SULUH: Jurnal Abdimas adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasila unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai pada layanan masyarakat, pengembangan dan penerapan Ipteks dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, model atau konsep dan atau implementasinya dalam rangka peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan, pemberdayaan atau pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini juga menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada pada masyarakat perkotaan dan pedesaan. Implementasi kegiatan layanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra kerjasama. Kegiatan pelayanan diorganisasikan menjadi kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat perkotaan dan pedesaan.

In an effort to introduce to the public related activities in the capital market, socialization activities are needed. Capital Market Socialization was carried out in the Srengseng Sawah Village District of Jagakarsa District, which was the first activity of capital market socialization. This capital market socialization is one of the education programs which is expected to increase public awareness and interest in the capital market, so that the number of investors in Indonesia can increase and the investment climate becomes better to improve the Indonesian economy. Improving student learning motivation is one of the integral activities that must exist in learning activities. But in fact people with an entrepreneurial mindset alone are not enough to succeed because many are still unable to overcome the problem of adversity. Without a high advertisy quotient (AQ), it is feared that someone will experience frustration and setbacks in becoming an entrepreneur. From these conditions, many are used by the surrounding community by opening a business to find more income to meet daily needs, especially housewives. Various efforts and development policies have been carried out by the government, especially providing opportunities for the community to improve welfare. <![CDATA[Empowerment for orphan and poor students in Islamic Boarding School Hidayatulah at Bojongilir, Bogor needs to be done by Community Engagement team of Perbanas Institute. This effort has been done by fundraising and e-commerce training in order to create financial independence of the boarding school. The methode for the fundraising is as follows: 1). Collect data on the needs of boarding schools and the students, namely personal computers (PCs) and 200 portable tables for learning process. 2).Look for funding sources from outside the campus to improve the procurement of these stuffs. 3). Submit the community engagement proposals to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT Waskita Karya and HIbah Ristek Dikti Program 2018. While provide assistance in e-commerce training is to support entrepreneurial activities, such as raising patin/ tilapia/catfish and making dried potatoes in packs in order to be marketed in modern way. The training was given in two stages with material themes “Digital Entrepreneur in the Industrial Age 4.0 For Students†and “How to Transact in E-commerceâ€. Before and after training the participants were given a test to determine the level of knowledge about e-commerce. At the end of the training a satisfaction survey was conducted on the training for the participants. This training has a positive impact on increasing the digital marketing motivation, knowledge and skills of the students.]]>
