Abstract

The financing approval process for the Al-Ikhlas Sharia Civil Servant Cooperative (KPN) of the Batusangkar State Islamic Institute (IAIN) is still carried out by manual review, making it difficult to receive financing quickly and accurately. As a solution to these problems, we need a decision support system that can help in determining the amount of financial revenue. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the multi-criteria problem solving models used in this study. The criteria used in determining the amount of financing received at the Al-Ikhlas IAIN Sharia Batusangkar KPN are character, capital, capacity, condition, and collateral. This study produces a weighting matrix of results, with KS as the member who gets the highest score of 95.3% and can apply for financing with a maximum amount.

Abstract

The accumulation of queues of prospective patients also results in an inadequate waiting room, which occurs because there is no disciplinary pathway that can provide a form of registration service that is efficient and flexible with time to many entry points and many services so that patients do not have to queue long only to take medicine. The solution to handling the problem of the accumulation of prospective patients in RSI Ibnu Sina Padang is to implement a multi-channel queuing system - Single phase, where there will be more than one entry point to register to RSI Ibnu Sina Padang so that the patient arrival pattern is divided into several times and the path is adjusted with the needs of the patient's desired time and there is more than one stage of service at Ibnu Sina Hospital in Padang. The purpose of this study was to design a php application at the Ibnu Sina Hospital in Padang with the Multi Single Phase Method and find out the time spent by patients in the queue, then it is expected to be useful for the RSI Ibu Sina Padang.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Pekanbaru is a Vocational School in Industrial Technology. At present there are 2400 students with 14 majors. In students the level of will in students is still low. Resulting in a low graduation rate for students. This happened because of the difficulty in predicting the level of competency examination passing at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to assist in predicting the passing level of competency exams so as to produce predictions of student graduation. The method used is the Backpropagation method. With this method data processing can be done using input values and targets that you want to produce. So that it can predict the graduation of students in the expertise competency test. Furthermore, the data to be managed is a recapitulation of the average vocational values majoring in computer network engineering from semester 1 to semester 5 with aspects of knowledge on the target students of 2017 Academic Year and 2018 Academic Year obtained from the sum of all subjects in each semester. The results of calculations using the Backpropagation method with the Matlab application will be predictive in producing grades for students' graduation rates in the future. So that the accuracy value will be obtained in the prediction. With the results of testing the accuracy of prediction student competency tests with patterns 5-4-1 reaching 85%, with patterns 5-6-1 reaching 95%, patterns 5-8-1 reaching 70%, patterns 5-10-1 reaching 85% % and with 5-12-1 patterns it reaches 85%. Of the five patterns, the best accuracy rate of 5-6-1 is 95%. The prediction results using the Bacpropagation method can become knowledge in the next year. So that the system parameters used in testing can be recognized properly.

Abstract

Basically grades that do not meet graduation criteria are phenomenon for schools. Which can cause a lack of school quality. One such phenomenon is the National examination Score which is the value of determining graduation for students. Vocatonal High School (SMK) Negeri 2 Pekanbaru is a formal education unit as the organizer of the Teaching Learning Process (TLP), for student afterc ompleting education can go directly to employment or the industrial world and can continue their education. Where the test csores obtained by student are inseparable from the school graduation criteria.To deal whith probalytic situations like this we need a method for analyzing or predict likely in the future. One method that can be used is Monte Carlo Simulation. By using Monte Carlo Simulation to the national exam in this study is expected to holp to find out the acquition of student grades for the future. The csores are taken fom the national exam result obtained from the curriculumsection of the last 3 academic years, namely TP 2016/2017 to TP 2018/2019. This scores is simulationted whith PHP programming as a data implementation system. Simulation result from this studyobtained an accuracy level of 86,68%. By getting a greater degree of accuracy, this method is appropriate to be predict the National Exam Scores for the future.

Abstract

Drug suppliers are those who sell and distribute drugs to pharmacies or sections that carry out pharmaceutical activities. Selection of the right supplier can support the operational activities of the pharmacy. Pharmacists must know the right criteria in choosing a supplier. Criteria determined by pharmacies not all suppliers can fulfill it. Overcoming this decision support system is very necessary in the selection of suppliers. Multi-Attribute Utility Theory is a ranking method that helps in supporting supplier selection decisions at Pekanbaru Assyafni Pharmacy. Supplier selection uses 15 sample supplier data and 5 criterion data used as a basis for supplier selection. Such as drug production, delivery time, quality stability, service response, and guarantee. The results of the study get a high degree of accuracy that is 86.67% of the right suppliers and in accordance with the realization of test data. So this research is very important in choosing the right supplier.

Abstract

Regional government in Indonesia annually sets a target for tax revenues of non-metallic minerals and rocks. Setting targets is very important as a guideline in preparing the current year's budget work plan. So far, the target of non-metal mineral and rock tax revenues has been prepared based on a joint agreement between the regional government and the regional legislature. The prediction of non-metal mineral and rock tax revenues using Monte Carlo simulation can be a solution to predict the next few years. This prediction uses data between 2009 - 2018 taken from the tax and retribution management body one of the districts in Indonesia. Testing the results of predictions is done by comparing the results of predictions with data from 2016 - 2018. The test results show that the average accuracy rate reaches 82.05%. So this study greatly helped the district government in setting the target for the acceptance of non-metal minerals and rock taxes.
