Abstract

Produksi merupakan fungsi pokok dalam setiap organisasi, yang mencakup aktivitas yang bertanggung jawab untuk menciptakan nilai tambah produk yang merupakan output dari setiap organisasi industri itu. Sistem saat ini belum terintegrasi dengan antar divisi lainnya, sehingga menjadikan pihak marketing lama untuk mengetahui proses produksi sudah sampai mana, dikarenakan lamanya untuk menyalin data-data produksi yang dilakukan di divisi utama produksi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dibuatkan sebuah sistem informasi produksi berbasis web, sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola data produksi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAD dimana alur dan tahapan yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan syarat-syarat, perancangan sistem dan implementasi sistem. Dengan adanya sistem informasi produksi, maka segala kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan proses produksi akan mudah dalam mendapatkan suatu informasi berbagai data dan laporan yang diinginkan. Design of Information System for Monitoring of Production and Activities between Divisions Abstract: Production is a fundamental function in every organization, which includes activities responsible for creating value-added products that are the output of every industry organization. The current system has not been integrated with other divisions, so it makes the old marketing to know the production process has arrived, due to the long time to copy the production data made in the main division of production. To overcome these problems, then made a web-based production information system, so it can provide convenience for companies in managing production data. This research uses RAD method where the flow and stage used include requirements planning, system design, and system implementation. With the existence of production information system, then all activities related to the production process will be easy in getting the information various data and reports desired. Abstract

Dalam rangka mencapai peningkatan pemasaran dan pendapatan di PT BCV, perusahaan harus melakukan perbaikan dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Model CIPP digunakan untuk menyelesaikan studi ini dengan studi Input dalam bentuk pernyataan perusahaan, strategi perusahaan dan target dan realisasi masing-masing KPI. Penentuan KPI penulis menggunakan metode wawancara kepada setiap kepala bidang dan manager bertugas menentukan KPI yang akan dilakukan pembobotan dengan menggunakan konsep pendukung keputusan yaitu AHP. Perhitungan kinerja KPI dilakukan dengan membandingkan target dan realisasi. Dari 32 strategi yang berikan setiap kepala bidang, hanya 15 yang dipilih oleh manager sebagai KPI. Hasil pembobotan setiap perspektif yaitu pada perspektif pelanggan sebesar 0,5476, perspektif Pembelajaran & Pertumbuhan sebesar 0,2559, perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal sebesar 0,1448 dan perspektif keuangan sebesar 0,0517. Hasil perhitungan skor KPI secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,0517 dan dalam lalu lintas masuk ke dalam katagori warna merah yang berarti kinerja perusahaan TV kabel berada diposisi yang sangat rendah. Saran yang diberikan untuk dilakukan evaluasi yaitu Perspektif Pelanggan dan Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal. Performance Measurement Using Balanced Scorecard Concept Abstract: In order to achieve increased marketing and revenue in PT BCV, the company must make improvements by measuring the performance. The CIPP model is used to complete this study with Input study in the form of company statement, corporate strategy and target and realization of each KPI. Determination of KPI authors use the interview method to each head of the field and manager in charge of determining the KPI which will be weighted by using the decision support concept that is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). KPI performance calculation is done by comparing the targets and realization. Of the 32 strategies that give each head of the field, only 15 are selected by the manager as KPI. The weighting result of each perspective is on the customer perspective of 0.5476, Learning & Growth of 0.2559, Internal Business Process of 0.1448 and financial of 0.0517. The calculation results of overall KPI score of 0.5017 in the traffic light into the category of red color which means the performance of cable TV companies are positioned very low. Suggestions given for evaluation are Customer Perspective and Internal Business Process Perspective. Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, Key Performance Indicator, Analitycal Hierarchy Process.

Abstract

Generally, blind people use a traditional cane (known as white cane) for moving from one place to another. Although, white cane is the international symbol of blindness, it could not help them to detect place and to avoid obstacles. In this paper, we represent a model of walking stick for blind people. It consists of GPS module, GPS Antenna, Arduino, ultrasonic sensor and buzzer. This stick can detect place and obstacles. Position detection part is done with GPS module and GPS antenna. Ultrasonic sensor is used for detecting obstacles. Here, the buzzer produces two types of sound. When the blind reaches to his destination, buzzer buzzes continuously. When the blind faces any obstacles, buzzer buzzes with interruption. By discovering these two types of sound, blind can be confirmed about his destination and also can avoid obstacles in front of him. The whole system is designed to be small, light and is used in conjunction with the white cane so that it could ensure safety of the blind.

