Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using carbon fiber sheet (cfs) to bending behavior of reinforced concrete beams. The test object that became the object of this research is a reinforced concrete beam with the addition of cfs with size 20 cm x 30 cm x 220 cm. The number of beam test objects is 3 beams and 19 concrete quality control test objects. The test specimen is divided into three types: type I test specimen without reinforcement, type II specimen with 1 layer reinforcement and type III specimen with 2 layer cfs reinforcement. Flexural testing is done by placing a beam on two pedestals with a spacing between 200 cm and then loaded with two centralized loads with the distance between the two loads is 60 cm. The beams are loaded gradually until they reach the peak load. Each load stage recorded the amount of load and tensile reinforcement strain that occurred. The results showed that the addition of cfs can increase the bending capacity. In the case of yield capacity of non-reinforced beam bending, with 1 layer reinforcement and with 2 layer cfs strengthening are 1095 kgm, 2471 kgm and 3892 kgm, respectively. Improved bending capacity of beams with 1 layer reinforcement and with 2 layer cfs reinforcement of cuffs without reinforcing cfs are 126% and 255% respectively. Under ultimate circumstances, the bending capacity of the test specimen without reinforcement, with 1 layer reinforcement and with 2 cylinders reinforcement are 2380 kgm, 3500 kgm and 4655 kgm, respectively. Improved bending capacity of specimens by reinforcing 1 layer and beam with 2 lapiscfs retrofitting of test specimens without reinforcing cfs were 47% and 96% respectively.Keywords: cfs, bending capacity, reinforced concrete beams

Abstract

The value of travel time becomes an important part of profits in the assessment of a transportation project in terms of economic considerations. The time value is usually proportional to per-capita income, which is a fixed ratio to the income level. As for the limitations of the problem in this study is only done on a single market contained in the city of Meulaboh Business Market located at Jalan Daud Dariyah II Meulaboh City for the survey by way of filing questionnaires to kiosk owners and employees stalls Market Business as respondents , As well as compiling survey results into planned formats. The questionnaire data is inputted and then recapitulated to be analyzed by Kolmogorov-Sminnov Normality test method to ensure valid / normal data, and analysis ofspearman's rho and kendall's tau test methods in SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software. Based on the analysis of time value of go-and-go time of the seller, for the kiosk owner the time value goes 567,41 Rp / minute and the return time value is 108,18 Rp / minute. Sedangka for employees kiosk 691,68 Rp / minute (go) and 108,00 Rp / minute (go home). Furthermore, the results of the normality test stages by kolmogorov-smirnov with SPSS (Statistical Product andService Solution) method show that the output of the travel costs of owners and employees of kiosks (go-home), and the value of time owners and employees kiosk (go-go ) Value significance correction (Sig) <0.05, means that data is not normally distributed. Implementation on the data normality test (kolmogorov-smirnov) if the significance is below 0.05, means that the data has a significant difference with the normal raw data. Furthermore, non-parametric statistic is used with spearman's rho and kendall's tau, to know the relationship between travel cost and travel time value. The result of spearman's rho correlation shows positive number (+) on correlation coefficien, as well as correlation coefficien's correlation or tau indicates positive number (+) on correlation coefficien, meaning the greater the travel cost the greater the travel time. Abstract

Road service assessments need to be carried out periodically both structurally and non-structurally. The minimum servant standard (SPM) of the road is a measure of the road that must be implemented by the government that the road can be operated in accordance with the standards mandated by government regulations. The purpose of this research was to find out the level of service performance of the road network in Suak Indrapuri - Lapang and to see road connectivity in Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh. The evaluation results on the three road routes in Johan Pahlawan District showed that the accomplishment of SPM from accessibility aspects on route I was 0.148, route II was 0.133 and on route III 0.140 ?that it show did not meet the SPM standard for road network performance <1.50. While the ccomplishment of SPM from the aspect of mobility on route I was 0.099, route II 0.089 and on route III?0.094 ?that it show did not meet the SPM standard for road network performance <1.0. The application of SPM accomplishment from the aspect of accidents on route I 1,354, route II 1,507 and on route III 1,434 which shows that it has met the SPM standard for road network performance <2. The evaluation results of the SPM for road services have good road conditions which the SPM standard for road services of at least 60%. The evaluation results showed that on route I was 66.290%, route II was 66.292%. and on route III 66.259%. Realization of accomplishment of SPM connectivity up to 2018 47.62%, so the need for realization of accomplishment of regional connectivity SPM until 2019 can be achieved 100%.

