Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang mempunyai tujuan menciptakan lulusan sesuai dengan standar kompetensi. Lulusan tersebut adalah lulusan yang siap menjadi tenaga kerja tingkat menengah yang terampil, terlatih dan terdidik, serta mempunyai sikap sebagai juru teknik dalam melaksanakan pembangunan dibidang teknologi. Keberhasilan SMK dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang mempunyai keahlian tersebut, dipengaruhi oleh mutu pendidikan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan agar lulusan SMK dapat bersaing di dunia kerja adalah dengan memberikan lebih banyak praktek dibandingkan teori. Salah satu materi yang diberikan di SMK adalah materi Sistem Mikroprosesor dan Mikrokontroler. Dari pelaksanaan program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang disenggarakan di SMKN 6 Tangerang selatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru dan siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 6 Tangerang Selatan tentang Sistem Pengontrolan elektronis berbasis Mikrokontroler. Keinginan siswa untuk mempelajari sistem otomatisasi pengontrolan elektronis berbasis mikrokontroller. Siswa dan guru di SMKN 6 Tangerang Selatan memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru dan siswa tentang penggunaannya arduino beserta pemogramannya. Meningkatnya pengetahuan guru dan siswa tentang aplikasi sistem kendali sederhana. Pelatihan atau kegiatan ini sangat perlu untuk dikembangkan agar kegiatan berikutnya menjadi lebih baik dan berguna didalam peningkatan SDM yang menjadi bagian penting dalam mewujudkan “transferable skills” yang telah dipelajari.

Abstract

One area prone to the impact of the rainy season which later becomes an area prone to flooding is certainly an area that is densely populated and does not have sufficient water drainage. Where land that could have become water absorption land is actually covered by buildings. To overcome this problem, one of the solutions is to make water infiltration holes back even on narrow land. In holes that are 10 cm in diameter and 80 cm - 100 cm deep, organic waste in the form of dried leaves or household waste can be inserted. (kitchen garbage). This organic waste serves to help the life of earthworms and termites which will later make biopores (pores / small) in the soil. In waterways, this infiltration hole can be made every one meter. And from this biopore infiltration hole, harvest yields can also be taken in the form of organic fertilizer (biomass energy) which has economic value. For this reason, this dissemination was carried out in the Faculty of Law Krisnadwipayana University.

Abstract

Rokan Hulu is one of the regencies in Riau Province which has an area of ​​about 7747.01 km2 which is divided into 16 (sixteen) districts. One of the problems with the environment is the increase in garbage in the Final Processing Site (TPA) which raises the problem of limited landfill land and the cost of processing waste in the landfill is getting bigger. The waste landfill in Rokan Hulu Regency is located in Tanjung belit Village which has an area of ​​± 2.5 Ha and is 5 km from the residential area. The waste disposed of in this landfill reaches 10-13 (ten to thirteen) tons per day. Until now the collection of sanded waste collection can not be realized effectively due to lack of public awareness of the cleanliness of the environment and on the other hand the location or area of ​​the landfill that is far from Pasir Pengaraian City, and the road or access to the landfill site is still inadequate, besides the limited transportation equipment in the transportation of waste provided by the Environment Agency.

Abstract

This community services (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat / P2M) workshop is lecturers and university students activity for renewable energy (Energi Baru dan Terbarukan / EBT) application. This activity is initiated by lecturers of Collage of Engineering of PLN to implemented their knowledge in Electrical Engineering field to train students from senior high school level, especially in sharing knowledge about science application that many used recently in remote areas of Indonesia that is public lighting “Workshop of Wind Power Plant Application for Garden Lamp” on School of SMAN 57 Jakarta, located in Kedoya Utara, Kebun Jeruk, Kodya Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta.Authors in Community Services team choosed workshop of this application of “Wind Power Plant for Garden Lamp is to give explanation about how to build design, work function and its benefit in people life in general and school in particular.In the design, material choosing of blade that can made from wood or alluminium, choosed based on wind speed characteristic and it did testing of influenced material to blade rotating power speed. Potency of wind energy in Indonesia have been identificated at many kind of area especially in Java, South Celebes, South East Nusa and Maluku.Through the workshop of wind power plant application for garden lamp used, is one of the program that be developed by lecturers and students of Collage of Engineering of PLN, and the result of this workshop developing be given for free of charge for school of SMAN 57 Jakarta students, for sciences that got in teory from lesson school can be implemented on practices.

