Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of learning methods on student learning outcomes in subjects in the Social Sciences class of SMA N 1 Pendalian IV Koto. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population is 197 people with a sample of 66 people using the Proportional random sampling technique. This research is quantitative research. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there were influences on how to learn about the results of learning economics. The magnitude of the contribution of learning methods to learning outcomes is equal to R2 0.501. This indicates that the way of learning contributes to student learning outcomes by 50.1%, while the rest is contributed by other factors that are not variables in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di TKQ Al Ukhuwwah Bandung. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru TKQ Al Ukhuwwah yang berjumlah 12 guru. Hasil  dalam penelitian ini sudah mengalami peningkatan yaitu terliat dari laporan yang walapun hasil tersebut belum maksimal. Kepala sekolah untuk trus meningkatkan kualitas guru maka Pengembangan SDM dan pelatihan diutamakan lebih banyak mengarah kepada skill, karena itu strategi pengembangan SDM selanjutnya adalah dengan mengikutsertakan guru pada berbagai pelatihan dengan kata wajib dalam satu bulan guru bergatian. Tidak cukup hanya satu, ada sekian banyak pelatihan guru  yang bisa diikuti untuk meningkatkan skill,kopetensi, mulai dari pelatihan kepemimpinan, pelatihan coaching, pelatihan soft skill, pelatihan motivasi, pelatihan kreatifitas atau ikut serta dalam kegitan lomba anak untuk di dapat dari luar di praktekan kepada anak apakah ada hasil atau tidak, hasil menunjukan bahwa anak mampu berkreativitas artinya guru sudah mampu memiliki kualitas di bidang kreativ edukasi mobis.

Abstract

The Millennium Era gave birth to a generation called "digital native". Students in the millenial era in everyday familiar with the digital world. Educators must be creative in implementing learning for digital natives, so that learning activities do not become boring activities for them. One of the learning strategies that teachers can use is Flip Learning. Researchers collect some literature to formulate the steps of application Flip Learning. Flip learning has been applied to many countries and research results show that flip learning can increase student engagement, student motivation and student learning outcomes. The application of Flip learning is done with teachers providing material access through video, powerpoint, or digital books, or other resources to learn outside the classroom. In the classroom, students are actively involved in small group discussions as well as large groups and problem solving activities. Through students engagements  in the learning process that requires them to construct their in-depth knowledge and it can  improve their higher order thinking.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to descript the individual students differences in the Introduction to Accounting 1 course and how is the implications in learning process. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population is all of students of the Department of Economics, who took Accounting Introduction 1 course, during   The period from July to December 2018, and the sample are 32 students. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Research results showed that students had different educational backgrounds who came from Senior High School majoring in Science, Senior High School majoring in Social Sciences, Vocational High School majoring in Accounting and Vocational High School not majoring in Accounting, From research data, it is also known that there are differences in the ability of students to take part in Accounting learning and only 33.33 % of students who are interested will choose accounting as their choice of expertise. From the results of the study it was suggested to the lecturers who supervise the Accounting Introduction 1 to use multi instructional methods so that individual student differences can be minimized.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: The influence of social ekonorang parents, social environment, self-actualization of student interests SMA Negeri 1 Kayu Tanam. sampling technique that is with Stratified Random Sampling by using Neyman allocation formula. The technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis by doing t test and F test. The results showed: (1) variable socioeconomic status of high income parents obtained coefficient value 0.423, t value counted 3.797> ttable of 1.689 with significant value 0.000 < α = 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Socioeconomic status of low income parents obtained coefficient value 0,422 and tcount of 3,921> ttable equal to 1,675 with significant value 0,000 <α = 0,05, meaning Ha accepted and H0 rejected. (2) social environment variable obtained tcount of 3,165> ttable equal to 1,689 with significant value 0,002 <α = 0,05, mean Ha accepted and H0 rejected so can be said that there is positive influence and partially significant between social environment to interest continue education to college in SMA N 1 Kayu Tanam. (3) Variable aktualiasasi high-income parents obtained t count value of 4.144> ttable of 1.689 with significant value 0,000 <α = 0.05, means Ha accepted and H0 rejected so it can be said that there is a positive influence and partially significant between the actualization self towards the interest of continuing education to college in SMA N 1 Kayu Tanam. (4) Social economic variable of parent, social environment and self actualization simultaneously give positive and significant influence to student interest to continue education to university in SMA Negeri 1 Kayu tanam with value Fhitung 24,874> Ftabel 2,64 and significant value 0,000 <α = 0.05. This means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. As for the low income level Fcount of 31.082> Ftable 2.56 and significant value 0,000 <α = 0.05. This means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the willingness of visitors to pay entrance ticket retribution on the tourist attraction of Mandeh Island in the South Coast. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaires to 50 visitors in Mandeh Island Tourism Area. Sampling uses accidental sampling. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression test and hypothesis test with t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive influence between income partially on willingness to pay retribution with a coefficient value of 0.035, the value of tcount is 0.598 <t table of 1.985; (2) there is a positive influence between partial mileage on willingness to pay retibusi with a coefficient value of 0.432 tcount of 3.97> ttable 1.985 (3) there is no negative influence between the length of time visiting the willingness to pay retribution with a coefficient of 0.052 and tcount amounting to 0.456> ttable 1.985; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between income, distance traveled and the length of time of visit available to the willingness to pay levies on the mandatory tourist area with F count 6.588> Ftable 2.70.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes learners economy class XI IPS in SMAN 3 3 Bukittinggi. This research used a classroom action research of two rounds. Each round consists of four stages: planning, execution, observation, reflection. Target of this research is student of class XI IPS 3 in SMAN 3 Bukittinggi. The data obtained are quantitative and qualitative data. From the analysis with cooperative learning model of Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Course Review Horay (CRH) can improve the economic learning result of class XI IPS 3 students in SMAN 3 Bukittinggi have positive impact in improving student learning outcomes marked by improvement of mastery student learning. The conclusion of this research is cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Course Review Horay (CRH) have positive influence, that is can improve student learning result which is indicated by mean of student answer which states that student interested and interested with model cooperative learning type Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Course Review Horay (CRH) so that they become motivated to learn.

