Abstract

Studying the munasabah of the Qur'an can be considered important, but in the development of the Qur'anic sciences, the science of munasabah of the Qur'an is a scientific discipline, sometimes it is studied, sometimes it is not. Because the issue of munasabah is included in the category of ijtihad, the rules are also ijtihadi. the legendary Egyptian cleric al-Zarkasyi is one of the oldest 'Ulum Al-Qur'an writers. Al-Burhan Fi 'Ulum Al-Qur'an is the eternal witness of his most monumental work. Although this book has been less popular since his death, but the presence of al Suyuthi, who lived about two centuries later, made this work shine again and became a famous work through al Itqan fi Ulum Al-Qur'an. This paper describes the munasabah from the book Al-Burhan Fi 'Ulum Al-Qur'an. This research model is entirely a literature study, in this case the primary data is the work of Master piece Al-Zarkasyi. Meanwhile, secondary data sources include other references written by intellectuals, either in the form of comments, analyzes or academic works. According to Al-Zarkasyi, munasabah is an attempt by human thought to explore the secret of the relationship between verses or letters that can be accepted by reason. He discussed Munasabah after discussing asbabul nuzul. In terms of its nature, munasabah can be divided into two types, Zahirul Irtibathi, and Khafi Irtibathi. While Munasabah can be in the form of amm-khash in one theme; relationships according to logical reasoning ('aqli), relationships according to sensory perception (hissi), relationships based on contemplation (khayyali). Or also munasabah in terms of cause and effect (illah-ma'lul/sabab-musabbab); comparison (tandhir) and opposite relationship (madladdah). Or the framework of external latent relationships (al-talazum al-khariji). There are two patterns of munasabah introduced by al-Zarkasyi in the book al-Burhan fi 'Ulum al-Qur'an. First, the pattern of discussion between letters and the second between verses. Mengkaji munasabah al-Qur’an dapat dianggap penting, tapi dalam perkembangan ilmu-ilmu Alquran, ilmu munâsabah Alquran merupakan disiplin ilmu kadang dikaji kadang tidak. Karena persoalan munasabah termasuk dalam kategori ijtihad, maka kaidah-kaidahnya pun bersifat ijtihadi. seorang ulama legendaris Mesir al-Zarkasyi merupakan salah satu penulis ‘Ulum Al-Qur’an tertua. Al-Burhan Fi ‘Ulum Al-Qur’an merupakan saksi abadi karyanya yang paling momumental. Meskipun kitab ini kurang populer sejak sepeninggalnya, namun kehadiran al Suyuthi, yang hidup sekitar dua abad sesudahnya, menjadikan karya ini kembali bersinar dan menjadi sebuah karya yang terkenal melalui al Itqan fi Ulum Al-Qur’an. Tulisan ini menggambarkan tentang munasabah dari kitab Al-Burhan Fi ‘Ulum Al-Qur’an. Model penelitian ini adalah sepenuhnya studi kepustakaan, dalam hal ini data primer adalah karya Master piece Al-Zarkasyi. Sedangkan Sumber data sekunder, mencakup referensi-referensi lain yang ditulis para intelektual, baik berupa komentar, analisa maupun karya-karya akademik. Menurut Al-Zarkasyi munasabah merupakan upaya pemikiran manusia untuk menggali rahasia hubungan antar ayat atau huruf yang dapat diterima akal. Ia membahas soal Munasabah sesudah membahas asbabul nuzul. Dari segi sifatnya munasabah dapat terbagi menjadi dua macam, Zahirul Irtibathi, dan Khafi Irtibathi. Sedangkan Munasabah dapat berupa amm-khash dalam satu tema; hubungan menurut penalaran logika (‘aqli), hubungan menurut pencerapan inderawi (hissi), hubungan berdasarkan kontemplasi (khayyali). Atau juga munasabah dalam kerangka sebab dan akibatnya (illah-ma’lul/sabab-musabbab); pembandingan (tandhir) dan hubungan berlawanan (madladdah). Atau kerangka hubungan laten eksternal (al-talazum al-khariji). Ada dua pola munasabah yang dikenalkan oleh al-Zarkasyi dalam kitab al- Burhan fi ‘Ulum al-Qur’an. Pertama, pola munasabah antar surat dan kedua munasabah antar ayat.

