Abstract

Website saat ini dimanfaatkan untuk hal manajemen internal, maupun untuk promosi ke pihak eksternal perusahaan, baik untuk mengumpulkan ataupun membagikan informasi kepada pengguna. Daily Apps adalah suatu aplikasi yang digunakan oleh karyawan Divisi Digital Marketing PT. Transcosmos Indonesia dengan tujuan merekam Daily Data, Project List, hingga menampilkan Individual Rates maupun Team / Group Rates. Masalahnya Daily Apps yang digunakan di internal divisi Digital Marketing belum pernah diulas sama sekali sehingga belum dapat diketahui kepuasan penggunanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis kuisioner kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Daily Apps menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan mengaplikasikan model End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis factor. Kemudian disebarkan kepada 71 responden yang merupakan karyawan Divisi Digital Marketing PT. Transcosmos Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan analisis faktor yaitu pada Indikator content mempunyai pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan pengguna Daily Apps di Divisi Digital Marketing PT. TCID, dengan nilai sebesar 2,908 atau > 1 maka menjadi faktor pertama, sedangkan pada indikator accuracy, timeliness,format, dan ease of use, didapatkan nilai < 1 maka dianggap faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk merupakan perusahaan penyedia bahan bangunan terkhususnya semen. Saat ini PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk telah mengimplementasikan TI untuk mempermudah kinerja perusahaan, maka perlu dilakukan mapping tata kelola TI pada perusahaan dengan memanfaatkan kerangka Design Factor yang terdapat di dalam COBIT 2019 untuk menghasilkan basis peningkatan TI guna menunjang kinerja perusahaan. Dari hasil mapping yang dilakukan pada PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk terdapat beberapa proses penting pada perusahaan yaitu DSS02, DSS04, DSS03, APO10, EDM01, MEA03, APO09, BAI01, BAI04, DSS05, APO01, MEA02, MEA04.

Abstract

Dalam membangun sebuah laboratorium keamanan informasi, perlu diperhatikan aspek perangkat, aplikasi, dan lingkungannya (environment). Laboratorium keamanan informasi ini bertujuan untuk menguji tingkat keamanan dari sebuah aplikasi yang akan atau sudah dibangun. Tetapi yang menjadi masalah utama adalah sulitnya pemilihan jenis perangkat keras yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Ada beberapa parameter yang harus diperhatikan dalam menentukan komponen perangkat keras yang tepat, yaitu Random Access Memeory (RAM), Processor, dan Network Interface Card (NIC). Dalam penelitian ini, hanya berfokus pada pengujian pengaruh Multi Core dalam sebuah Processor. Seperti yang diketahui, Processor merupakan perangkat utama yang sangat penting dalam komputer. Jika diibaratkan, Processor merupakan otak dari komputer yang akan digunakan untuk menguji tingkat keamanan dari sebuah aplikasi yang akan atau sudah dibangun. Selain itu, pemilihan jenis Processor juga sangat berpengaruh dalam pemrosesan tugas yang akan dilakukan oleh komputer uji dalam rancangan pembangunan laboratorium kemanan informasi ini, sehingga pemilihan Processor sangatlah penting. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi Processor yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan komputer uji pada Blueprint laboratorium kemanan informasi

Abstract

The rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), it certainly has a big impact on very significant changes in various fields. Hospitals are health service institutions that provide complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. emergency. Until now, the registration system for Coronavirus patients at the Tangerang Regency Hospital has not been maximized and has not displayed inpatient rooms for Coronavirus patients. The problem that occurs in the Coronavirus patient registration system at the Tangerang Regency Hospital is that it is not yet computerized or web-based because the Coronavirus patient registration process is still using the Microsoft Excel application, patient data processing is still conventional and the list of Coronavirus patients has not been detailed, patients who have already registered, it turns out that there are no inpatient rooms available so that many Coronavirus patients are slow to be helped. The aim of the research is to build a fast and accurate Coronavirus patient registration system. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study are in the form of software, namely a web-based Coronavirus patient registration system that can display detailed information on Coronavirus patient registration and Hospital location maps.

Abstract

Pagar Alam City has great potential in the field of tourism, both natural and cultural tourism. Pagar Alam City is also known as one of the Besemah tribal areas with various cultural heritages. Game "Quiz Besemah" is a mobile quiz and educational game specially designed for learning the culture and traditions of the city of Pagar Alam. The development method used in this research is Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) with six stages, namely Initiation Developer, Pre-Production, Production, Testing, Beta External Testing and Release Game. The game engine for developing game features will use the Unity application so that it can support various platforms such as web, windows, mac, android, iOS, Xbox, Playstation 3 and Wii. The game that was built consisted of 20 (twenty) questions randomly and divided into 4 (four) classifications, namely basic, easy, medium and difficult. This game is recommended and user friendly for children aged 8-13 years. Based on the results of testing the application that has been built, it can be concluded that the game can be used as a learning medium for the introduction of Besemah culture in Pagar Alam City

