Abstract

Sosial media dengan platform twitter menjadi hal menarik untuk diteliti. Trending topik tersebut menghasilkan komentar masyarakat Indonesia yang mengandung opini berupa emosi. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis opini di twitter dengan metode analisis vader yang menghasilkan tweet profiler kemudian visualisasi distribution. Penelitian ini menggunakan tools orange data mining dengan mengaplikasikan Prepocess text yang meliputi transformation, tokenization, normalization, dan filtering yang bertujuan agar text bisa dianalisis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu respon masyarakat terhadap UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law mendapat 6 respon dan yang paling tertinggi responnya adalah masyarakat merasa surprise.

Abstract

Toko Surabaya cabang Surakarta merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan pakaian, toko tersebut sudah menggunakan penerapan SI/TI dalam menunjang aktivitas bisnis yang dijalankan. Toko tersebut menggunakan aplikasi SmartConsole yang digunakan untuk menunjang penjualan, mendata stok barang, serta mendata pengeluaran sehari-hari yang dibutuhkan. Namun dalam dunia manajemen pasti selalu ada kemungkinan risiko yang mungkin dapat terjadi dan dapat mengganggu aktivitas bisnis dalam penggunaan sistem tersebut. Dengan begitu analisis risiko sangat diperlukan terhadap sumber daya SI/TI yang terdapat pada toko tersebut. Dengan menggunakan ISO 31000 diharapkan dapat meminimalisir risiko yang terdapat pada aplikasi SmartConsole. Hasil dari analisis risiko ini berupa analisis kemungkinan risiko, mengelompokkan kemungkinan – kemungkinan risiko berdasarkan dampak nya sehingga menghasilkan usulan tindakan risiko terhadap kemungkinan risiko yang terdapat pada aplikasi SmartConsole, dengan begitu toko tersebut dapat memperlakukan kemungkinan risiko yang ada sesuai dengan prioritas level risikonya dan dapat mencegah serta meminimalisir sehinga tidak mengganggu aktivitas bisnis di Toko Surabaya cabang Surakarta.

Abstract

Information technology is one of the assets of a company or organization that is important for its development, with the rapid development of technology today, technology must always be updated. One of the roles of information technology is the application of knowledge management. Knowledge Management is a system that is able to improve and manage knowledge information in companies or agencies that apply knowledge management. In this study, it focuses on implementing a knowledge management system in the Quality Assurance of the Faculties at Satya Wacana Christian University. This research is based on the fact that PMF institutions still use manual methods in data archiving, the purpose of this study is to design a web application that is useful for archiving PMF data to make it more effective and efficient. In this study, the KMS (Knowledge Management System) is applied, and uses the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle method which consists of several process stages consisting of infrastructure evaluation, KMS design analysis and development, and evaluation at the final stage. The result of this research is a useful data archiving web application for PMF. It is hoped that PMF will be more efficient in data archiving.

Abstract

Technological developments greatly influence the increasing disruption to the system and system used by the user. Therefore, it is necessary to see how optimal the system is being used by an organization. The Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) of Salatiga City is also inseparable from the development of information technology. By using several information systems, they try to keep up one of the technological developments by using the Asset Management Information System (SIMASET) based website for data collection of goods in and out of the UPPD Salatiga City. In this study using the IT Balanced Scorecard method as a planning solution in terms of performance measurement and monitoring the realization of the value or business benefits and benefits of Information Technology which the IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives namely Company Contribution Perspective, User Orientation Perspective, Improvement Perspective Operations and Future Orientation Perspectives. Results and discussion of the 4 Perspectives on Balanced IT Scorecard in this study, it is expected that the User Orientation Perspective and the Future Perspective is doing some improvement because in the User Orientation Perspective the system used often has errors and is quite convoluted in use, the Future Orientation Perspective is almost the same as the User Orientation Perspective, where the quality of the new system still needs to be improved again.

Abstract

Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman barang. Dikarenakan semakin berkembangnya SI/TI, kemudian ditambah juga meningkatnya persaingan dengan munculnya perusahaan jasa pengiriman baru mengharuskan TIKI untuk mampu bersaing dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kinerjanya. Maka dilakukanlah penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menyelaraskan antara Teknologi Informasi dengan proses bisnis yang berjalan sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang telah ditetapkan. Pada penelitian ini data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara langsung dengan narasumber yaitu Kepala Cabang dari TIKI Salatiga. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard Dimana di dalamnya mencakup analisis SWOT, Value Chain, PEST Analysis, serta pemetakan dari aplikasi-aplikasi dengan menggunakan Mc Farlan Strategic Grid serta analisis untuk memberikan Usulan Sistem Informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa sebuah rekomendasi portofolio aplikasi yang berisi aplikasi apa yang perlu dikembangkan serta penambahan aplikasi baru yang terintegrasi satu sama lain sehingga diharapkan akan menambah keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Bina Darma foundation is a non-profit organization established by SWCU and GMKI. The main activities of the Bina Darma foundation are a leadership training program, journal publishing, and guesthouse rental. Problems that occur in the foundation include the management of human resources related to IT is not appropriate. To solve the problem, there needs to be control and evaluation to see how the condition of IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation uses the framework COBIT 5 domain DSS (Delivery, Service, and Support). The result of this research is capability level is currently at level 1 (Performed process), while the capability level is expected to be at level 2 (Managed process). Therefore, recommendations are given so that the IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation can work optimally to support the achievement of the organization's business objectives efficiently.

Abstract

Immunization, nutritional support for food vitamins and nutritional content from food are important components to support good children's growth and development. However, the number of malnutrition and malnutrition in Indonesia is still high, causing many children under five to experience stunting during the golden age. Through this research, analysis and design of mobile-based information systems that can be accessed anywhere and anytime as needed is carried out. The design of this information system can be used as a guide for young mothers regarding child health information needed, especially during the growth and development period of toddlers by monitoring growth curves and providing health recommendations through the calculation of the Body Mass Index (BMI) in toddlers and can also be used as a reminder and recording of immunization data in children under five.

Abstract

During this time, the determination of the mine coordinates location done by the fieldman of PT. Kalimantan Earth Results was using a GPS locator. Found 27 points of coal mines and 18 coal ports spread across the southern Sumatra region. At present the process of recording and mapping locations is still done conventionally, causing frequent data loss, inaccuracies in the location of mining and information about mining results are less up-to-date. Systematic determination of location points is needed to make the companies and customers easier to see the coal mine profiles, coal quality, find out the location of each mine, and up-to-date mining results reports via webgis The prototype model was chosen as a method in system development. As well as UML (Unified Modeling Language), Quantum GIS (Qgis) and php will be used for the designers, builders of the webgis. This research is expected to produce a geographic information system (GIS) mapping of coal mining location points.

Abstract

Business competition in this fast-paced information age has become very tight. especially in the field of education. Thus the organization must have a business strategy that is very mature in order to face the competition. The application of information systems and technology has become one of the most influential business strategies for staying in competition. Bina Nusantara Vocational School has implemented an information system and technology, but apparently it has not run optimally because some parts have not yet implemented an information system. In this study discusses how to plan an IS / IT strategy using ward and peppard methods with supporting analyzes such as Value Chain Porter's, SWOT, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid. Which produces a portfolio of IS / IT that is aligned with the vision and mission and roadmaps of its implementation to support the business processes that are run and make the Bina Nusantara Vocational School excel in education.

Abstract

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram.
