Abstract

This article aims to find out the thoroughness of mathematics learning outcomes of third grade students SD Islam Tarbiyatul Athfal Surabaya after the application of Talking Stick model. This type of research is a quasi experiment with Pre-test and Post-test group design. The population of all third grade students SD Islam Tarbiyatul Athfal Surabaya Lesson Year 2019/2020 amounted to 38 students and as a sample of class III3 taken at random. Data collection is done by test technique. The collected data were analyzed by using t test. Based on the results of the analysis data with the level of trust α = 0.05 obtained tcount (1.85)> ttable (1.68), so it can be concluded that the result of thematic learning of third grade students SD Islam Tarbiyatul Athfal Surabaya after applied Talking Stick method significantly completed . Average student learning outcomes of 79.97 and the percentage of complete students reached 79%.

Abstract

This study aims to explain Ibn Khaldun's view of the state. the country described according to Ibn Khaldun had a continuity between human society and the power of the state in counteracting the coming threat. although Ibn Khaldun did not clearly define the country but we can see the characteristics of the state described as having a leader, having knowledge and being authoritative to be able to regulate human society within the country. the results in this study that the state requires a law governing group solidarity so that it can be orderly and orderly and a state or power is a necessary instrument and becomes a necessity in a number of human societies. but religion in a country is not an issue that must be discussed because with the development and existing civilization that religion is not a matter that is relevant to the country.

Abstract

Islamic family law in Indonesia has become one of the changes in the legal culture that has occurred from time to time. One of these stagnations is the application of Islamic law to various theories, thus making the Arabization of Islam. This makes the stagnation of Islamic family law in Indonesia undergo renewal. This reform is one of the things that gave birth to various schools that can be used as benchmarks in Islamic family law. The purpose of this study is to explain the stagnation in Islamic family law in Indonesia that has been born since ancient times. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive-analysis type. The results of this study are expected that Islamic family law will move forward, followed by the development of acculturation in various regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of education is currently increasingly complex and education currently has an important role for students. This development will affect Islamic education, especially for students in the 21st century. Advances in technology, integration of technology will have an impact on the modernization of Islamic education which will be implemented according to the needs of the times. This study aims to determine the importance of Islamic education in the 21st century as well as to provide solutions to the problems that occur. The research method used in this research is based on literature studies using descriptive-analytic research type. The importance of Islamic education for students is deemed necessary to get attention at this time to get answers to the goals to be achieved so that it will create superior and highly competitive students according to creating creative and innovative characters in developments in the 21st century.

Abstract

The relationship between state and religion can be seen based on the civilization that will relate to the community, both groups and cooperation that existed at that time. This relationship is an interesting discussion, because in the past the relationship between state and religion was one of the biggest problems, because the uneven distribution of religion made this inseparable from the understanding of various groups. The factor that makes this relationship complicated is the absence of the right leader who can be relied on to find a solution to the problem. This study aims to explain the relationship between state and religion in the perspective of contemporary Islam so that we can see the relationship between these two in the past. The research method used is descriptive research so that we can see a picture of the events that occurred during the lamp period. The results in this study indicate that the role of leaders in the relationship between state and religion is one of the factors supporting the spread of religion in the past.

Abstract

The application of Islamic family law in the decision-making process at the Court is always a problem, because the references used by the Court are always diverse, consisting of various fiqh books from various schools of thought, which results in the emergence of a variety of Court decisions on similar cases. This is very worrying for legal officials, especially from the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Religion. With the enactment of the Compilation of Islamic Family Laws the legal vacuum has been filled, and the concerns of legal officials have been resolved. This study aims to explain the problems in contemporary Islamic family law in Muslim countries. This research method is carried out by literature study with the type of descriptive-analysis research. The results of this research in the preparation of Islamic family law have a transformation process that can be used as a guide.

