Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how the application of Corporate Social Responsibility and benefits to the company's in the Toya Devasya. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is using the interview method and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman Model data analysis techniques, which consisted of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Toya Devasya implemented Corporate Social Responsibility based on Tri Hita Karana. Where Tri Hita Karana contains a meaning that is very complex because each element reflects the things that need to be implemented by each company. The company views that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility is important because it is a solution to the impact of business activities caused by the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by the company that has been well received by the surrounding community. From the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility it shows the existence of benefits that can be received by the company such as support from the community and comfort while working perceived by employees. The awareness that the company has to implement Corporate Social Responsibility will have a big impact on the company. The harmony created between the company, society and the environment is one of the impacts that will be felt by the company in carrying out its business activities. This harmony will have an effect on the company's image in the eyes of the community. The company will get support and be recognized in the environment around the company. Because of maintaining a good relationship with the surrounding environment, the community will voluntarily give their support to the Toya Devasya such as promoting the existence of the company to tourists so that there will be an increase in the number of visitors that will affect income.

Abstract

ABSTRACTWomen who have married initially only played a role in the domestic sector, which is focused on the nature of women biologically, namely taking care of the household. Current development through the influence of globalization and meeting the need to encourage women to play a role in the public sector. Especially in Bali, which is very thick with their culture tradition when a woman takes on the role as a breadwinner, as a housewife, and active in society, so that Balinese women play three roles. The purpose of the research is to explain the work motivation of Balinese women who work in a work-life balance perspective. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study consisted of seven people including four people working in the informal sector and three people working in the formal sector, with the criteria of women, ethnic Balinese, Hindus, married, having children, working. The technique of data collection is done by semi-structured interviews. This research shows a picture of married Balinese women in maintaining balance or often referred to as work-life balance and encouragement that makes Balinese women decide to work, even though they know many roles that are carried out.