Abstract

Purpose: This article aims to make strategic planning of information systems and application requirements in health clinics so that they can provide optimally, integrated, and innovative contributions that can unite all supporting aspects in achieving clinical business strategies to increase their competitiveness value in health services in Pagar Alam City. Research Methodology: This article uses a case study at the Klinik Yulia Asniati in Pagar Alam City using the Ward and Peppard strategic planning model. Based on multi-disciplinary literature, the Ward and Peppard Model uses a strategic planning framework and process that includes the external business environment analysis stages using the PEST method, the internal business environment analysis using the value chain method, internal and external IS/IT environmental analysis. Results: This analysis produces an IS/IT strategic planning using McFarlan Strategic Grid Analysis, this stage produces 13 application portfolios that are arranged based on the priority of business needs and information system strategies. Limitations: This article uses the Ward and Peppard model with PEST analysis methods, Michael's Porter value chain, and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis. Abstract

Website is a medium that is currently widely used as a tool to provide services and information. Palembang Open University is one of the universities that uses the website as a means to provide information related to academic activities to its students. To determine the quality of a website, it is necessary to analyze the measurement of website quality based on user perceptions. The purpose of this Analysis is used to determine the indicators that affect the quality of website services based on the instrument used from the webqual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. Then the analytical technique used is importance performance Analysis (IPA) which will provide an overview of the indicators that need improvement or need to be maintained. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a research sample of 100 respondents. The results of the Analysis of the quality of website services at the Open University of Palembang have a suitability level of 99.99% or <100%. While the results of the average value of the gap (GAP) have a value of -0.01 which means that the quality of website performance has not fully met user expectations. Then the results of the Analysis of the IPA quadrant that need improvement because this quadrant has a low level of performance, so it can affect the level of interest of users to rely on these indicators, namely in the first priority quadrant which is indicator number 14 detailed information, indicator number 15 information in a format that according to indicator number 17 the website is safe from viruses.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the dynamics of information systems design using a structured model, based on the year of publication, the scope of application of information systems, and the information system platform designed (website, desktop, mobile). The method adopted is a literature study using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The supporting instrument used in the literature study was the Nvivo 12 Plus. The articles that are evaluated are limited to journals indexed by Garuda (garuda.ristekbrin.go.id) from 2010-2021. The results of the evaluation of structured model-based information system design are classified based on three characteristics of information systems, namely: website-based information systems; desktop; and mobile. The classification based on case studies of information system design consists of five characteristics of institutions, namely government institutions; educational institutions; health institutions; profit institutions; and non-profit organizations. Tools evaluated are limited to Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Based on the results of the literature study, it can be seen that the design of information systems based on a structured approach using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) has increased in 2018 and 2019. Meanwhile, database system design using a structured approach-based Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) has increased in 2019. The most studied scope of application of information systems based on the characteristics of institutions is profit institutions, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini membangun system pendukung keputasn dengan membandingkan dua metode untuk menentukan metode yang terbaik dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Dalam penerapan SPK di bangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis WEB yang dirancang menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW dan AHP yang bertujuan dalam membandingkan algoritma SAW dan AHP untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yang selanjutnya di uji akurasinya menggunakan metode Confusion Matrix. Sehingga dihasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pada aplikasi E-report berbasis Website menggunakan Metode fuzzy AHP dan fuzzy SAW yang dapat menentukan siswa terbaik dan menyediakan layanan dalam mengelola data keseharian siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan hasil dari perbandingan metode AHP dan SAW dalam menentukan siswa terbaik, perbandingan tersebut dilakukan dengan menghitung hasil akurasi dari hasil perangkingan siswa tersebut dengan menggunakan metode confusion matrixs.

Abstract

Konsep green supply chain (GSC) banyak diterapkan dalam mengatasi permasalahan limbah industri, seperti pengerajin tekstil tradisional Jumputan Palembang. Proses pembuatan kain jumputan menggunakan air dan menghasilkan limbah cair yang berpotensi membahayakan lingkungan. Penerapan konsep teknologi ramah lingkungan dalam pengelolaan rantai pasokan bisnis dapat mengatasi hal tersebut jika dikelola dengan optimal. Paper ini menyajikan hasil analisis jaringan GSC dalam bentuk model proses dan prototipe sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengerajin untuk mengolah data pengadaan, produksi, dan penjualan produk jumputan mereka, serta yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah pengelolaan data limbah cair. Limbah cair ini akan diproses menjadi air bersih kembali oleh pengerajin secara bersama-sama. Dihasilkan beberapa model GSC yang dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, pengerajin maupun pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan dampak lingkungan dari limbah proses pembuatan kain jumputan. Model analisis yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untk mengoptimalkan proses produksi dan penjualan kain jumputan oleh pengerajin. Di saat yang sama juga dapat dihasilkan model bisnis baru terkait pengolahan limbah produksi ini, yaitu dengan menghadirkan atau membuat unit bank limbah. Konsep model bank limbah ini dapat mengoptimalkan pengendalian dampak lingkungan akibat limbah cair produksi jumputan di kawasan industri pengerajin jumputan, dan hasil ini dapat direplikasi di kawasan industri yang lain dalam bentuk yang sejenis.
