Abstract

In the global history of Islam as well as in its local context of Indonesia, the essence of nationalism is the willingness to unite as one nation in the political sense. This unity of the nation in the political sense will become much stronger when supported by factor of one religion, one language, and one race which is more prominent. But the fanatical nationalism without tolerance to underestimate religious values are certainly not in line with the values of Islam. Nationalism in the Islamic view is love and loyalty to the homeland that should not exceed the love and loyalty to Allah and His Messenger.

MTs Nurul Ummah students, among others (1) held in the morning and the reading of Asmaul Husna. (2) Dhuha prayer in congregation both students and teachers and employees. (3) Religious activities such as remembrance, istigosah, commemoration of Islamic holidays, haul, and once moved pilgrimage to Wali Sanga or scholars. The obstacle that changes the teacher in improving the religious character of MTs Nurul Ummah students is the difference in the character of students which makes it difficult for teachers to improve the religious character of students simultaneously and improve communication between teachers. The solution made by teachers in improving the religious character of MTs Nurul Ummah students is that the teachers communicate with each other by sharing, deliberation and holding meetings between teachers both with the cottage / dormitory in order to create students with religious character.

Abstract

The first source of Islamic law is al-Qur'an, after the new Al-Qur'an, the Hadith of the Prophet SAW. When searching for a law that not contained in the Al-Qur’an and al-Hadith, way to do is using ijtihad (raʻyu). This ijtihad is the mobilization of all the abilities of a fuqaha 'to find sharia law,' and the person who discovered it was named Mujtahid. The scholars in using this ra'yu issued many methods as a tool to install the law, such as: ijma 'which is the ahlul ilmi agreement on the law of an event with the condition that the scientists gather at the same time Qiyas, istihsan, istishab, 'urf. The purpose of this paper is to explain contemporary ijtihad methods that can be used to perform istinbath law. The discussion discussed in this paper is about the various ways of establishing modern Islamic law. The methodology used in this paper is the type of library (library research), namely by referring to books relating to fiqh and ushul fiqh. From the author's analysis that the methods used to establish Islamic law in the contemporary period are no different from the methods used previously, namely sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijtihad of the scholars who have mujtahid criteria.

In the sentences in the textbook, there is a male class dominance, namely there are 62 sentences or 61.8% sentences while the female class is only 40 sentences or 39.2% sentences. In the picture, the male class dominates, namely there are 78 pictures or 65%, while the female class as the dominant class has 42 sentences or 35% pictures. The results showed that the male class dominates the female class in sentences and pictures. Male class domination is a form of socialization of the dominant class habitus to the dominated class. The socialization of the dominant class habitus is carried out in order so that the habits of social and cultural structures can be perpetuated or reproduced so that they are accepted as things that are justified and imitated. This in Pierre Bourdieu's language is said to be symbolic violence.
