Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. Abstract

Non-bank Islamic financial institutions such as BMT must be able to conduct a good financing risk management system so that the risks that occur can be minimized, while the efforts made by BMT Mardhatillah Berkah Karawang in minimizing it by charging each member who is doing Financing by paying Tabarru funds and that paid only once when members make funding disbursements. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of Tabarru funds in Financing Products at BMT Mardhatillah Berkah and to determine the implementation of the Tabarru contract which was carried out at the time of financing. Tabarru ’can be interpreted as donations, grants, benevolent funds, or alms. Whereas those who make donations are called mutabarri or generous. Based on the research results of each member who conducts Financing at BMT, Be it Murabahah, Mudharabah, and Rahn Financing, there will be Tabarru Funds that must be paid at the time of Funding Disbursement where Tabarru funds will be used to help each other or bear one another if there is a risk of death among BMT members. In the Tabarru contract, the Member gives a grant which will be used to help other BMT Members who experience an accident or an event that is outside of human will, so that the funds are separated from other funds.

Abstract

Abstract— This research was conducted at the BPRS Artha Madani branch Cikampek. The problem that occurs in the field is a decrease in the number of customers that occurred in 2018. Total all sample of 84 peoples. Researchers use the theory of Philip Kotler to be a reference in developing the theoretical foundation that studies the concepts of marketing, promotion and price. Primary data collection through interviews with branch heads. Distribution of questionnaires, with respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, a method that uses numbers in each result and is tested using the SPSS application. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data validity, data reliability, for the classical assumption test using the normality test, multicolleration test, and heteroscedastic test. Whereas the hypothesis test uses the determination test, partial test (t test), multiple linear regression, and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed that the promotion variable did not significantly influence the percentage of 24.20%. Meanwhile, the price variable significantly affected the percentage of 63.65% on the increase in the number of customers. Based on the simultaneous test (f test) that has been done that the promotion and price variables together affect the increase in the number of customers. The results of the determination test or R2 that have been done get the results that, promotion and price affect the increase in the number of customers by 51.9% and the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Abstract

The purpose of this research are to know the price strategies of competitive advantaes that is adopted at the Sekolah Alam Purwakarta and how Sekolah Alam Purwakarta presents products differentiation in provding education that is conceptualized according to student needs. The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach. Which is a descriptive study and tends to use analysis with an inductive approach. The competitive advantage strategies applied for educational institutions through the Sekolah Alam Purwakarta pricing strategy involves various parties from Yasasan, Schools, and Parents, and has a pricing policy that is in accordance with government policy, a pricing channel that involves committees as parents' representatives , a clear factor so that price changes can be accounted for, as well as obstacles that have a solution. The second adventage are presenting product differentiation in the form of typical programs. That are morning activity, outbond, home visit, bussines day, fun advanture (camping/ tracking), farming, cooking spesial events, experiments, aquaplays, educational visits, lunches, midday prayers, suttle using companion teacher, trash bank, interships, and backpackers.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pemeliharaan barang jaminan yang merupakan biaya yang dibebankan kepada rahin/nasabah untuk menjaga dan merawat barang jaminan agar tidak hilang dan pada saat dikembalikan sama seperti yang diterima. Jumlah dari biaya yang dibebankan tersebut ditentukan berdasarkan nilai taksiran barang jaminan dan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan pada saat akad. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aturan pelaksanaan pemeliharaan barang jamian dan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemeliharaan barang jaminan di Pegadaian Cabang Subang. Dan tinjauan ekonomi syariah tentang pelaksanaan pemeliharaan barang jaminan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan serta menyajikan suatu peristiwa yang terjadi di lapangan dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan tringulasi data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan juga penelitian kepustakaan dengan membaca buku, jurnal, artikel, website yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pemeliharaan barang jaminan di Pegadaian Cabang Subang sudah sesuai dengan fatwa maupun peraturan pemerintah. Dalam fatwa maupun peraturan pemerintah pelaksanaan pemeliharaan barang jaminan diperbolehkan. Pegadaian berhak mengenakan biaya pemeliharaan barang jaminan kepada nasabah. Akan tetapi penulis tidak menemukan aturan yang menjelaskan mengenai nilai maksimal biaya pemeliharaan barang jaminan atau berapa besar biaya pemeliharaan barang jaminan yang seharusnya ditanggung oleh rahin. Pemeliharaan barang jaminan dibebankan kepada nasabah yaitu tergantung dari kebijakan atau peraturan masing-masing perusahaan

Abstract

The people of Cilalawi Village, Sukatani Subdistrict, Purwakarta Regency, have been making use of Bank Emok's loans only to meet consumer needs, because with their jobs whose income is uncertain they cannot meet their needs or needs quickly. With debt they can fulfill this and repay debt from their work. But not a few people also take advantage of debt for productive things, namely to make venture capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the enthusiasm of the Muslim community in Cilalawi Village Cilalawi Village Sukatani District Purwakarta Regency on the existence of "Emok Bank". To find out what factors influence the Muslim community in Cilalawi Village, Sukatani District, Purwakarta Regency, use the services of "Bank Emok". The research method used in this study is through a qualitative approach, where the qualitative approach is also called the naturalistic approach. Qualitative called because the nature of the data collected is qualitative, not quantitative, because it does not use measuring devices. While it is called naturalistic because the research field situation is natural or natural, as it is, without being manipulated, and without being regulated by experiments or tests. Naturalistic research looks at real situations that change naturally, are open, there is no engineering of controlling variables. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of documentation, interviews. The results showed that the enthusiasm of the public in using the services of Emok Bank was quite large. On average in one Bank Emok has a number of customers of more than ten people there are even up to 40 people. Public enthusiasm can also be seen from the number of borrowed Emok Banks. Most people borrow more than one Emok Bank and even up to four Emok Banks at the same time. Cilalawi Village community uses the services of the Emok Bank influenced by internal factors that include the person such as age, economic situation, work, lifestyle and psychological factors such as motivation, perception and attitude of the community. External factors that influence the people of Desa Cilalawi in using the services of Emok Bank are cultural, social, and marketing.

