Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) student learning taught by methods Role Playing higher thanstudents taught by lecture method in subjects Siroh. (2) There is an interaction effect between themethods of learning and emotional intelligence of students' learning outcomes in subjects Siroh. (3)Results Learning Siroh students who have high emotional intelligence higher if taught with methodsRole Playing instead of using teaching methods Lecture. (4) Results of learning Siroh the students whohave low emotional intelligence lower than taught methods Role Playing teaching methods LectureThis study used an experimental model. The target population is all students of class IV MIS. AlImaroh West Cikarang Bekasi Regency. Affordable population in this study were students of class IVMIS. Al-Imaroh Cikarang Barat. Samples were taken using sampling, multi-stage random samplingbased group factorial design, so that the selected 40 students.Instruments used to obtain the datathrough the variable learning methods Role Playing (A), emotional intelligence (B), and learningoutcomes Siroh (Y) using a Likert scale. Analysis of the reliability of the variables A and B dab Ycalculated by product Moment, the result of variable A at r table = 0.923, variable B of r table = 0.918and variabek Y of r table = 0.918 Data collection techniques were analyzed using descriptive analysisand inferential analysis such as ANOVA two lanes to test the hypothesis followed by Turkey or Scheffetest. With Liliefors and homogeneity testing using Bartlet test. Statistical tests showed that the data ofthe three variables normal and homogeneous.Results showed that: (1) the results of student learning are taught with methods Role Playinghigher than students taught by lecture method in subjects Siroh. (2) There is an interaction effectbetween the methods of learning and emotional intelligence of students' learning outcomes in subjectsSiroh. (3) Results Learning Siroh students who have high emotional intelligence higher if taught withmethods Role Playing instead of using teaching methods Lecture. Abstract

Transparency International has issued the corruption ranks for 2015 and Indonesia sits in 107positions, much better than the previous year position, which was in 114 positions of 174 investigatedcountries. However, this position is still far below Philippine, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore whosits in the thirties ranks. The efforts to eradicate corruption have been done through legal approach,building awareness and community participation through Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)and other institutions. Regardless, the corruption index is still high. This shows that the efforts thatcurrently implemented tend to be less effective. Hence, other alternatives, such as, strategic humanresource management needs to be looked at to optimize the community participation to prevent anddeter corruption. Further, this effort is expected to curb the number of corruption cases in Indonesia.The purpose of this research is to develop a model to build effective institutions internal environmentand healthy so it can hit as low as possible the occurrence of acts of corruption.This research uses explorative quantitative survey method, meanwhile, descriptive andregression analyses are used in data analysis. The dependent variable is the prevention and deterrenceof corruption (Y), whereas, the independent variables are organizational culture (X1), Competencies(X2), Leadership (X3), and Internal Monitoring (X4). The population of this research is the employeesat the Joglo village office of Kemanggisan sub-district, West Jakarta City. The total number ofpopulation is 25 people, which is also the total sample.The conclusions of this research are, among others: a) The regression model of corruption preventionand deterrence is Y = 4,94 + 6,08x1 – 0,155X2 – 0,058X3 + 0,176X4; b) organizational culture effectsignificantly to prevent acts of corruption and charms has the greatest influence among other freevariables so it should be a priority in the policy prohibit acts of corruption charms; c) competencieshave a negative effect against barring acts of corruption but the charms not significant so that it doesnot include priority in building barring corruption acts of charms. Smart, savvy employees are criticalbut would damage the organization when no mandate; d) influential leadership negatively to preventacts of corruption but the charms not significant so that it does not include prioritaas in building barringcorruption acts of charms; e) internal monitoring positive effect against barring acts of corruption butcharms the level of its influence under the organizational culture, so although not including priority inbuilding barring acts of corruption, but charms the need developed an internal system of control whichis associated with the culture of the organization

