Abstract

What the relationships is like between educator and learner have actually been given in the Qur'an. Hamka is basically not a specialist in the field of education, inspite of this, he has heartedly investigated the aforementioned relationships as revealed in his monumental book of commentary, Tafsir al-Azhar, especially in Surat al-Alaq Verse 1-5. The relationships is build-up based on a pattern of learner-centered education which is different from educator-centered education pattern. The former is characteristically modern and the latter pattern is traditional in orientation. As an oustanding public figure raised-up in a religious environtment and actively engaged in struggle with the modernists movement in Indonesia, it is only natural that Hamka emphasizes the learner-centered pattern of education which is widely seen as a modern educational trend.

Abstract

Adjustment of the application of syirkah in sharia banking goes straight with regard to the Quran, Sunnah, fikih school in order to formulate the objectives of Islamic law in it. This is a research on historical literature and fiqh norms about special requirements in a variety of existing syirkah covenants. The understanding of language from syirkah is still permeated by various meanings in the four fiqh school. Both have the same pressure on the existence of mixing assets and contracts. two categories of forms, namely: Syirkah al-Amlak (alliance due to ownership) and Syirkah al-’uqūd (alliance due to a contract). The requirements in each form of syirkah contract are not merely those that always exist in the general understanding of syirkah. Each form can have special requirements tailored to the situations and conditions that support the willingness of each party in the Syirkah contract.

Abstract

The paper explores the classroom action research as one of research methodologies. This kind of research methodology aims to solve learning and teaching problems and improve the quality of education. There are four models of classroom action research, namely Kurt Lewin model, Stephen Kemmis and Robyn McTaggart model, Margaret Riel model, and Robert P. Pelton model. To make the models easy to apply, the authors show an example of classroom action research framework.

Abstract

This educational history research is focused on the life, activities and thoughts of KH. A. Wahid Hasyim, a national hero of independence in developing national education in pesantren, an environment which he never left from birth to adulthood. In pesantren Tebuireng run by his family, he began to study and also applied his educational ideas. His contribution expanded to the national level after being involved in NU and national activities in his lifetime to serve as minister of religion including broadening understanding of Islam and its institutionalization in state activities. The idea of national education is based on the belief that the more languages mastered by students, the stronger the sense of nationalism in them. This needs to be balanced with the strengthening of local culture and religion in daily life.

Abstract

the material law for the cancellation of Islamic marriages in Indonesia still requires further research considering there is a pluralism of regulations relating to it, namely Undang-undang no. 1 tahun 1974 concerning Marriage and Compilation of Islamic Law. This literature research study concludes that there is a dualism in terms of the termination of marriage in legislation, namely; the marriage is null and void and the marriage can be canceled so that it affects the legal status of husband and wife. However, due to the laws that are regulated remain the same, which is related to the status of children, property and third parties.

Abstract

this paper examines the inheritance relating to joint property in marriage and recipients in the form of a comparison between Islamic law and customary law normatively. Customary law here is related to other customs and customs adopted by the Muslim community. Islamic law and customary law of Indonesian Muslim tribes have in common especially in terms of inheritance barriers. The potential for equality in the distribution of inheritance, including shared and inherited assets, is also very prominent.

Abstract

The curriculum is a strategic element in an education program, which is expected to produce good educational products, some private schools are looking for an alternative in the effort to develop the curriculum, one of which uses Special curriculum, suggestions produce quality students. To achieve this it takes hard work and maximum effort. The curriculum used in SMP IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta is a Diknas curriculum combined with a special curriculum that is integrated Islamic Curriculum (IT), through this curriculum is expected that teachers can embed Islamic character values in learners Through several learning activities in class and outside classes such as coaching through mentoring, memorization of the Qur'an, and giving motive. Meanwhile, in MTs Ibnul Qoyyim Putri Yogyakarta use the curriculum of Depag, Diknas curriculum, and refers to the curriculum of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, the flagship program emphasized in MTs Ibnul Qoyyim Putri Yogyakarta is foreign language ability, namely Arabic and English.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are some pesantren alumni and their caregivers involved in acts of radicalism. Based on the facts above, the researcher is interested in conducting research on the ideological aspects. Many people believe that a person's actions are guided and validated by the ideology he believes in. For this reason the question arises, ‘what is the ideology of education in the pesantren al-Islam, Tenggulun, Solokuro?" To answer this question, the researcher investigates information in the pesantren by participating; stayed in the location for some time, following a number of activities carried out by the pesantren. Information to be sought is: ideology of pesantren education, books or study materials for pesantren, curriculum implementation in learning in pesantren. The results of the investigation are as follows: The ideology of al-Islam Islamic Boarding School education is theo-centric humanism. The implementation of the educational ideology is carried out in three stages, first tarbiyah, second, hijrah and third jihad.

Abstract

Religious reform and renewal of knowledge are common to the lives of religious and state people. The relationship between the two in the modern era is a matter of concern in the world of politics, so that the study of Islamic politics has developed quite significantly, which includes the study of the relationship between Islam and the State, as well as the impact of that relationship which leads to democracy and its concepts, human rights, and the movement of the ulama (Muslim scholars) towards religious reform. Therefore, one of the Muslim leaders, namely Mohammed Abid Jābirī who is one of the phenomenal figures of revolutionary Islamic thinkers with his theses on various real advances in human life, both in his studies of: the social environment or the development of sacred texts Muslims, which in this case is specifically in the study of the relationship between Religion and the State, Democracy, Khilafah Theory, and Religious Reform through renewal of knowledge. That is what later became the main and interesting discussion to be examined through the relationship approach between Religion and the State through the framework of a fundamental, secular and substantive school of thought. The analysis of MA Jābirī's views on religious reform and knowledge renewal focused on the relationship between Religion and the State in the Modern Age, which was then analyzed by the author using a combination of Al-Mawardi's views in Al-Ahkam Al-Sulthaniyyah, Agus Maftuh Abegebriel and Ahmad Yani Abeviero through his paper Negara Tuhan; The Thematic Encyclopaedia, and the development of democratic issues in the Islamic and Western world as an inseparable relationship when discussing Religion and the State as substantic.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia has been established as a central bank that develops dual monetary policy. This paper identifies the challenges faced in Islamic financial policy that are different from other monetary policies. With a historical approach to law it can be concluded that there is still an opportunity for BI to develop Islamic finance in Indonesia by reinforcing its basic philosophy of returning to the real economy in the gold standard. Some suggestions for the implementation of the technical treatment of finance have been raised, but there is a need to accompany the implementation by stabilizing all Islamic-oriented central bank laws.