Abstract

The Competitiveness of Indonesian Humans according to Business World In 2018 it was ranked 45th out of 63 countries,and  meaning that Indonesian lower than  neighboring countries such as Malaysia. To improve competitiveness, education is needed for the people of Indonesia. Various policies have been implemented to increase education participation. In fact there are still students who drop out of school at all levels of education in Indonesia. The research was conducted to identify the characteristics of the socio-economic conditions of families dropping out of school in the city of Padang. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 36 students who dropped out of school. Based on the data obtained it is known that students who drop out dominantly come from families with low and middle income economies. Parents of dominant students have primary and secondary education. The work of parents who drop out of school is mostly farmers, fishermen and laborers. Based on these results it is recommended that students and families shoul be have  a strong commitment to the importance of education so that they can improve family conditions so that they can emerge from the vicious circle of poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of regional fiscal autonomy degrees, tax and investment ratios on economic growth in Indonesia, (2) the effect of economic growth, labor productivity, investment and the Human Development Index (HDI) on income inequality in Java.The type of research is descriptive and associative research. The type of data is documentary data, the data source is panel data during 2013 - 2017 in six provinces in Java. This study uses simultaneous equation modeling tools with the Indirect Least Squared method ( ILS) Common Effect. Endogenous variables in the study are economic growth and income inequality. While the exogenous variables are regional fiscal autonomy, tax ratios, labor productivity, investment and the Human Development Index (HDI).The results of the study concluded that (1) the variables of regional fiscal autonomy, tax and investment ratios had a significant effect on economic growth in Java.. (2) Variable economic growth, labor productivity, investment and HDI significantly affect income inequality in Java. The policies that can be suggested are that efforts are needed to increase economic growth with the efforts of the central government together with regional governments to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD) by optimizing regional potentials. Increasing the potential of this area will encourage the increase of PAD in each region will have an impact on the increasing degree of regional fiscal autonomy (ratio between PAD and Total Regional Revenue). Focus more on equity-oriented development not only on economic growth. Keywords: economic growth, income inequality