Abstract

Ideally, education can be accessed by every level of society. There are still problems in the world of education, especially for people with low incomes. The potential of waqf is being promoted and developed in this country. But it is unfortunate that the financing has only been allocated only as a strengthening of state finances in the form of buying sukuk. Governance has great potential in realizing a quality Islamic Educational Institution so that it can be reached by anyone, so through this research, the researcher proposes to the Indonesian waqf agency to also participate in developing National scale Islamic education that can be accessed by anyone, given the huge potential for waqf, especially in Indonesia. Where there are several quality and large educational institutions abroad because of the independence of their institutions which are financed by waqf. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted in order to aim at a quality Islamic Education Institution through the empowerment of waqf. Idealnya Pendidikan dapat di akses oleh setiap lapisan masyarakat. Masih adanya problematika dalam dunia Pendidikan terlebih bagi masyarakat yang berpenghasilan rendah. Potensi wakaf sedang digalakkan dan dikembangkan di negeri ini. Tetapi sangat disayangkan pembiayaannya baru dialokasikan hanya sebagai penguatan keuangan negara dalam bentuk pembelian sukuk, tata Kelola memilki potensi besar dalam mewujudkan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas sehingga dapat dijangkau oleh siapa saja, maka melalui penelitian ini, peneliti mengusulkan kepada badan wakaf Indonesia juga ikut mengembangkan Pendidikan Islam skala nasional yang dapat diakses oleh siapa pun, meningat potensi wakaf begitu besar khusunya di Indonesia. Dimana ada beberapa lembaga pendidikan di luar negeri berkualitas dan besar karena kemandirian lembaganya yang dibiayai oleh wakaf. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar bertujuan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas melalui pemberdayaan wakaf.

