motivation to work better again in the future. When sufficient financial compensation and the achievement  of a good work motivation  will suppress  the role of stress that is owned by employees, the situation will lead to good employee satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to test and analyze tax contribution, tunneling incentive and profitability to transfer pricing and firm value. This research uses descriptive research method. The variables tested in this research are company tax efficiency, tunneling incentive, profitability, transfer pricing and firm value. The population taken for this research are non-financial companies that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 with 160 data samples taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research was done by path analysis. This study results: (1) taxes contribute to transfer pricing positively and significantly; (2) tunneling incentive contributes to transfer pricing positively and significantly; (3) profitability contributes to transfer pricing positively and significantly; (4) taxes contribute to firm value positively significant; (5) profitability contribute to firm value positively significant; (6) transfer pricing contributes significantly to the value of the firm.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of transparency,accountability, responsibility,independency,fairness, work motivation, organization cultureand good corporate governance towards financial performance. This study applied a quantitative approach at rural banks in Badung regency. The method ofcollecting data applied questionnaires. The total population in this study were 52 rural banks located in Badung Regency. The sampling technique applied purposive sampling with the purpose of getting a representative sampleaccordance with the specified criteria and the data analysis techniques applied path analysis.The results of thestudy by path analysis defined the transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness have a significant effect on GCG. GCG has a significant effect on financial performance and work motivation affects financial performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on financial performance. Company financial performance variable influenced by GCG, motivation and organizational culture. From this study, can be concluded that the application of GCG principles, work motivation, and organizational culture very influential on the financial performance of rural banks in Badung Regency.The limitations of this study are limited in examining the variables of Good Corporate Governance, motivation and organizational culture. There are other variables that can also affect the company's financial performance. Suggestions for further research is try to applying othervariables which able to influence profit management practices such as managerial ownership, audit quality and profitability to determine the GCG implementation effect.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               Retail business actors are required to be able to keep up with the times that aim to innovate in the field of product availability, know customer needs, services provided and also see the behavior of current consumers. Currently there are many modern shopping places in the urban community, namely lisfestyle center. In accordance with the formulation of the problem proposed, the purpose of this research is to find out Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Visual Merchandising, positive emotion, price discount affect Impulse Buying at Mall Bali Galeria.               In this study using quantitative methods. The number of samples used was 120 people determined by purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling. Data collection techniques using research instruments in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires and analysis of the data used is quantitative / statistical with the aim to test the hypothesis that has been set.               The results showed that Hedonic Shopping Motivation had no significant effect on Impulse Buying. Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion. The higher the consumer shopping motivation, the higher the emotional positive consumers will be the opposite. Visual Merchandising has a positive and significant effect on Positive Emotion. The higher visual consumer merchandising, the higher the positive emotion of consumers is the opposite. Visual Merchandising has no significant effect on Impulse Buying. Positive Emotion has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. The higher the positive emotional consumers, the higher the impulse buying of consumers is the opposite. Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. The higher the shopping lifestyle of consumers, the higher the impulse buying of consumers is the opposite. Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Lifestyle Shopping. The higher the consumer shopping motivation, the higher the consumer shopping lifestyle is the opposite. Price Discount has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. The higher the consumer's Discount Price, the higher the consumer's impulse buying is the opposite.               The conclusion from the study that Hedonic Shopping Motivation and visual merchandising do not significantly influence Impulse buying but through positive emotion as a moderating variable. This shows that a person's hedonism does not directly affect his desire to shop impulsively, but is also influenced by his positive emotional nature, so that hedonic shopping motivation and visual merchandising affect impulse buying through positive emotion. But the price discount can have a significant effect on impulse buying.                The findings of the research and analysis of this study can contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of management regarding consumer valuation of Hedonic Shopping Motivation, visual merchandising, positive emotion, shopping lifestyle, discount prices, Impulse Buying. Thus it is expected that further research can explore a matter or problem related to impulse buying. In addition, this research can also use different model specifications, explore new variables that have not been examined in this study, and can see phenomena that can influence the increase in impulsive purchases of consumers. Subsequent research can also be done in different places or by taking respondents and using different characteristics.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the model of human resource development based on local wisdom with good ethics in the Hindu religion (Vedas) in life and in society (Tri Kaya Parisudha) in the face of globalization. The development of human resource as a process to cultures country is purposed to increase the quality of Balinese people who’s mastered the knowledge, skill, competence and concept which are appropriate to the recent development of science and technology. The concept which is required in this century, such as the competenceconcept to look forward, the concept of quality and wealthy, and the concept of change which have to be appropriate to the society’s values. The human resource is developed based on an assumption that every human has a potential resource which its border cannot be determined easily. Therefore, the human isthe most important as the subject and more than other elements to reach a certain goal. The development ofhuman resource is also as an effort to increase human’s technical competence, theoretical competence, conceptual competence, as well as personal attitude which is appropriate to the needs of a profession and position througheducation.Education based on local wisdom can be used as a media to conserve the potency of every region. The potency of a region is a potency of specific resource which is owned by a certain region, moreover, it can be a precious contribution to the regional activities in developing human resource in the international level. Furthermore, the students in Bali required to use Tri Kaya Parisudha as the reference to guide their competence to be a great human resource for Indonesian Country.This reserach has links to results with theoretical implications and practical implications for school management and a model of human resource development with proper and correct local wisdom in educational how to practice Hinduism in life and in society. Research this limitation still needs improvement, research is still needed to make other research in subsequent research. Globalization of global uniqueness, which together challenges and reforms the community, especially in the form of a modern state.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out how the strategy to increase the value of PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk.,abbreviated BCA’s performance,  and to look for alternative strategies to maintain BCA’s performance going forward.Data collection techniques by interviewing informants, namely the branch head of Bank BCA Denpasar by an independent interviewer, were also observed with an undercover strategy considering the researcher was a full participant.  The analysis that researcher use is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique with the Miles and Hubermanmodels.The results show that the team's role is huge, in this case team engagement that contributes greatly to the success of BCA Denpasar in achieving success in 2017. The teamengagement is a part of corporate values (BCA’s values) that are derived from the vision and mission of BCA. Management tries to overcome the previous obstacle of team communication that resulted in the previous team failed to achieve good value in a performance appraisal (performance appraisal of a branch office or the PKKC). Future research is expected to quantitatively measure significant or not implementation of strategy and decision management strategy to the performance either directly or indirectly in improving organizational performance.
