Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the influence of Brand Image (the excellence of brand association, the strength of brand association, and the uniqueness of brand association) simultaneously and partially to customer’s decision to buy organic product in Bali Buda Shop. Sample is taken by using accidental sampling method with number of sample 100 respondents which are all customers in Bali Buda Shop. All data is collected by interview and questioner. Instrument is examined using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test. Data analysis technique uses multiple linier regression analysis, t test, f test, and determination analysis. The result of this analysis is that the excellence of brand associations, the strength of brand association, and the uniqueness of brand association give positive and significant impact simultaneously and partially to customer’s decision to buy organic product of Bali Buda. As for the suggestion given to the company is to distinguish the taste of the product to local and international customer’s to expand product distribution and to increase advertising.

Abstract

Glazur is a material that simialiar of thin mirror and will trickle withbodies if it fi red at high temperature. Basic glazur must have the same expantiontemperature as the bland, so if it fi red its glazur did not crack. The aims of this researchthat relate of FG15 glazur were : (1) To calculate cost of goods manufactured; (2)To identify marketing mix; (3) To determine cost price; and (4) To know usefull ofstandard costing for business decision. The research results that relate of FG15glazur were : (1) Cost of goods manufactured was Rp 24.127,71, that followed by :raw material cost Rp 1.414,95, direct labour cost Rp 11.632,37, variable overhead cost Rp 7.215,91, and fi xed overhead cost Rp 3.864,48 ; (2) The marketing mix was not applicated by commercial, the component of marketing mix that followed byproduct, price, distribution, and promotion still minimal and simple; (3) The sellingprice was Rp 27.746,87 each liter, that followed by : cost of goods manufacturedRp 24.127,71, expected profi t margin Rp 1.206,38, operating expense Rp 2.412,77(marketing expense Rp 1.447,66 and general & administartion expense Rp 965,11);and (4) Standard cost application is very usefull into business decision for FG15glazur, that is : a) As a tool of performance and cost control into produce of FG15Glazur(such as : marketing manajer performnace, production manajer performance,raw material cost, direct labor cost, etc) , b) As a tool of sell pricing and transferpricing decision of FG15 glazur (such as : selling price, transfer price, inventoryvalue, etc); c) As a tool of rasional cost measurement of FG15 glazur (such as : costof goods manufactured, operating expense, etc), and d) As a tool of recording costeconomizing that related of FG15 glazur (if compare with actual cost).

Abstract

Human Resource Planning is defined as the anticipation of futurebusiness and environmental demand for a company and finds personal requestsarising from the condition. While Human Resource planning as a managementprocess to determine how the organization should move position. However, the linkbetween Human Resources planning and strategic management is often overlooked.Through this process the company is expected to have Human Resources in the rightamount, quality, place, time and generate long-term benefits for both individualsand organizations. Abstract

The aims of this research that relate stoneware inventory to ceramics rawmaterial were : (1) Calculate value of ending inventory as component of current assetby inventory valuation method; (2) Calculate of cost of goods soldas component ofincome statement; (3) Record of ending inventory and cost of goods sold use phisicand perpectual method; and (4) Determinate influence ofinventory valuation methodto grossprofit. The research results that relate stoneware to ceramics raw materialwere : (1)The using of recording method (physic and perpectual) and valuation (firstin first out, last in first out, and moving average) at UPT PSTKP Bali technologyservices influence of financial statements element, such as ending inventory, cost ofgoods sold, and gross profit; (2) The using of physic method into record stonewarecould influence : (a) ending inventory : decrease 4,37% (last in first out method),decrease 1,17% (weighted average method), (b) cost of goods sold : increase 0,09%(last in first out method), increase 0,02% (weighted average method), (c)grossprofit : decrease 1,02% (last in first out method), decrease 0,27% (weighted averagemethod); (3) The using of perpectual method into record stoneware could influence :(a) ending inventory : decrease 1,26% (first in first out method), decrease 4,37% (lastin first out method), increase 2,76% (moving average method), (b) cost of goods sold: decrease 0,08% (first in first out method), increase 0,09% (last in first out method),decrease 0,05% (moving average method), (c)gross profit : increase 0,91% (firstin first out method), decrease 1,02% (last in first out method), and increase 0,65%(moving average method); (4) If the buying price is increase too, so that the using offirst in first out method would increase ending inventory, decrease cost of goods sold,and increase gross profit; and (5) If the buying price is decrease too, so that the usingof first in first out method would decrease ending inventory, increase cost of goodssold, and decrease gross profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know if there is any effect of the servicequality website E-commerce upon the consumers satisfaction. Next, is that to knowwhether not there is an effect upon the consumers behavioural loyalty intentions,and to know if there is also an effect in the service quality of the E-commerce websiteupon the consumers behavioural loyalty intentions to the Aristya Silver company.population in this research is that the online/E-customers, themselves, who haveaccessed the Aristya Silver comapany’s website (http://www.aristya-silver.com).Samples have been determinded by using a metode called purposive sampling. Thesamples, moreover, have been chosen by 200 people. Hypotheis has been observedusing Structural Equation modelling (SEM) with an istalled application tool calledanalysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18. The result of the research showsthat: (1) the service and quality of the E-commerce website significant positivelyeffects the consumers’ satisfaction. (2) the satisfaction significant positively effectsupon the loyalty. (3) the service and quality of the E-commerce website significantpositively effects the consumers’ loyalty. (4) There’s indirect connection betweenexogenous variabel (E-servqual) and endogenous variabel (behavioral loyaltyintentions) through interviening variabel which is consumer’s satisfaction. Thisalso interpreted that consumer’s satisfaction hasn’t intervene behavioral loyaltyintention.

