Abstract

Jumlah sekolah di Indonesia terus meningkat, meskipun masih didominasi sekolah negeri, tetapi fenomena sekolah yang dinaungi perusahaan terus meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen pembiayaan sekolah yang dinaungi perusahaan dengan mengamati kebijakan anggaran sekolah. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menerapkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi saat penyediaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan di sekolah yayasan yang dinaungi perusahaan disusun berdsarkan arahan dari perusahaan dan juknis dari pemerintah; (2) Penggunaan pembiayaan pendidikan dilaksanakan penuh tanggung jawab dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku; (3) Sistem pengawasan pembiayaan sekolah tidak hanya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, tetapi juga dilaksanakan oleh kepala bagian keuangan yayasan serta auditor eksternal perusahaan; (4) Perencanaan, penggunaan, dan pengawasan pembiayaan SMA Yayasan yang dinaungi perusahaan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah

Abstract

Since the government launched a policy on simplifying the level of bureaucracy and government administration in the next five years that focuses on human resource development, the Ministry of PAN RB has developed an achievement strategy, namely, transfering administrative/structural positions of echelon III and echelon IV into functional positions. This transfer of positions has caused anxiety and feeling of uncertainy among officials whose current positions will be transferred. In its implementation, problems arise such as the readiness of administrative employees who are transferred into functional positions, their division of work, and their performance appraisal. This study aims to assess the implementation of the policy of transfering administrative positions to functional positions at the State University of Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research, using data collection methods with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of transfer at the State University of Surabaya has been carried out properly according to the regulation, but there are still cases of mismatch between educational background and the functional positions and cases of mismatch between functional positions with the placement within the working units which cause a lack of positive impact on their work records and a decrease in financial support.

Abstract

Audit internal (IA) dianggap sebagai alat penting untuk mengendalikan tata kelola dan operasi organisasi. Audit internal memberikan jaminan dengan menilai dan melaporkan efektivitas tata kelola, manajemen risiko, dan proses pengendalian yang dirancang untuk membantu organisasi mencapai tujuan strategis, operasional, keuangan, dan kepatuhan. Pentingnya fungsi dan peranan Internal Audit ini juga disadari oleh Dinas Kominfo Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi Audit Sarana dan Prasarana pada Dinas Kominfo Kota Mojokerto. Model pengembangan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah model prosedural yang mengadaptasi pada model R&D Borg dan Gall, modifikasi dari Sukmanata, dan adaptasi dari McKenny, meliputi tahapan (1) Studi pendahuluan, (2) Pengembangan, dan (3) Pengujian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Audit Sarana dan Prasarana ini mencapai presentase rata – rata di atas 80% pada masing – masing kategori, yaitu 90% untuk kategori functional; 95% untuk kategori design; 88% untuk kategori ease of use; dan 90% untuk kategori suitability of needs. Hasil uji coba tersebut dapat juga diartikan bahwa Aplikasi Audit Sarana dan Prasarana Dinas Kominfo Kota Mojokerto telah dikembangkan secara maksimal pada masing – masing kategorinya dan siap untuk diimplementasikan.

Abstract

 Problems that arise during the online learning period continue to increase over time, which is about self-regulated learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between digital literacy and self-regulated learning in students. The research sample amounted to 248 based on the snowball sampling technique, which were Unesa students registered on the PDDikti page. The data analysis is in the form of assumption test using normality test and linearity test and hypothesis testing using simple correlation. Based on the results, there was a significant relationship between digital literacy and self-regulated learning which was positive, but relatively low. This is based on the Pearson correlation value of 0.315 and the sig. 0.00. Increased digital literacy makes self-regulated learning also increase. Another result of this study is that digital literacy provides an effective contribution to the explanation of self-regulated learning by 9.9%, while the remaining 90.1% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study. Key words:  digital literacy, self regulated learning, students, online learning Abstrak: Permasalahan yang muncul selama masa pembelajaran daring terus bertambah seiring berjalannya waktu, salah satunya mengenai self regulated learning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara literasi digital dengan self regulated learning pada mahasiswa dengan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 248 berdasarkan  teknik sampling snowball yang merupakan mahasiswa Unesa yang terdaftar dalam laman PDDikti. Analisa data penelitian ini berupa uji asumsi menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hubungan signifikan antara literasi digital dan self regulated learning yang positif, namun tergolong rendah. Hal ini didasarkan pada nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0, 315  dan nilai sig. 0,00. Literasi digital yang meningkat menjadikan self regulated learning meningkat pula. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini yaitu literasi digital memberikan sumbangan efektif pada penjelasan self regulated learning sebesar 9,9%, sedangkan sisanya 90,1% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The managerial and supervisory abilities of the islamic school principal play an important role on improving teacher performance to realize the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the influence of managerial and supervisory abilities of madrasah principal on the performance of islamic junior high school teachers in Manyar district. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlational research. The data collection method uses two techniques, namely documents and unstructured interviews. The results of the study showed that there is a significant effect of the manegerial and supervisory abilities of islamic school principal on the performance of islamic junior high school teachers in Manyar district. It can be concluded that there is an influence between managerial and supervisory abilities of islamic school principal on the performance of islamic junior high school teachers in Manyar Gresik district Key words: Managerial Ability, Supervision,Teacher Performance Abstrak: Kemampuan manajerial dan supervisi kepala madrasah memegang peranan penting terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru untuk mewujudkan mutu pendidikan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kemampuan supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah di kecamatan Manyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dua teknik yaitu dokumen dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh signifikan kemampuan manajerial dan supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah di kecamatan Manyar. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh antara kemampuan manajerial dan supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru madrasah tsanawiyah di kecamatan Manyar Gresik.   Kata kunci: Kemampuan Manajerial, Supervisi, Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Education is an activity, which is very important for all humans, with human education it can change behavior and knowledge for the better. The achievement of educational programs through educational and learning measures is strongly influenced by various variables, one of which is the adequate accessibility of school personnel in addition to ideal use. The existence of these students is very important to help complete the path to school administration. Each training unit is responsible for building the abilities and talents of students to become proficient, and talented as mandated by law. With the aim that students meet assumptions can be made according to their wishes and abilities. The method used in this study was a survey, while the data collection technique used in this study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of research on school management that the average understanding of teachers, both Islamic Education teachers and Non Islamic Education teachers, shows that teachers understand all statements well, but of the five statements there is the lowest average, namely statement 3 with a mean of 4. Statement 3 is "The principal develops creative and innovative ideas in school development efforts and implements them in a consistent, participatory, collaborative, transformative and effective manner."