Abstract

This study constitutes an attempt to apply the Component Display Theory (CDT) as a knowledgebaseondesigningwritteninstruction.Itaimstoinvestigatetheeffectof“secondarypresentation”on;(1)students’overallachievement,(2)thelearningtargets:rememberconcept,anduseconcept. CDTrefers to two dimensions of instructional objectives and provides “primary” and “secondarypresentations.”The“primarypresentation”reflectsthemaininstructionalmessagescomprisingfourcomponents of presentation strategies based on the depth and the method of presentation. The“secondary presentation” elaborates the “primary presentation” to make it easier for learners toreceive, process, and record the information. CDT postulates that for every instructional objective thereis a combination of instructionalstrategycomponentsof“primary”and“secondarypresentations”that effectively strive for the achievement of the learning objectives. The study limits its scope to the useof(1)“primarypresentation”consistingofrules,examples,recall,andpractice,and(2)“primarypresentation”with“secondarypresentation”consistingofrules,examples,recall,practice,andgivingintroduction and feedback.The population of this study are second year students of Public Junior High School in Bekasi.The sample consists of 342 respondents, selected by random sampling. Quantitative analysis usingAnalysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was used to analyse data. Multiple choice questions test was usedtomeasurethestudents’achievement.The ANCOVA analysis finding showed; (1) students taught using “primary presentation”togetherwith“secondarypresentation”obtainedhighermeangainscoresonoverallachievementthan those taught using “primary presentation” only, and (2) the addition of the secondarypresentationincreasesstudents’achievementonlearningtargetsofrememberconcept and use concept

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors which influence on Mottled guardian HR performanceinformation security managers, analyze the relationship of those factors to the performance of HUMANRESOURCES, and analyze process architecture HR performance information security manager.Research data consists of primary data obtained directly through survey questionnaires and dataobtained through secondary examination against the literature and documents. The sampling methodis used in stratified random sampling is. From a population of 324 Crypto HR 140 people obtained assamples. This analysis method used in this research is the way the structure equation models (SEM)using Lisrel.The results showed the dominant factor of HUMAN RESOURCES Manager performance ofdeveloped desain of information security is the awareness of information security (Information SecurityAwareness/ISA), competence, perception of support organizations (Perceive OrganizationalSupport/posts), and motivation. As for the relationship of those factors is a good fit of the structuralmodel fit four (4) that the variable information security Awareness (ISA) significantly associated withvariable perceptions of Support Organizations (POS), variable perception of Support Organizations(POS) significantly associated with variable Motivations, variable Competence associated withvariable significant motivation, Motivation is related to significant and variable with variablePerformance.HR Manager-performance of developed desain of information security is done through a processof formation of a culture of security awareness information (ISA) to HR and all officials so thatinformation security is a requirement of the organization. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the development of web-based learning model. Stageby stage has been passed so well that the product will always maintained its quality because it is madeby prioritizing process.From the early stages, the formulation stage to the final stage which is the stage of utilization analysis.All done and well planned. This development attention on every detail of every phase of Dick and CareyModel, because a good process will produce a good learning media anyway. Although only as analternative to learning, web-based learning program is expected this could make a positive impact forthe future of learning in Education Technology.From the aspect of quality of content and learning objectives in the program obtained value of 4.00 andthis number is expressed quite well. Then from the aspect of quality instructional, get the value of 4.00which means that the quality is also good. In the following aspects of technical quality scored 4.50 andis stated to have the technical quality was quite good. For the overall value of the experts, the programhas gained value of 4.17 so stated this product is quite good.From the aspect of quality of content and learning objectives in the program obtained value of 4.00 anda number have otherwise been good. Then, from a quality instructional program is to get a value of4.75 which means that instructional quality is also good. In the following aspects of technical qualityscored 4.50 and the web is stated to have the technical quality is good. For the overall value of the user,then this program obtain a value of 4.42 so stated this product is quite good

