Abstract

This paper explores the learning styles in classical Islamic education. The focus is on the learning process recommended by BurhanuddinZarnuji in his famous work of Ta'līm Al-Muta'allim. Through literature research, it is known that the learning styles developed are still not as they are now expected to be. More established classifications and categorizations are still in need of further steps.

Abstract

Learning media is very important to be used by teachers to make it easier for students to understand what is conveyed by the teacher and its learning goals expected. The media used by teachers at State Islamic Primary School (MIN) Jejeran are LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), projector screens, subject books, Student Worksheets (Student Worksheets), Power points, Main Manager, Ms. Word and the environment that is set-up in such a way that can be used as a medium in learning.

Abstract

A description of the history and fiqh of Qibla cannot be separated from the site of the Ka'bah in Mecca. From there it can be known the problems experienced by the ummah when facing the problem of the correct direction of prayer, especially from those who live far from the Ka'bah. Its history also confirms that as the science and its supporting technology are improving in account with fiqh terms, both are important steps to determine the accuracy of the Qibla direction.

Abstract

This paper intends to see one form of public education in Indonesia in the perspective of Islamic Education. The object of this research is the Sambilegi tradisonal Market School (SPRS) located in Sleman Regency. From the data obtained through observation, interviews and observations it can be concluded that the principle of togetherness in welfare which is the basis of organization and education is an important value for its conformity with the principles of Islamic education. Supporting and inhibiting factors in SPRS education are indeed found, but togetherness commitments need to be deepened as long as education is even disseminated.

Abstract

In order to reinforce the importance of emotional development students in the early MI class were studied in the literature about the use of story methods in learning Indonesian language. Some attitudes and behaviors can be developed in strengthening the EQ of early grade MI students. For this reason, teachers are advised to use the surrounding environment as a learning media that is contextual during their stories on Indonesian language subjects.

The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Playen District in Gunungkidul Regency has conducted polygamous marriages from 2012-2015 with the permission of the Religious Courts. From there it can be identified the reasons for polygamy and judges' consideration in it to find out the growing marital conditions in the region. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali perspektif Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (BTI) yang identik dengan gagasan multikulturalisme dalam ajaran Islam secara literer. Dari penelusuran secara filosofis dapat dikembangkan untuk penguatan implementasi pendidikan agama Islam di Indonesia. Melalui filsafat Islam bisa diketahui bahwa manusia dalam penerimaan tatanan moralnya tidak selalu sama dengan manusia lainnya. Ketidaksamaan ini disebabkan karena perbedaan karakter alamiah yang mendasari setiap individu. Implikasinya dalam menerima perbaikan juga sangat beragam. Perspektif BTI itu bisa dikembangkan dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Untuk itu, pendidik diharuskan untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat guna membentuk pribadi muslim Indonesia bersusila menghargai kemajemukan.

Abstract

Humility and human happiness are a very important aspect. Many factors affect human serenity and happiness, such as prayer, zakat and charity, fasting, pilgrimage and dhikr. but only one that is easy for everyone throughout the world in various circumstances and environment and has a very decisive influence on human happiness that is dhikr to Allah. On the contrary, human beings no longer use it to recite to Allah, then suddenly his happiness is pulled out from his bosom; it's just gone missing its memory. There was a sad feeling, his chest suddenly felt tight and narrow, not even infrequently his life became meaningless.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the fatwa of kufu from the famous Shafi'i school and its relevance to the marriage regulations in Indonesia, specifically the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This library research also uses fatwa comparisons between schools and comparison between laws and regulations to obtain data. In Islamic law, it is not permissible to prevent marriage just because of different kufu. The kufu law is excluded in terms of religion because it can bring household into disharmony. This, in the end, turned out to be recognized both in the fatwa of Shafi'i schools and KHI.

Abstract

This article describes the analysis of divorce decisions on the grounds of parental intervention to a family of young couples in the Religious Court of Demak regency. The method of data collection is in-depth interviews and documentation, surely as important instruments, so that the subject matter of this research can be revealed properly, both in the process of divorce proceedings and judges' consideration in their decisions. This research, than, suggests one lesson food for thought that in social life within community, parent’s role has an important meaning in the lives of their son’s or daughter’s household in their position as mediator (hakam) and giving advice when conflicts occur in the family of son or daughter. Likewise, married couples must know the limitations and responsibilities of each in relation to their parents, so as to create healthy family relationships without intervention
