Abstract

Kepulauan Seribu Marine National Park (TNKpS) which is the only national park in the world located in a capital city, is included as a part of the Kepulauan Seribu Administrative Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. Based on the decree of the Director of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation Number SK.05/VI-KK/2004 concerning the Zonation of the Kepulauan Seribu Marine National Park, not all TNKpS areas can be used as tourism destinations, because there are zones aimed at conservation of natural resources. According to the decree, TNKpS area is divided into 4 zones, namely the Core Zone, Protection Zone, Tourism Utilization Zone and Settlement Zone. One of the residential islands in TNKpS which is also the main destination for tourists for transit, is Harapan Island. Apart from being the main destination for tourists for transit, Harapan Island is the largest island in Seribu Utara sub-district. The cost of traveling to Kepulauan Seribu, especially to Harapan Island, is very affordable, between IDR 350,000 to IDR 400,000. This affordable cost makes Harapan Island a priority natural tourist destination for residents of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi). Many tourism activities on Harapan Island have not only a positive impact on the local economy but also a negative impact on the environment. There are a lot of rubbish such plastic snack waste and damaged coral reefs in the snorkeling spots. The concept of Willingness to Pay (WTP) of tourists is the willingness of tourists to pay for the assessment of natural resources in order to improve environmental quality in the Harapan Island area. This study aims to estimate the WTP of tourists to travel on Harapan Island. The design of this study used quantitative methods by collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires online. The data were processed by descriptive method and the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The results show that the WTP of tourists is as much as IDR 32,976/person/visit that can be included in the price of a tour package. As much as IDR 518,161,947 per year is expected to help the costs of nature conservation on Harapan Island. Abstract

This research was conducted to provide solutions and input to the problem of developing tourist attractions in Temajuk Village. The study used a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Determination of informants using Purposive Sampling. The data analysis method using an interactive model that consists of: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicated tourism in Temajuk Village has not been well developed due to the lack of good cooperation between the government, local communities and the private sector. The solution can be provided is by creating collaborative management in tourism management in Temajuk Village. The government must selectively give permission to investors. Every permit requested by the investor must have an MOU regarding the obligation to involve local communities. The community also should know how to developing, organizing, planning, and maintaining tourism objects. Local community must work together to build new attractions that have not been recognized by the community or provide innovation to the attractions. Youth people can work together to make a proposal on internet procurement in Temajuk Village for tourism needs such as creating a website that contains information about tourist attractions to support tourism promotion. Starting with the establishment of a Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) which functions as a community mobilizer to be actively involved in tourism development planning and become a government partner. The application of collaborative government models can synergize human resources with the tourism potential in Temajuk Village.

Abstract

Wana Wisata Kawah Putih is a natural tourist destination in West Java with the potential of ecotourism being developed and becoming the most demostic tourist attraction. As an ecotourism concept destination, Wana Wisata Kawah Putih should focus on enviromental, development and community welfare. The tour manager needsnto know more about the perception of visiting tourists as assessments in order to be in line with what managers want and what tourists expect. Thus the goal of research is to identify natural attaractions and analyze the domestic tourist perceptions of ecotourism in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. The design of the research is to use qualitative methods of data collection that researchers are using to observe, an interview of the administrators of KBM ecotourism who have been to the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih haven with a snowball sampling and a library study. After analyzing data collection through that data using data reduction, collate data and verifying data. Based on the results this study, it could be concluded taht natural tourist atrrations in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih have already made a number of efforts to maintain environmental ecosystems but haven’t been optimal in the field and i haven’t had access to the tour guide, the interpretation board and the restoration of the tourist area. While the domestic tourist perception of ecotourism in the Wana Wisata Kawah Putih that tourists can feel natural beauty and take a picture but the domestic tourists have less active participation with environment.