Abstract

Abstract SMK Ad Da’wah which is located at Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat is one of many school that is affected earthquake impact in 2018. After earthquake on January 2018, there is no information about evaquation procedure during earthquake at school. Preparedness due to earthquake disaster also not integrated into their syllabus. Education activity method applied by using illumination and demonstration about evacuating during the earthquake disaster. It will be applied involve PKM’s team and SMK Ad Da’wah’s students. The speaker came from Department of Civil Engineering STT PLN Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. It will be supported by the school itself too. Funds are supported by STT PLN that is an important aspect in the implementation of these activites. PKM activities are expected to bring the comprehension of the significant earthquake evacuation. Abstract

Adanya Pasar Madrasah sangat membantu perekonomian serta memberikan kemudahan kepada warga sekitar RT 007 dan RT 012/RW 02 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-hari. Namun dengan adanya pasar tersebut timbul masalah yang hingga saat ini masih belum mendapatkan perhatian serius dari para pedagang dan pembeli. Masalah tersebut yaitu munculnya sampah-sampah yang dapat mencemari lingkungan dan menyebabkan timbulnya wabah penyakit. Padahal sampah-sampah tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menjadi produk-produk yang bermanfaat seperti menjadi pupuk kompos serta barang kerajinan yang bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan pupuk kompos oleh tim dan warga masyarakat sekitar. Narasumber berasal dari Jurusan Teknik Sipil, warga masyarakat di wilayah RT 007 dan RT 012/RW 02 Kelurahan Duri Kosambi, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, serta dukungan perangkat kelurahan, RT dan RW, serta tokoh masyarakat setempat. Dana pendukung dari institusi STT-PLN merupakan aspek penting terselenggaranya kegiatan PKM ini. Manfaat yang dapat diperoleh peserta dari kegiatan PKM ini antara lain warga masyarakat dapat mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos serta meningkatnya pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih dan nyaman serta bisa meningkatkan perekonomian

Abstract

Ciaruteun Ilir is a village in the District of Cibungbulang, Bogor. It is located approximately 25 kilometres from the capital of the Bogor Regency. The average population, mostly farming, is on the poverty line and has a low level of education. Formal education facilities are still very limited. Therefore, training and courses from the government and other parties are needed to increase the knowledge, broaden their mind, and improve the skills of the population. The courses that are organized are expected to increase the villagers’ income. While broader mind is expected to increase citizens' awareness of the importance of education. The PKM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat or community service program) team intends to provide training related to Information Technology to the public, especially regarding the introduction of the Internet. The public will be introduced to the Internet and E-Commerce, which is one of the Internet applications that allows buying and selling transactions through the Internet network. The internet will open opportunities for citizens to increase knowledge and learn from various sources. With E-Commerce training, villagers will be equipped with the ability to be able to introduce products from their villages and doing commercial transactions via the Internet.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya penggunaan peralatan listrik di rumah tangga yang tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang benar dan standar yang ditetapkan oleh LMK (Lembaga Masalah Kelistrikan) PLN, rendahnya kualitas peralatan listrik dan kabel yang digunakan, serta intalasi yang asal-asalan dan tidak sesuai peraturan, menyebabkan terjadinya kebakaran. Sementara menurut data yang dikumpulkan oleh Dinas Kebakaran DKI sejak dari tahun 2009 s/d 2014 telah tejadi kebakaran sebanyak 5.226 kasus di mana 66 % disebabkan oleh listrik. Kegiatan sosialisasi bahaya dan keselamatan ketenagalistrikan yang dilakukan oleh dosen STT PLN merupakan bentuk dari kepedulian Sivitas Akademik STT PLN terhadap lingkungan sekitar kampus STT PLN untuk mengurangi dampak kebakaran yang diakibatkan oleh listrik.

Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi sebagai penyedia jasa air bersih bagi area industri, area bisnis maupun pemukiman penduduk di wilayah operasional Tirta Patriot, meliputi Kabupaten Bekasi dan sebagian Kota Bekasi. Saat ini PDAM Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi sudah memiliki Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Prima, yaitu sistem yang menangani mengenai pelayanan Pergudangan, Pelayanan Distribusi, dan Pelayanan Pengaduan. Sebuah Sistem Informasi pada hakekatnya adalah merupakan suatu sistem yang memiliki komponen-komponen atau sub sistem-sub sistem untuk menghasilkan informasi. Bisnis teknologi dunia saat ini didominasi oleh sektor teknologi informasi. Dalam menghadapi era globalisasi, persaingan akan semakin ketat, sehingga sangat dibutuhkan kebijakan-kebijakan dan aktivitas-aktivitas secara langsung yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di kemudian hari.Namun sampai saat ini, semua alur dari sistem informasi tersebut belum memiliki dokumentasi yang berbasiskan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan atau mencapai tujuan kegiatan P2M adalah dengan mengadakan workshop. Dalam pembuatan dokumentasi sistem berbasiskan teknologi informasi Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Patriot Kota Bekasi menggunaan perangkat lunak UML – Rational Rose 2000.

Abstract

In order to suppor the government’s efforts at advancing the people’s prosperity and to make an educated the nation, and also to make one of the missions of STT-PLN to improve the education, research, and community service activities, the P2M team has an agreement to improve the education services at MAN 12 Jakarta. As the continuity of the previous P2M, the team focuses on the training of the web-based online report administrators. This application was built by the team and called SIRO MADU, an abbreviation of Sistem Informasi Rapor Online Terpadu. The goal of the P2M is to help the MAN 12 Jakarta to adapt and make use of the information technology development to ease some process which was manually done before, which at the end will im prove the service quality of the MAN 12 Jakarta. The target is to make MAN 12 Jakarta to be able to implement and has the ability to operate and manage the SIROMADU application program. It will also train the administrator of information technology department at MAN 12 Jakarta.
