Abstract

Based on this research, Royal Cocoa Agrotourism as Educational Tourism has good tourism potential to be marketed.  But, this tourism has not maximized its marketing in market expansion and technology. So, This research is aimed to recognize the marketing strategy of Royal Cocoa Agrotourism located in Banjar Wongaya Betan. The method used in the research is qualitative and quantitative research (mixed methods) using marketing theory and consumer theory. Data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Then the data is analyzed using discussing Internal External, SWOT Analysis, and satisfaction analysis. The results of this research indicate that the analysis of the internal-external matrix (IE) the position of Royal Cocoa Agro Tourism is in cell IV where it grows and builds. While based on the SWOT analysis, the strategies that can be formulated are as follows: Promotion of Technology-Based Media, Improving road access, Increasing the Government's role, and Increasing cooperation with other parties. While the data analysis of tourist satisfaction towards tourists is less satisfied with the marketing of The Royal Cocoa Tourism Agro. Therefore, the marketing strategy in Royal Cocoa to increasing the level of visits in meeting tourist satisfaction is recommended using grand strategy and alternative strategies that have been formulated in this research.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Agro Tourism, Educational Tourism

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi masyarakat dan implikasi yang ditimbulkan dari adanya restorasi Taman Beji Sapta Resi. Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Restorasi taman beji dilakukan karena adanya pengetahuan tentang adanya beji dan dikembalikan fungsinya sebagai beji yang memiliki panorama alam yang bernilai ekononis. Potensi dibukanya Taman Beji Sapta Resi sebagai atraksi wisata antara lain: keadaan alam yang alami di sekitar Taman Beji Sapta Resi, pengembangan fasilitas pariwisata, dan pengelolaan objek wisata. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap dibukanya Taman Beji sapta Resi sebagai tempat wisata religi adalah efisiensi dalam pekaksanaan prosesi masucian pratima, adanya tempat untuk melakukan meningkatkan kesucian diri, terbukanya lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar sehingga berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat dan  menambah pemasukan dana desa. Sehingga dampak yang ditimbulkan berupa dampak ekonomi, sodial dan budaya serta lingkugan.

Abstract

The tourism industry is currently growing, the potential of natural and culture resources continues to be developed as a tourist attraction. Tourism is not only owned by the government or entrepreneurs, tourism should also be owned by the local community. Therefore, tourism should be developed with a community-based concept. Community-based tourism is a form of tourism where local communities have control and are involved in development and management, and the proportion of benefits remains largely in the hands of local communities. Bali as one of the world's best tourist destinations has done just that. Many tourist attractions in Bali have been managed with the concept of community-based tourism, such as Pandawa Beach and Kedonganan Beach in Badung regency, Tanah Lot in Tabanan regency, Monkey Forest Ubud and Ceking RiceTerraces in Gianyar Regency, and Penglipuran Village in Bangli Regency. Abstract

The development of cultural tourism has made any cultural products, profane and sacred, become comodity. The process of commotitisation is due to the need of many stakeholders in achieving the goal. The stakeholders playing important roles in the process of commoditisation according to the concept of “key actors” in tourism are government, local people, the tourists, media, industry, and the non-government organization. The commoditisation of traditional Hindu wedding in Ubud Tourism Resort (kawasan Wisata Ubud) is enabled by the meet of tourists motivation as the consummers and the other stakeholders as the supplier. The irrational motivation of the tourists to experience the autenticity with high buying power has made the tourism system in the hosts’ side fulfil the tourists expectation for the sake of material achievement. Government has made restriction in conducting the traditional wedding to the tourists that made the wedding organizer respect the local tradition and socialize the restriction through the promotion website they have. But commoditisation can not be avoided since the locals don’t mind to serve their tradition as a tourist product to purchase in the secular industry.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi daya tarik wisata alam yang beragam, menjadikan Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan sektor pariwisata unggulan yang terkenal di dunia. Kabupaten Manokwari merupakan salah satu daerah di Indonesia yang memiliki beragam objek wisata alam yang indah, objek wisata unggulan di Manokwari ialah Pantai Pasir Putih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterkaitan antara Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas yang ditawarkan oleh objek wisata mempunyai dampak terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di Pantai Pasir Putih, Kabupaten Manokwari, Papua Barat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian tentang pariwisata khususnya yang berhubungan dengan Atraksi, Amenitas, Aksesibilitas dan Kepuasan Wisatawan. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research,  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang  atau masyarakat yang pernah berkunjung ke Pantai Pasir Putih di Manokwari. Adapun sampel menggunakan jumlah sampel minimal adalah 5-10 kali dari jumlah item pernyataan yang terdapat dikuisioner. Adapun jumlah item pertanyaan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 12, sehingga ukuran maksimal sampel penelitian ini adalah 5 x 12 = 60. Proses pengumpulan data sampel melalui open kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Atraksi, Amenitas dan Aksesibilitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dimana Amenitas merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan Pantai Pasir Putih.

