Abstract

Menstrual Health Promotion Activities for Adolescent Women at the 2nd Junior High School of Buduran, Sidoarjo is a form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and enhancing healthy behavior in adolescents, especially in recognizing the phase of menstruation in adolescent women. The implementation of these activities on December 4, 2018 took place at the 2nd Junior High School of Buduran, Sidoarjo. The target is 7th grade students of the 2nd Junior High School of Buduran, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of licensing to the relevant parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 44 students and 1 teacher, participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conducive, the activity can be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Women’s youth knowledge, health promotion, menstruation.

Abstract

Improvement of knowledge of students at Ma'arif Vocational School regarding women's reproductive health through health promotion is one form of education in the form of counseling aimed at fostering and improving healthy behavior in young women, especially in recognizing women's reproductive health. Implementation of these activities on November 24, 2018 took place at Ma'arif Vocational School, Ngaban Road, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. With the goal is students of Ma'arif Vocational School, Ngaban Road, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. Before the implementation of these activities, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 40 students and 1 teacher, the participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm and conduciveness, the activities could be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Women reproduction, health promotion, student of vocational school.

Abstract

Health Promotion Activities about the Dangers of Smoking in Adolescents at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at growing and improving healthy behavior in adolescents, especially in recognizing the dangers of smoking for health. The activity was carried out on November 21, 2018 at MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo. The target is students of MTs Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to the relevant parties. Abstract

An increase in awareness of healthy living through health promotion in the Kebonsari Elementary School, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo District, East Java Province is a form of education in the form of counseling aimed at fostering and improving healthy behavior in children early, especially in carrying out clean and healthy behaviors (PHBS) with 6-step hand washing. The activity was held on December 12, 2017 at Kebonsari Elementary School, Kebonsari Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province. With the aim is fourth grade students at Kebonsari Elementary School, Kebonsari Village, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo District, East Java Province. Before the implementation of the activity, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 52 female students and 1 teacher, participants participated in the activity enthusiastically and conductively, the activities could be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Handwash health promotion, healthy life awareness, elementary school, 6-step hand washing.

Abstract

Health promotion activities about the first handling of choking in the Rangkah Kidul Elementary School, Sidoarjo is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing children's knowledge about how to handle choking events which are events that often occur to cause death. The implementation of these activities on November 13, 2019 took place at the Rangkah Kidul Elementary School, Sidoarjo. The target is elementary students in Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for approximately 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from determining the theme of counseling to submitting permits to the parties concerned. As a form of evaluation, the activity was attended by 33 students and 1 teacher, participants participated in the activity happily and looked very enthusiastic, health promotion activities could run on time and smoothly. Keywords: Choke, first aid, health promotion.

Abstract

First Aid Health Promotion Activities in syncope cases at the Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 3 Sidoarjo, Tulangan Sub-District, Sidoarjo District is a form of education in the form of counseling aimed at increasing adolescent knowledge about first aid methods when encountering syncope cases. The activity was held on November 15, 2018 at the Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 3 Sidoarjo, Tulangan Sub-District, Sidoarjo District. With the goal is students of the Senior High School of Muhammadiyah 3 Sidoarjo, Tulangan Sub-District, Sidoarjo District. Before the implementation of the activity, there is a process of preparing activities for 3 weeks before the activities are carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of permits to related parties. As an evaluation, the activity was attended by 35 students and 1 teacher as participants participating in the activity with enthusiasm and conduciveness, activities can be carried out on time smoothly. Keywords: Syncope, first aid health promotion, adolescent’s knowledge.

Abstract

Health promotion activities on the Recognition of the Symptoms of Depression "Stop Suicide" in Junior High School of Al-Aziziyah is one form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing students' knowledge about how to recognize depression symptoms which are frequent events that cause death. The implementation of these activities on November 27, 2019 took place at Junior High School of Al-Aziziyah, Kebonsari, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo. The target of this event was the students of Junior High School of Al-Aziziyah, Kebonsari, Candi Sub-District, Sidoarjo. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for approximately 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from determining the theme of counseling to submitting permits to the parties concerned. The implementation of these activities on November 15, 2018 took place at Elementary School of Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The target is students of Elementary School of Rangkah Kidul, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Before the activity is carried out, there is a process of compiling the activity for 3 weeks before the activity is carried out, starting from the selection of health counseling materials to the submission of licensing to the relevant parties.
