Abstract

Instansi pemerintah pada tingkat yang paling bawah adalah Kantor Kepala Desa dimana merupakan suatu instansi yang melakukan pendataan penduduk terutama dalam proses sensus penduduk, seperti berapa banyak warga yang ada di wilayah tersebut, dan berapa jumlah orang yang meninggal atau lahir di wilayah tersebut. Untuk dapat menciptakan kemudahan, keakuratan dan kecepatan dalam pendataan penduduk beserta laporannya kepada instansi yang lebih tinggi yaitu kecamatan, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem pendataan yang terkomputerisasi. Pada masa ini Perkembangan Tekologi Informasi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan bagi semua orang. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi bukan hal yang langka, hampir semua kalangan pelajar, mahasiswa, pekerja, pengusaha, bahkan pengajar pun mengenal dan menggunakan teknologi ini. Teknologi Informasi juga banyak digunakan sebagai media pencarian informasi, untuk menyelesaikan tugas bagi pelajar. Memproses jual beli serta menginput data. Mempermudah pendataan dengan aplikasi maupun sistem yang terdapat pada komputer. Sebelum pihak kelurahan sudah menggunakan aplikasi pendataan berbasis desktop, akan tetapi pada aplikasi tersebut masih terdapat banyak kekurangan di antaranya aplikasi tersebut masih belum fleksibel terhadap perubahan karna service atau fungsi pada aplikasi tersebut saling berhubungan, sehingga apabila terjadi perbuhan pada satu service saja maka akan berpengaruh terhadap service lainnya, selain itu load pegambilan data yang di perlukan pada aplikasi tersbut masih cukup lama. Dengan penerapan Service Oriented Architecture Pada Web Service API pada sistem pendataan data masyakat pada tingkat kelurahan sudah dilakukan uji kelayakan dan memperoleh nilai 86,52% yang bermakna aplikasi yang di bangun sudah sangat layak. Dan dapat membantu proses pendataan data masyarakat pada tingkat kelurahan.Keywords: Web Service, Service Oriented Architecture

Abstract

In accepting teachers, each school will offer various criteria for prospective teachers. The process of accepting teachers at the Kinderfield Cibinong School is still done manually, where a file selection and comparison with existing criteria will be carried out. Based on the 8 (eight) criteria obtained from interviews with the principal, the weight value of each criterion is also obtained. The application of the method Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to this problem is one of the most appropriate and effective ways. The existence of a system for the recommendation of teaching staff in national kindergarten schools plus will be more effective and efficient in its use. For the implementation of the system, the compiler uses the vb.net programming language and SQL Server as the database. With the Decision Support System, it can help in determining which prospective teachers will be accepted and the process will be faster

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Sistem Keamanan Lingkungan Berbasis Wifi menggunakan IP Camera adalah aplikasi monitoring keamanan menggunakan sinyal Wifi untuk menghubungkan komunikasi antar perangkatnya, yang terdiri dari Router Wifi TPLINK WR 741N yaitu perangkat yang berfungsi sebagai unit yang memancarkan sinyal Wifi 2.4GHz, perangkat ini memiliki peranan sebagai unit utama didalam pengalamatan IP address. Selanjutnya perangkat Android Mini PC MK 809 II yaitu perangkat yang menggunakan sistem operasi Android yang berfungsi untuk mengambil data gambar pada IP Camera, ketika unit ini terhubung ke jaringan Wifi maka Android Mini PC akan mendapatkan IP dari Router Wifi. Perangkat yang berfungsi untuk mengubah gambar menjadi data digital dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan IP Camera Ezfiz C8N dimana camera ini berbasis jaringan TCP/IP network yang dapat digerakkan ke kiri-kanan dan atas-bawah (Pan and Tilt) dari jarak jauh melalui koneksi ke jaringan Wifi serta dilengkapi fungsi "IR LED Night Vision" untuk pemantauan siang dan malam.

Abstract

The management of guest data at Hotel Gerbera is currently still by recording books, starting from the check-in process which is done by filling out the registration sheet, then inputting guest data who has checked in in the Guest In The House data table using Microsoft Excel and writing money data. Incoming cash payments, debit / credit and receivables per shift in the Daily Cashier Sheet. This kind of data input process is less effective because it takes a lot of time to enter guest data into each different report form. The research with the title "Gerbera Hotel Guest Data Management Information System Using Prototype Method" has a problem formulation of how to manage the Gerbera Hotel guest database and how to apply the prototype method to the Gerbera Hotel Guest Data Management Information System. The purpose of this research is for the effectiveness of time in the process of managing guest data for the receptionist, storing guest data is well organized by the system, and making it easier for the receptionist to find data on guests who have checked in. This study uses the prototype method. The development of the prototype method starts from the stage of gathering user requirements and analysis, rapid design, building prototypes, evaluating prototypes, changing designs and prototypes, until customers are satisfied, then large-scale development. Based on the research conducted, it is concluded that to manage guest data so that it is stored properly in the database is to develop an information system for managing guest data at Hotel Gerbera. The test results of the Gerbera Hotel guest data management information system are in the very feasible category with a percentage value of 92%.