Abstract

This paper focuses on discussing zakat assets. The discussion taken is the review of the Syafi'iyah scholars regarding the legal status of distributing zakat assets to disaster victims and the legal status of using zakat assets for home renovation and business capital. Discussing the problem of distributing zakat to disaster victims will not be separated from the theory of zakat itself. Because to know the legal status, we also have to know which category the mustahik fall into, which are the victims of the disaster, they are entitled to receive zakat assets or not. Not many classic books from the Shafi'i Imams discuss the distribution of zakat assets for disaster victims, but several books discuss this matter. Based on the theory and data obtained, disaster victims are categorized into three mustahik: the indigent, the poor, and the ghorim. However, after being analyzed, what is more, realistic is to include them in the poor category because their situation at that time was very in line with the definition of poor. It indicates that the legal status of the zakat is valid. The second concerns the legal status of using zakat assets for home renovation and business capital. Based on the theory and data collected, the legal use is considered valid because it is under the purpose of zakat, namely eliminating poverty; even zakat funds are very beneficial for the survival of mustahik, not only in the short term and long term. Tulisan ini fokus membahas harta zakat. Pembahasan yang dilakukan adalah kajian ulama Syafi'iyah mengenai status hukum penyaluran harta zakat korban bencana dan status hukum pemanfaatan harta zakat untuk renovasi rumah dan modal usaha. Membahas masalah pendistribusian zakat kepada korban bencana tidak akan lepas dari teori zakat itu sendiri. Karena untuk mengetahui status hukumnya, kita juga harus mengetahui golongan mustahik yang mana yang menjadi korban bencana, apakah mereka berhak menerima harta zakat atau tidak. Tidak banyak kitab klasik Imam Syafi'i yang membahas tentang pembagian harta zakat untuk korban bencana, namun beberapa kitab membahas hal ini. Berdasarkan teori dan data yang diperoleh, korban bencana dikategorikan menjadi tiga mustahik: fakir, miskin, dan ghorim. Namun setelah dianalisis, yang lebih realistis adalah memasukkan mereka ke dalam kategori miskin karena keadaan mereka saat itu sangat sesuai dengan definisi miskin. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa status hukum zakat itu sah. Kedua menyangkut status hukum penggunaan harta zakat untuk renovasi rumah dan modal usaha. Berdasarkan teori dan data yang terkumpul, penggunaan hukum dianggap sah karena sesuai dengan tujuan zakat, yaitu menghilangkan kemiskinan; bahkan dana zakat sangat bermanfaat bagi kelangsungan hidup mustahik, tidak hanya dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the role played by the Sharia Supervisory Board in Amil Zakat Institutions in Indonesia. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method using literature study data as the primary data and observations as supporting data. The results of this study show that the Sharia Supervisory Board plays a role in implementing sharia compliance of zakat institutions as supervisors and advisers. The role of DPS empirically, apart from providing sharia opinions, sharia fatwas. It has become the role of DPS to provide zakat-related education to actors in zakat institutions. DPS has a vital and positive role in the quality of financial reporting because, on the other hand, muzakki requires transparency and accountability for using zakat funds. The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) must ensure that zakat funds are calculated correctly, reported transparently, and distributed evenly to zakat recipients. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas peran Dewan Pengawas Syariah dalam Lembaga Amil Zakat di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data studi literatur sebagai data primer dan observasi sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Pengawas Syariah berperan dalam implementasi kepatuhan syariah lembaga zakat sebagai pengawas dan pembina. Peran DPS secara empiris, selain memberikan opini syariah, fatwa syariah. Sudah menjadi peran DPS untuk memberikan edukasi terkait zakat kepada para pelaku di lembaga zakat. DPS memiliki peran vital dan positif dalam kualitas pelaporan keuangan karena di sisi lain, muzaki membutuhkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas penggunaan dana zakat. Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) harus memastikan dana zakat dihitung dengan benar, dilaporkan secara transparan, dan didistribusikan secara merata kepada penerima zakat.

Abstract

In the digital information era such as today, where everyone can express their ideas, it is like a double-edged sword with a contradictory angle between positive and negative. Among the negative ones is the rampant doctrine of "truth and safety claims" that always appear amid society due to fanaticism for specific thoughts and sure scientists. This research seeks to reveal Ghazali's thoughts on alternatives in building Islamic epistemology with an "intuitive" method. Ghazali cannot fully accept the courage that is obtained through the way of "empiricism" and "rationalism" because he considers both of them deceptive. To reach the truth, he offers an integrative approach that unites reason and revelation on the one hand and between Sufism and Shari'a on the other. Ihya Ulum al-Din, the most significant work, Ghazali, is a concrete manifestation of this integrative thought, especially between fiqh and tasawuf (shari'a and essence). This work received a large audience and was widely accepted in the Islamic world, especially in Indonesia. Di era digital informasi sekarang ini dimana semua orang dapat mengepresikan gagasanya laksana pisau bermata dua dengan engle yang kontradiktif antara positiv dan negatif. Diantara sekian yang negatif adalah maraknya doktrin “klaim kebenaran dan keselamatan” selalu muncul ditengah-tengah masyarakat, karena kefantikan pada pemikiran tertentu dan ilmuwan tertentu pula. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengungkap pemikiran Ghazali dalam membangun epistemologi Islam dengan metode “intuisi” . Ghazali tidak dapat menerima sepenuhnya keberan yang diperoleh melalui pancaindera “empirisme”, juga akal “rasionalisme”, karena keduanya dianggapnya suka menipu. Dalam upaya meraih kebenaran, beliau menawarkan alternative pendekatan “integrative” yang menyatukan antara akal dan wahyu di satu pihak, dan antara tasawuf dan syariat di lain pihak. Karya tebesar Ghazali, Ihya Ulum al-Din, merupakan wujud nyata dari pemikiran integrative itu, khususnya antara fiqih dan tasawuf (syariat dan hakkekat). Karya ini mendapat aundiensi besar dan diterima secara luas di dunia Islam khususnya di Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper is a contribution and a piece of Da’wah work towards eradicating syncretic practice and the worship ancestors (Likya) among Eggon Erro people in Eggonland. The study revealed that religious syncretism is common among many Eggon Erro Muslims, but its main contention was that it had a negative influence on a lot of them. If continual awareness and Da'wah could be carried out, the problem will be eradicated. This study was conducted using a survey method, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results of this study showed the need for a sustainable Da'wah to combat the issue of syncretism that many Eggon Erro Muslims are into, and their persistent indulgence in syncretic practices and its effects on their faith (Iman). While acknowledging the efforts of some Muslim scholars to end this endemic problem, this study reveals that Tauheed is not well inculcated into the minds of many Eggon Erro Muslims yet. Therefore, for the purpose of effectively instilling practical Tauheed in their minds, a concerted effort is required among all stakeholders in the task of spreading Islamic education in the communities of the Eggon Erro. The paper concluded that educating the youthful population and the elderly through Islamic education would go a long way to eradicate this menace.

