Abstract

This study presents the topic "Morale Group (Moral Group) Based on Religion, Philosophy, Sociology and Psychology at the Daarul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, Cimahi City". This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Retrieval of data sources in this study using purposive sampling. While the data collection using research techniques with interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the Morale Group (Moral Group) is very important and vital in the management of the Daarul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School in Cimahi City because in essence morals really determine the quality of a human's personality. Individual morals in groups who have al-karimah or ethical character are very vital in life in the Daarul Ihsan Islamic boarding school institution where the role of the Islamic boarding school leader will play an important role in creating students who are knowledgeable, faithful, devoted, have a noble personality, have character and are independent. In the boarding school, the leader of the pesantren will be used as a role model or role model for his students, for that the leadership of the pesantren must motivate his students more and set an example so that students can be more active in studying, worshiping and doing charity so that they will be more successful in the future. In the era of globalization which is full of challenges and the rapid development of the digitalization world which emphasizes the elements of information technology, it has become a demand for the moral quality of a santri in addition to having extensive knowledge or knowledge, he must also have the firmness of faith, morality and morals which are expected to be higher purely cognitive aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the image of the university has on student college decisions at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung. This research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique through the help of the IBM SPSS version. 20 for windows. The population of this study was students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung, totaling 497 students, and 123 students were taken as samples with random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of: observation, interviews, documentation, and closed questionnaires through google form media. Testing of research instruments and data was carried out through validity and reliability tests, linearity tests, and normality tests. The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence on the image of universities on student college decisions at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung by 53.4%, and the remaining 46.6% were influenced by other factors that were not researched. This shows that the better the image of STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung, the student's decision to study at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung will also be higher, for that the management of STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung should conduct better socialization and promotion to the community so that STIT At-Taqwa Ciparay Bandung is increasingly known by the public or prospective students.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan kebijakan yang memberikan hak belajar tiga semester di luar program studi bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi MBKM di Prodi PAI. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data sesuai dengan penelitian yang diharapkan. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengambilan data berupa wawancara dengan jumlah tujuh mahasiswa semester enam tahun akademik 2021/2022 dan Satu Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Islam Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Prodi PAI UII sudah memiliki program MBKM. Adapun kegiatan tersebut meliputi pertukaran mahasiswa, magang, asistensi mengajar dan program kampus mengajar, penelitian, proyek kemanusiaan, studi independen dan KKNT. Program kampus mengajar dan magang menjadi program MBKM yang paling diminati oleh mahasiswa prodi PAI. Mahasiswa prodi PAI menyatakan bahwa MBKM sangat bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagai bekal setelah lulus.

Abstract

Abstract Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka is a policy aimed at universities to oversee the transformation of higher education, this policy is stated in Permendikbud Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards. With this policy, students are encouraged to collaborate with the business world, industry and the general public. Among the MBKM programs, namely campus teaching programs, campus teaching programs, namely teaching is carried out by students in educational units such as elementary, middle, and high schools. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implications obtained by students in participating in the campus teaching program.Schools where teaching practice can be located in urban or remote areas. The purpose of this teaching department is for students to devote themselves to this country and students are able to help the problems faced by schools that are still lagging behind. It also aims to produce a good graduate and keep up with the times. In this study the authors use qualitative research methods by using the method (field research) field studies conducted directly by the author. The author gets the primary data from students who pass the campus teaching program and is supported by secondary data from journals and books. As for the results of the study found that. The teaching campus is one of the MBKM programs pioneered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. With this program, it is hoped that students can hone their dreams and they can go directly to the community and be able to help solve problems in schools that are lagging behind. Students will also be expected to become graduates who are competent and able to keep up with the times. The implementation of this teaching and learning program for pai Uad students certainly has their own experience when they go directly to the community and they gain knowledge how to be able to provide good learning, they are able to compete in facing challenges along with the times. Abstract

Pada umumnya, pendidikan dalam rumah tangga bukan berpangkal tolak dari kesadaran dan pengertian yang lahir dari pengetahuan mendidik, melaikan karena secara kodrati suasana dan struktunya memberikan kemungkinan alami membangun situasi Pendidikan. Fenomena yang terjadi justru peran para orang tua kurang terkait atau kurang concern terhadap persoalan bagaimana memposisikan diri sebagai murobbi yang membantu anak-anak memiliki rasa keimanan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan data kualitiatif jenis studi fenomenologi yang kemudian dideskripsikan sesuai dengan fokus kajian penelitian. Sumber data primer maupun sekunder dikumpulkan dari literasi, observasi, dan survey di lingkungan TK Mutiara Hikmah Cihaur Paseh Sumedang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, interview, dan kajiaan pustaka. Teknis analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi data.Hasil bahwa rekonstruksi peran orang tua sebagai murobbi menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan, sehingga orang tua mampu mengubah pengetahuan agama yang bersifat kognitif, informatif menjadi “makna” dan “nilai”. Internalisasi nilai Ketauhidan sebagai materi ajar yang pertama dan utama seperti dalam Quran surat Luqman ayat 12. Nilai Tauhid atau keimanan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa tersebut selanjutnya menjadi sumber motivasi bagi anak-anak untuk bergerak, berbuat, berperilaku, dan berinteraksi social secara kongkret-agamis dalam kehidupan praktis sehari-hari.

Abstract

Murabahah financing is one of the products that is often used by Islamic financial institutions, including at BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara, whose contract is in accordance with the principles of shari'ah which is supported by other services so that members who will do murabahah financing feel confident and feel confident. satisfied with the BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara service, but there are also members who are not satisfied after carrying out murabahah financing. Member satisfaction in murabahah financing is a target that must be met by BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara so that members can do murabahah financing again and inform others that they are satisfied with murabahah financing in BMT Rukun Abadi Sumedang Utara. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Determination of the sample using total sampling technique, which is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the total population is less than 100 so that the entire population is used as the research sample. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires or questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Test techniques and data analysis include validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression, with t test and coefficient of determination (r2) using SPSS version 22. The results of this study are the effect of murabahah financing on member satisfaction. The conclusion of the research results shows that the murabahah financing variable and member satisfaction have a unidirectional relationship (b=0.260), a moderate level of closeness (r=0.240), and the murabahah financing variable contributes to the member satisfaction variable by 5.8% with very low criteria, then based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test), indicating that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, meaning that the murabahah financing variable affects member satisfaction variables
