Abstract

Saat ini tercatat lebih dari 65 juta Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tersebar di Indonesia. Adanya pandemi Covid-19, UMKM Indonesia terpukul cukup keras, dan berbagai usaha dilakukan oleh UMKM agar dapat bertahan. Salah satunya adalah mempercepat peralihan UMKM ke era digital. Perusahaan HTFrozen bergerak dalam bidang penjualan oleh-oleh Bandung dalam bentuk Frozen Food diantaranya batagor, cilok, cuankie, bitter ballen, dimsum, dan pisang krispi. UMKM yang dijalankan oleh 3 orang staff, yang memiliki omset penjualan rata-rata 30 juta per bulan.  Pada masa COVID-19 mengalami penurunan omset hampir berkurang 40% dari sebelumnya. Perusahaan ini menurut pengamatan awal memiliki potensi yang cukup besar, dikarenakan produk-produknya merupakan hasil kolaborasi dengan UMKM yang sudah berjalan dan sukses sejak lama, dan perusahaan HTFrozen mengemasnya dalam bentuk Frozen Food untuk dapat menjangkau kota-kota lain di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang tepat bagi UMKM, khususnya perusahaan HTFrozen.Metodologi Perencanaan Digital Marketing menggunakan model kerangka SOSTAC (Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, Controls), secara terstruktur dapat menggambarkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Digital Marketing yang tepat bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable asset for companies to improve the quality of products or services, so optimizing an effective workforce is an effort to maintain performance. With the increasing demand for certification, the number of officers needed will also increase. Then it became a problem of uneven workload assigned to officers in the PCC division of PT. Z. To achieve maximum productivity and performance, this study was conducted to know the factors causing the mental workload, and also to calculate the optimal number of officers according to the competencies and responsibilities of each officer. The NASA-TLX method will be used to subjectively determine the weight of the workload. Based on the results of the NASA-TLX calculations, the average WWL is up to 71.4 which is classified as the 'Overload' category. Two of the three officers are classified as overload with a total WWL of each position being 79.67 and 81.67. Meanwhile, the Full-Time Equivalent method is used to determine the workload related to the work itself, performance, and allowance factors. Based on the results of the FTE calculation, it shows that two of the three officers are also categorized as 'overload' with each index being 1.63 and 2.42. The results of the FTE index show that the optimal number of officers requires hiring 2 people for each position in certification and quality management. The company should review the activity elements of each work unit and move the activity elements from the overload officer to the underload officer to get a normal workload

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu industri yang memproduksi genteng di Jatiwangi. PT. XYZ menetapkan 4 alternatif distributor yang akan diurutkan prioritas pemenuhan pemesanannya meliputi distibutor AT, PA, PD, dan SU. Setiap distributor memiliki keunggulan dan kekurangan masing-masing yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh perusahaan. Oleh karena itu setiap distributor dibandingan dengan kriteria yang paling penting hingga kriteria yang tidak terlalu penting. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana memilih distributor yang terbaik untuk PT. XYZ berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria yang ditetapkan dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan keputusan yaitu Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil dari pengolahan data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan software super decision berupa ranking kriteria dan ranking alternatif distributor. Urutan ranking kriteria mulai dari yang paling penting hingga tidak terlalu penting meliputi kondisi keuangan, kemampuan pemasaran, isu strategis, komitmen dalam bekerja sama, fasilitas pengangkutan barang, jumlah tenaga kerja dan metode pembayaran. Urutan ranking alternatif distibutor berdasarkan bobot terbesar hingga terkecil yaitu distributor AT, PD, PA dan SU.

Abstract

Baglog is a growing medium for oyster mushrooms by mixing several ingredients. This study aims to determine the effect of the composition dose on fungal growth. This study uses an experimental design with the Taguchi method to determine the internal factors that influence the composition of the baglog. The Taguchi method is a method of engineering for improving products that can be done quickly and requires low costs but produces high-quality products. In the experimental design, the Taguchi method reduces the effects of the causal factors without eliminating them. The experiment is to find the most significant value from the calculation results of the Taguchi method is Larger to the better. The results of the experiments show the highest value based on the calculation. Bigger is better, namely 250ml of water, 70gr of bran, 2 minutes of stirring time, and clockwise stirring technique.

Abstract

This study focuses on the problems in the use and maintenance of centrifugal pumps at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT) in Indonesia. This study specifically looks at the 110-J pump, which is critical to the production process as its failure can result in a shut down of the factory. The study analyzes the history card of the pump over the period of 2015 to 2021 and identifies that there have been multiple repairs due to high vibration, shaft bending, and other internal damage caused by differences in throat bushing sizes. The study calculates that the average loss due to these issues is around IDR 122,012,857 annually and that the repair work takes about 5 working days. The study uses quality improvement tools plan, do, check, action (PDCA) identify the problems and formulate improvement efforts to increase the usage period and reduce maintenance costs. This study is important for improving the reliability of the production process and ensuring the availability of urea and NPK fertilizer, particularly in Indonesia. Result of this research is the decrease in the frequency of pump repairs from 3.7 times per year to none and accelerate pump assembly from 5 days to 3 working days.Keywords: Centrifugal pumps, shaft bending, maintenance, quality improvement tools, vibration

