Abstract

Menurut KBBI (Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia) Sejarah adalah suatu kejadian atau peristiwa yang telah lampau dan benar-benar terjadi. Namun kerap kali untuk mempelajarinya, terlalu membosankan dan membuat jenuh karena banyak menghafal. Karena itulah dibuatnya aplikasi game Gerbang(Gerakan Bangsa). Game ini bertemakan tentang sejarah penjajahan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode IMSDD (Interactive Multimedia System of Design and Development) dan aplikasi Unity, game Gerbang diciptakan dengan OS Android agar mudah digunakan dan menarik minat pengguna. Di dalam metode pengembangan IMSDD, terdapat 4 tahapan, yaitu: 1. System Requirement, 2. Design Concideration, 3. Implementation, 4. Evaluation. Dimana masing-masing tahapan pada akhirnya membentuk game Gerbang yang memiliki 6 tema soal berbeda yang terdiri dari Jepang, Inggirs, Prancis, Belanda, Spanyol dan Portugis. Nama-nama tersebut merupakan nama negara yang pernah menjajah Indonesia. Dengan 6 tema yang berbeda itu pula, pengguna dapat mengetahui sebatas mana pengetahuan mereka prihal penjajah ketika menempati Indonesia di masa lampau

Abstract

This research aims at developing a software mechanism for scheduling and tracking the status of pre-planned tasks using an open sources to achieve projects in government institutions based on project management theory. This mechanism will facilitate the system process via planning, managing, and evaluating the project team activities to ensure that the project is running according to the time and financial plans. The system will also enables the work team to share tasks information, and follow their status during the lifecycle of these tasks. The system will also allow the project management to benefit from these reports to continuously assess individuals, tasks, and refine management decisions for present and future projects. The study is also relied on an open source project management software (ODOO) in planning, implementation, and the following up of an academic quality accreditation project of the department of ( MIS ) in the College of Business (King Khalid University, KSA, 2018-2020). The application of such software will allow improvement, and control participants performance and achievement of the tasks entrusted to them. Also some software components will be added and reused.

Abstract

University of Bina Darma Palembang has its own DNS server and in this study using log data from the Bina Darma University DNS server as data in the study, DNS log server data is analyzed by network traffic, using Network Analyzer tools to see the activity of a normal traffic or anomaly traffic, or even contains DGA Malware (Generating Algorthm Domain).DGA malware produces a number of random domain names that are used to infiltrate DNS servers. To detect DGA using DNS traffic, NXDomain. The result is that each domain name in a group domain is generated by one domain that is often used at short times and simultaneously has a similar life time and query style. Next look for this pattern in NXDomain DNS traffic to filter domains generated algorithmically that the domain contains DGA. In analyzing DNS traffic whether it contains Malware and whether network traffic is normal or anomaly, in this study it detects Malwere DNS From the results of the stages of the suspected domain indicated by malware, a suspected domain list table is also created and also a suspected list of IP addresses. To support the suspected domain analysis results, info graphic is displayed using rappidminer tools to test decisions that have been made using the previous tools using the Decision Tree method.

Abstract

Information technology in the field of transmission that is currently developing, one of which is Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi devices provide user convenience in carrying out their activities. The quality of Wi-Fi network performance can be known by the reception of the signal received by the user. If the placement of an access point (AP) is done correctly, the network will be optimized. There are several propagation models in the room that can be used as a guideline in determining the placement of the AP, one slope model is a way to measure the average level of a building and only depends on the distance of the transmitter and receiver. This research was conducted in order to overcome the problem of Wi-Fi network area coverage at the Office of Communication and Information of the City of Palembang. This study conducted an experiment to change the layout of AP's placement, measure and calculate data in priority with the one slope model. The results of measurements and calculations carried out analysis and comparison in order to determine the results of the experiments conducted. The results of this study indicate that an attempt to change the AP layout with one slope model can overcome existing problems and get better Wi-Fi coverage area performance. In the calculation with the one slope model of the 2-trial access point placement results in a decrease and an increase in signal. The signal reduction occurred in experiment 1, whereas in experiment 2 (design 2) the signal increased by 1.46dBm.

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen Layanan TI sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan TI agar kebutuhan bisnis dapat berjalan selaras dengan tujuan organisasi. Sejauh ini aplikasi Salatigaku yang dikelola oleh DISKOMINFO sudah cukup baik, namun dalam penerapannya DISKOMINFO masih menjumpai beberapa kendala yang menghambat kinerja operasional. Kurangnya SDM yang mampu menangani setiap permasalahan khususnya di bidang TI menjadi salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh DISKOMINFO. Adapun masalah lain seperti belum adanya backup data secara rutin yang dilakukan untuk menjaga aset perusahaan dari kebocoran data. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework ITIL V3 domain service operation yang berfokus pada kegiatan operasional bisnis. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang diberikan seperti penambahan SDM yang ahli di bidang TI, agar setiap permasalahan yang timbul dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat tanpa mengganggu kegiatan layanan. Adapun rekomendasi lain yaitu dengan menyediakan SOP terkait arsip data agar backup data dapat dilakukan secara terstruktur untuk menjaga aset berharga seperti data. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini, DISKOMINFO dapat mengurangi adanya insiden berulang sehingga penggunaan aplikasi Salatigaku dapat berjalan secara optimal serta dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja bisnis organisasi.