Abstract

Tourism, especially ecotourism attractions in Kertawirama Village, which is administratively one of the villages in the Nusaherang District, Kuningan Regency, will be able to be an alternative to increase community-based economic growth, by involving all elements of society, for example Bumdes, Farmer Groups, Youth Organizations and Local Government. The development of Curug Bangkong as far as observations and using SWOT analysis found several errors in development activities, namely the development of accessibility and tourist facilities that have the potential to cause environmental damage. One of them is physical development in ecotourism attractions. Visitors have not received sufficient information about the concept of ecotourism attractions which must be fully responsible for environmental conservation. Good ecotourism management should maximize the participation of local communities in managing Curug Bangkong, which in this case is represented by the Tourism Activating Group, Bumdes, Karang Taruna and PKK. It's just that it hasn't been felt optimal, because there are still many obstacles in its management. In data collection the methods used were literary studies, field observations and interviews with the village government. Analysis of data through qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the analysis are expected to be input for administrators in determining the appropriate development strategy for Curug Bangkong as one of the Ecotourism attractions in Kertawirama Village, Nusaherang District, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province.

Abstract

Tourism is also a human need. Tourism can be both refreshing and educational. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the main facilities provided as a tourist attraction; 2) supporting facilities provided as a tourist attraction; and 3) complementary facilities provided as a tourist attraction for the Hortimart Agro Center. The research method used qualitative by using observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used a qualitative description. The results showed that: (1) the main facilities as a tourist attraction of Hortimart Agro Center regarding cleanliness are sufficient, comfort is sufficient, and beauty is satisfactory or good; (2) supporting facilities as a tourist attraction for the hortimart agro center regarding accommodation that is sufficient, where to eat meets, parking area is fulfilling, where for shopping is fulfilling, and transportation is fulfilling; and (3) complementary facilities as a tourist attraction hortimart agro center regarding sufficiently adequate toilets, meeting places of worship, satisfying tour guides, and adequate information centers.

Abstract

Museum merupakan tempat kumpulan benda-benda sejarah sebagai bukti yang harus diketahui oleh masyarakat, keaslian koleksi dan diorama yang dimiliki museum belum mampu untuk menarik wisatawan untuk datang ke Museum Perjuangan Bogor. Bangunannya yang usang serta kurangnya keunikan penyampaian serta penataan koleksi menjadi beberapa alasanya. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa ketidaktertarikan masyarakat untuk berkunjung ke Museum Perjuangan di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan Museum Perjuangan kota Bogor masih sepi pengunjung diakibatkan oleh kurangnya minat masyarakat terhadap sejarah dan kalah saingnya museum perjuangan dengan museum lain yang ada di kota Bogor. Pada museum sendiri tidak banyak aktivitas wisata yang bisa dilakukan hanya melihat koleksi saja. Apabila dilihat dari fasilitas wisatanya, museum ini terletak di pusat kota, akses dan transportasinya mudah, dekat dengan rumah penduduk, sekolah, mall PGB, toko-toko, dan tempat makan yang tersedia disekitar museum. Kondisi bangunan museum pun sangat memprihatinkan. Bantuan Pemerintah juga belum ada untuk museum ini sehingga pengembangan museum pun terhambat karena dana serta kegiatan promosi sangat kurang. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah pemerintah dan pihak museum harus bekerjasama melakukan pengembangan dan perbaikan gedung museum, aktivitas wisata, pengelolaan koleksi, promosi, memberikan perhatian secara langsung maupun tidak langsung serta bantuan dana untuk pengembangan museum.

Abstract

Technology change, political legal change, economic change, socio-culture change and Market change are instrument in tourism marketing 3.0 have been used by tourism in the world. The number of tourist attractions popping up in Yogyakarta encourage managers to set the right strategies and plans so that the tourist attraction of the Dewi Tinalah is increasingly in demand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0 on the tourist attraction of the Dewi Tinalah, in order to attract tourist visits. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach combined with the concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0 analysis. Data collection in this study uses in-depth interviews, observation, documentary methods, visual material methods, and literature study. The subjects of this study were several people who came from the Department of Tourism, Managers in the field, local society and several tourists who visited the Tourist attraction of Dewi Tinalah. The stage of data processing and analysis in this study use an interactive analysis model, including data transcription, data reduction, data coding and categorization, as well as drawing conclusions. Based on research that has been done, the results obtained that the tourist attraction of the Dewi Tinalah is not in accordance with the concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0. This is because the attributes used:political legal change, economic change, socio-culture change and Market change have not been fully applied. With these results, the right strategies and programs are needed in applying the concept to attract tourist visits.

