Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to be able to find out the struggle of the Jambi hero during Indonesian independence, Raden Mataher. Raden Mattaher was a Jambi warlord who was very famous and feared by the Dutch. After the death of Sultan Thaha Saifuddin in 1904, the command of the resistance against the Dutch in Jambi was continued by Raden Mattaher. He has shown to be a knight, brave, smart, and clever at strategizing. The writing method used is to take historical writing steps. First, heuristics (data collection), namely by using the literature study method and the internet. Second, third verification, interpretation (analyzing data that has been verified). Fourth, historiography (writing data that has been analyzed). Interview method by obtaining information by asking history teachers. Raden Mattaher is one of the mighty heroes of Jambi. In expelling the Dutch he never wanted to give up. Good war tactics. He is also one of the warlords who are feared by the Dutch. Not only a warrior, he is also a diligent worshiper with a strong faith. As Indonesians, we should be proud of having a hero who is willing to sacrifice body and soul. We as young generations should have a high enthusiasm for learning to gain knowledge so that we can continue the struggle that was carried out by Raden Mattaher.

Abstract

Currently, many teachers have implemented various learning models so that students do not feel bored when the learning process takes place. One of them is the Time Token learning model. Time Token is taken from the word Time which means time and Token which means sign, where each student gets the opportunity to give their opinion in turn until the talking card runs out. In social studies learning itself, this learning model is applied so that students speak actively and avoid students dominating the conversation or being completely silent. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Time Token learning model on student learning outcomes in social studies class VIII at SMP Qur'aniah 1 Palembang. The method used is the quantitative / experimental method. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques and tests. The results showed that tcount = 9.038> ttable = 1.671., Then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, and it was seen from the increase in the average value of the experimental class from 74 to 81, and if the percentage calculation increased by 9%. Which means that it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of the Time Token learning model on student learning outcomes in IPS class VIII subjects at SMP Qur'aniah 1 Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in ips learning outcomes using the pair check learning model and cooperative script in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 41 Rejang Lebong. The research method used in this research is pure experiment. The population is all grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 41 Rejang Lebong in the academic year 2020/2021. The research sample was taken by random sampling because each class had relatively the same abilities and opportunities. The data collected was then analyzed using SPSS 16. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there are differences in the results of learning history using the Pair Check Model and Cooperative Script at SMP Negeri 41 Rejang Lebong, this can be seen from the results of the pre-test mean score in the class. Experiment 1 is 63.59 and in Experiment 2 class is 62.69. While the average value in the experimental class 1 after being given treatment using the Pair Check model was 87.31, and in the experimental class 2 which was given learning by the Discussion method was 71.67. Thus, it means that the average value of the experimental class 1 is greater than the experimental class 2.From the results of the data analysis using the Independent Sample T-test, the final test value is Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <Sig = 0.05, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. This means that the hypothesis proposed by Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the results of learning history using the Pair Check and Cooperative Script learning model in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 41 Rejang Lebong, which can be accepted as true.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. The research method used was pure experiment. Data collection techniques in research using tests. The data analysis technique used the following steps: normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that there is an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. 11. After being given treatment by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model, it is known that the final test result (post-test) of the experimental class is 80.82 greater than the result of the calculation of the final test (post-test) of the control class with an average value of 76, 4. Then the data analysis was carried out using the t-test formula so that the t-test value was 2.112. This result was compared with the t-table at the significant level of 5%, namely: 2.112> 1.671. that there is an effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learningn learning model on the history learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Alas Ketonggo Srigati Ngawi still keeps various oral works, namely oral works that are trusted by local residents and are spoken or passed down from generation to generation. And also still harboring its thickness, namely various mythical things with traditions that are deeply believed by local residents. As part of history, there is one of the literatures, namely oral literature which holds a lot of information related to past events, oral literature has become a pride and has even become the identity of each region. There are three cultural values, namely: Values ​​related to human life as social beings, values ​​related to human life as individual beings, and values ​​related to human life as God's creatures. The influence of the myth of Alas Ketonggo Srigati on society includes: forming character, belief, and nature or action in human life. Alas Ketonggo Srigati this place is a historic place because in ancient times Alas Ketonggo Srigati was the resting place for King Brawijaya V who fled from the Majapahit Kingdom because he was being attacked by the Demak Army. At that time, the Demak army was under Raden Patah's control. Not only that, King left his oversized clothes in that place. This was done before he left for Mount Lawu to meditate. Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1). To find out about the conditions of the ottoman turks before conquering Constantinople (2). To find out about the political progress and the ottoman military in the time of Sultan Muhammad Al-Fatih (3). To find out the influence of constantinople’s conquest on the progress of Ottoman turks in 1453. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, and using the library research method one method of data processing which is done by systematically compiling so that general conclusions can be obtained. The result of this study was the influence of Constantinople’s conquest of the progress of Ottoman Turkey in 1453. The city of Constantinople as a country that is so strong lies in the territory of Byzantium. Efforts to conquer this region continue to be carried out from the time Umayyah, Abbasiyah, arrived at the time of Ottoman rule. The conquest could be carried out on the 20th of Jumadil early 857 H/ mei 291453 M, at 1.00 am, Tuesday, the main attack was launched. The mujahideen were ordered to raise the voice of the takbir while attacking the city. The population of Constantinople was at the height of its fear that morning. Mujahideen who are determined to fight in the cause of Allah, so brave to invade the crusaders in the city. In the end the city of Constantinople could be conquered by Sultan Muhammad Al-Fatih with his troops. It nrought great influence to the Ottoman Turks in the field of military political, economy, governance, of religious and cultural science, and expanding to Europe.