Abstract

Research objectives are: (1) To determine a descriptive overview of theapplication of the values of Tri Hita Karana in the organizational culture in BaliState Polytechnic Environment; and (2) To determine the influence of the values ofTri Hita Karana in the organizational culture in Bali State Polytechnic environment.The study population were employees Bali State Polytechnic totaling 181 people.The sampling process is done by the proportionate stratified random sampling,with number of samples/respondents amounted to 93 people. This type of researchis an explanatory research. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires,interviews and observation.The results showed: (1) Variable parahyangan, pawonganand palemahan simultaneous influence of organizational culture amounted to 93.1%,Variable parahyangan partial effect on organizational culture by 26%, partialeffect pawongan of organizational culture by 2%, and partial effect palemahan oforganizational culture by 4.4 %; (2) The institution provides the opportunity foremployees to perform program tirta yatra, had a very good working environmentprovides opportunities for employees to demonstrate creativity and existence, andthe institution had programs related to preservation.

Abstract

Globalization in the fi eld of industry cannot be avoided along withthe development of telecommunication. By the development of communicationstechnology, the business competitions are more competitive. Therefore, the cellularoperators compete to provide excellent service by offering a wide range of productvariants all of which focused on increasing customer satisfaction. The increasing ofcustomer satisfaction will result in the increase of customer loyalty. And that is alsoimplemented by Telkomsel (Kartu Halo), one of the cellular operators. The KartuHalo outlet in Tabanan optimizes their various facilities and services to enhance customer satisfaction. However, customer complaints always arise and result in the declining number of costumer who activated the card in Kartu Halo Outlet in Tabanan.From that point we will questioning, is there any infl uence of customer satisfactionon customer loyalty. The results of the study show that customer satisfaction has asignifi cant effect on customer loyalty. So it is suggested to the company managementto constantly improve customer satisfaction through the improvement of qualityservice, which in turn is expected to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Room bookings can be done through online travel agents or offli ne travel agents where these both agents can offer attractive offers both in terms of price and benefits obtained by the customer. The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of reservations through online travel agents and offline travel agents on the level of room occupancy. The results of this research indicate that based on the results of the F-test there is a significant and significant effect between reservation through online travel agent and offline travel agent to the level of room occupancy. Based on the partial calculation between the variables X1 and Y there is a significant and significant influence between reservations through online travel agents on the level of room occupancy. The variables X2 and Y have a significant and significant influence between reservations through offline travel agents partially on the level of room occupancy.

Abstract

In order to accelarate uquity economic and equitable hence the government should buil infrastructure in all line. So that to make good and service distribution line become easy and cheaper, so that small public can enjoytecnology advance. The government effort to overcome economic gap by release economic policy which equitable and focut on three things as follows: 1) by giving road acces, 2) opportunity freely, 3) improvement on human resource capacity. Small enterprise should empowered and each regency should there is a entrepreneur who have equitable commitment, so that growth which equitable become guidelles to empowering of public so that don’t occure economic gap.
