Abstract

Tujuan dari pendidikan Bahasa Inggris pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah adalah adalah untuk menguasai keterampilan membaca, merespon ungkapan dalam percakapan singkat ,. Dengan demikian Bahasa Inggris menjadi mata pelajaran yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan dan wajib dipelajari di SMP. Keberhasilan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dapat diukur dari keberhasilan siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Keberhasilan itu dapat dilihat dari tingkat pemahaman, penguasaan materi serta hasil belajar siswa. Semakin tinggi pemahaman dan penguasaan materi maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa. Namun dalam kenyataannya dapat dilihat bahwa sampai saat ini hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris yang dicapai siswa masih rendah. Rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris tidak hanya karena kesalahan siswa tetapi juga disebabkan oleh proses belajar yang tidak sesuai. Guru membacakan atau membawakan bahan yang disiapkan dan siswa mendengarkan, mencatat dengan teliti dan mencoba menyelesaikan soal sesuai contoh dari guru, atau biasa disebut model pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurangnya interaksi antara guru dan siswa. Menjadikan siswa pasif, kurang perhatian untuk belajar kreatif dan mandiri. Tujuan diadakan penelitian tindakan kelas ( PTK ) ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan Pemberian tugas secara terprogram. Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus. Dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mencapai standar ideal. Dari 61.8 % pada Kondisi awal, dapat meningkat pada siklus 1 menjadi 69.46 % dan siklus 2 mencapai 81.7 %, dan secara klasikal telah mencapai ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian tindakan ini menunjukkan Pemberian tugas secara terprogram dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100 %, dengan demikian Pemberian tugas secara terprogram efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pelajaran bahasa Inggris di SMP Negeri 1 Brang Rea Kecamatan Brang Rea Kabupaten . Abstract

The purpose of this supervisory action research (PTKp) is to determine the extent to which principal coaching through clinical supervision is to improve teacher performance in implementing learning. In this PTKp is carried out in 3 cycles, from the results of the actions taken are proven to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. From 63.40% in the first cycle, it can increase to 73.00% in the second cycle, and 83.00% in the third cycle. The results of this action research indicate that coaching through clinical supervision can improve teacher performance in implementing learning, with completeness reaching 100%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pembinaan kepala sekolah melalui supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melaksanakan penilaian berbasis kelas. Dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus dengan tiap tahapnya yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa 1). Pembinaan kepala sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian berbasis kelas melalui supervisi akademik menunjukan peningkatan pada tiap-tiap putaran (Siklus). 2). Aktivitas dalam kegiatan pembinaan menunjukan bahwa seluruh guru dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan baik dalam setiap aspek. 3). Peningkatan mutu sekolah oleh kepala sekolah melalui melalui supervisi akademik ini menunjukan peningkatan pada tiap-tiap putarannya. 4). Aktivitas guru menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pembinaan supervisi akademik bermanfaat dan dapat membantu guru untuk lebih mudah memahami konsep peran dan fungsi guru sehingga peningkatan capaian mutu sekolah dapat berjalan baik, dan dengan demikian peningkatan capaian mutu sekolah dapat ditingkatkan

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research is to determine the extent to which the improvement of teacher performance in implementing effective learning at SD Negeri 3 Sekongkang through classroom observation supervision. In this school action research, the variables to be studied were improving teacher performance through coaching classroom observation supervision at SD Negeri 3 Sekongkang, Sekongkang District, West Sumbawa Regency with data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaires. This action research was conducted in 3 cycles, from the results of the actions taken were proven to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. improving teacher performance in implementing effective learning, through coaching supervision of classroom observations, the results are very good. This can be seen at the first meeting of the 5 teachers who were at the time of this research that the average score reached; 60.7% increased to 71.4% and in cycle 3 increased to 82.1%. The results of this school action research indicate that the application of the principal's classroom observation supervision can improve teacher performance by reaching 100% completeness, the teacher's response is very positive to the coaching carried out by the principal through classroom observation supervision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine 1). Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in teaching and learning activities at Islamic Vocational High School Al-Irsyad Kebon Kongok, 2). The application of the competence of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student achievement of Islamic Vocational High School Al-Irsyad Kebon Kongok. The research method used in this research is qualitative. This means that the resulting data is descriptive, where the researcher does not only collect and compile data but analyzes and interprets it. The data analysis used is inductive descriptive analysis, namely analysis by describing specific events or data to conclude into a general conclusion. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, the following data were obtained, namely the learning outcomes of students in the field of Islamic Religious Education the average score was 71.63, the learning outcomes of the students in the field of study aqidah morals the average score was 71.10, then the learning outcomes of students in the field of Islamic religious education, the average was 75.33, and the English learning outcome score was 70.78. By looking at these results we can say that the competence possessed by the Islamic Religious Education teacher at the Islamic Vocational School Al-Irsyad Kebon Kongok Suka Makmur, Gerung District, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province is sufficient to improve student learning achievement because the results obtained have met the completeness standards. minimal