Abstract

The construction industry is a sector that has a high level of risk both in terms of business risks, occupational health and safety risks. The lack of OHS implementation, resulting in increased work accidents in construction projects. OHS in the Construction Industry needs special attention, it can cause harm to workers, employers, the government and the community, which can be human casualties, property damage and the environment around the project. This study aims to determine the application of OSH in the New Building Care project at Nagan Raya Hospital and to determine the factors that influence OSH in the project. OSH evaluation is carried out by giving questionnaires to the project implementers then performed univariate and bivariate analysis to determine the relationship between variables. The number of respondents 25 people. The results obtained are the most dominant age 16-20 years and at least 42-44 years. The highest level of education in the group without school and the lowest S. The average work period of workers is 10-15 years by 40%. The results of univariate analysis, the frequency distribution for answers "less" is 61.5% for site managers, as well as implementers who answer "no" with a frequency of 60.0% and supervisors 41.7%. This indicates the lack of application of OSH to the project concerned. This is due to the lack of knowledge about OSH management systems and concepts both from the site manager as the project manager, implementer and supervisor so that workers do not get a proper understanding of the OSH.

Abstract

Teuku Umar University in Aceh Barat district of Aceh Province, with potency of earthquake prone according to earthquake zonation map of Minister of Public Works in 2010. The earthquake susceptibility affects the reliability of the building. One of them is the building of Rectorate Administration Building of Teuku Umar University. The building only have component of sloof structure, column, beam and floor plate, has long been neglected and suffered damage to its structure, so it needs to do a reliability investigation in the safety aspect of the building. The reliability investigation is done by field research and then the collecting of primary and secondary data. Concrete strength analysis do by using Concrete Hammer Test tool. Evaluation results show that there is minor damage to some sloof. Conditions of columns have calcification and exfoliation of concrete cover, so that the reinforcement conditions are corroded. While the elements of the beam and floor plate experienced a flexible crack at some point of the beam with a span length of 8 m and on the floor plate. The bending of the beam occurs due to underreinforced or under-dimensional beams that are less able to the load. The result of concrete strength test shows that the average compressive strength of column, beam and floor plate are 174,61 kg/cm2; 205,43 kg/cm2 and 285,17 kg/cm2 with compressive strength of each characteristic 106,85 kg/cm2; 139,69 kg/cm2 and 215,11 kg/cm2. The results of the review and assessment of the field analysis, the building belongs to the category of severe damage, but still feasible to use with some moderate repairs and weight repairs. Structural elements of the beams and columns need to be several repaired and some parts of the sloof and floor plate are moderately repaired. Key word— reliability of building, administrations building, Teuku Umar University

Abstract

One important factor in construction projects is wages , which is required for the measurement of labor productivity which will assist the contractor in project planning improvements to get the budget costs . Productivity can be used as a parameter in determining the duration of the activity , the amount of labor and cost . The main issues to analyze or measure the value of productivity / hour / person every type of work in determining wages .Objective analysis of the cost of construction , NFPA 2007 is calculated back to the ISO 2008. Based on research on building projects Tarbiyah Islamic Madrasah ( MTI ) is obtained for the installation of brick work piece rate according to ISO 2007 is not better when compared to ISO 2008 with unit price details work SNI 2007 amounted to Rp . 9,997 , - / org / m2 and according to ISO 2008 was Rp . 14,247 , - / Org / m2 , if it 's a brick wall stucco work on the calculation of unit wage according to ISO 2007 (Rp . 8,415 , - / org / m2 ) was no better as well when compared to ISO 2008 was Rp . 11,950 , - / Org / m2. In the ceramic work according to ISO 2007 Rp.24.788 , - / org / m2 no better also than ISO 2008 Rp . 52,615 , - / Org / m2 . In a painting according to ISO 2007 Rp . 2,560 , - / Org / m2 . not better as well when compared to ISO 2008 Rp . 3,520 , - / Org / m2. Keywords : labor productivity , wall , brick , wages.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur sipil seperti gedung dan jembatan masih sangat bergantung pada material beton. Perkembangan teknologi dan kemajuan dalam pembangunan infrastruktur menuntut kitauntuk terus mencari cara mendapatkan material yang berkualitas. Sementara itu ketersediaan material yang berasal dari sungai dan batuan alam semakin berkurang jumlahnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan tentang penggunaan material pengganti tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kapasitas lentur balok beton bertulang mutu tinggi dengan substitusi agregat kasar yaitu bongkahan kerak cangkang sawit yang merupakan limbah dari pengolahan pabrik kelapa sawit sebesar 40% dari volume agregat kasar. Pada penelitian ini diuji dua buah balok berukuran 15 x 30 x 220 cm, yaitu untuk substitusi agregat kasar sebanyak satu benda uji dan satu benda uji balok normal. Benda uji didisain untuk mengalami gagal lentur. Mutu baja (fy) yang digunakan untuk tulangan pokok sebesar 445,63 MPa dan tulangan geser sebesar  381,97 MPa, tulangan tarik yang digunakan berdiameter 15,8mm ulir, tulangan tekan diameter 11,9 mm ulir dan tulangan geser diameter 11,9 mm ulir. Nilai kuat tekan beton tanpa substitusi agregat (normal) yang didapat sebesar 60,652 MPa dengan FAS 0,30.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedua balok mengalami gagal lentur sesuai yang direncanakan. Kapasitas lentur balok normal yang dihasilkan sebesar 2,696. Lendutan maksimum pada BMT Cangkang Sawit Agregat Kasar (CSAK) dengan persentase besarnya lendutan terhadap BMT normal sebesar 112,057% dengan beban maksimum 208,570 kN. Perbandingan daktilitas balok BMT CSAK terhadap balok BMT normal sebesar 113,936%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa substitusi agregat kasar dapat meningkatkan nilai lendutan dan daktilitas pada beton mutu tinggi.

