Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of West Nusa Tenggara Province Transportation Department employees in the air sector. The population in this study were employees who worked in the air field at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Transportation Department with a total of 25 employees. This research is a quantitative study conducted by distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents and doing documentation, and processing data using SPSS 16.0 Windows application. Based on the results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on the work productivity of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Transportation Department employee in the air sector Agustus 2018 and has an influence of 40%, the remaining 60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the effect of customer value on customer satisfaction Indonesia Air Asia Airlines Domestic Flight SUB-DPS Routes in Terminal Two Juanda Airport Surabaya. The object of this research is the customers of Air Asia Domestic Flight SUB-DPS Route in Juanda Airport Terminal Two Surabaya. This study uses quantitative medote, the independent variable (X) in this study is the customer value and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is customer satisfaction. With a population of 158, the data analysis method used is simple linear regression. Data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing using SPSS V.22 software tools. The results of data processing are obtained that the customer value variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction indicated by the value of t count of 0.487 <1.981 from t table and a significant value of 0.487b> 0.05 significant probability. So Ha is accepted and H1 is rejected. The effect of customer value on customer satisfaction is shown by R Square of 0.004 (0.4%) so that there is no effect on customer value on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan maskapai penerbangan menutut pihak Lion Air untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang optimal demi meningkatkan jumlah konsumen. Upaya tersebut diantaranya difokuskan pada upaya meningkatkan pelayanan demi kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perusahaan, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen Lion Air baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Lion Air; (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Lion Air; (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen Lion Air; dan (4) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara citra perusahaan, kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen Lion Air

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisishak-hak penyandang disabilitas ditinjau dari hak asasi manusia serta perlindungan hukum hak-hakpenyandang disabilitas dibidang transpotasi udara.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif yaitu, mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan dan regulasi yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlindungan hukum hak-hak penyandang disabilitas dapat ditemukan dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan, peraturan pemerintah dan peraturan menteri

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze macro factors consist of Inflation Rete, Dolars Kurs, and World Oil Price on Stock Price of Transportation Sub Sectors Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchanges between 2016-2018. As such the goal of this research is to determine the influence of makro economic factors on transportation stock price. The sampels in these research are picked with purposive sampling method with 10 Transportation Company. The analiysis technique used in this research is multiple regression. The partly (t-test) concludes that inflation do not have significant effect on stock price, Kurs have significant effect on stock price in 0.1 significancy level and world oil price have significant effect on stock price with 0.05 significancy level

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mana yang lebih efisien diantara teknologi self check-in atau system check-in konvensional. Untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang membuat salah satu model check-in lebih banyak penggunanya dibandingkan model lainnya.Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Objek penelitian di Terminal 3 Bandar Undara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta Cengkareng. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, Dokumentasi, Wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Metode check-in konvensional lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan self-check-in melihat banyaknya pengguna, juga faktor yang menyebabkan model check-in konvensional lebih diminati dibandingkan self-check-in dikarenakan faktor humanity (petugas yang berada diarea check-in) dan faktor pengetahuan penumpang yang masih kurang memahami perkembangan-perkembangan yang ada termasuk self-check-in

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic factors, namely world oil prices, dollar exchange rate and BI Rate partially on share prices of transport companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2014 to 2018. This research is a quantitative study that uses quantitative time series data for 5 (five) years. The independent variables used in this study are the oil price (X1), the dollar exchange rate (X2) and the BI Rate (X3) with the dependent variable being the stock price (Y). Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 15. The results show there is a significant negative effect on world oil prices and dollar exchange rate on stock prices. World oil prices and dollar excange rate will have an impact on rising company costs, thereby reducing profits. The decline in profits will affect the level of demand that will be reduced to the stock so that the stock price will fall. While BI Rate has a significant positive effect on stock prices because investors in transport companies are foreign investors who are interested in investing when a country's interest rates rise. The demand for shares from foreign investors will increase with the increase in the BI Rate and will cause an increase in share prices

Abstract

The implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Pontianak Supadio International Airport. This study uses qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that the application of Total Quality Management to the quality of service of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) has been well implemented. The implementation of Total Quality Management has been granted rights to passengers in accordance with the standards of passenger service while at the airport. Companies still need to make continuous improvements, especially in adding the number of personnel needs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the search for factors that influence the performance of employees at the Aerospace Technology College. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools, the subjects of this study are STTKD employees. Factors that influence employee performance which is one of the important factors in improving company performance making it easier for companies to focus on factors that significantly influence the performance of STTKD employees. The results of this study prove that the factors of motivation, leadership, compensation and organizational climate have a significant influence on employee performance