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1). the influence of student achievement by using a learning group on the subjects of civic education for class VII MTs. Al Kautsar Ranggo Village, Pajo District, Dompu Regency, to achieve the research objectives, this research uses observation data collection techniques, documentation, and interviewing respondents, while the research procedures are planning, implementing, and observing. Based on the research results obtained 1). Problems faced by civic education teachers in improving MTs student achievement. Al Kautsar, Ranggo Village, Pajo District, Dompu Regency, is that the attitude of students when teaching and learning are still low because it is caused by the students themselves, and the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure for the smooth teaching and learning process. 2). Learning achievement in civics class VII MTs. Al Kautsar, Ranggo Village, Pajo Subdistrict, Dompu Regency, on average increased, this was evidenced by the grade VII report card scores from 6.5 to 8.0. 3). The solutions were taken by civic education teachers in overcoming the problems faced by citizenship education teachers to improve student achievement in MTs. Abstract

In the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it demands massive changes in lifestyles in all levels of society in each of their respective environments. Included in the teaching and learning process that must be done online (in the network) through online learning media. The change in the learning system from the conventional to the online system was very sudden and without sufficient preparation, it caused the unpreparedness of teachers and students for the online learning process. However, all of this must be carried out so that the learning process can run smoothly and students actively participate in the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of this emergency condition, an effort was made to help teachers by assisting the use of technology in online learning design at SMP Negeri 1 Sekongkang during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method in this research is PAR (Participation Action Research) where there are assisted subjects who are involved to jointly solve the problems that are being faced. The results obtained from this activity are very helpful for teachers in carrying out online learning by mastering the skills of using applications that support online learning. Activities can be carried out with adequate system support, but one obstacle is the instability of the internet network because activities are both online and offline

Abstract

This study aims to determine the online learning model in increasing the creativity and initiative of teachers in managing learning at home at SD Negeri 2 Rempe. The type of research conducted is school action research (PTS) using Elliot's model. The research was held at SD Negeri 2 Rempe in the 2019/2020 school year during the Covsid 19 pandemic. The research subjects were grade 1, 2, 3, 4, and Grade 5 teachers. The object of the research was learning at home through online learning during the pandemic. covid-19. Data collection is through observation and documentation and then analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the online learning model can overcome and be a solution in implementing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by involving the creativity and initiative of teachers to manage to learn at home. The creativity and initiative of teachers have increased in making lesson plans by 18%, online learning management by 12%, student activity by 17%, and student learning scores by 9.6% from cycle I to cycle II in learning.

Abstract

The use of simple teaching aids is one way to hone teacher competence in the teaching and learning process. For this reason, this research was conducted to improve the competence of teachers in their respective fields which was carried out at SD Negeri Telaga Baru, Taliwang District. The creation of props is also used as a class display. This manifests two advantages in terms of 1) teacher improvement in making, utilizing, and designing teaching aids, 2) creating fun classroom displays for students. The research was conducted in two cycles. The stages of the activity are 1) Socialization, 2) KD analysis and types of teaching aids, 3) Determining the sketch/pattern of teaching aids, 4) Making props that have been determined, 5) Presentation on the props that have been made, 6) Socialization about the second cycle, as a follow-up to the improvement of the first cycle, and 7) Exhibition of works/work titles. In the results of the first cycle, the teacher improved the components used from the teaching aids, in the second cycle the teacher carried out the working title because he had realized the teaching aids that were in line with expectations. This certainly manifests the results of a significant increase in teacher competence because they have carried out cognitive and technical processes in making works in the form of teaching aids

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' ability in solving geometric problems through a metacognitive approach to the planning aspect. The approach used is qualitative descriptive type. The subjects of this study consisted of three grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Benjeng Gresik who were included in the medium category. Data collection was carried out by means of instrument testing and interviews. The validity of the instrument in this study was the validity of the items and showed the respective values ​​of 0.74; 0.78; 0.76 which meant that the three items had fulfilled the validity. Whereas for the reliability test the results obtained were 0.76. The results showed that the planning aspects of the students were in the middle category of solving different geometric problems, this was influenced by the abilities of the students and the habitual factors in problem solving activities