Abstract

Human resource is an important key for institutions and organizations. Good employee performance is the expectation of every institution including UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh to be able to survive in a competitive working environment and to be able to provide maximum service. This study aimed to analyze the determination that affects employee performance at UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh. This research was conducted on all employees of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh, with a population of 33 people. The independent variables in this study are salary, facilities, and leadership, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Apart from these two variables, this study used one intervening variable, that is motivation. The research instruments used are questionnaires, observation, and literature study. This research used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The software used to process the data was SPSS 24. The finding of the research showed that: 1) Salary had a significant effect on the motivation of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh employees, 2) Facilities had no significant effect on the motivation of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh employees, 3) Leadership had a significant effect on the motivation of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh employees, 4) Salary had no significant effect on the performance of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh employees, 5) Facilities had no significant effect on the performance of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh employees, 6) Leadership had no significant effect on the performance of UPBJJ-UT Banda Aceh employees, and 7) Salary and leadership, mediated by motivation factor, affect employee performance significantly

Abstract

The character of students can be formed through school culture. It is important for education units to implement school culture management as an effort to build the character of students. The aims of this research is to find out the forms of the planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising school culture.The type of this research is qualitative research and the data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by applying the triangulation technique. The results of the research are: 1) School culture planning through formulation the school’s vision, mission, goals, arranging an education unit level curriculum, educational programs, and the teachers arrange the learning tools; 2) Organizing school culture through by arranging an organizational structure, division of tasks, coordination meetings, and socialization activities; 3) The implementation of the school culture through habituation activities and giving examples; 4) Supervision of school culture is carried out directly on the behavior of the students, reward, punishment, and report cards descriptions, 5) The characters of the students that be formed are religious, discipline, confident, independent, honest, helpful, empathetic, tolerance, creative, cooperation, courtesy, love for the nation, respect to teachers and parents. School culture that was managed can shape the character of students.

Abstract

The social competence of Catholic Religious Education teachers has an influence on education because teachers as part of the community are expected to be able to establish good relations with students, colleagues, and the community. This study was conducted to analyze how the role of social competence of Catholic religious education teachers to the motivation of learning students in grade VIII A Private Junior High School Santo Xaverius 2 Kabanjahe with informants as many as 19 people consisting of: Catholic Religious Education Teachers, peers, learners and parents. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that 1) behaving and acting objectively; objective teachers in assessing learning outcomes; act wisely and justly; motivators, facilitators and get along with students. 2) adapt to the environment; can respect; establish intimate relationships full of kinship and eliminate personal interests. 3) communicate effectively; have knowledge of customs both social and religious; and communicate with the local community. 4) empathetic and polite; have an image in the community, care, and manners. 5) Diligent in learning, learners are independent in doing tasks, responsible, have a passion in doing tasks and completing them on time. 6) The existence of awards in learning, getting praise, spirit, and motivation from catholic religious education teachers, 7) The existence of interesting activities in learning, able to answer questions well, complete simulations, and daily exams well, and 8) The existence of a conducive learning environment, having a clean classroom, comfortable, calm atmosphere and complete facilities.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan metode serta media kekinian dengan konsep interaktif, inovatif, dan kolaboratif menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menyampaikan materi secara tepat dan cepat kepada peserta didik. Tujuan dilakukan peneltian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode Team Games Tournament dan mengkolaborasikan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital dengan media Quizizz sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemerolehan serta kecakapan berbahasa pada siswa dengan disleksia di SMP PGRI 2 Wates. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research serta penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan studi kasus yang dilaksankan di sekolah penempatan Kampus Mengajar tahun 2022 di SMP PGRI 2 Wates, Kabupaten Blitar, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan Quizizz dan metode Team Games Tournament dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) tahap pendefinisian; dan (2) tahap perancangan. Penelitian mengambil sampel dari kelas VII dan VIII dengan jumlah total siswa 37 dengan menggunakan angket tes berupa pertanyaan melalui media Quizizz. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil uji coba penggunaan metode serta media tersebut adalah terjadi peningkatan yang awalnya hanya 46% siswa mempunyai pemahaman serta kecakapan bahasa menjadi meningkat menjadi 87% menurut penskoran yang telah dilakukan dengan media Quizizz serta menerapkan metode pembelajaran Team Games Tournament. Harapan dari penerapan metode dan media tersebut mampu meningkatkan pemerolehan serta kecakapan berbahasa bagi siswa disleksia yang mempunyai keterlambatan untuk memahami bahasa dan kecakapan dalam berbahasa.