Abstract

The family is part of the community, a field for preachers to carry out preaching activities. This working paper aims to describe the ethics that must be used when da'wah is carried out in the family environment according to an Islamic perspective. The method used in this research is a literature review by outlining the example of the previous Prophets and Apostles that can be used as a model in building da'wah within the family in the current conditions. Based on the studies conducted, the Prophets and Apostles used the language of the people who were the object of da'wah so that they could understand it. The language in question also has a broad meaning, namely the customs or traditions that apply in society that do not come out of Islamic values ​​, so they accept them easily. Prophet Muhammad SAW. Used Arabic in preaching so that the Arabs quickly understood it. The following model is Prophet Ibrahim, who preached in the family using affection and without coercion. Exemplified in the Qur'an that preaching is an obligation that must be done well and without forcing it because its success is guidance determined by Allah SWT. Likewise, da'wah in the family environment must be carried out with good ethics.

Abstract

At the beginning of the XIX century, the world's people entered a new phase of life. But this era gave birth to a more complex and "expensive" social face. The industry is a main form that inundates the community's yard. The spirit of individualism creates a quasi-binary opposition. Strong-weak, rich-poor. One by one, various ideologies emerged as the antithesis of Capitalism, from socialism-communism to democratic socialism. Then came the new idea of the renaissance of religious socialism. Religious socialism has been born since the prophets were sent as caliphs on earth. Learning from the history of the struggle of the saints who sought to liberate the oppressed, religious socialism tries to pave the way for an alternative solution, the fourth path. Ali Shari'ati first used this paradigm when he strongly criticized the two great ideological empires, socialism and capitalism. According to Shari'ati, socialism in Islam can be functionalized into a central view of life philosophy of bringing people to make social changes. In terms of international politics, Ali Shari'ati's Religious Socialism was more closely associated with the political constructs that were taking place in Iran at the time. By using a qualitative approach and making his scattered works and thoughts and expert analysis related to his thoughts the sources in this article. Di awal abad ke-19, masyarakat dunia memasuki babak baru kehidupan. Namun era ini melahirkan wajah sosial yang lebih kompleks dan “mahal”. Industri merupakan bentuk utama yang menggenangi pekarangan masyarakat. Semangat individualisme menciptakan kuasi-biner oposisi. Kuat-lemah, kaya-miskin. Satu persatu berbagai ideologi muncul sebagai antitesis Kapitalisme, mulai dari sosialisme-komunisme hingga sosialisme demokratik. Kemudian muncul ide baru tentang renaisans sosialisme religius. Sosialisme keagamaan telah lahir sejak para nabi diutus sebagai khalifah di muka bumi. Belajar dari sejarah perjuangan para wali yang berusaha membebaskan kaum tertindas, sosialisme religius mencoba membuka jalan bagi solusi alternatif, jalan keempat. Ali Syari'ati pertama kali menggunakan paradigma ini ketika mengkritik keras dua imperium ideologi besar, sosialisme dan kapitalisme. Menurut Syari'ati, sosialisme dalam Islam dapat difungsikan menjadi pandangan sentral falsafah hidup yang membawa manusia melakukan perubahan sosial. Dalam politik internasional, Sosialisme Keagamaan Ali Syari'ati lebih erat kaitannya dengan konstruksi politik yang sedang berlangsung di Iran saat itu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menjadikan karaya-karaya serta pemikirannya yang tersebar dan Analisa para ahli terkait pemikirannya menjadi sumber dalam artikel ini.