Abstract

The selection of vendors to work on a project is an activity that must be carried out effectively and precisely so that the project is carried out in accordance with business needs and does not suffer losses. To get the best vendor ranking, you can use the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) calculation method. TOPSIS method is a method that generates rankings by calculating the distance between the best solution and the worst solution. The steps to calculate using TOPSIS are identification of alternatives and their values, create a decision matrix, normalize the matrix, calculate the normalization matrix, look for positive and negative solutions, calculate the distance between positive and negative solutions, and calculate relative closeness and sort preferences. In this study using 8 criteria and 5 alternative vendors. Research method using research and development. This method will produce a prototype. Abstract

Sistem transaksi pembayaran konvensional yang sudah mulai ditinggalkan karena dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, mengharuskan adanya perubahan dalam sistem pembayaran tersebut.Perkembangan teknologi membantu pengguna teknologi tersebut dalam kemudahan berkegiatan bertransaksi. Dalam penelitian ini tentang proses transaksi pembayaran yang masih konvensional atau manual yang menimbulkan permasalahan - permasalahan yang terjadi, seperti lamanya waktu dalam bertransaksi, rentan terjadi kesalahan, pengelolaan data yang belum begitu baik.Penerapan transaksi pembayaran secara online dapat membantu mengatasi permasalah tersebut, seperti waktu yang dibuthkan lebih hemat, pengelolaan data yang baik dan sedikitnya kesalahan yang akan terjadi.Untuk penggambaran sistem dalam hal pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode SDLC dan model yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dimana proses Waterfall ini dimulai dari analisa sistem sampai dengan pemeliharaan sistem. Untuk perancangan sistem menggunakan proses UML (Usecase & Activity Diagram), dengan penggunaan UML yang menggambarkan proses transaksi pembayaran tersebut.Dan model transaksi pembayaran online dengan menggunakan fasilitas pembayaran dengan Paypal.

Abstract

Binaniaga Indonesia University is one of the universities in the city of Bogor, just like other university in the learning process, computer laboratory assistants are often found whose job is to assist in providing appropriate directions to students who have difficulty during learning. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted, there are indications that students who have been selected to become computer, laboratory assistants in the previous period, namely their performance is less than optimal, seen in daily life when assisting practicum courses in the computer laboratory, namely not providing the direction needed by practitioners who experience obstacles or difficulties, and also not optimal in terms of time while working in the computer laboratory. in this study, it can provide recommendations for selection of computer laboratory assistants to minimize errors in choosing computer laboratory assistants by applying the Naive Bayes method. The variables use is based on academic fields such as attendance, GPA (Gradual Achievement Index), the value of programming fundamentals courses, the value of programming language 1 or web systems and technology courses, and semester. The percentage of accuracy test results obtained by using the confussion matrix is the accuracy of 95.31%.

Abstract

Conditions in plants that lack or excess sunlight causes plants to wither quickly, it is feared that it will harm the community, Less accurate in assessing conditions around plants and less effective in uniting ornamental plants when outdoors are factors that are factors in the development of technology that supports various types of plants. type of plant. technology, this research aims to create a prototype with the Internet Of Things model which is the concept of connecting sensors to the internet that can create an open connection. a prototype system was created to effectively integrate ornamental plant conditions to treat plants and obtain more accurate plant condition data. By using the Prototype method to make systems and tools using a DHT22 sensor for temperature and humidity data, a Soil Moisture sensor for soil moisture, an ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 to be able to see the condition of the water tank, and NodeMCU as a microcontroller that receives data from the sensor and will be sent. to Cloud Storage via the internet using Wireless Sensor Network technology. The results of the calculation of the accuracy of the temperature measuring instrument were tested by comparing DHT-22 with a mercury thermometer with an average of "0.82%". The test results show the results of "90%" for the expert test and "88.29%" for the user test. expected and can help the community in unifying the condition of ornamental plants to be more effective and provide accurate information.

Abstract

The homeroom teacher has a function as a teacher who is responsible as a guardian or substitute for the parents of students while in the school area and also helps students in the academic field. As a teacher or homeroom teacher is one of the determining factors for the success of any educational effort. The teacher's ability to plan and implement learning is a major factor in achieving teaching objectives. Mastery skills in the learning process are closely related. Every year students who will enter higher education or junior high school (SMP), need to be guided and prepared carefully, so that these students can enter junior high school (SMP) according to their wishes and expectations. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a grade 6 homeroom teacher who can guide and prepare students as well as possible during preparation for entering junior high school (SMP). So far, the determination of the 6th grade guardian is still done subjectively, the subjective referred to is an assessment based on proximity to the principal, in this case the principal also does not have definite criteria in determining the 6th homeroom teacher. To overcome the problems that occur, the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method will be applied as a tool in determining homeroom 6th graders in elementary schools. This method will determine the assessment criteria with the following criteria: Pedagogics (Knowing the characteristics of students, mastering learning theory and learning principles, assessing and evaluating learning), attendance and tenure. From the results of the application of the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, it is to determine the 6th grade homeroom teacher in elementary school with 3 names in the top positions who will become 6th grade homeroom teachers in elementary schools. With the percentage of eligibility for information systems experts of 95% and the percentage of user eligibility of 94%.

Abstract

The process of mapping the potential of prospective new students is a grouping of prospective students based on various criteria which will be grouped based on their potential, both low and high, in order to assist the PR/promotion bureau in providing reference data and information in order to determine what promotion strategy will be carried out in the next period. This research can provide a mapping of potential new students using the K-Means Clustering Algorithm, namely by analyzing the initial data group, transforming the initial data and performing grouping calculations, after that the results of the grouping calculations can be re-analyzed to see where the school came from, the location of the school and the location of the school. the origin of information for each member in each group. In it applied the variables, namely the origin of the school, the location of the origin of the school and the origin of the information. This is done to map the potential of prospective new students, in order to assist the public relations/promotion bureau in providing reference data and information in order to determine what promotion strategy will be carried out in the next period. A cluster validity test has been carried out using the Silhoutte Coefficiency of the K-Means algorithm which is applied with a value of 0.6113 which means that the cluster created is included in the "Medium Structure" category, it is based on the Sillhoutte Category table according to Kauffman and Roussseeuw.
