Abstract

Lasem is one of the sub-districts in Rembang District with historical and cultural heritage of Chinesse that have the potential for the development of cultural tourism as well as introducing to the wider community. The potential is still not utilized and developed optimally. This study was conducted to formulate strategies of cultural tourism development in accordance with the potential problems in the region.The analysis used is AHP(Analysis Hierarcy Process) combination SWOT analysis to determine strategy of development of Lasem Chinatown Area. In achieving the objectives of this study identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in the Lasem Pecinan Region. Then, the results of observationwere processed in the form of AHP analysis and generated the factor with the most important weight is the financing of development and attractiveness of the building. The next step, comparing the selected SWOT factor to produce the strategy component. The strategy was reprocessed using AHP to get priority of Lasem's area development strategy.The study found that the strategy of making tourism route, financing strategy for tourist attraction, the improvement of tourism accessibility, the development of tourism based on community empowerment, and the provision of supporting facilities in the tourism area. In addition, the first priority of strategy is the improvement of accessibility.

Abstract

PLTD (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel) Petung or PLTD Girimukti is located in North Penajam Paser District, East Kalimantan Province which is the capacity of 2 x 1.0 MW. Wastewater sewerage that passed through oil palm plantations and settlements made water and soil pollution. Result of water test and soil fertility showed that there is no parameter of environmental control is higher than quality standards (PP No 101 Tahun 2014). The aim of TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure) testing is knowing the content of heavy metal in the soil. TCLP method is USEPA 3050B-96. The several heavy metals parameters are Ag, Hg, As, Zn, Pb, Cu, B, Ba, Cd, Cr, and S. The result showed that the content of these heavy metal are lower than quality standard. This indicated that the land and oil palm plantations were not polluted by heavy metals.

Abstract

The objective of research is to determine the effect of welding current on the hardness, tensile strength, and microstructure from GTAW welding with ER70S2. This research used ST 41 low alloy steel material containing C = 0,16 %, Si = 0,23 %, Mn = 0,69 %, S = 0,031 %, P=0,019 %, yield point 40 kg/mm2, tensile strength 52 kg/mm2, dan elongation 32 %. ST 41 steel welding is carried out with current variations of 90 A, 110 A and 130 A with GTAW welding methode. Types of variation of the notch use are ][, V and X. The specimens was subjected to hardness, tensile strength, and metallography. Based on the result of hardness test with the factor elimination method in obtaining the angle ][ notch with current 90 A, V notch with current 90 A, and X notch with current 110 A. Tensile test results of the three materials, the highest tensile strength at the X notch with current 110 A is 416,8 N/mm2. The lowest tensile strength is obtained at welds with ][ notch is 360.73 N/mm2. From result of metallograph that we get if X notch with current 110 A is more stable, than ][ notch with current 90 A and V notch with current 90 A.

Abstract

In this thesis, the analysis of vehicles' determination of speed and volume in the traffic flow will be discussed by approach time. The analyzation of vehicles' speed and volume done by estimated on macroscopic term of traffic flow in the traffic jam with Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) method. The term of macroscopic views with measured the traffic variable by density the flow rate the flow rate of vehicle and also the vehicle speed's average. In the estimating process, forward difference scheme is implemented to the model and error are measured by Root Mean Square Error. The result showed that the estimation the average of the vehicle?s relative speed in a segment decreased when its volume of vehicle is increased and vice versa.

Abstract

Balikpapan is one of the cities in East Kalimantan with unique characteristic of the region. The characteristics of the region and the height of the area from the sea surface of the city of Balikpapan is one of the factors, therefore need to be designed a tool to detect weather especially in Balikpapan city. The device design using Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Wind Turbine. The measurement results are based on temperature, humidity and wind speed. From the measurement of temperature, humidity and wind speed obtained an average of 30.97oC; 73.49% and 2.91 m/s. According to method World Meteorological Organization,  temperature, humidity and wind speed data is accepted.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, proses kegiatan konstruksi dituntut mampu menerapkan prinsip-prinsip yang ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan konstruksi yang dimulai dari proses pengambilan material seperti semen, baja atau kayu sering kali dituding memberikan dampak kerusakan lingkungan yang sangat tinggi. Ditambah lagidengan penggunaan material struktur yang sangat boros dengan dalih untuk membuat struktur aman menyebabkan jejak lingkungan yang ditinggalkan oleh kegiatan konstruksi menjadi semakin besar dan kentara.Namun demikian, seiring perkembangan teknologi material dan metode konstruksi, saat ini kegiatan dan hasil konstruksi yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan telah menjadi hal yang wajib dan terus dikembangkan. Salah satu cara untuk efisiensi konstruksi adalah dengan optimasi struktur. Berbagai metode optimasi dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan struktur yang lebih efisien dan menggunakan material yang lebih sedikit, namun tetap mampu menahan beban-beban desain yang diberikan kepada struktur.Salah satu metode struktur Meta-heuristic yang populer adalah metode algoritma genetik. Paper ini akan membandingkan metode optimasi struktur dengan modifikasi pada cross section dan modifikasi pada bentuk struktur (shape) dengan kombinasi cross section, untuk menahan beban struktur rencana dengankendala-kendala tertentu. Sebuah struktur rangka batang sederhana menjadi subjek penelitian pada paper ini. Struktur rangka batang tersebut di optimasi dengan dua cara yaitu optimasi dengan perubahan cross section penampang dan optimasi dengan perubahan cross section penampang dan dilanjutkandengan perubahan bentuk struktur.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dapat di simpulkan, dengan menggunakan metode optimasi bentuk yang dikombinasikan dengan optimasi berat, maka didapat hasil optimasi struktur yang lebih baik.