Abstract

Industri pariwisata sedang dihadapkan oleh penurunan yang cukup signifikan pada kedatangan wisatawan mancanegara (wisman) dengan pembatalan dan penurunan pemesanan secara bersamaan dalam jumlah yang relatif besar. Kota Depok, memiliki angka penyebaran atau penularan yang sangat cepat. Hal ini mengakibatkan pengaruh besar pada industri perhotelan di wilayah ini. Hotel Santika Depok dan Hotel Savero Depok merupakan dua hotel yang terdampak oleh pandemi COVID-19. Metode komparatif menggunakan teknik membandingkan sejenis penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mencari jawaban secara mendasar tentang sebab-akibat dari sebuah fenomena. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai CSI, penanganan hygiene dan sanitasi pada Pintu Masuk Area Hotel mendapatkan nilai 73% dan 74%, hal ini berarti tamu dari kedua hotel cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang telah diberikan. Lobby (Front Desk dan Concierge) mendapatkan nilai 46% dan 42%, hal ini berarti penanganan dari hygiene dan sanitasi dalam hal ini tamu dari kedua hotel masih kurang baik, dan di Restoran/Coffee Shop mendapatkan nilai 54% dan 44%, hal ini berarti penanganan dari hygiene dan sanitasi kedua hotel masih kurang baik, untuk Kamar Tamu mendapatkan penilaian sebesar 77% dan 90%, hal ini berarti penanganan dari segi hygiene dan sanitasi kedua hotel merasa baik. Dan Fasilitas Hotel dan Area Publik Lainnya 75% dan 81%, untuk kedua hotel di kategori baik. Hasil Uji Beda T-Test, penanggulangan dampak pandemi COVID-19 di Hotel Santika Depok (mean) 66,33 dan (standard deviations) 14,336 sedangkan, Hotel Savero Depok memiliki (mean) 64,95 dan (standard deviations) 18,954. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penaggulangan dampak pandemi COVID-19 secara tidak langsung terlihat lebih besar pada Hotel Savero Depok dibandingkan dengan Hotel Santika Depok.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi STP dan bauran pemasaran di Godongijo dan menganalisa output STP dan Bauran Pemasaran di Godongijo dalam menyusun paket Virtual Field Trip. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif serta melakukan wawancara dengan Manajer Divisi Ecotainment (Wisata Edukasi) dan Digital Marketing PT.Godong Ijo Asri, Staff/ Pemandu Divisi Ecotainment/Wisata Edukasi serta wisatawan domestik yang berkunjung langsung ke Godongijo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa identifikasi STP Virtual Field Trip Godongijo didominasi oleh kalangan wisatawan sekolah yang memiliki minat dalam pembelajaran edukasi tumbuhan dan hewan serta menyukai kegiatan pembuatan kerajinan yang didominasi oleh wisatawan yang berasal dari kota Depok. Sedangkan hasil bauran pemasaran di Godongijo sudah memenuhi aspek Process, Promotion dan Price. Maka dalam pengembangan paket virtual field trip berdasarkan STP dan Bauran Pemasaran terdiri dari Family Back to Nature, Virtual Camp Godongijo, Eco-friendly creativity and culture for adult.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of family tourism and to identify the strategies carried out by the Saung Eling manager in dealing with the family tourist market segment. Saung Eling is located in Kampung Lembur Sawah, Kelurahan Mulyaharja, Bogor City. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological analysis approach. The information collection technique used are interviews, observations, and documentation of the tourist area, managers, and workers of Saung Eling. Results of the research shows that there is a family tourist phenomenon in the Saung Eling. This is proven by the increase number of family tourist visits to Saung Eling, as well as the number of revisit intentions of more than 10 times by family tourists. In addition, the strategies carried out by the manager of Saung Eling are; in terms of accessibility, the manager of Saung Eling makes it easier for tourists by directly picking up tour groups at points that are easily accessible to tourists. There are directions to Saung Eling also placed at several crossroads. In terms of attractions, Saung Eling provides two main attractions, namely culinary tourism and nature tourism. Culinary at Saung Eling also features local specialties, such as pala squash and nasi liwetan. Meanwhile, nature tourism is packaged in the form of tour packages around the village by utilizing a beautiful rural atmosphere and local wisdom that still emphasizes Sundanese culture. Apart from tour packages. Saung Eling also provides supporting facilities such as parking lots, CHSE, prayer rooms, toilets, and homestays (both in the house that has been prepared as a homestay or at the Saung Eling homestay).
