Abstract

Central Lombok Regency is one of the districts that supports the establishment of Tourism Villages. One of the Tourism Villages that was recently initiated was the Sengkoah Traditional Tourism Village. This village has not been widely known by the wider community due to lack of information dissemination. Previously the dissemination of information was only through facebook pages and internet articles. In order to introduce this Sengkoah Indigenous Tourism Village, researchers created a profile video with vintage effects. Where this vintage effect will strengthen the impression of the past in the video part that is needed. In the process of making a profile video through three stages, namely, the first pre-production stage where the location survey and video drafting begin. The two stages of production are taking pictures and recording sound and preparing all the materials needed in the video. The three post-production stages are the video editing stage that brings together all the materials needed to become a complete video. After doing all of these steps, it is expected to produce a profile video of the Sengkoah Traditional Tourism Village with vintage effects. So that this video can be used as a more effective medium of information to introduce to the general public about the existence of this tourist village and the traditional activities offered. To find out the feasibility of the videos that have been made a beta test is proposed by submitting questionnaires to 30 respondents. The results obtained were profile videos with vintage effects of the traditional Sengkoah tourist village worthy of dissemination.

Abstract

Sound is a signal or wave that propagates with a certain frequency and amplitude through intermediary media that are delivered such as water, air and solid objects. Humans can communicate with other humans with sound. But the sound that is released by humans, musical instruments, or other objects does not always sound clear and good, some of the recorded sound has a lot of noise which makes the sound quality is disturbed and not good. The solution for making sound in an object better and cleaner is filtering. [2]. Filters can be interpreted as a circuit that passes a certain frequency band desired and dampens other frequency bands. Filters are divided into two types, namely analog filters and digital filters. According to the impulse response the digital filter is divided into two, namely the Infinite Impulse Filter (IIR) filter and the Finite Impulse Filter (FIR) filter. In this study a filtering process will be carried out on the sound of the guitar. The filter used is the Band Pass Filter, a filter that can be used to isolate or filter certain frequencies in a particular band or frequency range.

Abstract

Information technology is one of the things that has an important role in the era of globalization. Technological developments rapidly growth from year to year then its own facilities so as to provide convenience for its users. Information technology directly affects the lives of individuals and social especially at government agencies. Langsa General Hospital is one of the government agencies that has grown in the field of public health services, which is one of the public facilities are very important in the life of the community. It must be in balance with good services and facilities provided by the hospital. One of the facilities needed Area of Langsa General Hospital which is a container for the community can channel feedback in the form of a complaint with the objective as a means of communication between the hospital and the community which acts as a users of the service, with the existence of the container, the hospital can increase quality or improve any service provided to the community hospital.

Abstract

The interaction technology in general is inseparable from the rapid development of Human-Computer Interaction technology or Human and Computer Interaction. Human and computer mouse interactions are called Virtual Mouse. Virtual mouse is designed for users to be able to interact directly with computers without using input devices such as conventional mice but using their hands as driving objects or using other media such as colors. In this research, testing is done on how to track an object that moves in order to do the mouse by using an intermediary in the form of an image processing-based webcam video that is taken in real-time using object tracking in the form of three color variables arranged based on RGB composition using the optical flow method in detecting its movement. Based on research that has been carried out as a whole the color object used as a pointer controller or mouse with the optical flow method can be detected properly in every condition.

Abstract

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is an illness due to lack of nourishment in human motoric nerves. This illness causes the sufferer a loss in motoric movement. Thankfully there is still an organ that move well regardless the illness, and that is eye movement. Eye tracking method have been applied to controlling computer. Majority of eye tracking methods are divided into two methods, video-oculography (VOG), and electrooculography (EOG). VOG used camera as video recorder and processed using image processing to track eye movement. EOG used skin electrode that were usually used in electrocardiography, which could detect electrical activity on the back of eye. The principle in this research is to design a cursor controlling system using EOG sensor and classified the signal using simple thresholding method. The result would be cursor movement based on eye movement. Purpose of this final assignment is to design a cursor controlling system based EOG sensor. The experimental results yield an accuracy of 98% for the cursor movement controlling. The system can control the direction of the cursor's movement but cannot control other activities of the cursor.

