This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out how strong and in what direction planning has an impact on team capabilities, sales support, team capabilities towards company performance, and sales support towards company performance. In this study, the data would be analyzed using the PLS-SEM method at two degrees of confidence which involved all employees at the company where the research was conducted, a total of 70 employee respondents. According to the findings obtained using two levels of confidence, namely the 5% significant test, planning had a positive and insignificant effect on team capability, planning had a positive and significant effect on sales support, team capability had a significant and positive effect on company performance, and sales support had a positive but not significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, in the 10% significant test, it was found that changes in the planning relationship on team capabilities had a positive and significant effect on sales support.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine the company's performance as measured by the Balanced Scorecard approach, as well as to make recommendations for strategy to enhance the company's performance in developing PT. Inti Nusa Permata based on SWOT analysis. The data analysis technique was carried out by SWOT analysis and the preparation of a balanced scorecard matrix which is measured into 4 perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. The study's findings suggest that the company is performing well in terms of customer satisfaction, internal business processes, and growth and learning. However, PT. Inti Nusa Permata's financial performance is poor, particularly in terms of short-term financial capacity. The results of the balanced scorecard approach used to assess the company's performance reveal that PT. Inti Nusa Permata has a very good performance. The company's strategy mapping demonstrates that PT. Inti Nusa Permata is in quadrant I, adopting the S-O (Strength-Opportunity) method, which aims to leverage on existing opportunities by utilizing the company's strengths.

Abstract

The food industry is quite promising for businesses both large and small businesses, quality of service is an aspect that is often used by the business field of food and beverage, related to quality of service, must often associated more with the quality of products, it is thus an aspect that should considered by the company to get customer satisfaction and repurchase interest . This research will be more in-depth about mobile restaurants, or food trucks, because they are much in demand by novice entrepreneurs and are in great demand by fast food customers. This research is a quantitative study conducted to examine the effect of service quality and product quality from food trucks that affect customer satisfaction and repurchase interest by food truck customers. It took 120 respondents in the study who were randomly selected to answer the questionnaire.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through motivation as a mediation. The number of respondents in this study were 116 respondents. Where all of them are employees of PT Georg Fischer Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis using the PLS analysis technique provide the following conclusions: Leadership and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, leadership and organizational culture has a positive and siginificant effect on employee performance, motivation had a positive and siginificant effect on employee performance, and motivation could mediate the indirect effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The uniqueness and distinctive character of a woman, makes women prefer to run entrepreneurship. The ability of women entrepreneurs to develop product innovation provides a competitive advantage that can reflect marketing performance. Marketing performance as an important challenge in management as well as the key to the success of business actors as a result of market strategy. The purpose of study was to analyze a hypothetical model of women's entrepreneurial marketing performance. The specific objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between women's entrepreneurship and marketing performance mediated by the innovation capability of women entrepreneurs. The research design applied was a quantitative research design by forming a model and testing the model. A survey was conducted using a sample of 100 respondents of women entrepreneurs. A structured questionnaire was used to elicit information from the respondents and simple random sampling method was used to select the samples. In this study, partial least squares SEM (PLS-SEM) was used for data analysis.. The instrument that was validated and its reliability measured was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study show that women's entrepreneurship have significant influence to marketing performance, both directly and indirectly, which is mediated by innovation capability. Recommendations were given to women entrepreneurs that they should be putting more emphasis on this relatively new approach of innovation capability thereby creating marketing performance. Abstract

This research has purposes to explore the effects caused by product quality, price consciousness, customer value, brand image towards repurchase intention to PT Sophie Paris Indonesia products which are mediated by attitude variable. This research form used a quantitative method with the type of research included in causal research. The research population is consumers who have purchased Sophie Paris products in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive with a total sample of 240 people. Data collection techniques by surveys through questionnaires and SEM method analyzed which processed by the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings viewed that partially product quality, price consciousness, customer value and brand image had a positive and significant involvement in attitudes towards the brand, which also affected the repurchase intention of Sophie Paris products. The variable that has the strongest impact is price consciousness on brand attitudes so that this highly affects the repurchase interest towards Sophie Paris products.

Abstract

PT X is a financial institution that distributes credit, one of which is mortgage credit or home ownership credit (KPR). The realization of mortgage lending at PT X from 2017 to 2020 has not been able to reach the target due to lack of credit demand. This study analyzes the interest rate, service, procedure, term, guarantee, and technology factors whether they have a significant influence on credit demand. From this study, the results and conclusions of the service factor have a significant influence on credit demand. Factors other than service have an influence on credit demand but not significantly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of voluntary risk management disclosure and its implication to firm value. Independent variables used in this research are product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry and company size. Intervening variable is voluntary risk management disclosure. While the dependent variable in this study is firm value measured using Tobin’s Q. This research used a sample of non financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling and acquired 418 companies that meet the criteria. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that the higher the level of product diversification, geographical diversification, type of industry and company size, the higher the voluntary risk management disclosure. Voluntary risk management disclosure has a positive influential on firm value, the wider the disclosure of corporate risk management, will increase the firm value, otherwise the less disclosure of corporate risk management, will decrease the firm value or the value are getting worse.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Control and Family Planning, Sarolangun Regency, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Control and Family Planning, amounting to 94 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, and uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique. From the hypothesis testing conducted, it can be concluded that the work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of the employees of the Sarolangun Regency Family Planning and Control Agency, either directly or indirectly through organizational commitment. These results indicate that if the Sarolangun Regency Family Planning and Control Agency can provide a conducive work environment for its employees, and is also supported by a high level of employee job satisfaction, then this will also be followed by the increasing commitment of employees to be able to work optimally in the organization.