Abstract

PT. Semacom Integrated merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang panel listrik. Perusahaan ini perlu mengelola data pegawai tetapi belum mempunyai sistem informasi khusus untuk mengelola data pegawai tersebut agar memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data, pengontrolan serta meningkatkan pekerjaan Human Resource Development, Pimpinan dan Pegawai. Teknologi pemrograman dan database sebagai media penyimpanan diyakini sampai saat ini masih sangat berguna dalam membantu menklasifikasikan data informasi. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall. Metode ini terdiri dari requirement gathering, analysis, system design, implementation, testing, dan maintenance. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Operating 10 Pro 64 Bit, Notepad++. Sedangkan, database yang digunakan sebagai penyimpanan data adalah Xampp. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kepegawaian. Sistem ini meliputi daftar pegawai daftar SK kerja, daftar prestasi, daftar hukuman, surat kontrak, surat keterangan, surat perintah dan surat peringatan, dan lain-lain. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan Human Resource Development dalam pencarian dan pengelolaan data kepegawaian pada PT. Semacom Integrated. Design of Human Resources Development Information Systems for PT. Semacom Integrated Abstract: PT. Semacom Integrated is a company engaged in the field of electrical panels. This company needs to manage employee data but does not yet have a special information system to manage employee data to facilitate data management, control and improve the work of Human Resource Development, Leaders and Employees. It is believed that programming and database technology as storage media is still very useful in helping to classify information data. The development of the system used in this study is a waterfall. This method consists of requirements gathering, analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The tools used in this research are System Operating 10 Pro 64 Bit, Notepad ++. Meanwhile, the database used as data storage is Xampp. The results of this study are in the form of staffing information systems. This system includes a list of employees, a list of work decree, a list of achievements, a list of penalties, a contract, a certificate, a warrant and a warning letter, and others. This system is designed to facilitate Human Resource Development in the search and management of staffing data at PT. Abstract

This research develops Arduino based smart charging controlling. The aim is to develop a charging that can be controlled by setting the charger in a specific time. Therefore, the problem of overcharging will be anticipated. This research using the AA type of rechargeable battery, Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH). C++ is being used for the Arduino. Arduino was chosen for this research because the Arduino boards are able to read inputs – light on a sensor or finger on a button – and turn it into output by activating a motor, turning on an LED, publishing something online. The result of this research is it has succeeded in creating the smart charger that can ensure the safety of the battery by controlling the amount of time in the charging process. The charging will be stopped if the time has reached the limit or if the temperature is high. Indeed, the research will inform the user whether the battery has been full charge or not.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan untuk para siswa sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dibutuhkan guru yang berkompeten dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada siswa. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan di dunia Pendidikan dipandang sebagai aset penting untuk menunjang kelancaran dan keakuratan dalam pencapaian suatu tujuan. SMK Pustek Serpong belum memiliki sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam melakukan pemilihan guru terbaik, pengambilan keputusan secara manual akan menghasilkan penilaian yang tidak objektif sehingga tidak tepat. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan metode TOPSIS dapat bermanfaat dalam mendukung sistem pengambilan keputusan dikarenakan metode ini dapat mendukung penilaian kriteria seperti absensi, perilaku, disiplin, kemampuan mengajar dan tanggungjawab guru serta pembobotan nilai. TOPSIS menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif untuk menentukan kedekatan relatif dari suatu alternatif dengan solusi optimal. Hasil yang dicapai dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah sistem ini terbukti dapat membantu SMK Pustek Serpong dalam melakukan pemilihan guru terbaik, penerapan metode TOPSIS terbukti dapat membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan guru terbaik. Decision Support System for Selection of the Best Teachers in SMK. Pustek Serpong Abstract: In an effort to improve the quality of education for students as needed future generation of teachers who are competent in providing education to students. Decision support system (DSS) in the world of education can be seen as an important asset to support the smoothness and accuracy in achieving a goal. SMK Pustek Serpong does not yet have a decision support system to assist principals in the selection of the best teachers, decision making manually will result in an objective assessment that is not appropriate. The use of TOPSIS method in the decision support system is because this method strongly support the assessment of criteria such as absenteeism, attitude, and discipline, teaching ability, and teacher responsibilities, and weighting the value of. TOPSIS uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the ideal solution and longest distance from the ideal negative solution to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. The results archieved from this decision support system is that this system is proven to help SMK Pustek Serpong in the selection of the best teachers, the application of TOPSIS method is proven to help principals in making the best teacher selection decisions. Abstract