Abstract

Tujuann penelitian ini adala untuk mengetahui secara empirik mengenai : (1) hubungan yangberarti antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam; (2) hubungan yang berartiantara kreativitas belajar melalui media virtual laboratorium dengan hasil belajar Ilmu PengetahuanAlam; (3) hubungan yang berarti antara disiplin belajar dan kreativitas belajar melalui media virtuallaboratorium secara bersama sama dengan hasil belajar Ilmu Pegetahuan Alam.Metode penelilian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasi yaituuntuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat yaitu variabel : (1)hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam sebagai variabel terikat (Y); (2) disiplin belajar sebagaivariabel bebas (X1); dan (3) kreativitas belajar siswa sebagai variabel bebas (X2). Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this cooperation is the evaluative research to know the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of UIA cooperation with partners, so that the results can be used to repair either substance and the implementation of cooperation in the future. Evaluation methods using survey with samples as many as 65 people were taken simple random from a population of 168 target fixed lecturer in UIA TA 2017/2018. Data analysis using descriptive with SPSS program. The result of this research show that opinions of the fixed lecttures about the quality of cooperation with partners from both the domestic and overseas: highly optimum = 1.5%;, Optimum = 44.7%; moderate optimum = 36.9%; less than optimum = 15.54% and very less than optimum = 1.5%. The average opinion of the respondents = 3.23 score , that means the quality of collaboration with UIA partners shows quality of "moderate optimum"; and this needs to be improve.

Abstract

The mastery of English vocabulary and student motivation have received a great deal of attention in Sekolah Victory Plus (SVP) Kindergarten. English is used as the language of instruction in all Kindergarten classes. In addition, students are also encouraged to express their feelings and opinions in English. The lack of Englishvocabulary in EY 2 Jupiter students have led to a decrease in students’ motivation in using English in daily learning and conversation. Therefore, students of EY 2 Jupiter need to be equipped with a proficient English vocabulary so that they can be motivated to express opinions clearly and to understand any explanation by teachers during lessons. The aim of this research is applying sociodramatic play method to improve Englishvocabulary mastery on garment and learning motivation of students in EY 2 Jupiter. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) with three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting where the subject of research is 18 students of Class EY 2 Jupiter at SVP TK Victory Plus. The data collection was done by conducting observations, tests, questionnaires and interviews and were then analyzed descriptively qualitative. Theresults showed that applying the method of sociodramatic play has led to an increase in vocabulary mastery in English and students’ learning motivation

Abstract

This study aimed to determine : ( 1 ) The difference in student learning outcomes treated with problem-solving learning method is higher than student learning outcomes treated with expository teaching methods , (2 ) interaction between learning method with cognitive style on learning outcomes of mathematics ; ( 3 ) the results of the mathematical learning of students who have cognitive style field independence givenlearning problem-solving methods of treatment is higher than the expository method , (4 ) the results of the mathematical learning of students who have cognitive style field dependence given treatment expository teaching method is higher than the problemsolving methods . The hypothesis in this study were 1 ) There are differences in student learning outcomes treated with the methods of learning and problem solving expository teaching methods ; 2 ) There is an interaction between cognitive styles and teaching methods on learning outcomes of mathematics ; 3 ) mathematics learning outcomes of students who have cognitive style field independence given learning problem-solving methods of treatment is higher than the expository method ; 4 ) mathematics learning outcomes of students who have cognitive style field dependence given treatment expository teaching method is higher than the methods of solving problems . The targetpopulation is the entire fourth grade students SDIT Al - Izzah Serang Banten which totaled 173 students . Samples were taken with a random sampling technique that randomly select each of the two ( 2 ) classes to be treated with the use of teaching methods and classroom problem solving using learning methods usedekspositori.Instrumen untukmendapatkan data through student learning outcomes variable ( Y ) using tests of cognitive learning outcomes , cognitive style variables using tests of cognitive style Group embedded Figures test ( GEFT ) . The results showed that : First , the results of student learning using a problem -solving method of teaching is higher than that using the expository method , value sig = 0.009 < α = 0.05 . Second ,there was an interaction between cognitive styles and learning methods , Value sig = 0.00 < α = 0.05 , F value = 5.168 > F = 3.99 . Third , mathematics learning outcomes of students who have cognitive style field independence given learning problem-solving methods of treatment is higher than the expository method , with the results Qhitung > Qtabel ( 4.55 > 2.95 ) . Mathematics learning outcomes of students who have thecognitive style of field dependence given treatment expository teaching method is higher than the methods of solving problems , with the result Qhitung > Qtabel (3.03 > 2.95 )