Abstract

  Ch a n g e s in land use impacts on groundwater availability both in quality and quantity. Study of geological, hydrogeological conditions, hydrological, hydrogeological boundary conditions contribute to determine the presence of groundwater in the groundwater basin and determine the natural groundwater flow modeling patterns. Location of the study are in Muara Lawa, including the formation Pulaubalang, Pamaluan, and Balikpapan on Lampanan syncline structure. Exploration drilling results indicate, that the hydrogeological study area into the aquifer system of folded sedimentary rocks consisting of seven aquifer layers alternating between akuitar, aquifers, and the base layer in the form of akuiklud. The area bounded by the limits of the model study of surface water in two major rivers, the Lawa River (east) and the Perak River (west), as well as the groundwater divide with the highest head (north and south. The results of the analysis of the type of regional aquifers aquifer models including the category of semi depressed with aquitards dominance in the surface layer. The pattern of groundwater flow and head height can be predicted by modeling using Visual Modflow. There is an increase zone budget is almost five times higher than the natural condition to the active mining conditions, particularly in the green zone, that of the natural conditions of 1,502 m3 day-1 to 12,930 m3 day-1 in the active mining. This is due, in the mining area there is a change in land use and hidrostratigrafi, namely the formation of pits that reach depths of 70 meters.

Abstract

Inverter is an electronic circuit that convert electric voltage with direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). One of the commonly used inverter configuration is H-Bridge circuit. Inverter with H-Bridge circuit does not need voltage-balanced diode or capacitor to operate and can be cascaded to obtain multilevel output voltage. H-Bridge circuit works by adjusting the combination of switches that were enabled. One of the commonly used switches is Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET). The advantages of MOSFET as switching components are its fast switching speed and it did not cause current tail. Therefore, the writing of this paper aims to design a 12V DC to 220V AC 50Hz single-phase inverter with H-Bridge MOSFET circuit. The design stage begins with determining the specifications of the inverter, creating a block diagram of the inverter, determining the required components, and calculating the required parameters of the inverter. The designed inverter is simulated using Proteus 8.4 software. Simulation results are in accordance with the desired specification.

Abstract

Lahan rawa merupakan lahan yang potensial digunakan untuk usaha pertanian, kehutanan dan konservasi sumber air. Para pakar berbeda pendapat mengenai luas lahan rawa di Indonesia. Perkiraan luas lahan rawa ada yang menafsirkan 34 juta hektar, ada juga yang menafsirkan 39,5 juta hektar.Berdasarkan proses pembentukannya, rawa dibedakan menjadi rawa dalam/lebak dan rawa pasang surut. Rawa pasang surut cenderung lebih banyak dikembangkan mengingat proses reklamasi berjalan lebih cepat. Berdasarkan perkiraan bahwa rerata jangkauan pengaruh pasang surut yang 100 km dari muara sungai besar, maka luas lahan yang berpotensi menjadi lahan pasang surut adalah sekitar 25-30 juta hektar. Lahan pasang surut ini umumnya terdapat di pantai-pantai Kalimantan, Sumatera dan Irian Jaya.Sistem reklamasi yang pernah dan masih dilakukan khususnya di Kalimantan Selatan tergantung kondisi tanah dan airnya, ada beberapa kondisi tanah rawa antara lain tanah rawa potensial, sulfat masam dan gambut. Proses reklamasi terus berkembang dengan telah diketemukannya kisaran komposisi senyawa organik dan sifat kimia tanah gambut pada berbagai kedalaman. Diakui terdapat berbagai kendala seperti fisik tanah, kimia tanah danbeberapa kendala lainnya, namun prospek pengelolaan tanah gambut cukup baik untuk tanaman budidaya. Hasil penelitian dan pengalaman menunjukkan bahwa dengan pengelolaan yang tepat dapat diperoleh produktivitas yang cukup tinggi pada tanah gambut.

Abstract

An AC signal is produced by oscillator or a similar circuit that includes demodulation. In addition to thedemodulation circuit, there is also need interface circuit which include signal conditioning, signal processing anddata acquisition. So that, the frequency can be read digitally. The purpose of this research was to createdemodulation circuit in form of colpitts-crystal oscillator and microcontroller. This research carried out severalstage. There are making colpitts-crystal oscillator, microcontroller synchronization, data retrieval and processingoutput. The DC voltage variations are 3.2 V, 9 V and 15.9 V and capacitor variations are 470 pF, 4.7 nF and 33nF. Output data in form of frequencies measured by using oscilloscope. Futhermore, the data is tested for accuracyand precision. From the test result using 470 pF, 4.7 nF and 33 nF capacitors when given 3.2 V input voltage, theprecision values were 91.35%, 93.06% and 96.17% and the accuracy value were 97.72%, 97.96%, and 98.17%.For 9 V input voltage, the precision values were 99.82%, 97.67% and 97.52% and the accuracy value were 99%,98.90%, and 98.92%. Whereas 15.9 V input voltage, the precision values were 93.43%, 96.92% and 93.66% andthe accuracy value were 98.08%, 98.75%, and 97.60%. From these data, it can be concluded that a good voltagevalue used in this ciecuit is 9 V with 470 pF capacitor where the precision value was 99.82% and the accuracyvalue was 99%.