Abstract

Moral education becomes the foundation in Islamic education to be able to develop and advance in the current era. Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim majority in the world so that in its development this moral education is important as a good Islamic education for the nation's generation. In this modern era, the problems that occur today are not only a lack of moral education in Indonesia, but also a lack of Islamic education so that these problems also develop together. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study with descriptive-analytical research type so that in conducting research it will rely on articles, books, journals and other relevant news. In dealing with the problem of moral education, there are various things that must be studied, such as the improvement of morals and morals that originate from the al-Qur'an and hadiths so that this generation has a strong faith and Islam. In addition, improving technology and information is one of the most important things. Based on the Islamic perspective, it is considered that the younger generation is not only decreasing in moral awareness, but has a good character.

Abstract

The value of tolerance is one of the values ​​that must be done by everyone in life. Tolerance among humans is done to make human diversity a superior value not a differentiating value. In Islamic education tolerance has a very broad meaning so that in studying this value it will provide more value in carrying out social life because the value of tolerance has a very good meaning in human life. The purpose of this study is to see and explain the development of tolerance in Indonesia in Islamic education so that we can see together that in Islam the value of tolerance has more value and is also studied. This study uses a literature study method using various articles, books, journals to support this research. Based on Islamic education in Indonesia, education in the value of tolerance has a value that can overcome the value of intolerance in religion so that the results of this research will increase the value of mutual tolerance according to Indonesian education. The results in this study indicate that in Islamic education, especially tolerance has a concrete meaning in tolerance so that this value can create tolerance for others and religion.

Abstract

This study aims to apply and find out the improvement of cognitive abilities in the method of playing puzzles. This type of research is classroom action research. The results of the study are as follows: There is an increase in cognitive abilities in the method of playing puzzles. This can be seen from the results of completeness of children's learning at the pre-cycle stage of children's cognitive development achievements in sorting puzzle pieces unfinished. Based on the research results of children's learning completeness in the first cycle phase of 46.15% with the criteria of Not Developing (BB) for an average of 63.46 with sufficient criteria, the second cycle of learning completeness by 84.6% with the criteria of Developing in Accordance with Expectations (BSH) for an average of 80.38 with Good criteria. Then it can be concluded that the impact of using the method of playing puzzles makes it easy for children to complete tasks and increase enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak adalah hal yang sangat penting dan harus diperhatikan oleh setiap orang tua. Anak sebagai investasi terbesar dan generasi penerus yang memerlukan pendidikan optimal dari orang tua. Orang tua adalah pendidik paling utama dan pertama bagi anak. Sehingga, keberhasilan dalam mendidik anak akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran orang tua dalam perkembangan pendidikan anak-anaknya. Orang tua bertanggung jawab mengontrol perkembangan pendidikan anaknya. Sehingga Islam menempatkan orang tua berada pada posisi tertinggi karena tanggung jawabnya yang begitu besar dan penuh ketulusan. Oleh karena itu, al-Qur’an dan hadis Nabi Saw memberikan tawaran jitu yang di dalamnya memuat banyak sekali pelajaran penting bagi umat manusia, termasuk di antaranya adalah tentang pendidikan anak oleh orang tua. Kandungan al-Qur’an dan juga hadis Nabi ini setidaknya menjadi solusi yang dapat memotivasi orang tua untuk meningkatkan pendidikan terhadap anaknya secara optimal dengan cara-cara terbaik. Dengan demikian umat Islam akan mempunyai generasi yang unggul dan akan meneruskan perjuangan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis-deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan yang di dalamnya memuat analisa terhadap problematika pendidikan anak, orang tua serta konsep pendidikan anak yang yang terkandung dalam al-Quran dan Hadis Nabi sebagai pedoman hidup manusia sepanjang zaman. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bisa diambil kesimpulan, bahwa Setiap anak memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan. Karena itu, orang tua memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan pendidikan terhadap anak dengan baik sebagaimana anjuran dalam Alquran dan hadis Nabi.