Abstract

The implementation of the zawaid takbir is one part of the implementation of the Eid prayer which is still being discussed in the community, especially because some people carry it out in an extraordinary manner by carrying out it only once in the first and second rak'ahs. This research focuses on examining critically in terms of the hadith view of K.H. Lanre Said as one of the most influential figures in South Sulawesi. This type of research is qualitative with the Critical studies approach method, specifically with the hadith criticism method to look further at the hadith views of K.H. Lanre Said. The results of this study indicate that of the two general conclusions from the hadith point of view described by K.H. Lanre Said in his phenomenal work, namely Adz Zikrah, found that these two conclusions were not in accordance with the conclusions of hadith scholars. What he concluded that the hadiths of takbir zawāid are all weak are not the case with the many arguments of the scholars who state that the hadiths of takbir zawāid are strong and argumentative hadiths to be used in the Eid prayers. Penerapan Takbir Zawaid menjadi salah satu bagian dari pelaksanaan salat Id yang masih menjadi diskusi di tengah masyarakat khususnya karena ada yang melaksanakannya di luar lazimnya pelaksanaan jumlah takbir zawāid tersebut dengan melaksanakannya hanya sekali takbir di rakaat pertama dan kedua. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji secara kritis dari segi hadis pendangan K.H. Lanre Said sebagai salah satu tokoh yang cukup berpengaruh di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penlitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode pendekatan Critical studies secara khusus dengan metode kritik hadis untuk melihat lebih jauh pandangan-pandangan hadis K.H. Lanre Said. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari dua kesimpulan umum dari sudut pandang hadis yang dijelaskan oleh K.H. Lanre Said dalam karya fenomenalnya yaitu Adz Zikrah ditemukan bahwa kedua kesimpulan tersebut belum sesuai dengan kesimpulan-kesimpulan ulama hadis. Apa yang disimpulkan olehnya bahwa hadis takbir zawāid seluruhnya lemah tidaklah demikian dengan adanya banyak argumentasi para ulama yang menyatakan bahwa hadis takbir zawāid adalah hadis yang kuat yang argumentative untuk digunakan dalam ibadah salat Id.

Abstract

Islam does not only teach how to worship rituals alone, but Islam also teaches how to deal with others, including buying and selling in installments or credit. This study aims to find out how the implementation of murabahah contracts on Al-Fazza Islamic credit. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to provide an overview of the phenomena and conditions occurring at the research location based on natural conditions. Sources of data in this study are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. This primary data was obtained through direct observation and interviews with related parties, while secondary data was data obtained from sources other than the respondents in the form of documents or archives. The results of this study indicate that AL-fazza mummy uses a sale and purchase contract or a murabahah contract. Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan bagaimana ritual ibadah semata, tetapi islam juga mengajarkan bagaimana tatacara bermuamalah dengan sesama termaksud dalam jual beli secara angsuran atau kredit. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad murabahah pada Al-Fazza kredit syariah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berupaya memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena dan keadaan terjadi di lokasi penelitian berdasarkan kondisi alamiah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait, sedangkan data sekunder data yang diperoleh dari sumber lain di luar responden berupa dokumen atau arsip. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AL-fazza murni menggunakan akad jual beli atau akad murabahah.