Abstract

This investigation was aim to find the illustration of structural steel design, using SAP2000 software, and to find how far the result different of structural steel by using ETABS. This investigation is background by the difference of design result by using both of the software. Is conducted by making simulation at two application software which used in structural steel design, those are SAP2000 and ETABS. The object were used is plane frame at 7 story steel structure building. The restrain at the structural steel frame is fixed. Both of software is determined by AISC LRFD 93 code. Structure is loaded by distributed load and point load, vertically and horizontally.Shear modulus on both application is cannot determined by the user. The structual design result shows there is no difference significanly for normal force diagram, shear force diagram and moment diagram. The design result shows the difference of structural check. The higher structural check value is 0.972 for SAP2000 and 0.920 for ETABS. Although both of structural check result of the design is different, the structure is still safe or it is not more than 1.00 value.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analize and identify the factors which will affect the operational cost of two-wheel motor vehicles (motorcycle), analyzing vehicle operating costs of two-wheel motorvehicles (motorcycle) and determining an adequate model for the operational cost of two-wheel motor vehicles (motorcycle) in  Tumpuk Ladang Village Kaway XVI Sub District. The dependentvariable is the journey that affect operational cost, while  the independent variable is the cost of fuel consumption cost of oil ( engine oil and transmission oil), the cost of replacemet tires (tire andinner tube), the cost of implementation of the service, the cost of spare parts and unexpected cost In conducting statistical test, processing data using statistical SPSS software. Then after the statistical test, followed by calculating the operational cost of vehicles of vehicles by type, capacity and the assembly which includes fixed cost and variable cost. Based on the results of this study the cost of fuel consumption and tire replacement is the most influence on operational cost. Model of vehicle operating cost analysis for motorcyle in Tumpok Ladang Village adalah Y = 78,426 + 0,004 X1 + 0,001X2 – 0,012X3 + 0,211X4 – 0,929X5 + 0,002X6.

Abstract

Jembatan Lamnyong adalah salah satu Jembatan yang menghubungkan pemakai jalan dari kawasan kota dan sekitarnya ke pusat pendidikan di Kota Banda Aceh. Akibatnya volume lalu lintas pada persimpangan Restoran Lamnyong mengalami kemacetan pada jam-jam sibuk. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, maka Pemerintah Propinsi Aceh merencanakan pembangunan Jembatan Lamreung–Limpok yang terletak di sebelah selatan Jembatan Lamnyong.Data yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah data volume lalu lintas, kecepatan perjalanan dan unit-unit biaya kendaraan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan manajemen lalu lintas dalam 3 skenario, yaitu skenario do nothing (kondisi existing), do something 1 (diasumsikan 50% volume lalu lintas kondisi existing beralih melewati Jembatan Lamreung–Limpok, Kabupaten Aceh Besar), dan do something 2 (pengalihan volume pada kondisi do something 1 ditambah 20% volume lalu lintas hasil penelitian mengenai persepsi masyarakat terhadap sarana dan prasarana lalu lintas (Jembatan Lamnyong dan Jembatan Lamreung-Limpok. Hasil analisis data, pada skenario do nothing diperoleh volume lalu lintas sebesar 584 smp/jam, skenario do something 1 sebesar 292 smp/jam dan do something 2 sebesar 409 smp/jam. Besar penghematan biaya operasional kendaraan pada skenario do something 1 dan skenario do something 2 masing-masing sebasar Rp.3.149.379.490,87.- per tahun dan Rp. 4.404.168.566,96.- per tahun. Penghematan waktu perjalanan yang diperoleh adalah 7 menit pada setiap perjalanan.Semakin banyak lalu lintas yang beralih menggunakan Jembatan Lamreung-Limpok maka semakin besar penghematan biaya operasional yang diperoleh.