Tekomunikasi adalah salah satu faktor penting dan strategis dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi suatu negara. Telekomunikasi juga berperan dalam peningkatan pendidikan dan peningkatan hubungan antar negara. Pembangunan menara telekomunikasi diperlukan untuk memperhatikan estetika lingkungan, tata ruang dan wilayah serta orang-orang keselamatan dan keamanan yang berada di sekitar menara telekomunikasi. Peran pemerintah kota untuk mengatur penyelenggaraan perizinan, khususnya terkait dengan perizinan menara telekomunikasi sangat penting agar pendirian menara telekomunikasi tidak sembarangan dan merugikan banyak pihak. Dengan terjadinya masalah-masalah ini, kita membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat membantu pemerintah kota dalam mengelola pemantauan dan retribusi data oleh menara telekomunikasi. Information System for Information Levy Monitoring On Telecommunication Towers Abstract: Telecommunications is one of the important and strategic factor in supporting and enhancing the competitiveness of a nation's economy. Telecommunications also play a role in the improvement of education and improvement of relations between nations. Telecommunications tower construction is required to pay attention to the aesthetics of the environment, spatial and regions as well as safety and security people residing around the telecommunications tower. The role of the city government to regulate the operation of licensing, particularly related to the licensing of telecommunications tower is very important for the erection of the tower telekominikasi not arbitrary and detrimental to many parties. With the occurrence of these problems, we need an application that can help the city government in managing data monitoring and levies by the telecommunications tower. Abstract

Salah satu komponen terpenting dalam desain reaktor nuklir generasi ke-4 adalah pengembangan alat pendingin yang mampu bersikulasi secara alami (natural circulation). Dalam penelitian ini, telah dilakukan analisa numerik untuk mendapatkan ukuran alat penukar kalor yang masih memenuhi kriteria sirkulasi alami. Analisa dilakukan terhadap desain konseptual sistem pendingin pasif pasca shutdown dari reaktor PCMSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran yang diperoleh mampu memenuhi kriteria sirkulasi alami tanpa perlu adanya komponen tambahan (chimney). Analysis of Conceptual Design of Passive Cooling System Post Shutdown PCMSR Reactor Abstract: One of the most important components in the design of 4th generation nuclear reactors is the development of cooling devices that are able to naturally circulate (natural circulation). In this research, numerical analysis has been carried out to get the heat exchanger size that still meets the natural circulation criteria. Analysis was carried out on the conceptual design of the passive cooling system after shutdown from the PCMSR reactor. The results showed that the size obtained was able to meet the natural circulation criteria without the need for additional components (chimney). Abstract

A manufacturing company engaged in the manufacturing of diesel engines in Indonesia has a problem with high downtime. The most frequent replacement frequency is in the cylinder liner line which in April - June 2018 has 1254 units of replacements, besides that the cylinder liner line also has the highest downtime of 7243.94 minutes. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to schedule tool replacement using the Age Replacement method, where this method is to determine the tool replacement schedule with the least downtime. After that the calculation is done using the Availability method, where the higher the Availability value of a tool, the better the condition of the tool to operate according to its function. And finally the calculation is done using the Reliability method, where the higher the value of the reliability of a tool, the less likely the damage will occur to the tool.

Abstract

Penggunaan sistem Virtual Learning Environment Frog (VLE Frog) merupakan satu sistem pembelajaran maya yang giat digunakan di hampir 100.000 buah sekolah di seluruh negara. Sistem ini merupakan satu platform pembelajaran maya yang boleh diguna pakai oleh semua murid, guru dan warga sekolah pada bila-bila masa dan di mana sahaja untuk mengakses laman pendidikan. Namun, penggunaannya masih berada di tahap yang kurang memberangsangkan dan tidak di ambil berat oleh guru di sekolah. Justeru kajian ini dijalankan bagi mengenal pasti fungsi dan peranan sistem VLE Frog di sekolah. Kajian ini merupakan kajian gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 367 orang sebagai sampel kajian. Kajian perpustakaan, instrumen soal selidik dan pemerhatian telah dijalankan bagi mendapatkan data kajian ini. Hasil dapatan kajian ini diharap dapat menjadi salah satu daripada kayu ukur terhadap kesediaan guru sekolah rendah dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam pendidikan khususnya melalui sistem VLE Frog. Use of Frog Virtual Learning Environment System in Malaysian Schools: Future Experiences and Prospects Abstract: The use of the Virtual Learning Environment Frog (VLE Frog) system is a powerful virtual learning system used in nearly 100,000 schools across the country. The system is a virtual learning platform that can be used by all students, teachers and schoolmates anytime and anywhere to access educational sites. However, its use is still at a disadvantage and has not been taken seriously by teachers in schools. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the function and role of the VLE Frog system in schools. This study was a quantitative and qualitative study involving 367 people as a sample. Library surveys, questionnaires and observations were conducted to obtain data from this study. The findings of this study are expected to be one of the benchmarks for primary school teachers' readiness to use technology in education especially through the VLE Frog system.
