Abstract

ABSTRAKPengganggaran modal mencakup seberapa besar sumber daya yang dimiliki perusahaan yang akan dialokasikan dalam rangka memaksimalkan keuntungan melalui keputusan investasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aktivitas kegiatan bisnis, kegiatan perencanaan perusahaan dan evaluasi proyek UMKM di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan library reasearch. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas investasi meruapakan salah satu kegiatan menguntungkan untuk mengembangkan usaha, perencanaan modal sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha, keuangan perusahaan yang dikelola keluarga cenderung menggunakan modal keluarga, serta teori teori penganggaran modal tidak sepenuhnya terjadi dilapangan. Kata Kunci: Penganggaran Modal, UMKM, PerusahaanABSTRACT The capital budgeting includes how much of the company's resources will be allocated in order to maximize profits through proper investment decisions. This research aims to determine the activities of business activities, corporate planning activities and the evaluation of Micro Small Medium Entreprises (MSMEs) projects in Central Java. This research is a qualitative study with data collection in the form of observations, interviews and reasearch libraries. The results showed that the investment activity would be one of the profitable activities to develop the business, capital planning greatly affects the success of the business, the finances of family-run companies tend to Use of family capital, as well as theory of capital budgeting theory does not occur completely in the field. Keywords: Capital Budgeting, MSMEs, Company

Abstract

This research aimed to know about the influence of parent’s attention, discipline study, and learning motivation to the Student’s economic learning result through learning activities in IX Social Class of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this study were eleven grade students social of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung with a total of 69 students. Using the T Yamane formula with simple random sampling obtained a sample of 58 students. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing is done by T test and Ftest. The result of the analysis show that there is influance of parent’s attention, discipline study and learning motivation through learning activities towards integreted economic learning outcomes with a level of determination of 0,892 or 89,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model problem based learning dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan kompetensi akuntansi. Subjek penelitian meliputi mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi yang mengambil mata kuliah Akuntansi Keauangan Menengah I pada semester ganjil tahun akademik 2016/2017 berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian menerapkan desain penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data melalui tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model problem based learning pada mata kuliah akuntansi keuangan menengah I dapat meningkatkan kompetensi akuntansi. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari perkembangan kompetensi akuntansi dari siklus ke siklus.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Competency Accounting

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation to learn, socio economic status of parents and peers environment on interest to continuing education to the collage through academic achievement at class XII accounting students SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung academic year 2017/2018. The method which is used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study amounted to99 students. The samples obtained 79 students and sampling technique is probability  sampling with simple random sampling. The result of research shows that there is influence of motivation to learn, socio economic status of parents and peers environment on interest to continuing education to the collage through academic achievement at class XII accounting students SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung academic year 2017/2018 simultaneously as well as partially.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi melalui prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 99 siswa. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 79 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar, status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi melalui prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Kata kunci: motivasi, status sosial, lingkungan, prestasi, minat perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of GPA, socio-economic status, peers, and information on S2 scholarships on the interest in S2 studies in alumni of the Faculty of Social Sciences, FKIP Unila. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with an ex post facto approach and a survey. The population in this study amounted to 315 people. The sample obtained was 76 people, and the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there is an individual influence between GPA, social, economic status, peers, and information on S2 scholarships on interest in S2 studies in alumni of the Faculty of Social Sciences FKIP Unila class of 2015. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is an influence between CPI, socioeconomic status. , peers, and information on S2 scholarships about postgraduate study interest in alumni of the Department of Social Sciences, FKIP Unila class of 2015. The count value is 39.333 with sig. From 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study is the employee of PT. Federal International Finance Bandar Lampung in 2019-2020. In this study a population of 50 people was used. Determination of the sample is done using probability sampling using the simple random sampling method. Then the number of samples obtained in this study amounted to 44 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses the Linear Regression Hypothesis Testing with Path Analysis. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approaches. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction of employees of PT. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Moral Reasoning dan simulasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ). Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan treatment by level. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 kelas dengan jumlah 359 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan 2 kelas dengan jumlah 59 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis varian dua jalan dan t-test dua dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan keterampilan sosial dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Moral Reasoning dan model Simulasi dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan emosional (EQ)Kata kunci: EQ, Keterampilan Sosial, Moral Reasoning, Simulas

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenumbuhkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dianggap suatu hal yang sangat penting. Mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki keterampilan, sikap percaya diri, berani menghadapi resiko dan berkualitas serta siap menghadapi perubahan seperti era industry 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah paired  sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung 5.209 ttabel 2.010, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian,  dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sesudah pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Dengan demikian pembelajaran kewirausahaan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital mampu untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.Kata kunci: era industry 4.0, minat berwirausaha, teknologi digital ABSTRACTFostering student entrepreneurial interest is considered a very important thing. Students are expected to have skills, self-confidence, dare to face risks and quality and are ready to face changes like the era of industry 4.0. This study aims to foster interest in student entrepreneurship through the use of digital technology in entrepreneurship learning. This research is a type of experimental research using quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used in this study was paired sample t-test. The results showed the value of tcount 5.209 t table 2.010, so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in student interest in entrepreneurship after the use of digital technology in entrepreneurship learning. Abstract

This study aims to compare online-based shopping consumer satisfaction using social media Instagram and direct shopping (offline) to consumer loyalty in Bandar Lampung Melstore Shop. The method used in this research is an experiment using a comparative and survey approach. This study's sample is the Bandar Lampung Melstore Shop consumers who shop online and offline totaling 96 respondents. The technique used is nonprobability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. The data collection uses observation and questionnaires. Data collected through a questionnaire is then processed using the SPSS 15.0 program. The results obtained by using the SPSS 15.0 program indicate that the variable of customer satisfaction when shopping online and offline has a significant difference. It has an impact on consumer loyalty, both online and offline.

Abstract

Research aims to understand the influence of attribute products , prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase of products smartphone vivo.Methods used is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex post facto capital .Population is student PIPS the 2015-2017, FKIPUniversity  Lampung.Technique the sample collection use non probability of sampling with the methods accidental sampling.The sample of the used 60 respondents.The results of the study showed that there was some influence simultaneously attribute products, prices and word of mouth communication of the decision the purchase smartphone vivo on student P. IPSFKIPUniversity Lampung. Based on the analysis of obtained fhitung 77,249 ftabel 2,77 this demonstrates with multiple linear regression coefficient of determination ( r2 ) 0,805 which means the purchase decision influenced by product attributes, prices and word of mouth communication as much as 80,5 % and 19.5 % influenced by other factors . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone vivo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa jurusan PIPS angkatan 2015-2017, FKIP Universitas Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling denganmetode accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone vivo pada mahasiswa jurusan P. IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh Fhitung 77,249 Ftabel 2,77 yang  ditunjukan  dengan regresi linier multiple dengan koefisien determinasi (r2) 0,805 yang berarti keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh atribut produk, harga dan word of mouth communication sebesar 80,5 % dan 19,5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata kunci: keputusan pembelian, atribut produk, harga, word of mouth communication