Abstract

                       ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the strategy of increasing HR competency in the Rural Credit Banks (BPR) of Denpasar City. This study used qualitative research methods. The collection technique used in this study was using the method of interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing/ verification. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of improving HR competencies and the quality of work of each employee can be obtained from the results of the implementation of education and training (training). This can be assessed from changes in attitudes of each employee, knowledge and skills of employees, and the emergence of new innovations that are useful for improving HR competencies, the motivations given by superiors at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga which plays an important and maximum role in providing the best experience, so that it will improve the performance of employees in the agency. This research can be useful for the leadership of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in decision making and also as an important reference to choose the type of education and training (training) that is needed by employees so that what is obtained from the results of the implementation of education and training (training) can be applied in their respective workplaces.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the management of Sharia Pegadaian in building consumer trust in gold pawning. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used are interview documentation studies. Data analysis uses reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that Sharia management at Pegadaian has been running in increasing consumer confidence in gold pawning. The evidence comes from the increasing number of consumers for gold pawning every month at the Kartini Sharia Pawnshop. Motivation and support of the Kartini Sharia Pawnshop Branch Leader makes employees feel happy and comfortable so that employee performance can be maintained to the maximum. This consumer trust can be seen from the attitudes and interests of consumers who transact at Kartini Sharia Pawnshop. In addition to gold pawning, consumers can also invest in gold, purchase motorized vehicles, pilgrimage, and pay for electricity, telephone, water and insurance at Pegadaian. Like the motto of Pegadaian overcoming problems without problems. This research is useful in providing input to maintain consumer trust in the withdrawal of consumer savings for the nearest area, especially Denpasar, especially for institutions, traders and micro and medium business owners. Therefore, it is expected that further researchers will discuss more about ways to increase consumers for gold pawns and other products in a more modern way along with the era that continues to advance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe hospital is a capital intensive organization, full of human resources, solid technology and science, and regulation intensive. Solid capital because it requires a high investment to meet the requirements of both physical buildings and other supporting facilities and infrastructure, especially existing health equipment. Solid human resources because in hospitals work a variety of professionals / multidisciplinary with a large number of employees and demanded harmonious cooperation between professionals (team work) to create quality services. Health care providers in the world of health business are increasingly guided to be able to help fast and encouraged services capable of always developing and adapting to changes to win the competition. The purpose of this study is 1) To analyze and explain the influence of leadership, competence, motivation on employee performance and the role of variable motivation to work motivation. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that 1) The competence  on leadership in the Amerta Wing Installation of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar is equal to 0.270; 2) The direct influence of competence on leadership is at the Amerta Wing Installation in Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, at 0.484; 3) Direct influence of leadership on employee performance at the Amerta Wing Installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar, amounting to 0.298; 4) The indirect effect of work motivation on performance in the Amerta Wing Installation at Sanglah Hospital Denpasar is equal to 0.080; 5) The indirect effect of competence  on performance in the Amerta Wing Installation of Sanglah Hospital Denpasar is equal to 0.144; 6) The leadership role in mediating the influence of leadership on the performance of employees at the Amerta Wing Installation in RSUP Sanglah Denpasar shows that getting t count is = 0.208, and is significant with a value of 0.417 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is insignificant positive influence mediating work motivation between the influence of leadership on employee performance; and 7) The role of motivation in mediating the influence of competencies on employee performance at the Amerta RSUP Sanglah Denpasar Upper Installation shows that getting t count is = 0.207 and is significant with a value of 0.417 > 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no positive effect significant mediation of work motivation between the effect of work competency on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is used to find out more about the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana in improved students entrepreneurship motivation in STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja, by used lecturer and students as informants. This research is qualitative descriptive with approach case study. The results showed that the understanding of the philosophy of THK able to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit by promoting fairness as a reflection of aspects parahyangan, implement and uphold the work ethic of Hindus as a reflection of aspects pawongan, and always uphold the attitude of protecting and maintaining the environment as a reflection of aspects palemahan. With the foundation of the philosophy of THK, believed to be able to create an atmosphere that is harmonious and balanced in business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction, to find out and analyze the effect of quality product and service quality to customer loyalty of Tekomsel’s 4G network user in Denpasar. This study uses primer data in the form of quisioner data distributed to Telkomsel’s 4G network user in Denpasar. By using this random sampling method, then obtained amount of counted 100 samples. The analyis technique used is PLS (Partial Least System (technique). The reserach shows that (1) The product quality has significant influence to the customer’s satisfaction (2) the service quality has significant influnce to the customer’s satisfaction (3) the product quality has significant influence to the customer’s loyalty (4) the service quality has significant influence to the customer’s loyalty (5) the customers satisfacion has significant influence to the customer’s loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze advertising, brand image, service quality on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis techniques. The results of this study show, (1) the Ad variable to Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.298, (2) the Brand Image variable towards Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight ) amounting to 0.352, (3) Service Quality variables towards Consumer Satisfaction are significant positive influences which have standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.224, (4) Advertising variables for Purchasing Decisions are not significant positive influences that have standardized estimate (regression weight) amounting to 0.093, (5) Brand Image variables on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.434, (6) Service Quality variables on Purchasing Decisions is a non-significant positive effect that has standardized esti mate (regression weight) of 0.112, (7) the Consumer Satisfaction variable on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.352.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the company's understanding of CSR. In addition, this research is also to find out what has been done by the company in implementing CSR as well as to find out the impact on the implementation of CSR in the company. The research method used is a qualitative method. This research explores the interpretation and application of CSR of an airport management company as well as the impact of implementing the CSR. Data collection with interview techniques. The informants used as research objects were six people. Informant selection using a purposive sampling technique. The research location is PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. The results of the interview can be concluded that the company understands that CSR is not just a contribution. The company implements CSR in terms of workforce management and the Partnership and Community Development Program. Recipients of corporate CSR are labor and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the general public. The impact felt by workers, SMEs, and the community also gives positive results. Workers get benefits for their needs and self-development opportunities in the form of education and training. SMEs get loan funds for the development of their businesses. Communities also get grant assistance to use what is needed. This study only uses manpower management and contributes to the community as an object of research. It is hoped that further research can add another aspect in the implementation of CSR in accordance with ISO 26000: 2010 namely corporate governance, human rights, fair business practices, consumer issues, and the environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines the relevance of tax avoidance as a dependent variable of sales growth, corporate risk as an independent variable and governance as an intervening variable. Governance variables use three indicators, namely independent commissioners, audit committees, and audit quality. The population used in this study is a company that is included in the Kompas100 list with a total of 100 companies. Data collection is done by means of documentation and observation of the annual report on the company under study. The analysis technique used to analyze data is SEM (Structural Equation Model). The results of this study indicate that sales growth has a negative effect on corporate governance and corporate governance has a negative effect on tax avoidance. Sales growth has a positive effect on tax avoidance and corporate risk has a positive effect on corporate governance and tax avoidance. Sales growth in the company can be used to measure the performance of a company. Sales growth and corporate governance can also be used as determinants of company status. The better corporate governance, it will be able to minimize tax avoidance by the company.