Abstract

In urban areas found there are dirty so that the virus can develop and produce disease. To cope with the disease, an immune or immune system is needed. One prevention against viruses is by treatment in pill or other forms. Education about health about viruses is very much needed by the community, especially early childhood so that education can be interesting and interactive so it is made in the form of educational games. The purpose of this study is to provide health education to users to care about health, remind users of the importance of maintaining the health of viruses or microbes or the like where prevention is better than cure, avoiding dirty or dirty places, giving knowledge about places that are often occupied by viruses, and care about the environment by maintaining environmental cleanliness. The method used in this study is The Games Development Life Cycle. Buildbox is one of the tools used in making games that are user-friendly or easy to use. The virus survivor game explains about virus specialists who are required to pass dirty places in the city by avoiding viruses and obstacles that lead to the laboratory to make drugs in the form of pills to make the body become immune to the virus. The doctor must also collect coins in the form of DNA to open new characters to make them stronger. Power up to fight the virus in the form of an immune pill to make it immune to viruses, magnetic DNA pills to make it easier to get coins, and pills to eradicate the virus. The conclusion in this study is that the virus survivor game is an educational game to improve public health knowledge, especially early childhood so that the body is expected to have immunity to disease viruses.

Abstract

The stability of commodity prices for food is very influential on the economy of a region because stable prices have a direct impact on the level of people's purchasing power. The need to maintain the stability of food commodity prices is the background of this research and this can be anticipated by forecasting the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI is an index number that calculates the average change in prices of goods and services consumed by households and society. The purpose of this study is to predict the CPI of the Foodstuff Group using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) method by utilizing Linear, Polynomial, Gaussian Radial Basis Function (RBF) and SPLine Kernel Functions. Selection of this SVR method, because SVR is able to map input vectors into higher dimensions and can produce a function with a trend of bumpy data following the data path formed, resulting in more accurate predictive values Research is limited to the city of Surabaya, the period of time the study begins January 1, 2016 until December 31, 2018. The data source used is the Surabaya Food Basic Price data as an input variable with 34 input attributes and the CPI data for Surabaya city Foodstuffs group as output variables. The results of this study are expected to be able to predict CPI with an error rate below 5%, which is indicated by MSE (Mean Square Error) < 0.05

Abstract

Governance and planning for aligning business strategies with strategies in managing Information systems (SI) is the main key in winning business competition in each organization. Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital as a business organization engaged in health cannot be separated from this, but the problem of governance and the lack of alignment between the current business strategy and the SI strategy make the Ananda General Hospital Purwokerto less in terms of service issues. For this reason, an evaluation of the existing SI governance is needed at Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital. COBIT 5 can be used to evaluate SI governance, because in COBIT 5 there are 5 domains consisting of 2 categories, namely the category of governance domain and management domain, for problems experienced by Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital can use the EDM and APO domains on COBIT 5. The results expected are in the form of measuring the level of governance implementation of SIR Ananda Purwokerto General Hospital in the EDM and APO domains, so that the best recommendations can be given based on the COBIT 5 framework.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a disease that is very deadly. The level of this disease in Indonesia is very high, the rate of prevalence in 2013 of about 0.8% with an estimated 92 692 absolute throughout Indonesia. Early detection of cancer can be done with a Pap cytology examination. Slide readings performed by a specialist in anatomical pathology where normal conditions at least there should be 8000-12000 cells in good condition. This reading is not easy and has some constraints, it is necessary to melakkan designed system capable of automatically reading slide. System automation is expected to reduce errors due to manual readings. One of the stages in the building automation system is the segmentation of the cell to separate the cells from background objects. Separation is done by implementing the method of minima and maxima region, as well as the implementation of a subset of the region area. From this study, it was found that the model is implemented showed that the implementation of the model can be used to do the segmentation process either cell cytoplasm and nucleus.

Abstract

To choose a vehicle that suits your needs and the funds needed by consumers, you need careful and accurate analysis. The criteria used as a benchmark in choosing a vehicle among other prices, maintenance costs, number of doors, room capacity, baggage area, and vehicle safety level. To process all of these questions is needed a way that can help consumers in choosing the vehicle that best suits their needs. C4.5 algorithm is an algorithm used to compile a decision tree. C4.5 algorithm is used to determine the car to be taken by the buyer according to the background of the purchase criteria (purchase price), maintenance (maintenance costs), doors (number of doors), people (capacity for passenger announcements), lug_boot (delivery area) , safety (vehicle safety level) The results of this study are car purchasing assessment systems that are in line with expectations for potential car buyers in decision making considerations.