Abstract

This article discusses Analysis of the Implementation of the Murabahah Agreement on Micro Financing at BRI Syariah Subculture Bank BRI. Sharia Economics Study Program, STIES Syariah Indonesia Purwakarta, 1441 H / 2019 M. Micro financing is bank financing to individual customers or business entities engaged in the MSME sector to finance their business needs through working capital financing or investment financing. Murabaha contract is the provision of funds or bills which can be equaled for the sale and purchase of goods at the principal price plus a margin based on the agreement or agreement between the Bank and the customer which requires the customer to repay his debt / obligation. This study aims to find out how the implementation of murabaha contract on micro financing at Bank Syariah Syariah Kcp Subang. And to find out the analysis of the implementation of the murabaha contract on micro financing at the BRI Syariah Subcapital Bank BRI. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that examines the implementation of murabaha contracts on micro financing at BRI Syariah Subcapit Bank BRI. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study note that the implementation of the murabahah contract on micro financing is theoretically the murabahah contract conducted by BRI Syariah Subcapitary Bank in conducting micro financing it can be said to be sharia when making a wakalah agreement first before making the murabahah contract after the item in question has become the property of the bank . Then the Bank sells it to the customer plus profit margins to be paid by the customer in a certain period, in accordance with the initial agreement.

Abstract

The perception of most people about Islamic banks is still very shallow, only limited to knowing that Islamic banks do not use interest but use a profit sharing system. So the bank muamalat kcp purwakarta is required to further increase public knowledge about Islamic banks. The higher knowledge of Islamic banks makes the higher the possibility of adopting Islamic banks. This study aims to see the extent of the influence of customer knowledge (product knowledge (X1), purchasing knowledge (X2), usage knowledge (X3)) on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks in Purwakarta and to know and analyze how the influence of the three variables when tested together (simultaneous) of the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks in Purwakarta. This research was conducted on Bank Muamalat KCP Purwakarta customers, with a sample of 99 people taken by random sampling. Using descriptive analysis to explain research data and research descriptions, this type of research is a quantitative method. The variables to be examined in this study are the influence of product knowledge (X1), purchasing knowledge (X2), usage knowledge (X3) as the independent variable and the decision to become customers as the dependent variable (Y).Based on the results of the analysis, the research can be summarized as follows: 1). The effect of X1 on Y with a tcount 1.197<ttable 1.985, so it can show that there is no effect of X1 on Y; 2). The effect of X2 on Y with the tcount 0.894 <ttable 1.985, shows that there is no effect of X2 on Y; 3). The influence of X3 on Y with a tcount 4.618> ttable 1.985, shows that there is an influence of X3 on Y; 4). The influence of X1, X2 and X3 on Y with a Fcount 7.451> Ftable 2.70 with a significance value (sig) 0.000 <0.05, indicating an influence on the decision to become a customer of a Sharia bank (muamalat bank KCP Purwakarta). The influence of variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously on Y is 19.0%. While the rest is the influence of other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

A development of the leasing business, such as renting a car at CV Tunggal Perkasa which is engaged in car rental services in the field of expeditions, in this lease there is an agreement where this lease creates rights and obligations for both parties. In Islam, leasing is termed al-ijarah, which is a contract for the transfer of usufructuary rights over goods or services, through payment of rental wages, without being followed by a transfer of ownership (milkiyah) of the goods themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of renting a car rental service at CV. Tunggal Perkasa, and to find out an overview of the sharia economy in leasing at CV. Mighty Single. The type of research used is field research, while the approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The mechanism used in the practice of renting a dump truck is to enter into a contract agreement with predetermined terms and conditions, and the rental system applied to both parties is bound. When viewed from the perspective of the contract, the pillars and terms of the lease are reviewed according to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council NO: 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. The lease agreement made by both parties is not in accordance with Fiqh Ijarah

Abstract

Telkom is a state-owned company engaged in telecommunications and network services in the territory of Indonesia. One of the products from Telkom is IndiHome. In IndiHome, the company's agreement system with consumers is to rent tools or devices for consumers to use to connect with IndiHome, then consumers pay monthly to extend the lease. Based on the basic provisions of the theory in Islam that leasing is a form of muamalah activity in meeting the needs of human life, in the sharia economic concept, leasing is called (al-ijarah), which has the pillars and conditions that become the legal provisions of the ijarah contract. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of renting IndiHome at PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Purwakarta and to find out an overview of the sharia economy in leasing indihome products at PT. Telkom Kandatel Purwakarta. The type of research used is field research, while the approach used in this research is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The mechanism used in leasing IndiHome has provisions according to company procedures. The transaction process is carried out with customer registration via offline, carried out directly and online through the My IndiHome application and Call Center to PT.Telkom and if viewed in the sharia economy, IndiHome leases are included in leases that are not in accordance with the provisions of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Ulama Council. Indonesia No. 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017, including those related to mu'jir provisions that are not legally competent, provisions on benefits of objects that cannot be leased back and unclear rental times.
