Abstract

Education changes behavior because with education there is a change in knowledge and with changes in knowledge will have an impact on changes in attitudes and actions, when education does not produce changes in behavior means there are problems in the education process. Educators must foster the creativity and imaginative of students to give birth to innovative behavior, so that they can improve the nation's competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to understand the appropriate educational model in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which emphasizes creativity and innovation. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by tracing and analyzing the implementation and results of the educational process with a focus on attention to behavior change. The results of this study found that the educational model must move to a new area created with creativity and imagination, not focusing on the fight against existing competition, this strategy encourages people to be more creative, create added value and be able to create new things.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of basic skills in teaching teachers at SMP Negeri 28 so that the learning done by the teacher is not optimal and results in student learning outcomes that are not as expected. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the basic teaching skills of teachers on integrated social studies learning outcomes of students of Merangin 28 Middle School. Kec. Batang Masumai. Kab. Merangin. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. Based on the results of Simple Regression siq value 0.003 <0.05, and a simple regression equation Ŷ = 19.890 + 0.541x, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted that there is a significant influence between the basic skills of teaching teachers on learning outcomes. Based on the Determination Coefficient is 23.6% this result shows that as much as 23.6% of learning outcomes are influenced by the basic skills of teacher teaching. The remaining 76.4% is influenced by factors. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the basic skills of teaching teachers on integrated social studies learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 28 Merangin students in the 2017/2018 school year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of community leaders in shaping the personality of adolescents, the efforts made by community leaders, as well as the obstacles faced in the formation of the personality of teenagers in Tanjung Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The research background is located in Tanjung Village, District Bathin VIII, Sarolangun District. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviewand documentation. The results of this study indicate that: The role of community leaders in the formation of adolescent personality is good, by olding programs specifically designed for adolescents so that teenagers can follow and can avoid the form of juvenile delinquency, as well as cooperating with parents as people in the first example by his child. Data collection techniques are through informants. The stages in analyzing the data are: reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. Based on the results of this study indicate the state of personality of adolescents is not good, the efforts made by community leaders in shaping the personality of adolescents in entrepreneurship is good, the obstacles faced come from adolescents, teenage parents, youth education, and communication and information technology that makes adolescents difficult to entrepreneurship. In conclusion, community leaders can shape the personality of adolescents in entrepreneurship, but it must be supported by teenagers and teenage parents themselves. His advice to community leaders must never stop making activities that can make teenagers' personality in entrepreneurship better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the siocial interactions that occur in the Assyria fishing pond. This research done by qualitative research methods, which resulted in descriptive data. Therefore the key instruments was the researcher. The data sources were owners of ponds, pool guards, and anglers. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found: the form of social interaction that has been on the fishing pond of the Assyria family is associative social interactions and social interactions dissociative. Relationships that occur mutually supportive relationships, no disputes, converge in one fishing culture by not releasing their respective cultures. Competence and contraversi are still happening, but do not break the surface. The benefits that can be learned from the fishing of Assyria with the occurrence of soial interactions was the creation of patience, training optimism, and enjoying enjoyment, which can only be felt by anglers, how beautiful fishing. The lesson and wisdom that can be taken is that there was the philosophical business by having a high patience and attitude.

Abstract

This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and job environment toward turnover intention level. The object of this research is employees or employees who work in construction engineering services and services company in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 66 respondents by using descriptive approach quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of this research shows that job satisfaction variable give negative and significant influence to turnover intention. The job environment has a negative and significant impact on the turnover intention of construction engineering and services company in Jakarta. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t test) which shows the value of the syndication of independent variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of workload, work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is private employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division). This analysis uses independent variables namely workload, work environment and career development. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that workload and career development have a positive effect on job satisfaction but partially and simultaneously, the environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division). This is evidenced from the partial results (t test) shows the significant value of the independent variable, namely the work environment of 0,000 which supports the hypothesis. In the test of Variance Analysis (ANOVA) in the multiple regression equation shows that the F-value is greater than the F-table (F = 38.536> F-table = 2.41) or the Probability Value is smaller than 0.05. The value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.846 and R Square (R2) is 0.715. The value of R Square (0.715) means that 69.7% of the contribution of job satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables namely workload, work environment and career development. Therefore the results of this research test state that there is a positive influence between workload variables, work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the service component standard of the Directorate General of Tax Information and Complaints Service Office and to identify the factors supporting the success of services at the Information and Information Services Office Complaints from the Directorate General of Tax. This study uses qualitative methods through interviews. The results show that there are several service standard components not included in the Information and Complaints Service Office's Standard Standards, namely cost/tariff requirements, infrastructure and/or facilities, implementing competencies, internal control, complaint handling, service guarantees, security guarantees, and performance evaluation executor. However, the Ministry of Finance has further stipulated which components must be included in the Standard Operating Procedures in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 131 / PMK.01 / 2015 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of Business Processes, Decision Making Framework and Standard Operating Procedures in Ministry of Finance environment. Even though it does not meet the components in the Public Service Act it is not considered a problem as long as it fulfills the components in the PMK. Supporting factors for service success begins with determining Strategic Targets and Key Performance Indicators, then supported by activities needed to achieve the targets of each of the Key Performance Indicators.

Abstract

This research is to know the effect of internal variables of Sharia Banks (amount of financing and operational expense than operating income (BOPO)) on Sharia Banks Performance (Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Asset (ROA) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) in Indonesia. The population in this research is the whole of Sharia Banks in Indonesia year of 2010 - 2017, with a sample of 6 Sharia Banks. The analysis tool uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS program. The results of research showed that internal variables of Sharia Banks (amount of financing and BOPO) have a positive and significant effect on Sharia Banks Performance (CAR, NPF, ROA and FDR).

Abstract

Accounting information system (AIS) is used to assist data processing in a company with the aim to optimize the performance of employees based on the duties and responsibilities of each employee. PT Andre Laurent currently still has obstacles in recording its inventory that causing the difference of inventory stock. This study aims to analyze the procedures of accounting information systems and implementation of internal controls in the company and to design proposals and also to implement a good accounting information system for the company. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method, data collection method by interview, observation or direct observation to the company, documentation and questionnaire is distributed to users of accounting information system proposed based on the discussion. The results of the research are such as the application of FIFO (First-In First-Out) method to inventory recording, improvement of procurement and expenditure procedures, and implementation of Accurate 5 Education Software that will optimize the company's operational activities.

Abstract

The research method is: quantitative research that uses the survey method in question is to explain the causal relationships or correlations commonly referred to as path analysis tools with analytical tools using the Lisrel SEM Program 8.8. Respondents were 199 employees at PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta.
