Abstract

In fulfilling its vision and mission, STMIK SZ NW Anjani is always striving to improve value and internal quality as a means of strategic intuition to be able to compete with other universities. One of the many ways to improve the overall quality of a university is to improve the recruitment process of lecturers because the quality of the lecturers will determine the overall quality of the university.In order to have a more objective recruitment process of lecturers, the decision support system is being constructed. In this case, the methods that are used to determine an alternative prospective lecturers based on priority are the application ofAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Addative Weighting (SAW) methods. AHP is used to determine the weighting criteria, the weighting sub criteria andscoring based on latest education, while SAW is used to find the final result and determining the rank. The final result of using AHP and SAW as a decision support system model is to be able to help the committee leaderin making final decision for the selection.

Abstract

One factor for the achievement of the objectives of the concept of learning in the management of modern education is to utilize information technology that is supported by a reliable computer network architecture. In this research, the method of designing a computer network architecture is based on the 4 stages of the TOGAF-ADM Framework, namely vision architecture, business architecture, information systems architecture (data architecture and application architecture) and technology architecture. Then the system implementation uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) process which consists of analysis, design, simulation prototyping, implementation, monitoring, management and ending with an evaluation of computer network development. From the trial results, it is obtained that by using load balance technology and microtic device support, sending and receiving data packets is now faster and more stable because the communication lines have been segmented and the data collision in the network is resolved. The new network implementation successfully stabilized upload and download data speeds, overcoming limited connections and 0% packet loss.

Abstract

The Madrasah Head who has good ability will give the best performance for the Madrasa he leads so that the Madrasa has good quality so that it can create a generation that is smart and has good character and good religion. One of the efforts of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Mataram City Office to always maintain and improve the quality of Madrasah heads in the City of Mataram is to provide an assessment to choose the best Madrasah head so that all Madrasah heads in the City of Mataram have the motivation to always improve their quality. The design and manufacture of systems in this study use the waterfall methodology. This study uses the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) which is one of the methods of the Decision Support System (SPK) used to determine the priority order of alternative decisions with multi criteria. The results of this assessment are to get the best Madrasah head ranking table in the city of Mataram based on the results of the system calculation, where these results can already be used by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Mataram City Office as a consideration in determining the best Madrasa head in the city of Mataram. The conclusion of this study is the construction of a system that is able to produce the best level of Madrasah head assessment in the city of Mataram which can then be used to help the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Mataram City Office in making the decision to determine the best Madrasah head in the city of Mataram effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Digital data is one of the data or information that is often misused, therefore this research begins by studying various literatures related to the encryption system used in cryptographic techniques. And based on the literature that was read, made a series of design and encryption system design program based on Thonny Python. The results of the design are then realized by creating a series of file encryption systems through the application program. The results obtained from this study are the encryption system created in Thonny Python has been able to randomize the original information in this case in the form of a file and is able to transmit the encrypted data with various limitations. This study discusses digital data communication systems using HF radio waves with its main device as a complete communication radio with antenna and power supply, and is equipped with a Raspberry as an enhancement to digital data processing and FSK Modulator as an interface between Raspberry and HF radio that functions as a digital signal modifier that out of Raspberry becomes an analog signal as input for HF radio.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are an internal part of the learning process that emphasizes meeting student needs, extracurricular activities can be a means to channel talents and interests to encourage the development of potential students. In the extracurricular elections at the Taruna Satria Vocational School Pekanbaru is still manual where the extracurricular counselor is still based on self competence, but extracurricular determination is left entirely to students. So that a system is needed to improve the quality of good education. In making a decision there are many methods, and for the decision making for the selection of extracurricular activities at the Satuna Satria Vocational School, the SAW method (simple additive weighting) is used, the SAW method is a method used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The solution obtained is that the application designed is a Decision Support System to Determine Extracurricular Activities Based on Interests and Talents in the Taruna Satria Vocational School Pekanbaru. This application can provide several advantages compared to the current system, which is efficient and effective in processing information and data management. With this application, it will help guide teachers and especially for students to choose extracurricular activities quickly and based on the talents and interests of these students