Abstract

This article aims to determine Indonesia's international relations with APEC, which is viewed from the role of APEC in Indonesia's economy as a developing country. The method used in this article is literature study, namely research that uses references to scientific journals and books. APEC is an international organization in the economic field that was formed due to problems caused by the cold war.. In its membership, Indonesia also takes part in the High Level Conference which is held annually. Indonesia's biggest role is to host the APEC Summit held in Bogor and then produce the Bogor Goals. APEC provides funding for projects that support economic capacity building and community welfare, this is an impetus for developing APEC member countries such as Indonesia to further enhance competitiveness and economic growth.

Abstract

The conflict between Indonesia and the Netherlands over the seizure of West Irian occurred in 1949. This problem occurred due to the abundant mining wealth in West Irian that would be exploited by the Dutch on the grounds that they wanted to disarm Japanese troops in Indonesia. By asking the UN for assistance, this problem will be resolved with the KMB agreement. Foreign countries like America also help politically and economically as well as help to finance military equipment and also help increase military troops. During the year the KMB agreement was signed, West Irian was not handed over to Indonesia. Then the Indonesian government at that time fought physically with the formation of TRIKORA, the New York Battle, and PAPERA.

Abstract

Abstract Disputes are things that cause disputes and debates that eventually lead to conflict and usually start from small problems which then lead to serious problems. For example, the conflict that occurred between Indonesia and Timor Leste was caused by a land border dispute between the two countries. The territory of the State of Indonesia has many borders with neighboring countries, both land and sea. In general, people in border areas often experience conflicts that are motivated by seizure of land power from each country. In analyzing the problems in the article, the writer uses the literature study method to support the quality of the article. The land border between Indonesia and Timor Leste is divided into 2 sectors or segments, namely the Unsurveyed segment and the Unresolved segment. The areas included in the Unsurveyed segment are the Oben segment to the Subina segment with an area of ​​approximately 14 Km located in Bikomi Nilulat District, North Central Timor Regency and consisting of 6 villages, among others, Sunkaen, Inbate, Nainaban, Nilulat, Haumeniana and Body. While the areas that are included in the Unresolved segment are those in Manusasi Village, Bijaelsunan, Miomaffo Timur District, North Central Timor Regency.