Abstract

Perpustakaan SMA Yadika 3 Karang Tengah memiliki jumlah anggota dan koleksi buku yang begitu banyak, hal ini membuatnya sangat membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi perpustakaan digital yang berguna untuk membantu kinerja petugas perpustakaan. Dengan adanya aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis barcode ini dapat memudahkan serta membuat kinerja petugas menjadi lebih efisien dan cepat dalam melakukan proses transaksi peminjaman, pengembalian, penginputan buku maupun anggota baru serta dalam pembuatan laporan. Dalam proses pembuatan penelitian ini digunakan metode waterfall, sedangkan untuk desain sistem menggunakan UML yang meliputi use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram dan sequence diagram. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan kusioner. Dari hasil kesimpulan penelitian ini diharapkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis barcode dapat digunakan oleh petugas perpustakaan dalam mengelola semua transaksi yang ada di perpustakaan, meminimalisir kesalahan, dan membuat laporan dengan cepat, serta mempermudah anggota perpustakaan dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai koleksi buku yang akan dipinjam datau dibaca.

Abstract

Information systems study program portal is a website developed by Bina Darma University that aims to be a media for promotion and academic information system study programs. User satisfaction is the most important thing to be a benchmark for developers of information systems study program portals to improve the quality of their websites so that users are more satisfied and do a lot of searching activities, especially academic activity searches. But so far the information systems study program portal developer does not yet know the shortcomings of the information system study program portal, so analysis is needed to measure the level of user satisfaction. In an effort to achieve User Satisfaction with the portal of the bina darma information system study program which has the si.binadarma.ac.id domain, researchers used the end user satisfaction method (EUCS). The EUCS instrument includes five components: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and schedule. The data in this study were collected with a questionnaire instrument that was distributed to students from the information systems study program. Furthermore, the data obtained were processed using SPSS software version 24. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to improve the quality of information systems study program portals. Keywords: website, user satisfaction, EUCS

Abstract

Era sekarang adalah era digital, hampir semua orang menggunakan teknologi untuk melakukan aktivitas mereka sehari-hari. Dalam Pemerintah Kota Salatiga, diperlukan teknologi yang dapat mendukung pekerjaan yang dilakukan, di bagian pengelolaan data permohonan kerja praktek, pengambilan data dan survei. Oleh karena itu, peneliti dalam masa kerja praktek di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Pemerintah Kota Salatiga, diberikan tugas untuk membangun suatu sistem yang dapat mendukung kinerja karyawan di Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Pemerintah Kota Salatiga dalam pengelolaan data permohonan dan pembuatan laporan. Peneliti menggunakan metode perancangan Agile dan framework Laravel dalam pembuatan website. Untuk menggambarkan kebutuhan pengguna, peneliti menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Abstract

The use of information technology system in managing data of various company activities, especially in the warehouse, is an important part for every company. From the observation that have been made, the information system for recording goods flow in PT Global Infotech Solution is still done manually. During this time, employees carry out the process of recording data of goods at the warehouse using paper, so that the risk of data loss is easily caused by tearing, wet or tucked with other data. The system development method that used is the FAST (Framework for Application System Thinking) Method. This study aims to design an information system for recording goods flow which is expected to make it easier for employees to record goods in the warehouse. Using a computerized system can shorten the time and protect all data items from the risk of theft. The result of this study is designing an information system for recording goods in the form of information systems using the Unified Modeling Language and User Interface. This item recording information system is expected to be able to change the process from a manual recording system to a computerized recording system, so that it can speed up every recording process and minimize the possibility of mistakes in entering the data of goods in the warehouse.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important things that determines the success of the services of a company, one of the things done to prepare a good HR is to launch a program of Job Training (PKL) or also known as an internship. PT.Gramedia Asri Media became one of the companies implementing the internship program, but the existing internship program was still carried out manually by distributing information to tertiary institutions via email. This journal aims to create an apprenticeship information system design by developing a system using the prototyping method so that the apprenticeship process can be carried out in a single system from the dissemination of information to the resolution of administrative problems related to finance and the need for an apprenticeship approval document. The system development method used therein is the prototyping method that starts from analyzing user needs to creating a User Interface (UI) that is easily understood by the user. The apprenticeship information system is expected to make the apprenticeship process more effective both in registering and processing the internship data contained therein.