Abstract

Pariwisata yoga berkembang di Bali, selain di tempat kelahirannya yoga di India. Pencarian wisman terhadap yoga ke Bali mulai sejak tahun 1970-an dengan membawa guru yoga sendiri. Pada tahun 1980-an, guru-guru yoga lokal mulai terserap menjadi guru yoga untuk wisman. Pencarian wisman terhadap yoga ke Bali menimbulkan masalah penelitian tentang potensi, keunikan dan pengembangan produk yoga. Pertanyaan penelitian ini dibahas dengan teori motivasi, teori produk planning dan teori kepuasan. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner. Data yang dikumpulkan ini dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bali memiliki potensi yoga yang berkembang pada keunikannya yang berbasis budaya dan etnik Bali. Kepuasan wisman terhadap produk yoga di Bali tertinggi terletak pada budaya dan etnik. Karena itu, pengembangan produk yoga di Bali harus berbasis kepada budaya dan etnik Bali sehingga bisa menjadi daya tarik wisman ke Bali. Daya tarik yang berupa keunikan budaya dan etnik ini menjadi pembeda daripada pariwisata yoga di Bali, dengan pariwisata yoga di tempat-tempat lainnya di dunia.Kata Kunci: Pariwisata Yoga, Keunikan, Pengembangan Produk

Abstract

In the midst of the rapid interest of the Hindu community in Bali to perform the melukat ritual, an interesting phenomenon occurred in the Penglukatan Village of Pekraman Sebatu Village in Tegallalang Gianyar, Bali, where everyone can see for themselves the changes in water that occur as a sign of a real cleaning process. This 'peculiarity' resulted in word of mouth propaganda phenomenon, making this place of knowledge suddenly famous. Not only the local community, foreign guests are also attracted by the power of mouth from a phenomenon that was first discovered accidentally by a foreign tourist. Thousands of foreign tourists join in every month. This study intends to provide different perspectives that understand and carry out melukat essence, related to self-empowerment efforts to improve the quality of people's lives, because basically every ritual is only a tool for self-empowerment, not purpose. Also reviewing this phenomenon from a tourism perspective, given the positive response from the 'market'. The novelty that is to be offered is a form of spiritual tourism that does not sell sensations, but tours that promote self-empowerment as a result of the declaration of local wisdom that is able to provide an inner experience that is recharge their spiritual spirituality. As well as being able to be communicated logically, scientifically and interestingly.

Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in supporting the economy while preserving cultural values. To preserve culture from the influence of tourism globalization, it is necessary to measure the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana concept. Desa and Puseh Temple of Batuan Pakraman Village, aside from being a sacred place, also become a cultural preservation and tourist attraction. To narrow the study and limit this research, the researcher formulated the problem as follows: (1) How is the Implementation of Tri Hita Karana Values in Tourist Visits at Desa and Puseh Temple, Batuan Pakraman Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency? (2) What Obstacles Faced in Implementing the Tri Hita Karana Values in Desa and Puseh Temple of Batuan Pakraman Village Sukawati District Gianyar Regency? (3) What is the Impact of Tourist Visits on the Tri Hita Karana Values in Desa and Puseh , Batuan Pakraman Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency? This study was qualitative research. The data collection method used three techniques, namely: observation, interview, and literature study. The findings of this study were the implementation of Tri Hita Karana values in tourist visits in Desa and Puseh Temple, Batuan Pakraman Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency, covering Implementation in the Field of Palemahan, Pawongan and Parahayangan. The implementation done by preserve the sacred and cleaning activities.