Abstract

Family Prosperity Founding is an institution that is very closely related to the system ofgovernment and society. Various types of community data in an environment must bemanaged by the Family Prosperity Founding, both at the village / kelurahan and district levels.In managing community data, many parties are involved, from the managers of each of theguest houses for each RT to the Village / Village Office. Of course this requires a lot of energyand time so that it is not fast in presenting information needed by certain parties. What is donefor data collection on the Family Prosperity Founding of a village / kelurahan has thefollowing stages: 1. The initial data is made by each charisma in each RT, 2. RT records thedata obtained from the dasawisma group and then the data is given to RW, 3. RW receivesdata from each RT and recapitulation, then the RW provides data to the Working Group, 4.The working group recaps data from the assisted RW and provides recapitulation data to thevillage / kelurahan, 5. The village / kelurahan reconciles the overall data. This method tendsto cause errors in filling and the slow submission of data to the kelurahan. For this reason, awebsite-based PEDDAS application was created in the hope that it could overcome problemsand be able to present Family Prosperity Founding information in Tamanbaru Village. Theconclusion of this reserach is the basic data registration application on Family ProsperityFounding facilitates the Dasa Wisma group to input group’s data and activities on 10 mainprograms of the Family Prosperity Founding at Tamanbaru Banyuwangi Urban Village. Thisapplication is also able to give information about all Family Prosperity Founding activitiesdone by its members to the Family Prosperity Founding board in Urban Village Office

Abstract

Bandung is located on the island of Java with Latitude -7.5 and longitude 107.5. This location has average solar radiation of 4.89 KWh / m2per day so suitable for solar energy utilization. Solar energy can be converted into electrical energy through photovoltaic system so that it can be applied to residential load. The design of solar power plants for residential load requires accurate calculations. In this research, HOMER was used to evaluate the design of renewable energy on grid systems at residential load 900 VA in Bandung. The research method used arecollecting solar radiation data, equipment specifications and 900 VA electrical load studies. Based on the results of the design on grid photovoltaic system using HOMER, the configuration of 6 PV 2040 Wp units, 4 unit batteries, and 2 kW inverter is the optimum configuration. The system configuration can provide 45.5% of the total daily loadconsumption with the lowest total Net Present Cost (NPC) is IDR 75,300,000.00. The On Grid system that has been designed will achieve an annual profit IDR 1,806,884.00 compared to conventional electricity usage (PLN) and only takes 7 years to recover investment costs.

Abstract

Forex Market Is a type of currency trading of the country that handles the world currency market within 24 hours agreed, foreign exchange trading has become an alternative for investors to save more trades in general and traders are required to support good technical analysis of good fundamentals so that able to reap huge profits. Technical analysis is an analysis used to estimate prices will fall at the lower price threshold (support) and the upper price threshold (resistance). Fibonacci Retracement is a method often used for technical analysis of rising prices or rising prices. The data used in this study was downloaded from the FBS Forex Market server which consists of open, high, low, close, and volume data. The next step is grouping data as a preprocessing method with the k-means method to normalize the data before the data is processed in the proposed method, the k-means method is a method of grouping data based on the nearest cluster object. One of the advantages of the k-means method is simple, efficient and easy to apply. In this study, artificial neural network and fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and Fibonacci Retracement methods are used to predict support and resistance levels. Testing is done using training data and test data with different time intervals. This data produces the highest level of testing based on data from 3 January 2015 - December 2017 and 1 month test data for the period January 2018 100% weekly real data ,. While the value of the accuracy of the trial data period 1 to 2 years and 1 month test data for the period January 2018 daily real data, which is 40%. The average value of the experiment using training data and test data with different time intervals was 52.61%.

Abstract

PT. Treekreasi Margamulia is a company that eliminates oil palm plantations in the city of Palembang. In the processing of oil palm plantation Asset in PT. Treekeasi Margamulia conducted by the staff of finance. The data of the processed assets is data on fixed assets and asset data. The asset data does not yet have an integrated system. Data management related to procurement, use, maintenance, and depreciation of assets that have not been integrated lead to frequent loss and also the hassle of happiness and Company's need to upgrade the old system to switch to the system A new facility with the utilization of local server facilities in the company. To maximize the performance of financial staff in the company in the process of asset management, in order to present better report results and Efisen for the company leader. Research using the method of developing Rational Unified Process (RUP) system, with four phases namely, inception, elaboration, construction, and trantition, research results in the form of asset Management Information System (SIMASET) palm oil Plantation At PT. TreeKreasi Margamulia.

Abstract

The problem that is often faced by investors in selling / buying stocks is the difficulty in analyzing a dataset of stock prices in large quantities.This analysis aims to predict the rise or fall of stock prices based on data obtained. To assist investors in determining buying / selling decisions on stock analysis based on technical and equipped with classification techniques in data mining. This study analyzes the performance of the J48 Decision Tree algorithm in the Waikato Environmental Software for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA) version 3.8.2 for PT. Harum Energi Tbk. (HRUM). The results showed in the testing data, the percentage of testing on data without normalization was higher by 87.3 (non-aggressive) and 88.8 (aggressive) compared to normalized data 84.2 (non-aggressive) and 85 (aggressive ). The biggest stock profit generated is in non-aggressive type data without normalized by 48.75 or Rp. 48,750.00.