Abstract

Peningkatkan daya saing industry kecil batik Trusmi salah satu cara yang bisa ditempuh adalah dengan mengembangkan kapabilitas ataupun kompetensi perusahaan didukung oleh keahlian mendisain batik dan memproduksi batik sehingga SDM batik harus dijamin ketersediaannya. Upaya untuk kesediaan SDM bidang batik melalui Community Learning Centre sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan usaha batik. Community Learning Centre adalah Pusat Kelompok yang melaksanakan pembelajaran mandiri mengenai desain dan proses pembuatan batik Trusmi di Kawasan Klaster Industri Kecil Batik Trusmi Cirebon. Pemasaran menembus pasar internasional maka perlu  peningkatan kompetisi global bagi usaha batik, untuk menanggapi kondisi tersebut maka usaha batik harus memiliki daya saing. Perusahaan manufaktur harus mengadopsi dan mengimplementasikan strategi manufaktur jika ingin tetap memiliki keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui strategi manufaktur dan strategi bersaing berpengaruh terhadap community learning centre. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Struktural Equation Modelling (SEM), dengan  indikator dari strategi manufaktur antara lain: biaya, fleksibilitas, inovasi, teknologi, pengetahuan, kemampuan, kualitas, suplayer dan delivery. Indikator dari strategi bersaing antara lain: diferensiasi murni, fokus, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk dan pengembangan pasar. Indikator dari kinerja perusahaan antara lain: keuntungan, perkembangan, efisiensi, produktifitas dan kepuasan konsumen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi manufaktur berpengaruh terhadap strategi bersaing. Strategi bersaing juga berpengaruh terhadap community learning centre. Kemudian strategi manufaktur berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sehingga Daya Saing industri kecil batik Trusmi dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan strategi manufaktur yang tepat berdasarkan indikator-indikator yang telah diteliti.

Abstract

Postur tubuh yang tidak sesuai akan menimbulkan resiko muscoleskeletal disorders (MSDs). Postur kerja yang dilakukan buruh angkut terdiri dari mengambil, mengangkat dan meletakkan benda yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang, sehingga resiko MSDs sering terjadi seperti keluhan nyeri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Gudang perum Bulog untuk mengidentifikasi resiko kerja postur tubuh buruh angkut yang digunakan sebagai referensi dalam mencegah resiko kecelakaan kerja. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner NBM (Nordic body map), RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) dan REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) dengan pengambilan data pada 30 buruh angkut.  Berdasarkan kuisioner NBM didapatkan bagian tubuh paling beresiko cedera adalah “bahu kanan” dengan presentase “sangat sakit” sebesar 53,33%. Analisa menggunakan RULA pada aktifitas mengambil, mengangkat dan meletakkan berada pada skor 7 yaitu kategori level “tinggi”. Adapun menggunakan REBA, pada ke tiga aktifitas tersebut menunjukkan skor 10-12 dengan level resiko “sangat tinggi”. Skor RULA dan REBA merekomendasikan tindakan perbaikan agar dapat dilakukan sesegera mungkin.

Abstract

PT. LV is a manufacturing company focusing on precision plastic injection molding and electronic assembly. One of PT. LV manual systems is the Inspection Check Sheet (ICS). There is an indication of wrong decision-making regarding the inaccurate data of characteristics dimension of a part which causes the part to be detained. Based on the results of observations from June to August 2023. The number of inaccurate data at the ICS has 13 cases, with the total quantity of retained parts is 6496. There are several disadvantages if it is still done by manually. First, the average time consumed for the current system process takes 2 minutes and 45 seconds. Second, found seven unnecessary repetitive activities. Third, the approval process by Quality Control Supervisor takes once a week. Therefore, this study aims to design a digital ICS system using System Development Life Cycle methodology in order to make inspection check sheets more efficient. Then, the implementation of digital ICS system held from October to December 2022. In its implementation is successfully reducing the number of inaccurate data and retained part significantly to become 0 cases. The impact of designing digital ICS system reduces time consume 72,34% become 46 seconds. There are no more repetitive data input activities. Last, an approval process is done digitally using the digital ICS system.

Abstract

The XYZ bakery produces around 2000 bread every day, with large production results, of course, quite a lot of risks in the production process ranging from the availability of raw materials, production failures, to delays in shipping. This can cause losses to The XYZ Bakery, so it is necessary to prevent and control it to reduce the losses arising from the risks that occur. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk of supply chain using the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method until the risk priority is obtained for further determination of mitigation strategies at the XYZ bakery. The matrix limit results show the highest risk weight is the risk of bread that is not sold, which is 0.193759, so this risk will be a priority risk to be mitigated. Alternative mitigation is obtained by brainstorming at a bakery and sees previous journal research. Based on calculations with the ANP method, the mitigation priority selected to be applied to the XYZ bakery is to sell bread at discount or donated prices.

Abstract

PT. A Tbk. is a company engaged in tire manufacturing, conditionally based on MTO or what is called make to order and MTS or called make to stock. The company has activities in producing tires for 2-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles), 4-wheeled (passenger sedans), or more. During the last 6 months (July to December 2020), the company's productivity has experienced problems, especially in the curing area caused by quality problems where tire product defects (blister bead) occur. Blister bead is a scrap in the curing area, where the scrap is in the form of air trapped in the tire bead which causes waste in the production. To overcome this, research was conducted using the PDCA method approach. The PDCA method is a continuous improvement process. This method carries out a systematic and continuous improvement process. The PDCA method has the advantage of taking corrective action and quality improvement once the root cause has been identified. Scrap blister bead in the period July to December 2020 is 0.095%. After making improvements to several factors, scrap blister bead decreased in the period January to April 2021, namely 0.021%. The scrap decline rate reached 0.78%.
